I went this morning around 730 am to the drive-thru. I wish I got the gentleman's name because he did such an excellent job. Sonic was short staffed like most places these days and he did a great job running the show. He handled the stress with the line of cars so professionally and had a big smile on his face when I pulled up to the window. I pray this message gets to him and I will send a message to corporate as well. It is a blessing to have a person like him in our service industry and need more like him. No complaints with my food and coffee was fresh.

My husband and I absolutely love the staff here at Sonic. We are always greeted with what can only be described as a loving passion for hospitality and people. I will only eat at this location because everyone is sweet and I absolutely love their food. Cleanliness and perfect food is here!

Not to happy about the service because there was no hot dogs mention on the kids menu but I was told later I could get it. No mustard or ketsup offered or in the bag nor was there any napkins any where. And I didn't notice until I had pulled off. Hot dogs and no napkins and children, not a good mix

The best burger I've had from a Sonic - with all of the toppings evenly distributed! The night shift definitely has this place serving food up to par. We arrived about 15 mins before they closed, and all the food was hot & fresh! If Mr. Clean isn't the manager already, he definitely deserves a promotion!

Our food was hot and fresh. We didn't have to wait long. The cheddar broccoli tots were extremely good. I enjoy going to Sonic because they always have something different for you to try.

Everybody who worked here when I came in was upbeat and positive! Honestly, you don't see that a whole lot at fast food restaurants anymore. The food was good and the staff was kind. Also, happy hour is from 2-5pm here. Half price drinks and slushies!

I've been to a few sonics, this one isnt super busy during the day, but the food (and order) was exactly what I wanted, the line took less than two minutes per car, and the staff all had smiles at the window. Definitely go here for your chili cheese gut bombs!

Best sonic I've ever been too. And I'm from a different state visiting family. I don't know if I'll be able to eat sonic from where I'm from again. Brodie was my car hop he was nice and polite. And very fast at getting my food.

This is our go to place for any night out or date! The lady’s who come out are always nice and always have it together. I do wish everyone was wearing gloves when taking food out and bringing it to the car but other than that we have always loved stall 3🩷

Was the first one to order the big DILL meal last night 10000/10 it was amazing !!!! Went to drive thru at first but we had some difficulties so we ordered online and went in . Manager and everyone was very nice last nice took a lil minute for them to get the slushy down but it was amazing service 10/10 !!!!!! We will be back tonight to get it again !!!

I love this place. It's big they a drive thru a walkup window and you can order online and in the restaurant itself. The staff is very friendly and polite. The guy that worked the register was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The dining room was clean and comfortable. The parking is free of trash and the pavement is free of potholes and bumps. I highly recommend this place.

I like this location. As with all Sonics it seems, their touchscreens are broken and do not show buttons, so my issue is really with the organization not maintaining functional equipment and not this location. If Sonics knows the touch screens don’t work then then it all into drive-thru only or indoor service. I inadvertently added a $20 tip onto my order by pressing a button that was invisible to me, just looked like blank screen (that tip was more than my entire order) and could only get it off by pushing all over the screen until another blank area reduced the tip to $2. The screen counts down and gives you about 38 seconds to figure out where on the screen you need to hit. Again, the buttons don’t show so your option is either not to try to tip the employees using the touch screen or to tip them your life’s savings & that was wonky to me. Anyways, our server Miguel was great, our shakes were great.

Today I asked for an all American hot dog without the onion & cheese and got a hot dog with mustard, ketchup and relish but no chili that's what makes the hot dog 🤦🏽‍♀️ I also asked for a strawberry slushie I got that and a little extra "A colorful scoop of Nerd Candy" on top, I guess someone was feeling good or it was just a honest mistake this morning (but I don't like the flavors personally)😅 But I tried something new..

Great spot. My preferred Sonic to order from most days. Very friendly staff, and not much wait time on most days I go. Only thing I dislike is the parking lot entrance because it's on the corner of that street. Depending which direction I'm coming from it's sometime a pain to get in the parking lot. Of course not really their fault so.....

