Who doesn't love Schlotzsky's? Tried the personal pizza for lunch. Mu husband and I love ed it. We always like the sandwiches.

I liked it food is good and they have gluten free options that some in my family need.

One of the coolest restaurants in Henderson for sure. Definitely the coolest Schlotzsky's I've ever been to. Why in the world can't we have these in Tyler? It may sound strange but believe me you will not be disappointed when you go.

I haven't been as lucky that I didn't like I've been eating these since 1972 in Galveston Texas I had eaten them all over the country and they're always a super sandwich and now with the pizzas and the other items on their menus for supper my choice of any Sub Shop. Now with the new Cinnabons it's even made it that much better you can't beat the Cinnabons for taking him with you to the heating up the next day

It's a great place for a sandwich that won't break the bank. Liked the bread, a bit of a crispy texture. Gives the sandwich a nice bite.

Sandwiches were delicious even though my wife's turkey bacon club didn't have any bacon. She still enjoyed it.

I am not the easiest customer . I am very specific about my sandwiches . When I go here. I order The original sub the meat fo4 chicken and Italian dressing vs mustard . My boyfriend and I went to th3 drive thru a week ago and I ordered my sandwich . I was shocked they actually got it right the first time. Today o stopped by before heading to work and I went to the drive thru . Now understand this. They can't see the car that pulled up .. I said " if like an original . But" she cut me off and finished my order !!!! I was so shocked . She did great !!!!! And I have only spoken to her 1 other time ! Good job y'all !!!!!!!

Took a group of 25 people here, gave them about 15min. notice and they did PHENOMENAL. Very quick, professional......and the food was outstanding. Very impressed with this location.

This location was clean and associates were friendly. I order the California Flat Bread, it was delicious! It comes with fresh avocados and fresh cilantro on top.

Normally, I use the drive thru, but yesterday I went inside to see DQ's BRAND NEW BUILDING!! Very nice, now you need a new photo of your Lindale DQ!!

I love this location. The staff is fast and friendly, the food is great, the store is well maintained and clean both inside and out and is eaily accessible from the highway.

I've always loved this sandwich. I went to the first one that opened in Austin years ago and was sold.

My dad craves these. We even had one in Palestine... but the rule is that anytime anyone goes to Tyler they are to return with Schlotzkie's. I love the smile it brings him.

In addition to being friendly and fast, the young woman who served us made a fantastic recommendation. She asked me a few questions and then suggested a fiesta chicken wrap, which was delicious. They also have a decent drink selection as well as large cups.

This is a great sandwich shop. I love Schlotzys sandwiches especially the original and deluxe original. We used to go to the original Schlotskys on Congress Ave in Austin, TX. Many years since then I still love Schlotzkys. The Tyler location makes one of the best originals I've tried. The store is clean and service is great. Like most fast food stores they have had issues with staffing but seem to have recovered. Wish there were more locations in this area! Very reasonable prices.

Food was really good but the man at the register keep sniffing and wiping his nose. It was obvious he was sick. The only reason I went ahead and did the order was because he wasn't making the food.

Last time we had Schlotzsky’s (2 years or so ago) it wasn’t good at all. It’s definitely improved! Was really happy with my sandwich and speed of the drive thru. we will be back.

Haven't been to any Schlotzsky's in a long time. They are a little pricey for a fast food sandwich shop. BUT today I was reminded why that may be okay. I got the half and half special they do at lunch... pretty much a half of any 2 items from their menu for $8.49. I picked the new Veggie Avocado Smokecheesy and the Cranberry Apple Pecan Salad. SOOO GOOOD!!! Will definitely be doing that again. The service was good too. Fast and friendly... 😊

Delicious hot sandwiches and more. Went through the drive-through. They were timely, I wouldn't say fast but that's to be expected for a freshly made and toasted sandwich. 😋

Learned today that I had to order our pizzas online which took longer than the old way of ordering at a kiosk, but after I had ordered my 4 pizzas and needing them asap, the staff was super nice and accommodating and had them ready in record time. Shout out to the Schlotsky's on South Loop in Tyler.

