I went here for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were super friendly and kind. I am going to come back soon. The food came out hot and fresh pretty quickly. Perfect timing from appetizer to main dish. The tables were clean and the bathrooms too. Very well managed location.

Our server was Kyle, and he was being trained by a very good trainer letting Kyle take the reins. It wasn't a rushed experience as it wasn't too busy during the weekdays. Our drunk order was taken and brought out to us quickly. Kyle took our order, and it didn't take long to be brought out to us. Our food was delicious, made exactly as we had asked for it to be prepared. My burger had the blooming onions on it mayo on the side. I fell in love with the in-house pickles. They even brought me extra of those. My wife had 6 ounce steak, loaded baked potato, and steak butter. We were very satisfied with the staff and our meals. I'm already wanting to go back.

The food and service were perfect. We haven’t been to an Outback in 5 years, but we were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic our experience was. Our waitress was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and in a timely manner. We definitely recommend.

Went for Valentines 2025. Made a reservation......yeah that was a joke. Showed up 30 minutes early and waited for an hour and a half. Food tucked because they were just trying to get it out in a hurry. I understand they were busy but you shouldn't over do your reservation list. Went back this year and got the same waitress who remembered us from last year (she was awesome and the best part about both trips). Only this time we went the day after Valentines in a strategic move...lol. No wait. Food was pretty good other than pretty sure I got a new York strip instead of the ribeye I ordered and it had a lot of bristle. Sweet tater was amazing! Going back next year.

Defiantly recommend going for lunch. It's not so busy like on the weekends and you honestly get a better feel for the atmosphere and all around experience! Dinner rolled around and we literally had enough left over to sit in and watch movies! Everything was absolutely great. I did get full off of the bread and blooming onion though! If you are a Bloody Mary drinker, this is the spot!!!! I've been looking for the best in east Texas and so far this is it. I literally sipped the first one down in 3 minutes! Our waitress was on point. So don't let that empty bloody Mary fool you. That was just how good it was ♡ gone before the ice could cry! I really wish I didn't forget her name, she deserves some recognition for recommending basically our entire meal! This was on March 15, 2023 dureing the start of lunch. Me and my date sat to the left of the entrance up against the wall in a booth. Anyways, the food was fresh, the steak was cooked how I liked it, and if I could recommend one thing... if you don't like the sauce that comes with the blooming onion, use ranch! Their ranch is top tier! 😋 also, I didn't take to the grilled onions. Came out like a bowl of soup. Just not what came to mind when you think of grilled onions. I was thinking more of a gravy based and sliced. These were little whole mushrooms that literally came out in a separate bowl with more of a soup like look as you can see in the picture. All in all, everything was on point! If you order a loaded baked potato, ask for it to be extra loaded because what they put on top isn't enough to satisfy each potato bite. We will most definitely be back when our pockets are perky enough lol.

Service was great. The steak was awful. Very chewy and tough. No flavor at all. Will not go back for a long time. Very disappointed!

I saw a tiktok of someone ordering a few items off of Outback’s new holiday menu and I thought they looked pretty good. Especially the bloomin fried shrimp. I’m also a sucker for anything with chimichurri. I grabbed my wife and 2 of my boys (the other was at work) and we heading on over to Outback Steakhouse. We were politely greeted as we walked in and quickly shown to a table. Our waitress came by shortly after and took our drink order, as well as our appetizers. A few minutes went by and they brought our drinks out and some bread and butter. Unfortunately the bread wasn’t even remotely warm, but we still ate it. A few more minutes went by and she brought out the bloomin fried shrimp and the 3 cheese steak dip. The shrimp were honestly sooooo good, especially dipped in their signature bloom sauce. The steak dip was also really good. We all enjoyed it. Maybe 5 minutes or so went by and they brought out the rest of the food. I couldn’t help but laugh on the inside when they sat my steak down😂. I understand that the food that’s brought out won’t always look exactly like what you see on the menu or even the commercials. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t even close. Prior to eating there, I watched a few different tiktoks of people ordering the chimichurri steak and theirs actually looked like (pictured below) what you see on the menu, so I don’t really feel like my complaint isn’t warranted at all. I also asked for the bloomin carrot crunch to be left off, seeing as I’m not a fan of carrots. I asked the gentleman who dropped the food off to bring a manager by whenever he had a chance. The manager stopped by the table and asked if they could either remake it or remove it from the ticket. I chose to have it removed. The filet itself was rather tough, so I really didn’t want to take a chance of it happening again. She was very kind and quick to resolve the issue. They also forgot to take off the onions and tomatoes from my wife’s wedge salad. Although my wife picked them off, they still were nice enough and made her a new one without us even asking. My twins steaks came out perfectly cooked and very tender. I’d go back for the shrimp without a doubt and I highly recommend everyone trying them as well. The waitress and the manager were all very polite and they honestly made the experience suck a bit less haha.