I stopped by here around 12:30pm on Christmas Eve. I placed my order on the app and went inside to pick up at 12:32pm. I got the 2 for $5 frito chili cheese wrap and the grilled cheese burger. I got a large tea with strawberry fruit added on. By ordering on the app, it’s always happy hour where you can get half price drinks. I had to check in with the cashier as I was doing a pick up. The cashier was very friendly. I waited until I spoke with the cashier before placing my order because I couldn’t remove mustard via the app, which was weird… The store itself wasn’t busy at all. The dining area was nicely decorated for Christmas. The TV was playing a Christmas Carol but the music they were playing through the speakers distracted me from the movie. I noticed they have wall sockets on the booths, which could definitely come in handy. I got my food at 12:37pm. My food was HOT! I felt it through the wrapping. I ate the grilled cheese burger. I wish the onions were cooked more than what it was. It would’ve been better with grilled onions. They tasted more on the fresh side. I waited to eat my Fritos wrap until I got home. It was definitely a bunch of chili but it was tasty and I enjoyed it! My strawberry tea was delicious, but the strawberry pieces kept clogging up the straw. I think they need to have slightly bigger straws when people get real fruit added to their beverage to prevent that from happening.

Sonic is very yummy! This location is pretty good. The people are nice but they do tend to mess up from time to time. They have amazing frozen drinks and milkshakes. I enjoy the little mint they give as well. This location has recently been remodeled and offers indoor and outdoor seating.

They may not acknowledge you're there if you pull up into a spot and hit the button. I waited for about 10 mins. About 7 cars were serviced in the drive -thru while I waited, though.

Why does everything good has to change? I miss the roller skates and car service with a smile. They even ran out of tots and so I had to settle for overcooked fries along with a poor excuse for a cheeseburger that I didn't discover until I drove off (drive thru) Make Sonic Great Again.

Everybody was polite. Ordered small orders of everything specifically said small got large as anyway. We're charged for them. Also my husband got a medium limeade and they gave us a large Sprite instead that was only half full. I asked for a small milkshake I got a large milkshake that we had to pay for as well as I asked for a small order of jalapeno poppers and we also got a large order. Just kind of disappointing. Oh yeah my husband's Burger was burnt.

Got 3 small slushies with nerds candy and 3 small fries. The drinks were half mixed. The syrup was only I'm the middle and the nerds candy wasn't in there. The woman working the window saw the mistake and put the candy in a condiments cup to split between them. She was very nice.

time after time this places manages to be the slowest, once or twice incorrect, but almost always a decent time is spent waiting. whether that be for them to take your order as you stand at the register or to acknowledge and respond to you outside at a terminal. Which is unfortunate because there’s always a bunch of them working it seems, however, without a robust system in place to manage simultaneous and varied order sources. They are always nice when engaging customers!

Stopped by for a quick breakfast and this was anything but quick. Don’t waste your time or money at this sonic location, the employees are lazy and not friendly. The slushee hasn’t been blended so it can’t even be drank through a straw.

It used to be the best Sonic in the triad. Lately. Hasn't been as good. Slow service and the slushes taste funny. Updated 10/17 For the second time in 2 months. I ordered ahead at this location and chose stall pickup. Once again, the screen prompt indicated that someone was coming to deliver my food. After 5 minutes, i pressed the button to check on the status again and the employee informed me that I needed to pull back through the drive thru. I ended up having to walk in and retrieve the order myself. No refund or free was offered for the inconvenience. I ended up having to email corporate. Don't use the stalls at this location. Don't tip. Or just find somewhere else.

Beat to heck location. Everything's ng falling apart. Staff got the order wrong, mischarged us, and was painfully slow. In fairness it was 11pm on a Thursday. Food was fine otherwise, Sonic standard.

