We had a fantastic afternoon at Hayden's!!! Our amazing waitress, Tami made our experience absolutely incredible!!! Now that we know she works Sunday brunch, we'll be back!!

This is a great restaurant located in Tualatin. They have a good happy hour menu and lots of out door seating.

Great food. The employees were the best

Attention to customer satisfaction and achieving strong up and coming status. Seafood specials and food specials frequent and all good. Check their calendar of events. Easy access to southern I-5 suburbs. The new semi formal dependable, consistently well above average neighborhood restaurant. Comfortable, convenient, impressively attentive, visually pleasing and calming, adding greatly to the food, and stimulates the romance and conversation. A very nice dining experience!

My wife and I really enjoy the atmosphere on the lake at Hayden's, and have been going there for years. The food is always solid (breakfast lunch and dinner). The service is always friendly. They take reservations! They pace you a bit slower than the "chain restaurants," so be sure let them know if you have somewhere to be (like a movie or play or something) and they are happy to pick up the pace for you. Otherwise, sit back, enjoy family and friends, and relax in the lakefront atmosphere at Hayden's.

Amazing service all around! After a recent room service order, Connor made it a point to drop off a take-out box for my leftovers when it wasn't brought with my original order. This was not necessary, but very much appreciated. I've had several meals at Hayden's during my stay and I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism I have experienced. Also, the bacon is awesome. :)

Food was delicious. Surprisingly one of the few places in the area that had reservations available last minute. Got the Spice and Crabby Sandwich at the recommendation of my wife to try something different, and even though I'm not a big fan of crab, the sandwich was great. Portion sizes were good and decently priced. Would go back.

Hayden's was so awesome. It was in the water at the Commons. We had seats looking out. There was a breeze so the water was rippled. Lots of people are outside, we didn't because we had two small children with us, otherwise we would have. The day was beautiful and cool. The buffet was to die for. It looked wonderful from the eggs and bacon, to the French toast and muffins. All kinds of great looking fruit from cantaloupe, to Marion berries, pineapple to watermelon, I wish I was able to eat like that everyday. It cost 18.00 dollars per person, which I thought was a little expensive, but the food tasted so good, and looked mouthwatering. I heard normally it cost 15. Staff was nice and able to please. I was in great company at a special place. If you have the money, it is a must.

My mom and I were in the restaurant on Sunday 1/12/20. We had the best service ever. Ashley was our wait staff. She was very knowledgeable about drinks and food. She was patient and kind when we asked so many questions. She was very attentive to our needs and anticipated our next needs. Thank you Ashley for making our girls night out that much better!!!

We really enjoy the food at this place. we've gone into the happy hour to a couple times or to have a date night at the bar. The food is good and the service is also good and I like the fact that they have various International entrees and specials throughout the year. Clearly the chefs take pride in their work.

Hayden’s catering is excellent! We recently had an office retirement party held next door at the hotel, catered by Hayden’s. The experience from start to finish was excellent. You have ample food and drink choices for any type of event. The staff are very friendly both from the restaurant and the hotel. The room had a great atmosphere and private patio on the lake. Angel was the event coordinator and David was our host for the evening. Both were exceptional! I would highly recommend Hayden’s event space and catering!

Wow, this place is amazing! My fianceé and I frequent Hayden's, and every time we have a fantastic experience. From the ambience to the food to the drinks to the employees, everything is excellent. The manager, Talai, always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful experience, and Alissa, our server last time, matched his enthusiasm and made our dinner very enjoyable. Definitely try this place out if you haven't already!

Excellent wedding anniversary dinner! We ate inside, most people were at outside tables enjoying nice weather and the lake. This was our first time to Hayden's Lakefront Grill. The halibut and sirloin were cooked perfect. Yummy mixed berry cobbler for dessert. Our server Carrie, was excellent and so was other staff. We will be back with friends.

The staff were cheerful and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was nice, modern and clean. The food was great, perfectly cooked. The prices were very reasonable for high caliber food. I don't drink but they did have a good selection of beer, wine and spirits. I highly recommend coming here for dinner.

A group of 7 of us had brunch/lunch on Sunday. We got seated right away (we had reservations). Our servers were so helpful and attentive. Some of us had the brunch and some ordered from the menu. There was a wide variety of choices for brunch. Never enough room to try everything! Two of us had the "make your own bloody mary" drink. Fun and very good with lots of choices of veggies, including asparagus and small carrots. The rest had Mimosas and enjoyed those as well. We have already made plans to attend happy hour later this month. It could very well become our favorite place to gather.

