On line order completely lost, even though confirmed. Order wasn't ready at time it was promised, but came out after 30 minutes, had to pay again. Staff did apologize. Food nicely flavored, sushi rice quite dry, maybe old? Not sure sushi order was not made beforehand. Extensive menu with lots of variety!

The food was really good! A few mistakes were made but no issues that a typical human being doesn't make. LOVED the homemade "noodle" appetizers! I enjoyed it with some duck sauce and mustard! The spring rolls were phenomenal and and miso and sushi were to die for! My only issue is that it seems like they're breaking when it's not busy which is great! But...we were waiting for our check for about 15 minutes and had to go to the counter to pay which worked out.. also...for some reason the Tokyo roll made my boyfriend very nauseous. It made me a little nauseous too but I just thought it was a texture thing. Otherwise, I absolutely love this place and the people here are so kind and do amazing work! Tracy was amazing and very attentive and will definitely be coming back!

The food was ok, nothing to write home about. This place is more for the special dishes than the Americanized chinese dishes. They ended up flavorless and overcooked.

The food here used to be the best, but recently, the quality of the Chinese has really declined. So much that i cannot recommend this place for Chinese food. Not sure if cooks or management has changed. Please consider returning to your previous way of preparing Chinese dishes. The seasoning and overall quality of the meat is just not what it used to be. I must also point out, the quality of the sushi remains excellent. For the price charged, quality should be much higher across the board.

It’s way too expensive!! Not worth it!! And they charge me extra $2 for using credit card? Ridiculous... This restaurant should be boycotted!! 太差了!!

We ordered delivery through UE and our food arrived at appropriate tempratures and in good time. That being said, the problems are definitely with the food/restaurant itself. Maybe experiences are better if you eat in the restaurant itself, where the 'threat' of food being sent back keeps them in check or something. Ordered the duck noodle soup with udon, and got a bowl of perfectly al dente spaghetti with duck and brown water. No flavor, no body to the soup itself, probably could brew tea in it without affecting the tea's flavor. The sushi we got is oily, tastes almost exclusively of vegetable oil, and there is oil pooled at the bottom of the trays. There was also some sort of off-taste that I think was from the hot sauce. The General Tso's smells off to the point where we're afraid to try it lest we get sick. This order was supposed to be our lunch dinner, and about $70 worth of it is going into the trash.

Placed a delivery order, then they called to tell me I had to pick it up. If I had known I would have ordered elsewhere, or definitely saved my $20 tip. Sushi was decent, but everything else was not; the chicken tasted old and past its time, double cooked pork was tough, shrimp dish had 6 tiny shrimp... very disappointed. Hopefully others have better luck, we did not. Not worth the $130 I paid, nor the time and gas to pick it up.

Ordered the crispy hot and spicy chicken. Over cooked chicken pieces no flavor from the chicken. You get flavor from the hot peppers put in the dish. It comes with white rice but I requested vegetable fried rice. Which was white rice with broccoli carrots and onions. Barely had vegetables in the rice. No flavor at all

Why are you using shallower containers for your take out orders? Felt like being ripoff😡 judge for yourself. On the left was an order from last night. The right side container is what typically Chinese restaurants used in the area, almost 1/3 less. Not going back.