I can't rate the service or atmosphere because my husband picked it up. We tried this when we first moved to Greensboro in 2022 and vowed never to go back, the food was awful, but I convinced my family to give it a second chance. The food was terrible!! The popcorn chicken was hard as a rock, and the tenders look nothing like the tenders they show on their website. They were flat patties, overcooked, and hard! We ordered fries separately, a small, a medium, and a large. None of them were even filled. The small had about 5 fries in it, the medium looked like a small in a medium box, and same with the large. The fries were also hard and way overcooked and they are like little french fry bites, not even a normal size fry. The buns on the burgers were soggy. Just not a good experience again.

Worker under hood his car. Understandable things happen but maybe parking away from the drive thru would've been better. OAN...fries were burnt..not even hot Oregon blast...Im unsure if maybe they were about to fix a chocolate shake and switch tops..im unsure but it messy Mozzarella sticks not hot either. I'm assuming it closing so they just do whatever but thats no excuse please do better because if it was your food then you would be mad as well. Customer service wasn't bad the guy was polite...the young lady at window..Im going to assume that she is new so I'll leave it at 😒 No I do not want to speak to the shift manager b/c they were probably was there and should be replaced

The food was ok but the service could use some work. The workers their seemed like they did not want to be there and the the area is a bit run down. some of there service machines need to be fixed. Either they don't work or the speakers and mics are weak. If you are going to get food from them I suggest going through the drive through for an accurate and quick order.

Today’s experience was unfortunate. Ordering was ridiculous. The person repeatedly asked what our order was 4-5x and still needed confirmation. She struggled to take a 2 meal order. We did not receive a receipt and asked for our drink to be large. The drive thru worker replied, “You didn’t hear me when I read it back to you”. Then she proceeded to lie and say that “I can’t get the receipt to you until you move up”. Our order was given with an item missing. I asked for the receipt. The person who bought out our order said that the receipts are not printing. My only food complaint is the fries and missing sauce. Both our fries and tots taste re-fried. Please be considerate next time.

I don't know why but everybody in the morning has some attitude every time if you forget something attitude. If you come to early attitude if you come right after opening attitude, the oil tastes like it hasn't been changed in a week. I ordered 2 drinks of the tater tots and it was $19. Crazy.

Food is fine, but the staffing is horrible. I placed a mobile pick up order to be brought out to me for two drinks and mozzarella sticks waited outside until it said it was ready and that it was being brought out waited outside in my car for an additional five minutes before having to walk in to find it on the counter and the employee saying they’re not taking it out. Waited 11 minutes in the drive in space across from the drive thru window, and I push the red button and it gives me the prompt something like, “someone will be with you shortly” no one ever answered and I could see plenty of employees inside the building. About 6 minutes into waiting a car pulls up and goes through the drive thru window and they get help and their order but I’m sitting in my drive in space with no help. At about 10 minutes a few more cars come in a still no assistance for me no I will be right with you or nothing. This experience was terrible and ridiculous and I wasn’t even able to get my simple order. Also when I called it said line busy Thanks a lot.

Very rude customer service. We ordered mozzarella sticks and proceeded to ask for marinara sauce at the window because they had forgotten once we started to check the bag. The cashier was very rude and said “it’s already some in there” which is wasn’t so she grudgingly gave us ONE. Then we realized the mozzarella sticks weren’t even in the bag so then she goes on to rudely ask for the receipt and proceeded to say “Y’all didn’t pay for no mozz- oh nvm it says it right here on the receipt” no apology no nothing was offered after all the neck rolling she did and attitude in her tone. Even after she saw that we were charged for something we didn’t receive the kitchen insulated we were lying and checked our bag just to finally decide to give us what we ORIGINALLY PAID FOR. The nightmare doesn’t end there. Once we got home to fully enjoy our meal we discovered to have been given a chicken sandwich instead of the cheeseburger we originally ordered. Mess. Unorganized. Unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and go to the other ones. I went today to get food and parked instead of going through the drive through. I pushed the button and said my order, when my partner tried to say hers he claimed that he couldn't hear anything she said even though she was talking loud enough. He had a nasty attitude about it from the beginning and when I asked if my payment went through he said "you will have to wait until the order comes to see if it did". We waited for a good 10 minutes, checked the bank account to see if we have been charged for it, and left. Luckily we didn't get charged but we went to the other Sonic on Spring Garden and they were more polite and showed what true customer service looks like.

