I love everything about this place. Only wish for whole wheat bread options or more sugarfree options for my own health. Besides that, it's my favorite café now. I feel so at peace here. I've tried: An Affogato 9/10 A SF caramel iced coffee with nonfat milk 6/10 A Tomato Basil Pesto sandwich 9/10 A SF caramel macchiato with no drizzle 8/10 A raspberry beignet 3/10 (it was okay) I would try their other treats if I didn't have restrictions! :) They look delicious!

This new place is so cute! And the staff are truly amazing! It was my first time going today and first impressions were great. I'm a coffee fanatic, so I really enjoy cute, nice coffee shops! Especially one's that know how to do latte art. I will for sure be coming back!

Rise n brew is such a gem here in Turlock. Not only is their coffee delicious and strong (no complaints here 😉), but their variety are pastries are fresh and tasty. The cherry on top is the cute and welcoming ambiance they’ve created. When it’s a full house it’s nice to hear chatter and warmth in a coffee shop!

What a fabulous find. This team knows their coffee. We had a great conversation about their drinks and philosophy. They have fun innovative specials . Latte was balanced and delicious. I also enjoyed a new offering- spelt quionoa croissant. It was vegan and I loved it! Their menu is classic and well prepared. Their baked offerings were enticing! Parking and access is easy. Plenty if traditional, vegetarian and vegan options available. Highly recommend for a pleasant spot for a coffee date or your daily coffee run. Hard to go wrong here! Great service, tons of parking, coffee and lattes are phenomenal. The creme brûlée latte is amazing. Love that we finally have an aesthetic boutique coffee shop in town. The pain au chocolat is also so tender and delicious. Love that they warm their pastries. This is what Turlock has been missing forever.

Staff is always friendly and always provides a good atmosphere. Love the simplicity of the menu when it comes to food and coffee. Always a good go to if you want to a quick coffee before work or get some work done in a chill environment.

Im from Modesto and happened to be in the area and I have to say they have very good espresso and drip coffee. I enjoy the fact that they really put an emphasis in making a good quality cup of coffee and not just a overly sugary beverage. I easily give this place a 5/5 and rated higher than almost every coffee shop in Modesto.

New coffee place first time here had the beignets were good with the chocolate in the middle good flavor. Got the matcha Latte good flavor. Very welcoming atmosphere

My only issue is the customer service - or lack thereof. The employees are hardly ever happy to greet me when I’m there and it feels like a chore for them to take my order. The interactions are always awkward and feel very forced. Hopefully the employees can receive some more customer service training :) otherwise love this place!

+1 star because it's not Starbucks, also the presentation on the top of the drinks was beautiful and decorations are pretty good. -3 because costs +33% more than Starbucks but portions are -33% smaller . Drinks are more sweet than flavorful, and the specialty drinks tasted the same with too subtle of differences. Also menu was confusing, they didn't list the prices on the specialty menu, and it was very confusing with the cup sizes since getting a to-go cup was priced the same as getting a mug although the mugs are smaller.

We had to pick up someone else’s plate to be able to use a table and we had to wipe the table down ourselves. My sister and I ordered two bagels and they were awful. Just awful. The bagel it’s self was bad and the sausage and bacon most likely if I had to guess are microwaved. The house coffee was watered down and the tea was not it. AND how can you go wrong with tea?! The food and drink looks good until you actually taste it. We only ate part of the sandwich until we couldn’t any more. And we only drank half of our drinks. We paid 35.00 for it all with the addition of a delicious chocolate muffin. ( my daughter enjoyed it)

Probably the worst Iced coffee I've ever had, first of all I ordered vanilla iced coffee they gave me plan black coffee with nothing in it and barely any ice it was warm and disgusting, and when I asked they added vanilla shots but no ice still the coffee was warm and just terrible. Never seen an iced coffee like that plus the workers are extremely slow and flirting with customers wasting time.

We were there for at least 10 minutes, we were not even greeted, the employees were "cleaning" after the previous customer, talking to each other, no one came to take our order, they just past in front of us with out saying a word, we finally stepped out and went to Alison Cafe house, these guy's know what good customer service is! And great coffe as well! 🙂