I have enjoyed several different 'Outback steakhouses' before however this was a tad disappointing. Food was tasty and portions good however there were two glaring mistakes with our order.

Went today at lunchtime. Was seated. Waiter was great. However. The whole meal was botched. Got one bread. Their was 2 of us. The butter was rancid and sent it back. Ordered two 13 ounce ribeye steaks and was brought 2 over seasoned clumps of salty sirloin. The blooming onion was not completely cooked. Raw batter was around the whole onion and was too dark in color for what was cooked. The oil was low and needed to be changed badly. The macaroni and cheese had no appeal to the eye and had me guessing the flavor and ingredients. It tasted funky. More than Which tells me that the oil was low and needed to be changed. Whoever was in the kitchen really ruined what could have been a great visit. Then the astronomical price came. Right at 100 dollars for food that was off in every way. That's my experience. From now on I'll play it safe and go to Texas Roadhouse. Experience was much better there. Much

Lunch special the grilled chicken was good the bake potatoe was warm, on the 5oz steak was very tough and grizzly on the bake potatoe was cold told the waiter had it replaced by that time the steak was Cold. It was not busy at all. Would not recommend at all

Today's Visit: Outback Steakhouse on Broadway in Tyler Texas! Customer Service: 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Not a very (Color) Customer - Friendly Server!!! TIP OF THE DAY: Be Careful! Treat EVERYONE the same! You Could Be Entertaining Angels UNAWARE!!! Food: The Blooming Onion 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 It was greasy and the batter did NOT Stick to the onion. The waiter brought our main course and SAW the table full of dishes.... Yet did NOT bother to remove them. He squeezed the other dish onto the table👎🏽🙁 THEN .... Upon tasting the Mac and Cheese (Which the Server said was Amazing).... Was Absolutely Horrible! THIS WAS NOT MAC N CHEESE!!! And He NEVER Stopped to See was Everything Okay!!! He did HOWEVER ... CONTINUE TO CHECK ON THE TABLE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM US... (Holding entire conversation about 2 teachers in his family)! I finally got his attention.... To let him KNOW The Mac n cheese was NOT Good. Then when he brought out green beans (which were BARELY Steamed!!! They looked good on the OUTSIDE and tasted AWFUL! ) ... I said, Thank you... And He slid the plate on the table and walked away. If I could I would give them 0 stars, and we will never set foot in this location again. The food was OK but not what I expect from Outback. The service and management was atrocious. Atmosphere was standard for Outback. We went on veterans day for the special deal, my husband is a disabled Veteran. When they brought the bill, there was no discount applied, but the waiter assured us the bill would be adjusted at the register. When he brought the receipt it was for the full amount with an additional 15-20% tip added. On the way out I took it to the manager who said "I will credit the whole original and just charge you for your meal." So I got the receipt for that. The FRAUD is they did not give us a credit and they charged about 85.00 for a less than 15.00 meal. They never gave be the first receipt back so I can't prove it. They took advantage of 2 seniors one of them a disabled US veteran.

Definitely not coming back to this location..I have a couple of issues to address. First the atmosphere of the restaurant. The floors were so slick I could barely walk like walking on ice. I made my way to the restroom where the urinal was stopped up filled to the top with the most putrud yellow urine, the smell alone was bad enough but it also stung the eyes. Secondly, our waitress tried hard to be sweet but I guess had a terrible memory because I asked for napkins on two different occasions and ended up have to walk to the bar and get some myself, I shrugged it off no big deal. Finally out entree arrived, I had ordered an 8oz medium rare sirloin with half rack of ribs. The steak was chewy and stringy inside nowhere near med rare and the ribs were a disappointment. My brother got the steak and grilled shrimp and was also disappointed. The only thing that was good was the bloomin fried shrimp we had ordered as an appetizer. It ended up costing us almost 100 bucks and we left highy disappointed. The entire experience was a waste of time. Won't be coming back to this location

I ordered online after working 57 hrs and spent 90$ . Food was horrible. Very dry tasted like they didn’t want to work that night . I also added in a 4oz lobster tail that was about as big as 2 shrimp stacked together. Total waste of money and time . I tried to treat myself to a nice meal because I worked for it . Doing countless hours in heath care I might add just to be utterly disappointed. I called to try make a complaint but the hosts who was very nice said the manger Dylan was very busy and he would get back with me . Well he never did . The pasta was very dry and way too much for the amount of shrimp and unseasoned steak we had got . The amount of Alfredo‘s sauce was laughable compared to how much pasta we had . Complete waste of 90$ in this economy.
