Food was awsome! Service from Liz the bartender was great!! And Roxy the Gm. Come out to make sure everything was good. Everything was great I can wait to come back again!!

First time being back to this Dave & Buster's in over 4 years, and the food is much better than I remember. The food was very delicious, exploding with flavor and more upscale than what I was expecting to see. It wasn't very busy so we didn't have to wait long for food or entertainment either.

Liz is by far one of the best servers I’ve had. If you’re a regular she remembers you and what you like to drink. Service is always top notch. I’m pretty patient on busy night but she always gets to me. She holds fantastic conversation and very relatable and understanding of people in general. Even when she’s slammed at the bar she can still have a conversation with you individually. Liz goes above and beyond for the service she provides and the customers who respect her. I highly recommend her and wish that she be tipped accordingly.

Always fun! Staff was super helpful and nice. We've been a few times a year..it's my son's favorite R&R spot if we cant take a trip lol. Wednesday are great nights to go. App perks help at times

Such an AMAZING Experience. 1st time coming and our server Travis greeted us at the door the min we walked In. Roxy the manager came and asked we needed anything and stayed to listen to our experience. Wonderful food, games, atmosphere, deals, and rewards. Mango Peach Bellini was delicious

We traveled from Canada to Portland and we had never been to a Dave and Busters before (I’m a big fan of the Office so it has always been on my to-do list lol) The service was incredible on all fronts! The bartenders, the front desk, the servers, just incredible ◡̈ the food was 10/10 delicious. I dream of the loaded queso every night, just incredible. Thank you D&Bers, you were everything i hoped you would be. “Hi I’m date Mike, nice to meet me.”

The food is delicious and the games are very fun to play. The staff are friendly and willing to help you. One of the best places to get burgers in my opinion. 5 Star Review.

Paige s was fantastic! She had such a great attitude and made the whole experience fun and easy. My drink was made perfectly, and she had it ready faster than I expected. She’s the kind of bartender who makes you want to come back—not just for the drinks, but for the way she makes everyone feel welcome.

Dave & Buster's offers a fabulous set of activities for all ages. The food and service are close to the best we have ever experienced. Our October birthday party was hosted with thoughtfulness and consideration. Our table was all set and ready upon arrival, and the appetizers requested were ready to enjoy by all. Love coming to Dave and Busters!! Always great service but is a little extra when Adrian is our server!! He is pleasant to engage with and delivers top notch service with a smile 😊 Date night is much better when it’s delivered by Adrian!! Great for adults and kids, good variety on the menu, wide variety of drinks alcohol and no alcohol and just overall a fun place!!

We had an amazing New Years Eve! They had a party set up with a buffet and unlimited games. A sparkling cider toast at "midnight" and amazing service. Especially the woman with the cool sword earrings. The games were awesome. It started our year off great! Thank you

First time ever coming here, and will definitely come back. The food was better than expected and some how even though Ellie our server didn't hover around us she always seemed to magically appear when we needed her. If most Dave and busters have this same style of service I will frequent often. It is expensive if you plan on sticking around a while to play games but worth every penny.

What a fun time! The staff is incredible, especially the manager John. Stop by and see them for a wonderful time. Great food and prizes made it an awesome experience. Definitely coming back!

The food was fairly tasty, but the service was really the excellent part. Our server Adrian provided for everything we needed and checked in on us often. Overall a really lovely experience.

Interesting place. 1st time. My group ranged from 68 to 4. Fun was had by all. Food was reasonably priced and everyone thought it was good. Be prepared for noise though. Not a quiet place.

I recently made a stop here with my family and I was taken away by how the service was. Our server, Suki, took care of us and treated our rowdy children like heavens angels. She suggested great drinks for my husband and I to relax and enjoy the time there. We never wanted to leave! I’ve had bad experiences here in the past but after this, we will be coming back for her service. She was constantly checking in with us and gave us the perfect suggestion for the cards that go with the games. Beautiful soul, you almost never run across people like her.

Travis and Risa are top notch bartenders. They made the whole experience 10x more enjoyable. We thought about leaving until we had the pleasure of being served by them. I think a Christmas bonus is in order for these 2….

I attended a family birthday party/dinner! Service was amazing & attended our big family well! John their manager & Adrian their server was amazing!

Exceptional Service! Food is a great value and drinks are Fantastic. Kids stay entertained while the game is on. I recommend going on the Thursday!

My daughter and I (24 & 51) had so much fun playing games (spent $35). We used 1 card and played many fun games. After a couple hours laughing and playing we ate at a booth in the bar. We had an EXCELLENT server, he was so efficient, friendly and kept the fun going. There were too many choices to eat so we shared a large sampler platter with a handful of different items. The prices are very reasonable for the amount you get. I will DEFINITELY be back & I hope I get the same server.