The food was exactly what was expected, came out in sections and not at once, a few parts of the order were messed up and had to be sent back, the managers customer service during this was atrocious, the parts that needed to be remade had to be remade several times and while waiting one of my group attempted to use the bathroom, found it locked, and then was refused to have the bathroom (signs had it as public) opened, we had to use the one at the wendys next door

If I could, I would give this place zero star(s). First, the guy at the window couldn't get our order correct. He told me to wait a minute. We get our food and the burgers has no flavor and the onion rings taste like they dump them in French toast batter. My cherry limeade was the only thing that tasted like a cherry limeade.

Sooo upset, everytime I order my slushies from here they are good but they forget to add my add-ins, today they 4got the nerds but I caught it, what I couldn't catch was the missing fruit because those were not my slushie to go in, also everyone complained today that the slushies were not flavorful, it is starting to be warm weather I'm gon a need them to get it together Edit here we go again, I didn't reach out last time I had an issue, I just stop going, but, I came back again, and the wait didn't bother me, but, the drinks tops were not on and drinks spilled all in my car. Please ensure they are secured it's way to late to be cleaning a car or returning to get more drinks so we'll be having water & the kids are not happy

I made a call on the phone to see if my order was ready. Like I made a door dash order and I wasn't sure if I had to go and pick it up myself because a driver was supposed to get it. But I was calling to see if my order was still there. The person I talked to was really rude. Then I gave the my name and they hung up on me that is ridiculous. UPDATE 2/16/22 Went by the drive thru again and was served some nasty food again. I asked for 4 FRESH corn dogs and what did I get? SOGGY redipped stale corndogs that I threw away. the Route 44 Cherry limeade I got was nasty as well. There is definitely something going on with their Sprite which has been totally off tasting for awhile. I asked for extra Cherry syrup and got less. Since they changed owners this place has gone downhill. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!! This is absolutely one of the worst pathetically run late night drive thrus there is. I don't know if it is staffing issues or they just can't get their act together with the crew they have. There is no reason you have to wait almost 10 -15 minutes per car. You cannot effectively run a fast food joint with just one or two people, and I have gone by and have been told they were the only one working so the menu was limited. Why bother even staying open? Gas is expensive as it is I don't want to waste it at this place waiting in a non moving line, but trust me I was never so overjoyed to DRIVE OFF after it did move after placing my order. My God if you want to waste food like that so be it (or maybe it just sits getting old for the next order), but DON'T waste my time by your POOR INEPT service. Also I find it truly odd that the "owner" responds to say they are sorry to hear of your experience like a broken record and yet if anything was really a concern then the apparent repeated problems would be taken care of, but instead they send you to a "customer concerns" department, when they themselves need to take heed of the complaints and MANAGE their store THEMSELVES. Have THEY ever experimented going through one of THEIR drive thrus to see how they operate? I doubt it. It seems with ALL the apologies from the "owners" from previous reviews and offering "escalation" to issues to solve them, have they ever thought about offering better training to their employees or perhaps an "Undercover Boss" scenario would be in place? Escalation evidently doesn't work because new negative reviews of this location are prevalent and continuous.

I counted over 4 vehicles going through the drive through before my order was ever delivered to my stall. Got a email asking me to rate the service, started filling it out giving them a bad score clicked next and the website all of a sudden cut the survey off.

We pulled into a stall to order and had been waiting for at least 15 to min. We called to let her know we were in stall #6 and that no one had taken our order yet and the girl responded with that stall probably doesn't work. We could pull into another stall or use the drive thru. No apologies for the inconvenience so we left.

We just left this establishment with the thought of why we even pull into a place that everyone attitude was crappy. The girl rushed us through our whole order to mess it all up, we added on lettuce and tomato to a burger and came home to none and then we was still missing another order smh and for it to be a slow night when there was no car before or after us.

