Very grateful to choose this place to got to and eat. Great service, great food and everybody is very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very good and it has tvs all over the walls. The place is very clean.

Mountain mikes on geer road is different than merced,its an amazing pjzza everytime!,merced is dry with little sauce cheese and feww pepperoni..the one on geer packs cheese and loads piles of pepperoni.cooks pizza to perfection...whoever runs the one on geer,really cares about making the best pizza possible...im very picky and judgmental..this one has 5 stars

Our favorite pizza parlor! The pizza has plenty of toppings and always delicious! We dined in this time. The service was friendly and we didn’t wait long for our order. By the time I finished my salad from the salad bar we received our pizza. We ordered the mountain size McKinley so we would have several meals to enjoy later! We used a coupon we found on the back of Safeways receipt so it was well worth the price when you get 4 meals (2 of us) from a giant pizza. They have daily specials at the the time we were there so take advantage of them. Very clean and lots of tables to dine in.

Pizza was excellent, can’t recommend the bbq chicken lua strongly enough. Salad bar was fresh, clean and well stocked. Staff was all friendly and helpful. When we ordered the lady made sure to mention it would be about 35 minutes. In reality it was 25 at most so great job under promising and over delivering. That’s how you do it. We ordered the mountain size for a family of 4 and barely got through half. It was that big, filling and topping rich. It’s nice in today’s day and age to eat out and get delicious food AND a great value. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back soon.

Loyal customer here for about 30 years. Recently, phone orders have become very difficult because the person taking the orders struggles with English; we often have to repeat ourselves several times, and there are frequent mistakes with the pizzas. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but the language barrier is clearly affecting order accuracy, and it would really help if there were a better way to confirm orders or have someone more fluent double-check them.

Food is great but service sucks... Online it says they close at midnight but then there's a sign saying they close at 11:00 p.m. and when I come in after 9:00 there is no dine in only take out. I can't even enjoy the good food with my family because we are never allowed to sit there.

There's almost no sauce (Pineapple Chicken Luau), chicken is dry, the cheese has coagulated into a weird mess, and it just didn't taste good at all. If I order from here again I'll just stick to the pepperoni in hopes it'll be as good as I remember

Online order, never gave me an ETA, when I called about it they said it was ready and by the time I took the 5 minute drive down there it was very cold. It must have been a bad Friday going into Saturday. When placed and received my order for a pepperoni, olive, pineapple, I waited until my wife came home before opening the box. As the picture shows, there is one key ingredient missing - pepperoni. My wife gets home after 11:00, so when I tried to call the store did not answer. When I called back Saturday, I was informed, that because it was the next day Mountain Mike's would offer 20% off the next order. When I attempted to interrupt and explain that I did try at call but they had closed, I was advised that I didn't need to be rude. I was taken aback by this comment from the manager but proceed to explain that 20% off is not acceptable and requested my order to be remade. After a short period on hold, I was told that if I return the incorrectly made pizza to their store to prove there were no pepperoni, they would remake it at 30% off. REALLY?!? Take the pizza back to the store, show that it was made wrong, and then pay for it again less the 30% discount? No thank you. It is your error, provide the basic fundamental customer service your industry expects, and make it right.

I used the app to order a pickup order well ahead of time. Scheduled for 545. I arrive at 547 and am told it will be out in a few minutes. Perfect. No problem. 20 minutes later they finally call my name for my order. The pizzas are cold. Really? The service and food has gone downhill since the new ownership took over. I'll have to try the one on the Monte Vista from now on. Although I think it is owned by the same people.

We visited this establishment today (lunch buffet) with a time limit of 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we inquired about the buffet and were assured that pizza would be available within 5 minutes. In the meantime, we purchased the buffet, which included unlimited pizza, a salad bar, and a drink. However, they had no salad options, only cabbage. When we asked about the salad, they informed us after the purchase it that it was unavailable. 😟 We waited for so long before the pizza was served. Due to our time constraint, my husband and I only had time for one piece each before leaving . We felt that $30 was excessive for the limited offerings and left disappointed. We will not be returning.

Mountain Mike’s on Geer in Turlock has gone downhill ever since the new ownership took over. In the past year, the quality has noticeably dropped — the pizzas are thrown together, the combination barely has any veggies, and they’ve even stopped honoring the student‑fundraiser coupons that families rely on. This last delivery sealed it for me. The driver rang the doorbell once, waited less than a minute, set the pizza on the floor, and still had the nerve to ask for a five‑star review. Completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to watch a place that used to be dependable fall apart like this. At this point, the decline isn’t subtle — it’s obvious, and it’s disappointing.

Second time my pizza didn’t have enough cheese and was too burnt. They charge way too much for ranch now even when you order they don’t even give one for free that comes with the pizza like older owners . I think this will be my last time coming here reason why they haven’t been getting good business like before. New ownership is too cheap.

I love mountain Mike's Pizza!!! But very disappointed with customer service she could at least smile and not be so arrogant. Decided to try buffet around 1:30 pm the girl that attended me said that, the pizza they had left on the trays was going to be all they were going to bring out, next thing you know they bring two more freshly made pizzas after I finished eating the slices they had leftovers. ( PS if you don't like your job leave it)