Omg this place is a must go to on Tuesdays. At 7 pm they have trivia and if you come in 1st, 2nd, OR 3rd place you get a Dave and Busters game card. It's way fun and its all free! This is what my boyfriend and I do for our date nights because since the trivia is free we can afford to just buy an appetizer and split a meal. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

It was busy when we arrived but we had a great time. We left with no prizes as the prize room ticket amounts seemed insanely expensive for what you get. Most games were available and all were in working order Hand sanitizer was filled in all stations when we wanted to use some. We checked in on the football game as we played in the arcade. The restrooms were well kepted and clean.

The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The selection of games was impressive and made for a fun, engaging experience. It is a solid spot for families or groups who want to combine dining with entertainment. However, the service was disappointing. After we finished eating, we had to search for someone just to get boxes for our leftovers. Later, when the kids were playing games and needed water, it was nearly impossible to get help. Staff seemed either overwhelmed or inattentive, which took away from what could have been a smooth and enjoyable visit.

I never been, but for a place you can drink and play games I love it! 😄 I have heard that they have some really tasty drinks but ours were super sweet when we went. The burger was delicious though! They also have a tremendous amount of games! From adult to little kid games. Overall I just wish the pricing was a little better 🤞🏼

Late nice spot to always come to with buddies or a good date night spot to play arcade games. Make sure to come on Wednesdays for half off prices because regular days it is pretty expensive to play the arcade games. One big downside is the restaurant/bar area; coming in, we didn’t feel welcomed or approached. After waiting almost 20 minutes for a table and then another 20 to order. It wasn’t busy but going around 10pm I can tell the staff were tired/annoyed.

I had fun coming on Thanksgiving for half off games but I would never pay full price. There were so many things broken: - hungry hippo had like 3 balls in it and was just sitting there most of the game - guitar hero player 1 was broken and you can’t strum down at all - far right skee ball only gave out 3 balls and didn’t give out tickets - mario kart racing game player 3 stops driving randomly constantly - trivia game was out of date with its questions and one had a wrong outdated answer - wheel of fortune wheel never stops spinning and gets 2 points everytime - big bass wheel doesn’t always read the numbers right and gives different ticket amounts than what the whee says - bowling game starts count down before the ball even gets back to you - quiz drop ball game has a broken jackpot sign

Let me say I'm giving this rating simply because I feel it is super expensive. The games, staff, and cleanliness all rank 5 stars. When you arrive you pay for a card and put your coins on the card that counts your tickets. I took two boys (ages 10 and 12) they LOVED it, it is a super fun place for them. Both boys used $40 dollars worth of coins each (a total of $80) up in about an hour and a half. I thought they had a very nice large selection of games. It was loud and lots of bright flashing lights. There was a section separate for eating/drinking and watching sports. I didn't get any food. Bathrooms were clean. I also noticed they give military discounts. The prize selection was very large and had a good variety, however the cheapest prize was 300 tokens.

I wouldn't recommend trying to eat here on a Saturday. It's way too busy and hard to get a table, and don't expect to see your waiter/ waitress and they probably won't get your order right if you do. Other than that, the food is decent and the games are fun, although there isn't very many games for little kids. *Edit* Went back on a Thursday evening. There was only 1 other family on the restaurant side! Would like to see better quality food but over all a fun time.

My husband and I bought the unlimited game card for 90mins. We wanted to get some food and drinks before we started playing arcade games. It said see host to be seated but there was no host. We walked around for about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to be seated and finally found someone. It took our server Adrian 20 minutes untill he finally came and take our order. He didnt even greet us and say ill be right with you or anything. He made it very known that he saw us sat and wait and didnt say anything to us untill 20 minutes later. We were so tired of waiting that we went to the bar and ordered our first round to have a drink while we wait. The bartender Benajamin poured good drinks and they had lots of awesome cocktail options. But finally after Adrian came and took our order he was extremely unpleasant. Just made the whole experience even worse. The food came out in an timely manner and it was good actually. I dont think we would come back.

The workers all seemed grumpy and unenthusiastic about every encounter. The prices were insanely expensive. The food was yucky. The claw machine part was cool but the prizes inside were similar to those you could find at the dollar tree. Kinda disappointing. Once you finish your game play ( we paid for hour and a half unlimited games but didn’t know it was only certain games ) the prizes were unobtainable. All over 1000 tickets which seemed ridiculous. Also things you could find at the local dollar general. Not worth it in our opinions. Would recommend coin jam instead. This place was a 1/10. Hire people who enjoy working with kids so that it doesn’t seem like a burden when they ask questions.

Our First Time Here I’m just giving this place a 2 star review cause the shrimp tacos and my husband’s burger was really good(he said)and our server had excellent service to us(Riley) Other Than That 🤨 We Had Too Wait Two Hours To Be Seated!!! And While We We’re Having dinner After Three Hours(in total), We Saw Two Separate Parties Walking Staight In And One Of The Party (Of Three) Sat In The Table Right Next To Us. And We’re Greeted By A Server (Mike/Mikey) And Told Them It Was Fine! Told Them The Two Hour Wait Was Just A Gimmick For People To Go To The Arcade 😡🤬🤨 So that was our experience, other than that our Server was great he did a great job 👏 But I don’t think we will be going back to have dinner here!

