Everything about this place was amazing. The best food we’ve had in a long time for eating out. I would highly recommend going here. It was so good I couldn’t decide what to finish first. You gotta Try the queso. It’s goood.

Made a small trip with a business associate to Tyler and decided to have lunch here while in the area on a coin toss. I was not disappointed with the choice. The staff is professional, friendly, and very personable. The food far exceed what were expecting. I highly recommend the smothered chili rubbed pork chops, be warmed, bring your A grade appetite if you think about getting the double portion. The Hawaiian Chicken is also on point and worth the effort. Overall, I highly recommend Aspen Creek Grill as a great eatery. This place now has a permanent spot in my Tyler list of places to eat when in town.
We ate here in Tyler one other time. LOVED IT! On our 2nd visit I got the Hawaiian chicken with baked potato and corn elote, which was extremely salty, and I switched to regular corn. It was delicious as well as the potato and chicken mentioned. The next day we decided to eat here again. Everything delicious and service awesome as were the other visits. My SIL and I have decided this may be the main place we will eat from now on. The only thing they could add would be hot yeast bread, or sourdough or wheat bread, either with or before the meals.
Lunch with the hubby and was craving chicken fried steak. Quickly seated, and our waitress was on point. Our CFS came out quickly and was so fresh and hot that I had to let it cool for a bit! Breaded perfectly, and the mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans were the perfect sides with this steak. Hubby and I split the meal, and we still had leftovers. Check out the CFS if eating here, I highly recommend it!
We love Aspen Creek! This is not my first review but I wanted to give a big thank you to the manager Brad who resolved an issue I was having with a gift card and happily did so in a manner that shows he cares about Aspen Creek customers. The interaction with Brad was very refreshing and much appreciated! The food was great as usual and our waiter Mike was attentive and friendly.
Food was wonderful, I got the Hawaiian chicken, it was great nice flavor. Atmosphere was nice, it was quiet, and service was great.... If you have a party of more than 12 they don't have a way of seating everyone together, if they push tables together there is almost no room for plates.
The food was excellent. I recommend the pow wow shrimp for an appetizer. The ribeye steak with parm crust was so good. The parm crust was a little too wet. We scraped it off and scooped a little with each bite. It would have been better if it was an actual crust. The side salad, grits, and button mushrooms were all very good. We split the fried cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. It was excellent! This place did not disappoint at all!
My waitstaff was Itoro and she was fabulous! Detailed and warm as a person. The food was excellent. I had the Aspen Creek salad with grilled chicken, super fresh greens and the chicken was delectably moist. Also had Pow Wow shrimp, crunch and not too spicy with a nice kick. Thank you for a great dining experience!
UPDATE: Everytime I've went since my first experience at the Tyler location has been absolutely horrible... Got left on hold for 5 minutes placing a togo order, then to show up with an employee smoking a black and mild cigar on the side walk close to the entrance giving me a dirty look like I had no business there... Then on next occasion, had a waiter that looked like a homeless man, dirty clothes, sores on the bend of his arm that made us leave before even eating. If that's how they let employees represent the business up front I don't want to know what goes on where people can't see. Epically disappointed because this is a good product being ruined by poor management and employees. I still go to the Irving location but this one needs to clean house! Really enjoyed my first visit to Aspen Creek! Great food and service. Waitress kept my cup full and the food was so good I ordered a plate Togo... Definitely will be returning especially if it is anything like my experience today... Especially because I work about 5 minutes from this location.
Went with the family to eat after the memorial service for my daughter in law. Josh Holloman was our server. I can't thank the aspen creek team enough for going above and beyond for pir family. The food was great! Fresh and Hot. Steaks were cooked to perfection! The kids loved their food and as usual the catfish was crispy and hot! Josh was very attentive even though it was closing time when we arrived. I totally recommend Aspen Creek
Marshaun took great care of us and the Tuesday 12 for $12 was fantastic. Got the Mile High Meatloaf 😋 They definitely give you your money's worth and it taste great too!
Our server Bryan was very attentive. The food is delicious! It now our new favorite steak! Way way way better than Texas Roadhouse! The manager even came out to welcome us since this was our very first visit & even gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on our next visit.

