Little Italy is such a nice local spot and you can tell it’s a family-owned business. The spaghetti was comforting and flavorful, and my granddaughter really enjoyed her pepperoni pizza. The super sub was huge and delicious, plenty to share. The only thing we didn’t love was the beef and cabbage soup, which was a bit bland compared to the other dishes. We did add salt and pepper which helped a little. The service was friendly and attentive, we were seated right away, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Overall, it feels like a place that truly cares about its customers and community. We’ll definitely be back!

First time eating here. We had Lasagna and Egg Plant Parmesan. The salad was ok and the lunch specials were very good. Service was great, food was hot and we didn’t wait long at all. The bread was good but would have been better with olive oil/herbs.

The food was great and the service prompt, although it took awhile for our entrees to be done. The music was nice, but the restaurant let three big parties come in at one time so it got pretty loud in the small place.

First time dining here. I ordered the lasagna. My husband ordered the a lemon chicken pasta. He liked his pasta. My lasagna was good. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. M6 husband ordered soup and unfortunately it tasted burnt... we told our waiterss and she took care of it. The best part ofhe whole meal was the warm bread thst comes with the meal ...YUMMY.

Ever since we moved in Tyler I’ve been eyeing this little Italy because I love Italian food, the customer service was amazing, the vibe of the restaurant was so great, food was 7/10 it was something new for us to try we will definitely be back

Had dinner with spouse and all was fine until we were ready to pay and asked for a to go box. Next thing we see is the manager and whole restuarant staff walk out after our server. I dont know what was going on but leaving the restaurant with no one attending the customers is bad for business. We are probably not going back for a while. It was a good 30 mins before our server returned without our to go box. Had to ask again. The restaurant was also having their christmas party at the same time which was a big distraction for guests and employees. The old lady at the register was very obnoxious and yelling at other employees where the guests could hear. Very unprofessional. This used to be a great place to relax and have good food but its gone down hill fast. Owners need to look at whats going on.

My friends and I have gone to eat at this restaurant because it is one of our favorites in all of Tyler. On other occasions the service has been super good, today I went to eat with one of my friends and the service was horrible especially with our waiter, his name is Jason and he was the waiter who attended us, he did not want to serve us, he did not want to take our table, for no reason, he was kind to the other tables that were there but not with us. He didn't even offer us a refill of water for our food, I tried to call him and all he did was ignore me, I went to the entrance to try to talk to the manager but the lady in charge opposite the only thing she did was give me a very unpleasant attitude, we left the place super upset by the bad service we received from the employees of this shift, hopefully and the owner of the place does something to be able to improve the service in this place, hopefully and if I came back again I wouldn't like that waiter to come back to me To attend.

It was my daughter’s and my birthday and wanted to drive to Tyler and eat Italian food, what a disappointment. Nothing was seasoned, I ordered the seafood plate consisting of pasta, shrimp, mussels and calamari, it was probably the worst Italian food I ever had. My daughter and wife ate maybe 4 bites of their food.

Hubby & I usually eat there 7 - 8 times a year. We ate there about 6 weeks ago & it was the worst we have ever had there. The spaghetti tasted like someone just opened up a jar of Prego & dumped it on the spaghetti. No favor even from the meat sauce. We sat about 15 ft from the doors to the kitchen & heard a lot of yelling, talking very loudly about other jobs they had, etc. That was not a good meal or atmosphere there. Finally, it was hard to get a refill on our ice tea. It felt like we were being ignored oon purpose. We won't be back. We did not have any problems like this from the previous owners or managers.

The food tasted nothing like use to. I was VERY disappointed. I had the lasagna and the meat looked like chopped dog food. When I buy lasagna it ALWAYS comes with a salad and now the salad is extra. THIS USE TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE IN TOWN TO EAT CAUSE THEY WOULD ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT. NOT NOW! I guess it's more about the MONEY than the FOOD. Do not suggest! They still greet you when you walk through the door and that was the best thing about it.

Me and my boyfriend came here for lunch, he had been coming for years and told me how good it was but I had never been here. I’ve heard nothing but great things so came in feeling excited and optimistic. The food was disgusting to say the least, my food tasted like somebody had blew cigarette smoke in my meal and my boyfriend’s veal romano was actually a veal soup with chewy and grey meat on the side. There were some more flaws but I won’t sit here and nit-pick. Nobody came to really check on us, took 10 minutes for us to just get our drinks. From looking at the reviews for this place, within the last 6 months this place has been losing a lot of loyal customers. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but whoever the supposed new management is from other comments suggesting that’s why, needs to look at a new line of work. Sadly this is his last time coming here, and my first and last. Excuse me, I have to go take a pepto bismol now. My ash tray pasta isn’t agreeing with me. Best of luck to this family and their business, would hate to see this place reach a point of no return.

Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant in my life.... If you follow me and my account and my reviews you see that I visit a lot of restaurants... And when I say Holly was the worst I've ever had that's a special accomplishment to achieve.... It was too much to ask to get a refill on my cup as you see in the picture below.. that's how it stayed.... Food made the person with me almost throw up halfway through her meal... Mine was very bland and kind of made my stomach squeamish... While the cooks were back there cooking you could hear them carrying on and making a lot of noise... This was my second visit here the first time was completely different... Didn't trust how my food or drinks were handled by waitstaff .... But I definitely won't be returning.

Service was terrible, we were there for an hour and a half, while other people came in and got their food ate and left. We didn't get our food. When we brought this to the attention of management, we were told that. The order you come in has nothing to do with the order in which the food comes out. Although we had been there longer than everyone in the restaurant at that you and everyone had food except us, there were still 2 tickets ahead of us and our food was not ready. So we decided to leave, they wanted us to pay for our drinks and bland soup. We refuse and we're threatened with theft charges. Apparently little Italy is under new management, we used to eat here all the time and it was wonderful!! Not anymore! Don't waste your money here, there are so many great places in Tyler, that treat their customers with respect and appreciation. Just an apology would have gone along way, and we would have waited, but they were rude from the beginning. I will never go back!