Unless you are going to stay for a while the points cards are way too many points. It is a loud fun environment that is great for kids. Food prices are way too much for what you get. Seems more like a special occasion place than a lets go have fun place. Fun place just be prepared to pay for it. They should call the steak and lobster linguini spicy steak and shrimp linguini.

I haven’t been here for a couple years now and my recent experience made me for sure not want to come back. We started off by eating, the manager who attended us was very kind and ready to help by combining tables for our group. That was the only part of the service that was enjoyable. Our waiter who I didn’t even get the name of, had really bad BO, which is unacceptable in my opinion if you’re going to be serving / be walking by customers. Would not come check on us, and when I asked for 2 kids ice waters didn’t bring them out until 20 minutes later. I also approached the bar to purchase a drink, and was told I wasn’t able to get one that I had to go thru my server since I was sitting at a table, how was I supposed to order a drink if the waiter only checked on us no more then 3 times. Then, I wanted to try the human crane, as I walked up to the prize counter the worker made eye contact and quickly looked down at their phone when I know they saw me standing here. I stood there maybe 20 seconds before I was acknowledged, even though they had made eye contact with me prior. I asked if I could get assistance with the crane, and in a very passive aggressive demeanor I was helped. The food was mid, but the experience made it less enjoyable, I just wanted to get out of there after that.

Won’t be back the waiter was rude as heck when asked any question she went off on us never got our coins after paying for eat and play combos and she wanted to argue with Ilya after trying to get fixed twice and no one helped us so we walked out will never go back cause now I wasted my season pass cause I will never step foot in there again she was rude and never got what I paid for so hopefully guess relations fix it or I’ll dispute transaction from my bank is not cool I don’t treat guest like that when I been there 15 times last 3 months I know how things work and to rip us off and never get our coins is crazy

My chicken burger was OK, fries were decent. The service was absolute trash. Had to get up and get my own soda because no one will check the table after 30 minutes.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Review for Dave & Buster’s – Happy Valley, OR I came in with the kids and ordered the Power Combo ($19.99 meal + $5 Power Card) along with three sodas — all the same size. Here’s what happened: • First, all three sodas were rung up at $3.99 each. • Then, two of them were adjusted down to $1.99 (kids’ price), while mine stayed at $3.99 — even though the cups were identical and no refills were taken. • When I questioned this, the excuse given was “one is an adult drink and one is a child’s drink” — even though all three were the exact same size cup. • Senior Manager Ryan Hall claimed he “comped” my drink, but the receipt still showed charges for three sodas at $1.99 each. To me, “comped” means $0 — not still being charged for all three! • At the end, Ryan kept insisting I had only purchased one Power Card, when I clearly had two. I pointed it out while the receipt was in his hand, and he snatched the receipt from me and never gave it back. • His solution? He told me to “deal with corporate.” Well, I am. I’m already working with a customer relations rep named Ashley, who knows about this situation. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was argued with, gaslit, and eventually kicked out with the kids before they even got to play. Later, security came back with $5, which felt like an admission of fault, but Ryan still doubled down, denying what the receipt clearly showed. Overpriced food is one thing — but dishonest pricing, flimsy excuses, taking my receipt, telling me to deal with corporate, and treating families this way is completely unacceptable. Do better, Dave & Buster’s.

Waited 15mins to be served and 3 people were helped after we sat down. We was told to sit anywhere in the bar area. We picked a booth, which wasn't cleaned yet, and apparently didn't need to be. No one even asked us if we wanted water..anything. No one ever came over. This Was going to be my first time going here but I guess I will never know what is like due to this poor experience. We left.

Absolutely dangerous and unacceptable. A violent fight broke out at the table next to us, directly in front of my children. This is supposed to be a family-friendly place, yet my kids were left terrified and crying after witnessing adults screaming and getting physical just feet away from them. What's even worse is the total lack of safety and control. There was no immediate security response, no staff stepping in, and no effort to protect nearby families. The situation was completely mishandled and allowed to escalate while guests were left on their own. My children are now scared and shaken because Dave & Buster's failed to provide even basic safety. This place is not safe for families, and management should be ashamed of how this was handled. Do not bring your kids here.

We came here over the weekend specifically for the kids, only to be hit with a $10-per-person cover charge at the door. Nothing about this was advertised ahead of time. By the time we found out, the kids were already excited, and the surprise fee completely derailed the night. If this place wants to call itself “family-friendly,” they should be upfront about mandatory cover charges instead of blindsiding families when they arrive.

Came in with a party on a reservation for 7PM on 12/7/2025. Service was awful. waitress gave me no option to tip but on my receipt it shows a 3.80$ tip that I DID NOT CONSENT TO ADDING. was not planning on tipping because she never showed up to check in on us. We had to come to her to order drinks and food. Disputing charge with bank.