If you want a really good, take out salad and sandwich there is no better place. A great break from burgers and fries, friendly staff and quick service

The line was very long in the drive thru. I was a little concerned about how long it would take. I was pleasantly surprised that from the time we got in line until we left, it was only 11 minutes!!! Our b sandwiches were fresh and hot. The young lady at the window was as sweet as could be.

I needed a quick, small bite to eat. I had a kid's turkey and cheese sandwich. It was simple and tasty.

They have really good salads but do not go to the one on Loop 323 beside Chuck E Cheese if you're ordering salads they're never fresh they will give you bad produce.. Go to the one on Beckham across from the hospitals!

Delicious sandwiches and the little pizzas aren't bad either. Try the #1 on wheat and tell them extra crispy on the bread. It's worth it.

These sandwhiches remain consistentently scrumptious since the first place opened. I received good foodas I ordered it, and no waiting.

The food was great, as always, but I had to ask for the drink I ordered, and then it was wrong, so service could use some work, but the sandwiches are serious!!

I go to Schlotsky's on SSW Loop 323 about once a week. I prefer the original on wheat bun, no onions on work days. I usually call 10-15 minutes ahead and my order is ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly and prompt.

Amazing sandwiches, decent wait time, and awesome cookies. A little costly on a few of the items like drinks and sides or desserts. But good experience overall.

Although I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich due to masks clerk did not hear me so when I saw my order I advised I cannot eat lettuce so they quickly remade my sandwich no question. It was good, the potato soup was good and hot. Good experience

I love Schlotzky's original sandwich. We don't have a Schlotzky's in my home town so I try to stop by when I'm in Tyler. The sandwich was good, the only thing keeping it from being great was the over abundance of mustard. It was literally dripping off the sandwich at one point. I like mustard but that was too much. Otherwise it was a good experience. The store was clean and the employees were pleasant.

Service has always been fast and the sandwiches are always great. Definitely one of my favorite places to get something for lunch. I'm a big fan of the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy.

Normally- it's great. Today, not so much. We were second in line behind a car that had already ordered and was at the window. We literally sat there for almost 15 minutes before they handed out a single sack to the car in front. We pulled up and waited an additional 5 minutes before we got our - 2 sandwiches, 1 drink and 1 super dry brownie. Better be glad my mom likes to eat there, otherwise.....

The food was great, the sweet tea was instant. The service was adequate. Gary was not very personable but he did his job and got our order right. The dining area had a funky odor, not sure what it was. Yes we will go back just won't be having the sweet tea.

Quick and easy. Food is good but a bit pricey for a sandwich. They do have online ordering and a drive thru so lunch time is fast. If you like it you'll love it.

The food was decent. They were out of wheat and had to substitute. The bread substituted did not seem fresh.

I have eaten lunch at Schlotzsky's for 20 years and have loved every minute of their mouth watering sandwiches and pizzas. Now I just pass by in disbelief. They have gotten stingy with the meat. I gave them three stars because It was a great 20 years..

Got the food and looked for a clean table found 13 tables dirty told the girl up front and she came right out and cleaned all 13 tables if the same rag and never used any cleaner and never cleaned the rag. She wiped the food of of the tables right in to floor and did not come back to clean the floor. I will not be back to this Schlotzskys.

Perhaps it was just the day of our visit, but we were not there during a rush so I was surprised to find ALL of the tables dirty. My sandwich wasn't a stand out in any way - just what I expected, but the calzones that my sons ordered were a sloppy mess and difficult to eat.

So disappointed-- love the Shlotzsky's large original, 2 of the last 4 times very low quality sandwich at this lication. The bread was very thin like it didn't rise. I couldn't taste any butter garlic sauce and there was lots of onions, but hardly any lettuce. The staff is very poorly trained-- got only one basket with the large. Best part of the meal was the sour cream potato chips.

