Miguel's Jr. is a popular Mexican fast-food chain known for consistent quality and generous portions. Customers rave about the burritos, especially the Garbage Burrito and Original Burrito, and the fresh chips and salsa. Some locations have inconsistent service and occasional order errors.
Tip: The Habaero salsa and red sauce are great. If ordering through the drive-thru, double-check your order before leaving.
Edit: Despite my reservations about coming back, my coworkers were craving Miguel's Jr and I joined them. We dined inside this time and just like last time, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. In ordered the same thing and the cashier helped ensure it had no meat and brands were substituted. Seriously, a bean Cali burrito is AMAZING. It should really be a normal menu option. This has completely reversed my previous thoughts. It seems like it is more of a system issue than a location issue. There needs to be other options coded into the system to indicate substitutions. Overall, the staff has been incredible and the correct food is delicious. Vegetarians beware if venturing outside Miguel's Jr vegetarian menu options. If you want a burrito with guacamole, do not think it safe to order the Cali burrito and remove or substitute the meat. Customer service, while overall decent and the associates friendly, also came up short in terms of offering substitutions. You MUST be explicit with the staff. The error in our order wasted a large portion of our lunch hour and will make me think twice about buying from here again. This was my first time eating here, but I may give another chance at which point I will update my review should anything change.
Always good. The chicken Garbage burrito is amazing. I have bought a small cooler and ice packs in the past in order to bring some home on the airplane. Wish they would expand north in to Sacramento!
Great fast Mexican food option! I’ve been going to Miguel’s Jr since high school (Fontana location). They offer consistent, delicious high quality food and fast service. My go-to in high school was the bean & cheese burrito. I’ve expanded my interests and now usually order The Original Burrito with shredded beef. It’s massive and I usually split it into two or three meals. It reheats in the microwave beautifully with all the melty cheese or it’s good straight from the refrigerator. From time to time I have also ordered other dishes, such as the enchilada plate, chips and guacamole, BRC burrito, and taquitos. Each dish is delicious and meets their high quality flavor! I hope it becomes one of your favorite fast food options too. They have a drive thru, easy parking, indoor seated dining, and superb quality food.
As a business owner myself. I appreciated when jonathan upsold me and had me get the burrito box. It was my first time here and I tried it with Chile Verde. There were precisely 6 chunks of pork. Damn they were good. Habaero salsa is great, as well as red sauce. Chips are super thin and fresh. There were two different sets of music, one in front, one in back and the one in front in the restaurant area kept going in and out

a super solid reasonably authentic mexican fast food chain with good food at reasonable prices. since it’s a chain it’s consistent. i have been to the ones in ontario, huntington beach, costa mesa and tustin. and one of the ones in corona. always consistent.
Highly recommend!! Everything I have tried from this place is delicious! There are lots of options and something for everyone. Unfortunately there is not one close to my house, but when I am near a location, I always stop by!
It's nice to see this restaurant is finally starting to blow up. I grew up on Miguel's Jr when they were only in Corona. Still bomb & not a ripoff like Albertos is now. My kids love this place & Ive been telling everyone about it for years! BRC FOR LIFE!!!
I have enjoyed Miguel's at various locations and each time the food has been fresh, hot, and very good. Service is friendly and fast. I've had a few different burritos, and tacos. Miguel's will not disappoint you. The food is very favorable.
I love Miguel’s! My fiancé grew up eating it. The quality of the food is consistently delicious. My current fixation—I’ve got some fitness goals—are the shredded beef and chicken soft tacos. They’re a really healthy, high protein option for fast food.
OMG Miguel's has tamales and I tried there , pork tamales , and they were absolutely delicious! Even better than thier chicken taquitos! You got to try them!

What are the charges? Eating a meal? A delicious, succulent, Mexican meal? To stave off my hunger and bring joy to the people? Outrageous! This is democracy manifest!
I never pass this place without eating here. Price point is perfect and portions. Never crowded and always consistent. Its the in n out of Mexican food to me.

I absolutely love coming here. I visit at least twice a week. I've been here 60 times and always come back. Their food is absolutely delicious. I always order the stuffed relleno burrito. My only complaint is the service. It would be nice to see them greet us by name or hear them say nice to see you again. We are extremely loyal to this restaurant.