They don't let you order at the kiosks. They ask that you through the drive thru. We asked for cheeseburgers and they gave us burgers with no cheese. They then took them back and still didn't add the cheese. It took them 3 tries to make 3 cheeseburgers. Heard them talking bad about us when I went inside to ask for cheese.

I love sonic, and I love their food but this location is freaking horrible!! Historically the service here has been hit or miss. 50% of the time our order has been screwed up. Now however things have gotten really bad. There was one car in front off me in line at the drive through. there car sat there and for at least 15 minutes till they finally pulled forward. I pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes and was not greeted. So I said " hello??" and the "voice said just a minute please". I continued to wait finally the voice came back and took my order. They must have really bad management to be this poorly staffed and trained. Oh and I came back about two months later and had the exact same experience except I didn't wait around this time.

They cheated us and did not care to correct THERE mistake. They didn't give us a receipt. Worst cst service i have seen in yrs. Cld them to inform them cause they lacked not giving us a receipt nothing they can do.. ck open everything up and ck your orders open up you sandwich ck it. door dash orders are NEVER ready, they refuse to acknowledge you.... you have to BEG to get their attention, you have to YELL over their airpods smh!!!! this place needs new management, and a REMODEL.... cleanliness is an issue at this location as well; we just cant slap a glade plug in the wall and call it clean.... floor sticky at 11AM is just unacceptable

Came back for a third time on a different shift. There was one car in drive-thru and two in stalls when we arrived. Since I've watched 4 cars leave drive thru and the car in the stall left without ordering....just like I'm about to do after waiting more than 10 mins with no response. Will NOT be back this time. Corporate should really look into closing this location.

Initially I said I was going to this location b/c the restaurants on Summit are trash especially their service. Today I was in line waiting…a young man came out saying if you go to the side they can get your order quicker. I went to the side and no one never came to take my order. All the cars that were in front of me went through the drive thru and the other cars that parked ordered and got their food. Here I am still at #8 and no one came to take my order neither advised it will one moment. I went to the Gate City location customer service and food was better. Quick and fast

This place need to be shut down.. customer service horrible. It is so nasty. Trash cans full of trash..pictures posted at the bottom.They never have anything on the menu!! The drive up parts don’t work or missing.. (pictures posted) Please shut this place down!!!! My husband got boneless barbecue chicken and it wasn’t barely any barbecue on the chicken. Picture will be posted at the bottom. I wanted the new Buffalo bikes they didn’t carry those. We ask for ranch dressing they said they were out of that. Why are y’all still open.. this is crazy! So I took down my last review of this terrible Sonics just to upload this..I ordered the exact same thing...because I live around here and I wanted to give them another chance The meat didnt taste spoiled like last time but it looks just as bad. I ordered a super sonic extra eveything . It was a mess I opened the wrapper and stuff fell everywhere...they threw it together...I was like ok this is a mess but Imma deal with it... I took a bite and didn't taste any pickles so when I went inside to ask for pickles I was told they were on there ...when I examined the sandwich i realized there was a pickle or two on there but most of the pickles were one of the many things that fell outta the wrapper and into my car when I opened it( I thought it was a bunch of lettuce that fell out) .the "OWNER" needs to see what they are serving people This is what it looked like when I opened it minus alot of the stuff that was never on the burger and literally was just in the wrapper and fell into my car when I opened the wrapper..I guess other people around here won't complain...but I will...I love the Sonics Supersonic and it's great at any other Sonics in Greensboro or at least decent ..but DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC'S.. My car still smells like onions cause I'm sure some fell under the seat..

Wouldn't match the price ON THE MENU. Kept arguing and said it wasn't their job they just work there. It was rude and disrespectful to not match a price literally on their Menu. So if you want to try the fritos wrap thing that's back be prepared it's 2.99$ not. 99 cents.