Here for happy hour. Very nice happy hour menu! Yes, excellent cocktails, but the food selections are first rate! Execution was solid as well, though I cannot recommend the crab cakes. No discernable crab. But when mentioned, they came off the bill. Nice! Serving sizes on happy hour are large. We ordered five things to share among two people and shouldn't have. Could not finish it all. The Calamari was excellent! My dining partner describes herself as "a calamari girl", always trying it at any restaurant it's available. She described it as possibly the best she has ever had. We got it hot out of the fryer, which probably helped, but wow, it was awesome. The shrimp tacos had a lot of shrimp in them, which was a nice surprise! The building could use a good touch up and cleaning, but don't let that keep you away.

Definitely come here for the Seafood and nothing else. Unfortunately, I'm not a huge Seafood fan but saw the decent reviews and happened to be the area when I'm usually not. The burger was good but not cooked how I ordered it. The chicken wings were good but kinda overpriced. From what I can tell people come here more for the bar and crab buffet which is more like an all you can eat sides buffet. The service was good and frequent. They're proud to be a local stapler and it shows.

Fresh solid food. We ordered the turkey croissant and the burger. The ingredients were fresh, the fries were crispy, and they made it exactly how we asked. The service was fantastic, always on top of keeping drinks full and taking orders. I would definitely return!

Solid restaurant. Much improved since the last time I visited. The simplified menu focuses on their strengths with a good variety of dishes.

I have decided to edit my review based on a recent visit to this restaurant. Hayden’s has changed its menu, finally. So many more great selections than there were before. They’ve even added to their breakfast menu. We will be dining here again. First review: Well, I have been coming to Hayden’s for many years, so my husband and I have had just about everything on the menu. When Hayden’s first started out, the menu was awesome. Now, the food here is somewhat hit and miss, although they have a pretty good happy hour in the bar area. The best part about Hayden’s is the outdoor seating along the man-made lake, which they open on good weather days for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I was very nice. I was able to make reservations and we had no waiting when we arrived. It was my birthday and they made it special. The food was exceptional good. The butternut squash ravioli with garlic cream sauce was fabulous. I could have eaten two plates of it. I will definitely be back!

Happy hour is a great time to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Beers are anywhere between $3-$6, house cocktails are $5, $7 for lobster dip with pita bread chips, $11 for steamer clams and it was all amazing! Plus great service and friendly faces.

Great food! I received good customer service. However The other clientele when I visited was loud and noisy. It appeared a sorority girls reunion was happening a couple tables over. I know what you're thinking ...but it was like their 50th reunion so no cuties here just loud annoying old ladies acting crazy on wine!

Had the Halibut fish n chips and the Wedge salad. Blue cheese was delicious with the bacon. The Halibut was tender and batter light. We were served the salad and main course together so next time we will remember to ask for salad first. Sarah, our server, was very friendly and her choice of Cab for me was spot on. Would like to come when weather warmer to enjoy sitting outdoors and enjoying lake.

+1 great knowledgeable waitress helping us make menu choices -2 horrible drink service +2 beautiful outside seating with great decor (inside and outside) on our way from entrance to seats +1 very good in presentation as well as flavor plus meal portions. Had salmon over rice and seasonal vegetables. Side order brussel sprouts with bacon(too dry needs more oil) . Stuffed chicken with seasonal vegetables

I really wanted to love this place but the food left me wanting more. I'll definitely come back to give a second try. The service, the view+patio, and the drinks are worth giving it a second chance. The tuna app was incredibly spicy, the togarashi spice rub on the outside just killed any other flavors in the dish. The kimchi and seaweed salad we're good but hard to taste when my mouth was on fire! I had the salmon and risotto. Corn risotto was tasty and cooked well but the salmon was just cooked to death. Overcooked salmon is such a shame when our PNW salmon is so amazing when cooked right. I'll update when I return 🤞