I ordered a turkey bacon club and the food was good, however this location is severely lacking customer service. The man that took my order in the drive thru was rude at every step of the way! It's rude to state "What else, what else, what else." From the time I placed my order until the final delivery. He even scoffed at me for no reason at the window and rolled his eyes. If you can't work in customer service, then don't work in customer service! I will not be back to this location. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Visited here yesterday and was very disappointed. I was in the restroom while an employee was in there and very shocked when she left out without washing her hands. Then while my husband was eating his sandwich he got a pretty good sized piece of foil in his mouth because it was inside his sandwich. Employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

First off, we wanted to order online to get an entry in the free sandwich a week for a year contest. But because it was less than an hour before the restaurant closed, we couldn't order online; therefore not getting an entry into the contest. So we ordered in the drive-thru. After receiving our order, we pulled up a bit and checked our order. The sandwich had the extra kind of cheese we ordered, but the onions weren't taken off the sandwich. The receipt had no onions on it, but it wasn't made that way. Had it been a busy time of the day, this mistake would have seemed more acceptable. But, the entire time we were there, there were no other vehicles in drive-thru or other customers in parking lot.

The Schlotzsky's in Lindale is fantastic. Not true for this Tyler location. I opted for the drive thru. The cashier repeated my order when I placed it and again when she went over the full order. I get home and neither sandwich was correct. Very disappointed. I'll stick to the Lindale location.

While my food was delicious, i had to yell to get someone to take my order at the counter inside. I was ignored during their phone call and after. One worker had a baby under one arm and a toddler running on the floor. All 3 went through the food prep area several times,, and baby's food was prepared in food prep area also.

Very unhappy!! Went to the one on West Loop in Tyler last night, Saturday. Looked up what time they closed to make sure that it was still open, it said 9pm. I pull up to drive thru window @8:23pm sat there for a good 5 minutes and NO ONE answered. There were people there working but no one to take our order. Why close down over 30 minutes before closing time?? We drove from Bullard to get no service. On the other hand, had a chance to try Which Wich and they are our new place to go, wonderful food and service was exceptional at 8:40 at night.

Schlotzsky's that is located on the South Loop 323 is a pretty bad place, the staff is unprofessional, and I usually have to wait quite a while before I pick up an order. I deliver out of there for Uber Eats. They are so bad at serving you that I've decided to quit picking up deliveries from there.

I normally love this place but tonight I drove up to the drive thru at 7:50 to grab a couple of sandwiches & the girl told me we’re closed. I said I thought you closed at 8? She said we go by our clock in the restaurant. I asked your clock says it’s 8? My phone says it’s 7:50. I got no response & I drove away. I understand they’re ready to go home but they should serve food until 8 & not set their clock 10 minutes ahead.

Actually food was good and fresh. Prepared well. It was the overall condition of the location. The place was a ghost town and most of the staff paid little attention to the customers or the condition of the facility. It looks like a classic case of store in decline. Probably could of had a better dinner next door at Chuck E Cheese. Yawza!

When the manager wants to argue with you over there mistake I don't think so..... I showed the ( new ) girl the coupon on my phone placed my order didn't think about it till I sat down asked about it... manager revised my ticket charges me more for an extra bag of chips I DID NOT get and then for a medium drink that I already paid for then on top of that I ordered a sandwich dry ( no dressing ) to get a sandwich cut with a knife that had mustard on it.... and because I was splitting the sandwich she only made a half of sandwich to replace what I did want...nope won't be back here!!!!!!

Was at the drive-thru for 20 minutes with nobody at the window. Was not apologized to. Would have asked for a refund if the person at the window didnt open and shut it so fast I couldn't get a word in. Refraining from going here in the future.

Uber Eats order...Chips were missing & 1 sandwich was missing extra olives & mustard. The meat & veggies were all on one side of the sandwich. It was like it was thrown together. The other sandwich was fine. They wouldn't answer the phone. Wasn't given the option to review the restaurant on Uber Eats.