Property is dirty with trash. Service is slow. Even after waiting in the drive thru for 20mins after being asked to move forward, the food isn’t fresh or hot. Wrong order on my drink l. And doesn’t bother giving a receipt. Fire the mangers and retrain or hire new employees for a customer service job……. And if your auto response responds with if I want to escalate my concerns to the franchise owner, your franchise quite frankly does not care. That’s why all the employees don’t care. Close the location down.

I’m very disappointed and upset. This is disgusting on so many levels. I love to eat the ice and the fact I opened my cup up to this is crazy. I usually eat at home and tonight was the last straw. No more fast food for me. I’m beyond disgusted. I also had the chili cheese dog and it was very mid.

This is literally the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Last time we went in person, they told us the ice cream machine was down and then I watched someone make two and hand them out to other people. The cashier was completely rude and acted like she didn’t want to speak or serve us. Then we doordashed from here and they forgot our ice cream then too. Idk if that’s the drivers fault or the workers but it’s ridiculous.

Ordered kids meal with a limeade, medium strawberry limeade and a cup of ice cream. Got my kids meal but no drink. I got my medium drink but it was a strawberry slushie. No ice cream. She bought out the ice cream but not my other drinks. I had to go in to get it fixed. Both strawberry limeades tasted like straight carbonation and lime. By the time I realized it, I was too far away. I live in va. The drinks looked normal

Stopped by on Monday Sep 15th at 430pm. Drive up window #5... whoever the female was that took my order was EXTREMELY rude because she ddnt want to come out to the car. Thats her job. Every time I come here they mess up my order or they have a whole lot of nothing. I came in the drive thru to get one pretzel with cheese and they forgot my cheese like they always do. They cannot get one simple order here right. The worker asked me to go inside to get the cheese because they were busy as if she didn’t need to come back outside to bring everybody else their food. What did I go in the drive thru for if I had to go inside and get my sauce for my one item that I ordered. Will not come back customer service is trash and the workers are lazy.

DoorDash delivery tonight arrived quickly, but ALL of the slushes arrived not frozen! Just practically cold Koolaid. And they decided not to send the ice cream I ordered, but instead sent another melted blue slush that I didn't order. Messy and a waste of money. If you can't send quality and correct items, just cancel the order so DoorDash can refund the customer instead of y'all ripping us off.

I ordered dinner here for my family. I wanted to try their new wraps. I got the bacon queso wrap and I asked for no queso or ranch. They put the nasty queso on it. My son had a burger kids meal NO CHEESE as he hates cheese. There was cheese on it. I’m mostly disappointed in the wrap. I wouldn’t even feed that crap to my dog.

I only go here for slushes and drinks usually but the one time I decide to venture out and try the food, it molded. I get home and I’m greeted with a molded hot dog bun. I ate half of it before I noticed so I pray I don’t get sick. Hopefully it wasn’t completely molded on the bottom but either way…gross. I attempted to call the location immediately after and no one is answering. I was there at 8:30 pm and It was plenty of workers there but no one is available to answer a call. Never again. You can tell me yall didn’t look at your product before making a hot dog…

I ordered fries with no salt and a chicken slinger with no pickle. I heard the girl fixing my order ask the fry guy if they were the fries no salt. He said yes. She asked if this was the chicken slinger with no pickle. They sandwich maker said yes it was. She brings me my order and take a look inside the bag and find fries that look like they had been dropped back in grease. So, I asked the cashier for fresh fries. Well, she drop fries no salt. I received my order for the second time and return to work with the same fries that I gave back to the girl that fixed the order. The chicken sandwich below looks like it had been fried hours ago that you cant even tell its chicken. I called to speak with manager and she apologize. She took my name and said the next time you come I will give you a free fry. I should have known better when the rating is 93.5% (Nasty) I am calling South Carolina office to complain.

Ordered through doordash just to be given the most disgusting food. It was so gross I couldn’t even eat it. The tenders looked like the employees found them on the ground and threw them in the bag. Worst part is that doordash wouldn’t offer me a refund. I’m not a big sonic person but I needed something for my lunch break. This is unacceptable.