Service was terrible, but the server was sweet. Food was good. Please remember when tipping it's not the servers fault if they're low staff and high volume. It's not the servers fault if the food takes a long time to get to you. It's not the servers fault if the kids meal had a piece of "parchment paper" in it...... The server kept her cool, kept her hospitality voice and attitude sincere and sweet the whole time. The same can be said about the hostess. Even after I called the restaurant hostess from my table to place my order with her (because it was obvious the server was way too busy to even greet us for a good 10+ minutes) to have my phone order delivered to the table I was sitting at......😆🤪 after placing my order I asked her if she could deliver it to my table I was sitting at and she told me she would send my server over instead. It took 4-5 minutes after that phone call for my server to come. I also found my own boxes &boxed up my leftovers because the other servers & bus boy were also too busy. I still left a 15% tip for this poor sweet service lady that's obviously very overworked and needs help. Dear Hayden, please hire more servers! ...&also bothering me-> I had no problem paying the $6 for the kid meal, It's a very Good deal already, But future reference; if a customer finds something in their food that is not food, it's customary to comp that plate, and ideally have a manager come over and apologize to that customer.

Was very disappointed that the Happy Hour menu was not available unless seated at the bar, which isn't feasible when dining with children. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and were a bit slow to provide basic necessities (kid's menus, cocktail menu, silverware, highchair), but the kid's menu was quite nice and a good value and the food, excepting the calamari was good. It would be nice if the Happy Hour menu were available regardless of where one is sitting and I'm not sure why the restaurant is so short on kid's menus and cocktail menus, but I do love being able to eat outside.

Overall the food was good, but I have concerns from a consumer stand point regarding a few things. The first being the happy hour menu. They hand you a menu with drink and food choices. But the specialty drinks are not included in happy hour prices, even though they are listed on said menu. Maybe it’s just me, but a happy hour menu should include everything that’s on the menu not just certain parts. Secondly, we ordered deviled eggs. Again, they were yummy! But for $4, to recieve 1 and 1/2 eggs (3 pieces) is quite honestly a joke. I thought we were being pinned for a minute 🤣. The dishes are small, well plated, and tasty, but for the price, I would not return. Over priced for quantity received. The service by staff was prompt and timely, which made for a decent experience outside of still leaving hungry.

I was so excited to try this as room service. Ordered a Cobb salad and 2 drinks. The chicken was dry on my salad but everything else, amazing! Definitely more than I'd want to spend on a meal again. $60+ for one person (tip included)

This review is for Hayden's CATERING: We recently booked Hayden's for a dinner party after a vow renewal. We were placed in their Century Room at the venue (seats 56 people). Let me back up and say that 3 years ago I booked a Christmas party at Hayden's for my work and it was amazing and I would've given it a 5 star review. Last week's event though was closer to 3 stars. The food was fantastic. What was disappointing to me was the catering service. We asked for a formal serving (no buffet, no canned drinks, would like everything to be ordered from a limited menu and served). That didn't really happen. We did have more guests arrive (booked it for 30, but 45 people showed up) than we had reserved seats for and although the room was big enough to accommodate guests and they had a closet full of chairs, the caterers seemed really overly upset about this. I didnt see drinks ever get served to the guests, they mostly got up and served themselves. Also even though we had arranged who would pay the bill in advance, they had printed prices for everything on the custom limited menu. That wasn't very classy and caused confusion, like we were going to make the guests pay for the meal, or like they knew exactly how much the bride and groom were paying. Also the patio wasn't lit, and the sound system didn't work. The food itself though, was excellent. Service left much to be desired.

The jumbo shrimp appetizer was good but the rest of the food was just okay. Service was fairly slow and inconsistent with typical nicer restaurants at least for when we went. Not bad by any stretch and it looks out nicely over the lake, but just wasn't the most polished visit it could've been after wanting to go there for awhile.

I like going here for happy hour or breakfast. Unfortunately, each of my experiences has been very different. It really depends on who is working that day. Happy hour here is fun and drinks are yummy. Sometimes it will take you 15 minutes to get any type of service though. Same with breakfast. It can be great but sometimes you will wait for coffee for 20+ minutes. I keep coming back because when the service is good, I have any excellent time. When the service is bad, it's draining and annoying. I feel like the staff needs to get on the same page of how they should service their customers.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and we were not 100% pleased with the service. The shrimp salad they offered prior to the day had jumbo shrimp, when my wedding party and myself had that dish they were nothing close to jumbo and they charged us the same price for it. It took my wedding party awhile to get their drinks, the service was a bit slow. Overall Hayden’s wasn’t as accommodating as we hoped they would be.

Went there with family for the Thanksgiving day buffet, admittedly a relatively late seating. Food was just ok, hardly worth the price. Hard to get attention of servers even to get drinks. Didn't keep up on the items in the buffet, and then completely ran out of many before we were finished; desserts in particular were a picked over mess. They were taking down decorations and removing serving tables while we were still eating. Very unprofessional and not at all what we expected.