I actually thought it was great and reasonably priced! We were on our way through Tyler and wanted something different so we decided to give it a try. A nice variety of menu options and the kids were excited sweet potato casserole was a side option (and that it was actually good!) My pasta was delicious and my husbands steak was actually also. I really need to stop waiting so long to give restaurants a second or third chance. After 5 years, I decided today was the day to go back to Aspen Creek Grill - Tyler and I couldn’t be any happier that I did. The entire experience was great. I walked in shortly after the lunch rush and the hostess immediately sat me at a table in the bar area. That’s where I got to meet Irais (part of the reason for my amazing visit). She asked me what I wanted to drink and then told me she’d be back shortly. I already had an idea of what I wanted to eat, so I quickly glanced over the menu and decided as she was walking back with my water. I ordered the 16oz grilled ribeye (medium rare) with the peppercorn cream sauce. For my 2 sides, I chose the loaded baked potato with a side of ranch and the mac and cheese. Roughly 10-15 minutes went by and she was already bringing my food to the table. She asked me to cut into the steak to check it, but I gave it the old finger test and instantly knew it was cooked right. Shortly after she walked away, I cut into the steak and verified it was indeed perfectly cooked. I tried a bite without the cream sauce and I honestly have to admit it was incredible!!! It was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. I cut another bite off and dipped it into the peppercorn cream sauce and instantly fell in love😍. The flavor it added just made it that much more amazing. The baked potato was very good and loaded full of bacon, cheese, and sour cream. I added a bit of ranch and it was perfect. By the way, their ranch is heavenly. About that time, Irais came by the table to check on me and ask how everything was. I praised everything, but I had to tell her the truth about the mac and cheese. It was dryer than my sense of humor. She looked at it and agreed and offered to bring me a different side. I chose the green beans. I feel like it was fate to be honest. If they didn’t bring me that bowl of desert noodles, I would have never had the opportunity to try their amazing green beans. A few minutes later, the manager came by. I believe his name was Victor. He was very polite and apologetic about the mac and cheese. He returned a few minutes later with some legit mac and cheese. It was very cheesy and definitely not dry. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially after having such a great overall experience.
Stopped here on our way home from our honeymoon and wanted to get a steak. These are the best steaks we have ever had. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our waitress Kim was amazing and made our last night of vacation memorable. The manager also came over and introduced himself. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their restaurant. Going to have to plan another road trip theough the area so we can stop again soon!
I have been hearing lots of good things about Aspen Creek Grill & hubby and I decided we needed to try it out. Iris was our awesome waitress! She was so friendly & helpful. She answered all of our questions & then some. Maybe she should start training other waitresses because she was SUPER busy but it didn’t feel like we were being put on the back burner. The food was delicious! I got Sirloin Choice Steak with garlic butter shrimp; hubby got Country Fried Steak. The shrimp was salty to my taste. I won’t be ordered the green chili grits anymore because it was very dry. The mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy and the coleslaw were yummy! We will definitely be back though!
We had the best lunch here today. I am visiting the area and had the pleasure of having Salomon as our server. He was the consummate professional. Ashanti was so helpful and polite. I felt very welcome. I watched a very offensive group of people treat them with such rudeness -- and they were amazingly graceful and maintained their professional demeanor through it all. The food was very tasty -- plentiful and reasonably priced.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone that works here has been so polite and they are happy and seem to love their jobs. This makes for a great atmosphere in itself not to mention the decor is great. I love the bathrooms with their record ceiling and disco ball, bathrooms are clean and the hand soap smells amazing. The fried pickles are delicious and perfect. The chicken fried steak is awesome as well as the grilled chicken and the sirloin. They make wonderful bar drinks with the perfect amount of mix to alcohol ratio. Anytime I'm in Tyler or just passing through this place will be on the list to stop at.

Server was nice. Overall food was okay. Fish fillets were awesome. It was quiet and enjoyable to sit and eat. Had to send back two cokes because they were flat then had to send back a coffee because the mug was nasty. The bacon on the club was thick and solid. Had to just give up on it.
Our first time visiting this restaurant. The food made it to our table relatively fast and it was hot. I didn't get a picture of the appetizer we had but it was okay, nothing spectacular.
