Would recommend! the service was great and the food was soo good! the queso was amazing!
We loooove Mannys. We come here often and every time we are greeted with such happy faces. The waiters even remember us and our orders! Cade is the best! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Management is handson and top notch. Food was great and service was courteous and efficient. Live n Kickin band was really good as well. I stayed longer and drank more than I had planned but really good times.
Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Bacon was crispy, pancakes to die for and the eggs perfect. Compliments to the chef. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back. Shout out to Cade and Mikey!
I’ve had the ouayous ranchero’s here several times, but today’s were the best yet. This was also the first time we’ve had breakfast here since they started not long ago. My wife had cinnamon French toast and it was also very good. Minue is small for breakfast, but almost adequate. Need some omlets.
We were a party of 4, it was my dad's 88th birthday. Our waiter was great, he was really friendly and accommodating. We didn't want for anything. The food was excellent. I always get the summer plate, dad got enchiladas that he said were really good, my husband got Tony's tacos with beef- he loves those, and my son got a quesadilla- and he cleaned his plate, lol. My summer plate was presented really pretty on the plate, and so were my husband's tacos. The summer plate has a little bit of everything, and their crunchy tacos taste like perfection. The food is priced fairly for what you get. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was calm with a chill vibe. We will always come back, I hope they stay a permanent fixture in Tyler-they are a beloved family business.
Manny's has some of the best cheese enchiladas & their different salsa's are crazy good! I believe one of them is actually named "crazy salsa", try mixing that with your either one of the other salsa's. It's really good 👍 The best service, our waitress, was really awesome and deserving of a great tip, please remember this 🙏 The atmosphere is great inside and also has a patio area if you want to get some fresh air! And they have a bar which I'm into 👋
Heard alot about this place. Had a great waitress who told me whats what and let me try different things. Had a nice cold beer and even soppipa at the end. Good food, fun clean atmosphere, and Manny the owner even came out to check in on us. Good vibe, good place. Will see you again soon.
As a long time Tylerite, I grew up going to El Charro's and have loved the orange sauce, food, atmosphere. It's consistently delicious and every time great service. If you want a cocktail, they have a full bar, and wonderful patio space, and live music times as well. I will continue to enjoy Manny's and get my "orange sauce" fix regularly. (IYKYK!).
staff was excellent. told me they have live music on Thursday & Saturday nights. my first time here was as takeout so i may visit sometime to enjoy the live music. the chips were very fresh, crispy, perfect.
We had their new breakfast menu. We ordered Chorizo Taco, 1/2 order Biscuits & sausage gravy (out of sausage), so we had regular gravy. An order of bacon, 1 egg over easy, hash browns and an Irish coffee. Dillon was our waiter. Chorizo needed a little more spice in my opinion, we added green sauce. Biscuits and gravy were good. Will try the sausage another time. Bacon & eggs were cooked to perfection. Hash browns came to the table needing more time on grill, Dillon caught it and took them back. They still needed some crispiness but we ate them. The Irish coffee was perfect, I asked for whipped cream upfront so not sure if it comes with it regularly or not. It was Sunday and they had all the football stuff on and when the game started, they put the sound on but not so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation, I appreciate that. Dillion, he has waited on us a few times, he remembered our drink order. Dillon took very good care of us, had conversation with us and has a great sense of humor. The best service we have had in Manny’s, possibly ever. He’s in the bar area on Sundays. Happy Hour all day Sunday and plenty of TV’s in bar area make it a great place to watch a game or 3. If you don’t want breakfast, my favorite plate is the The Special with extra onions (cheese enchiladas, rice & refried beans). If they don’t bring it to the table with the chips and salsa, ask for the orange sauce. 🧡
Good TexMex at reasonable prices. Lived in Tyler 6 years before I ever tried the place. It's laid back unpretentious, good food, good service, good prices, no complaints.
Katherine was a great waitress. Food is just ok and expensive. The surcharge to use my credit card will keep me from going back and it hurt Katherine's tip. Stop charging customers the surcharge!
The chips and sour cream enchiladas were pretty good but other than that , it was shockingly average. If this was the only time I’d ever had Mexican food, I would probably think it was good. The menu seemed tired and didn’t offer a lot of variety. The food lacked flavor. It was just missing something. Extremely disappointed.
Felt unwelcome. Once I seated myself, several staff members walked by without acknowledging me. I was beginning to wonder if I had activated my invisible shield. The waitress (no name given) arrived to take my order. I began to give my order and had to stop her twice because she began to walk off without acknowledging my order or asking if I needed anything else.
We go with friends. Last time there they were so busy we couldn't get a seat. No hostess just free seating. Glad we didn't stay probably wouldn't have received very good service like our previous experiences there. Food is good though.
Chicken Tacos hardly had chicken. Tap beer flat, margaritas full of out of a box mix. Not a quality Mexican restaurant.
I was passing by and saw the sign.. Turned around and came back to Manny's. The Tex-Mex Grill. The restaurant is very clean and orderly. The seating is uncomfortable after 15 minutes. I was on the bench side and my wife in a chair. Padding on the seats would help. The complimentary chips and salsa were yummy. The sauce in the bottle(not sure) what It's called was great mixed in with the red salsa. I ordered the "Toro Plate" the taco shell was chewy and hard to bite & the meat was just a little on the spicy side. The taco shell is the real issue. The veggies were all fresh and crispy but my beef fajita taco served in a flour tortilla was gooey as it had layed in the juices from the taco & rice. I didn't care for the sauce on the beef enchilada (queso would be a better choice). The whole beans could use some seasoning-bland in flavor. Tyler my waiter was informative & courteous but could use some refinement in becoming a better waiter. He left the check on my table after I had only eaten one bite of my food. Had I been contemplating a dessert I felt reluctant to do so. If this review was helpful please "like".
Holy cow. I was so excited to see them on Doordash. But WOW. If you want chips and salsa and orange sauce, it's going to cost you the whole amount of another meal. That is just wild. I'll do without
Salsa was awful and there was hair in the basket of chips. Decided to hang in there for the entrees. Food was bland and served cold. There was hair in one of our plates also. Service was slow, even though the place was not busy. Don't waste your time here.
Just don't! Food was bland, and I found hair in multiple dishes! Ordered an Arnold palmer and the first was basically lemonade and the second cup was warm tea with a splash of lemonade.
This place has got too high. Went there the other day with my pops and it was $60 just for the two of us. We normally go 1-2 times a month , but I doubt will be back. The food is great, but it’s just too high. I ordered the beef fajita quesadilla and it was extremely small. Literally looked like a kids meal. It was $19. I repeat $19 for a beef fajita quesadilla with double rice. Way too high. Please make your quesadillas bigger or not charge so much. This was my mistake ordering it because I have no complaints about the $19 beef fajitas enchiladas. I know I sound like a fatso but it’s the principle.
Food was bland and their charro beans were nothing but pinto beans that were frozen and reheated. Manager was on his phone the whole time with no interaction with customers or staff. Don’t waste your time or money eating here.
It’s not the best food at all. It was subpar. Weird menu, and the margaritas had little flavor. Our service was okay, but nothing special. Wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here who isn’t expecting Generic make-at-home microwaved Mexican food
Oh my god do not eat this the food is not seasoned AT ALL I took my food because a man was so nice to pay for it but I’ve never eaten at places that had no seasoned fries because this was just ridiculous the chicken fried stale is like hospital food just flower and meat horrible food 0