Terrible service high prices. Food is alright but at these prices give me a break. Spent more time in line then people do for a ride at disneyland just to get a box for leftovers and pay. By the time I had box it was not worth it to keep leftovers. Definitely doing well on location and alcohol sales. Wouldn't survive at non waterfront location. I think all the positive reviews are from people downing too much wine to notice how bad the service is.

Do not recommend!!! I am still very disappointed by the service we received for our our only daughter’s wedding. A wedding day is supposed to be a beautiful celebration in which when you pay for a reception you should get what you pay for. Not only was the food not as promised and many people complained they did not get drinks in time in which we paid for a drink service. Also they couldn’t even put table cloths on the tables which is unacceptable for my daughter’s wedding. See the photos attached. On their website under events their photos show tablecloths that look very nice for receptions. Yet they never put them on our tables (not even the cake table) and when I asked they said they don’t put table cloths on the tables outside. Then why show that on your website??? Very upsetting as this was my daughters wedding and the tables would have looked so much prettier with table cloths with all the work, planning and decorating we put into this day!!

I was hopeful because of the good ratings but I don't recommend this place at all. The service was poor. I had to go find a person to ask for non-dairy milk for my coffee. The bloody Mary I got was watered down but they refunded it to me. They seem to have organization problems where they don't ask you if you are getting the buffet or ordering off the menu. The waiter didn't ask us or tell us what to do if we wanted the buffet. There's no ketchup or hot sauce on the table also which was strange. It is badly in need of a remodel inside. Like it was decorated in the 90s and no one thought to improve it. The buffet is average but not worth returning and not worth the price. The coffee unfortunately tastes burnt and I couldn't drink it. It was a sad brunch. Save your money and go somewhere better.

Truly horrible experience! I have not received such poor service since I can remember. The waitress straight up scowled at us because we changed seats after the hostess told us we could choose where to sit. We moved from a tiny booth to a table since we were literally the only people in the restaurant! The waitress glared at us and angrily questioned the hostess in front of us then made a point to be passive aggressive to us and take away the extra silverware in a huff. The woman with half blond hair and tattoos has no business being a server if she is going to be that rude to customers. If she had asked us to move to a smaller table we would have gladly moved but instead she made our Valentines breakfast date completely uncomfortable. Then I ordered a mimosa that was less than half a glass and flat old champagne probably from the night before for $8!!! It was such a joke. Then she throws down our food and walks away doesn't ask us if we need anything, which we did. We went to the kitchen to find our condiments ourselves since she didn't care to actually be a server. If I was the owner or manager I would be so embarrassed my customers were being treated so poorly. Oh and for music they blast country so loud it's hard to have a conversation and completely takes away from the ambiance of sitting near a lake with ducks. I will never go back to Hayden's for those prices the service and environment should provide a quality experience.

Summary: overpriced food, hostile employees/bad service. My husband and I went to this place for lunch last week. When we walked in, there was no host or anyone at all to greet and seat us. We waited at the entrance for a while, then decided to go find someone. We started walking towards the patio, when a waiter entered from the patio door. He tried to just walk by us, avoiding eye contact and not saying anything. We had to stop him and ask to be seated. As we asked, he offered us a table on the patio. After we were seated and given menus, it took a good 10 minutes for him to come back and take our orders. We ordered two different kinds of salad. When we asked for full size salads (vs half portions that they offer), the waiter asked if we'd tried their salads before, because they were "huge". Here comes the review for food: my salad was supposed to be with grilled chicken, but the chicken was clearly overfried in thick batter. The portion was quite modest too, average at best. My husband ordered a prawn wedge salad, which turned out to be only 4 prawns pinned to a quarter of a large lettuce head (all for $17 dollars!). Needless to say, he left very hungry. When we'd already paid our bill and were leaving, I stopped at the ladies room, and my husband sat down in the waiting area outside the restrooms. He was almost immediately approached by two female employees who started questioning him on what he was doing there. It wasn't like they were checking if he was waiting to be seated at the restaurant, or something. Their questions were literally "what are you doing here?" He had to tell them that he'd just eaten there and had paid for his food to get them to back off. They didn't apologize or say anything nice, just walked away. I must add that my husband was well-groomed and well-dressed when he got so ruthlessly approached by those ladies. This was the most awkward and unpleasant eating out experience that we both have had in years.