Like a green burrito drive thro .affordable price . Order was ok for fast food . Not great as say chipotle or el pollo loco which nails it. But good drive thru affordable. Service on line. Forgot to include utility and sauce request. Pick up service was lack sadaisal won't walk pick up over to customer even tho offer curbside,
Usually the food is fantastic , this time I used the drive thru, I ask for hot sauce none in bag . I was on the freeway before I noticed. The burritos were not hot at all the cheese was not melted. I would still recommend. 🙂

Had the pork pozole (soup) without hominy … it would have been nice to be served in a bowl for dine-in instead of a to go plastic container. The pozole was good with the right spices and cabbage, onions, & lemon served on the side. Also tried the chorizo (Mexican pork sausage) and eggs with beans, which is average.

I came in today and the employee tried to play the short change trick I gave him a 20 and he gives me charge for a 10. I had to tell him give me the right change. All they said was I'm sorry. The truth I was going to be sorry if I didn't notice. This place has crooks working for them. Be careful full here in this location they don't cheat you .
Something changed. I grew up with Miguel's in the IE and it was always solid. Either their supplier want bankrupt and had to be replaced by some mediocre supplier, or they went cheap on purpose. I don't like that I can tell the difference. It feels.. like betrayal. (mostly referencing El Potato, but it applies across the board.. even the sauce is slightly different, in a bad way)
the prices were not the same as the menu on google states. very small amount for the price, i ordered a 2 taco plate with carne asada, they don’t tell you they will add an extra couple dollars for the asada, its not included with the meal. The price was about $16.50 for food that barely got me full. I recommend going elsewhere. Costumer service was fine.
Been coming here for years and today was complete disappointment when I really looked forward to my cheat meal. I asked for a bean and cheese burrito extra cheese. Tell me why when I picked it up I noticed it felt cold and stiff which is unusual for this place. After a few bites I noticed that the burrito had 90% cheese and barely any beans. Whoever made it has probably thought it was funny because there’s no way any normal person would have thought that was okay. I had to literally take out as much cheese as I could which is still just cold and shredded. The drive through girl also gave me weird vibes but I didn’t think much of it until after I seen what my food looked like. Highly unprofessional people who work here and handle food, they really should be fired. This review was posted 3/7/24 at 1:42 I just picked up my food around 1:30. Adding a photo for context and note there’s no rice it was just a bean and cheese burrito but the ungodly amounts of cold shredded cheese kind of look like rice so I’m posting this to avoid confusion
First time trying Miguel Jrs as recommended by an Uber driver. It’s advertised as genuine Mexican but honestly does not taste like it. It’s closer to Taco Bell type eating, but I would choose Taco Bell next time. Ordered $50+ worth of food close to closing time in the drive thru and while the food came out quick, my tostada had a hair in it so had to throw it away once I opened the box at home. The guacamole is kinda scary looking and the quesadilla, taquitos, and burritos were sub-par. Last time visiting Miguel Jrs unfortunately!
Would not recommend. They forgot to make the burrito the way I wanted and when I told them they just threw the item on top. Other places would remake it.
Counter-Service was Good, the Limited-Time Strawberry-Horchata was Awesome & the Food was Okay… but My Problem wasn’t discovered until I Microwaved my leftover Quesadilla & was halfway through eating it, finding a torn piece of plastic cling-wrap, nearly swallowing the microwaved plastic. I immediately spit-out the Quesadilla that was in my mouth & felt like throwing-up. Utterly appalled & disgusted, now I can first-hand imagine what Sea Animals are forced to deal with, having cancerous, foreign & toxic materials & objects threateningly forced into their food & bodies without their knowledge or consent!
Miguel’s Junior what a disappointment. I like to start by saying that I love Mexican food and I was a loyal client to your restaurant but lately, I’ve been receiving the wrong order constantly. Per example: I ordered chicken I received beef. I’ve ordered 3 carne Asada plate the meat was almost rare. Carne Asada tacos cold chewy beef and cold tortillas as they cracked and split when handling. Burnt chicken taquitos and tried to covered with an extremely amount of cheese. Chile relleno burrito with seeds. I’ve been in the drive-through waiting for my food sometimes like 28 to 29 minutes. I don’t understand why the wait is so long. I’ve tried asking why at the window but your employees are extremely dismissive and condescending when talk to. Honestly buying lunch or dinner at Miguels Junior has become disappointment. Long wait to only to get my order wrong it’s just not acceptable. It’s unfortunate that the employees at this location are disinterested in taking the orders accurately nor cooking the ingredients correctly. My last order was Sunday June 4, 2023 and it was wrong again. Ordered a Carne Asada burrito and got a tiny Rice burrito. Yep. A Rice burrito. Yeah! Who does that?!
