There's no service. Just kiosks and employees on there phones. If you go through the drive thru your order will be wrong. I order without onions because my wife is allergic and it always has onions. It smells like dirty mop water and there is fries on the floor all the time. The fries are always overcooked and oversalted. Music is nice.

Drive Thru open 24 hours. Check dining room hours for accuracy. The drive thru is the main traffic for this restaurant. It can get very busy. The dining room isn't as busy but I suspect it can get very crowded on busier days and hours. The staff hustles but isn't very warm or interactive. The order kiosks are more interactive than the staff. The staff isn't rude, they just don't interact much with customers aside from calling out order numbers that are ready for pick-up and creating signs that direct guest not order at the counter but to use the kiosks to order. At least the kiosks have a screen that reads, "Welcome". You'll not likely get anything like that from the humans. Standard McDonald's food taste and quality. This location is like the vast majority of McDonald's in that regard. The dining room itself is adequately sized for most times of the day. It's not cleaned regularly, however. The same goes for the restrooms. Bottomline, the drive-thru is probably going to be the best experience at this McDonald's.

I rarely eat at McDonald's anywhere. Like once every five years on a road trip. Maybe. I was hungry though and just needed something. It was worse than I remembered. Terrible quality food for way, way too much money. Poor value, poor taste and crazy unhealthy. This McD's is next to the Truckee River though so it wins out over most others. Staff was fine. If you like McDonalds and you're driving through Truckee this one is a great stop.

Nobody speaks english, they got my order wrong and refused to make it right, tried to charge me for their mistake. We stop there at least once a month on a way to an appointment. I do not like the kiosk thing. It jams up everything. People are just all over. No organization. The parking lot was full of trash and half eatin food. The food was mediocre at best. The big mac has sure gone down hill. It should be called the mini-mac it is so small. I did not hear our number called because the guy doing it was just yelling and being foolish. So we had cold food. It cost over 25$ for two meals, the cashier had a difficult time counting the money, and never said thank you. How sad the great american burger shop has become. The new sign of the times should read, " millions disappointed".

Less food for more money than before. It's crappy food, it's supposed to be cheap. But it was like $25 for lunch for 2. And they made mistakes on the order. I don't blame the employees cause they don't get paid enough to really care. Even the fry bags are made cheaper. I hope those extra shareholder profits were worth it.

No toilet paper in bathrooms, sink had caked on dirt, the kinda that collects on the sink or side of tub when it isn’t cleaned for weeks or months at a time. Bought 2 - 6 pieces nuggets and got 4 in each bag, prices jacked up big time, AND the hamburger was raw!!! All in one visit. Thank goodness I don’t live in the area.

Showed up at 930pm with employees inside and blocked off drive through. Not servicing customers. About 10 cars drive up and the crew inside ran to the back. Hours say to 11pm and drive thru 24 hours.

Never have I had a business mess up SO many food orders so consistently. Uncooked burgers, wrong orders. Cold fries? Wrong drink. What in the hell. It literally must be on purpose. This is crazy to have this many things messed up this consistently. Don’t go back until this place is staffed by robots. Upper management must be horrible at training or maintaining standards or something.

The service here is a joke. They don't hire anyone that speaks english. They constantly get the orders wrong. And then when you try and talk to someone to get it corrected they don't speak any English. So they have no idea what you're talking about. Literally every single time I come to this place it's always something like that. They never give receipts so I can't even report it to corporate. it is super sad that this is the only one in the area. Cuz we're forced to deal with this gross incompetence. This McDonald's is the biggest joke I've ever been to.
