The Bubble Tea options at Gong Cha are stupendous! I have tried several flavors, throughout the past month, but I especially enjoy their strawberry milk tea -- so flavorful, and little chunks of strawberry. Personally, I find that double tapioca better aligns the rate of boba consumption with the rate of tea consumption, so that they both run out at the same time. While the cost per drink is more than I paid at my previous favorite bubble tea store, the quality here is worth the small increase in price.

I absolutely think this place tops all other tea places in the capital region! The tea is perfect! I got taro milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was better than I expected! Will be coming more often 😊

I have been here several times and I have also brought family. We have all enjoyed the Boba Tea with Jelly or pearls. Top quality and excellent service.

Great bubble tea (I love the star jelly—peach flavored), but the real winners are the wings from Basak Wings inside. We like the spicy Asian (spicy and sticky-sweet) and the spicy original. Definitely some of the best wings we've had in Troy.

The waffle was soooooo good. Sushi burrito was from the other place inside but also yummy. Our drinks were good too. I’d suggest light ice

Not my favorite Boba place, but they have good selection and the wait isn't too long. They now have machines to take your order that can sometimes not have all of the options available.

They lied about the BOGO deal to get more customers, and don’t tell you until you get to the register. The machines work and they put paper over them so people can’t use them. The drinks are overpriced. They are good, but I wouldn’t say worth it.

The coupons they give never work. If you ask for less ice, they will fill half your cup with ice. Generally all their drinks are overpriced. Never give a tip because they don't do any service and pretend their coupon system is never working.
