Just ordered coffee.

Mi experiencia fue muy grata. Las chicas fueron amable en todo momento!!! Yo soy fan de todo lo que tenga chocolate, en especial Oreo, así que le pedí recomendación de frappés a la chica y me dijo: el Moka frappé, ya que le comenté que no me gustan las bebidas cargadas de café. En sabor estuvo rico, incluso la crema batida me gustó y eso que normalmente no la pido porque sé que no es de mi agrado. Volveré a probar más bebidas, además que es un lugar ameno para estar, la tienda es una isla y tiene ventanal hacia la plaza, lo cual se me hace bonito y te inspira paz.

Es un buen lugar para pasar un día tranquilo, en familia. Recomendado.

La empleada era muy amable y conocía mucho sobre turismo. Nos dió información muy valiosa.

Rico café y buena atención. Recomendado. Lo que sí, le falta una foto del local en vez de la calle porque está lindo.

Ambiente tranquilo, muy bien organizado y con un café expreso de calidad, se puede notar los aromas por una buena extracción y tostado correcto, algo difícil de encontrar muchas veces.

La atención fue excelente y el café uno de los mejores que he probado. Sin embargo es imperdonable que en plenas fechas no pueda acompañar este delicioso con un pan de muerto...

Es curioso que en una plaza donde deben de pagar muy buena renta tengan menos productos que en otras sucursales, misma calidad menos opciones

Mi capuchino ha estado sabroso, también hemos pedido un sándwich y ha tardado mucho, el lugar super limpio y sus vendedores excelente trato.

La manager no es amable ni con los clientes ni con su personal.

Conozco la franquicia desde hace años, cuándo comenzó en Atlixco y Puebla, y tenían cosas deliciosas, sus bebidas y sus alimentos eras muy ricos, ahora las porciones son pequeñas, el sabor ya no es igual, la calidad a bajado mucho y te lo venden super caro...

Cambiaron los precios del menú, sin embargo no han actualizado los precios aunque sea con una estampita. Pedí un frappé moka que en los otros dos locales de Cancún y Mérida no cobran chispas y me las cobraron a $10 diciendo que así siempre lo han hecho.

In the Italian Coffee Company of The Grand Outlet, when I went at first the place was to small, there were like 3 tables where people could sit so me and my mom sat in a table and both of us ordered a panino with a Moka coffee with Whipped cream and sparkles. In the restaurant it was just me and my mom and they took a long time just for doing our order and when our order arrived the food looked delicious but it was terrible, the panino was watery and it only tasted like bread, at least the coffee was good but they put a lot of whipped cream and sparkles. I don't recommend go that place because for a place which is in a big and awesome place.

The bread for the baguettes is now just sandwiches made of cheap, poor-quality bread. I won't be back.

All I would say about The Italian Coffee Shop at The Grand Outlet is be careful. I queried £12 GBPs for one coffee and a single slice of cheeee cake, after all we're in Mexico not Mayfair..!! The young man behind the counter said 100 mexican for the coffee (£4.00) and 190 mexican (£8.00) for the cheesecake.? I thought £12.00 sounded expensive, but also thought bugger it, its for Italian Coffee so lets do this..! We'd been shopping so just wanted a bite to eat and drink in some aircon. I then checked my receipt and realised I'd been charged for 2 coffees and 1 cheesecake which then made sense with all 3 items being around £4.00 each. They did refund me £4.00 after querying the bill - but the young man behind the counter clearly told me the cheesecake was £8 quid. (100 mexican) just 2 minutes before. In a nutshell.. Coffee was not great, tasted really weak like a milky tea.! Give it a miss guys.