I usually have a great experience at this location however today was the exception. After waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive thru for my order, I get to the window to ask for a complimentary drink for having to wait so long. The cashier said no I can't do that. I was already upset for having to wait longer, then to be refused a complimentary drink. I then asked what took so long. He said there were some people that came inside. I knew this was false because I had driven around the restaurant before pulling up to the drive through. There were 3 cars total in the parking lot, one being an employee Needless to say, good customer service goes a long way and do not flat out lie to them

I called in an order with 4 items and arrived 15 minutes later to pick it up. After waiting 30 minutes I was informed they were out of Kale, my sandwiches were wrong, and they still had not been able to ring my order up because the girl running the cash register had no idea what was going on. I couldn’t wait any longer and left, I will not be returning!

I will never return to this location, these people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a sandwich with ONLY 2 toppings, and was talked down to by the person taking my oder and had to repeat the order 4 times. I was then given a sandwich covered in onions which I said I didn't want. When I asked them to fix it they scraped everything off of the top half of the sandwich and handed it back to me. I then pulled around to the front and went in and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. The person who approached me was obviously rushing around and didn't have time to listen to me. She said she would just remake it and I told her I would rather just get my money back for the sandwich. She then proceeded to cancel my WHOLE order so myself as well as my wife and kids waiting in the car left with NOTHING to eat after all of it.

All is good but this location does not carry Splenda or Equal only Sweet N Low. I had to drink my tea unsweet..Ugh! Can't tolerate Sweet N Low. My sandwich would have tasted spool much better with sweetened tea! Just made the rest of my day so sad!

We came here for a sandwich on Saturday at around 630 we ordered a giant smoked turkey bacon. Smoke cheesy with lettuce, tomato, and onions.. all of this was on the receipt.we were going through the drive through so we didn't look at the sandwich. When got home there was no lettuce, no tomato, and no onions. We called and tried to speak to the manager but was put on indefinite hold. When my wife got there the very large lady was there making the new sandwich was as rude as rude can be she basically threw sandwich on the counter at my wife and just walked away. The only way I would recommend this place is if they find a new staff

I had the unfortunate experience here. My family and I have been coming here for many years and this place is not as good as it used to be. Last occasion I was here I went through the drive through and they told me to pull up to a curbside parking spot and told the person behind me in the line to do the same. Brought my order out to the wrong customer then once the other customer returned my order, they decided to bring the SAME order to me after it has already been compromised. Today I decided to give them another chance which was a major mistake. The rude girl taking orders (had black and pink box braids) has no sense in customer service and when I had asked originally for 2 bags of chips, they only gave me one. Once I told them of their error the girl wanted to charge (with tax) another bag of chips even though it was her error. Maybe if she took out her AirPods she could hear the customers order 🤷‍♀️. Personally I think she should no longer work at this establishment. People like her with this attitude will surely be the reason they close down. Good riddance.

Ordered medium beef and cheese no bun, the beef was paper thin in a bowl with no cheese. Cost $8.59 so not worth the money. My husband ordered the French dip and was supposed to get the Au jou dip which he didn't get. While waiting for our food I heard one of the workers say that something that they had been serving was actually old and why they had been serving it. We will never go back to this one again.

If I could put no stars I would. the food is not edible. The service is terrible and the bread has mold! What the heck is going on here? For your health and safety, do not come to this establishment for risk of extreme food poisoning or gonorrhea.

I came through the drive thru, at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday night. Sat there for at least 15 mins, waiting for food no biggie.... gave the gentleman my credit card and he took my card and left. I never seen him again, until he brought my food. I had to ask him for my credit care back. I live about 15 mins away. I no sooner got home, and was notified that my debit card had been charged for 262$ for Texan vs dolphin game in Houston dec 15. Several other charges were made as well. Spoke to manager and supervisor both said they reviewed the video. I truly do not believe they did. I have filed a claim with my bank, tyler pd, ticketmaster. I'm reaching out to corporate this morning. If not resolved by December 15, I guess I will meet "Noel" at the game .

The cashier was fine but when I got my Avocado Turkey I was so disgusted all I could do was drop it on the table and leave. Had I stayed I would have done great bodily harm to every single employee working. I won’t be back.

Please change your hours online if you are going to close early. Also, you leave the open sign on when you are closed. EMS providers who get off shift hungry don’t appreciate this at all. See picture.
