I ordered online and I was inside the store for a total of maybe 30 seconds. Seemed like really nice people inside

The cashier at this location was really nice. I had messed up my online order and he was patient enough to help me fix it. Pizza was also really good! Big thank you to the staff!

While everything was worth five stars, I do have a comment about the shift lead/manager. I picked up my pizza at about 6:45pm today and had paid online. I realized at the counter I'd forgotten to get two garlic sauces, so I said I'd go get my wallet, but the kid at the counter said don't worry about it. As soon as he said that the woman, who I can only assume is manager/shift lead, reprimanded him with a very rude tone that was not professional at all, much less in front of customers. I went to get my wallet bc I know they should be paid for, but I feel bad for that kid and think she should learn how to speak to her employees, especially in front of customers.

I'm an Uber Eats driver and I'm in and out of this restaurant all the time. Anytime I get a delivery I'm at the restaurant within 5 minutes . I've never been to Papa John's and had to wait on the food. Guaranteeing when you order from Papa John's your pizza will be hot. Ordering your next lunch or dinner from Papa John's Pizza off your Uber Eats app on your phone and I guarantee I'll deliver your food the exact way I would want my own food delivered.

This is the only Papa Johns (Beckham in Tyler) we order from. The food is always good & they are very quick. Gabby is the best! She goes above & beyond to make sure each order is perfect & she is just a very nice person!

Omg excellent! My pizza was fresh out the oven and delicious. My only complaint is I had to wait almost 10min before my order was taken (I was the only customer in there).

So we ordered a cheese pizza from here. I am now a fan of Papa John's. It was delicious and we regretted not getting a bigger pizza.

Great pizza but I haven’t ordered from here because I can’t do take out. I want to dine in and enjoy my pizza while visiting Tyler. Maybe take the dine-in symbol off google and stop teasing me for now. Let me know when you let people dine.

I was not pleased with the Papa Johns across from Mother Francis Hospital. Their pizza was not so good and the behind the counter was somewhat rude. I was surprised. I usually enjoy Papa John's Pizza, but I suppose that would be at alternative locations. I should have gone to the Subway a couple of doors away.

Clean prompt and friendly.. now 36 dollar for a pizza and wings..i think if the wings were cook all the way and the pizza wasn't so soggy on the bottom i won't say. nothing okay i been a cook and. run kitchens for 20 years out of 35 years w/Italian. corporations

Still haven’t found a papa johns outside Princeton or McKinney that makes the Tuscan cheese sticks the right way. And what’s with some stores don’t even offer them?

I had a medium 12" garden veggie which was real good and hot. I got it in like 8-10 minutes, a quicktime. The only thing I didn't like was the price, almost $18, too high.

Pizza was excellent. Cashier was rude. Our phone call was transfered to call center. Which cashier let us know it takes 5 min to get order. That we should have called direct. How do you call direct when cashier is on phone 25 mins straight walking around with it talking. How can you get thru.

At noonish couldn't order it for telephone issues, then when I did get through around 4pm, I ordered a simple: Large thin crust with Hamburger, Bell peppers and Onion to be delivered at 5:30pm. Got there early, Papa Johns was only three blocks away, you guessed it was ONLY MEDIUM WARM! Total was $21.10, then company gets about $4.00. of the delivery fee and the employee GETS $0.50 for using their personal vehicle. PAPA JOHNS gets $25.10 EMPLOYEE gets $0.50 PIZZA DEFINITELY 🚫 WORTH IT!! I tipped the driver $5.00. Papa Johns should be ashamed of misleading their customers. $25.10 is outrageous for THAT PIZZA!

Not happy that I ordered $92 worth of pizza including a big tip for the driver and was called 45 minutes later by the driver. Just to be told that they do not deliver this far and I would have to call the manager to cancel my order and that he did not have the number to the manager for me to call and cancel my order. When I called that manager I was told that it will be 3 days before I recieve the refund back into my account. Not understanding why they charged me in the first place knowing that they don't deliver to my address.

This is a terrible place to order from. I've enjoyed Papa John's pizza for over 15 years, so I know what it should be. They consistently under cook the pizzas, put a minimum amount of cheese on (cheese not going to the edge of the pizza at all), put a small amount of toppings on (a VERY small amount of toppings), then occasionally crush the pizza in the box for delivery (which is, in sure, just a delivery person mistake, no big deal). I will never be ordering from them again as of two months ago, but rather call another store in the area if I just have to have Papa Johns.

The First And last Time Worst Experience Service on store 631 Tyler Like a hell So Stupid Staff she told me the wrong Address to order it for carry out at 10:30 pm then I wait 10 minutes and she didn’t get my order on her screen so she see my phone and she said she don’t know why it’s not coming on her screen than I call on the number of that address and they said it’s a different store than it takes 15 minutes to talk with them on phone to make a refund after that when I put my card details again to order it on the right address she start saying you can’t order it it’s 11 pm now we’re closed I mean She even Didn’t apologize after that she waste my time And Mis guide me because she don’t want to work she don’t want to make Pizza before 30 minutes closing time Worst Experience

Ordered pizza a couple of weeks ago and it came upside down in the box with all the toppings on the bottome of the box....i let corporate know via the satisfaction survey they emailed to me..they credited me another pizza but when i went to place the order a boy named caleb kept answering the phone and hanging up on me...i had to physically drive up there and get my pizza bc they was lost as a goose

Last night me an my husband ordered online an while I was in line waiting to be helped I stood there watching an employee makes pizzas WITH NO GLOVES ON. when I said something about employees needing to wear gloves while preparing pizzas I got told to leave......... here is a picture of him fixing to put pizza in the oven. I hope yall get a visit by health department or from the company

Wow-you still are doing this- only get deals if you order online-zero positive customer experience. Almost 60 bucks for 3 medium pizzas...never again. This place sucks. Nothing like papa jobs in Colorado. Several years ago I posted this-$50 for 2 pizzas...are you crazy???? Lady behind the counter said we had to go on line to see if there are any deals. Uh no. Going somewhere else where customer service is a priority and prices are reasonable. Ironiclly this other guy was saying the same thing while we were there. Get a clue Papa johns.

This was the only cash I had, so they turned me away and told me I would have to get change somewhere else. Not the first issue I’ve had with rude workers or even management at this location.

Worst customer service ever. They completely ignore the phone and you can never get ahold of anyone. I’m admitted at mother Frances across the street and tried to get someone to tell me if my order went through because the app charged me but was telling me there was an error. No one ever answered. Worst customer service experience.
