Consistency is key here. Not only do they have a great atmosphere and happy employees, the food is always great. I have never gotten a bad batch of chicken. And I've gone here way more than I would like to admit... I also like how they always have some fun way of greeting you at the drive thru. Even if traffic turned me grumpy, that small touch can turn around my lunch drive. Thanks for the smiles and the yummy food. I recommend the 3 finger combo(with a Dr. Pepper)

Always love the food. Especially their holiday deals of buy one get one free. I forgot to sub the slaw for toast and they forgot my sauce (we paid for) and Lexi made it right! No hassle quick and easy two toasts and my sauce to go was out in less than 5 mins with "a have a nice evening". Awesome! Thanks Lexi

The atmosphere was a little noisy, but that’s just because the restaurant was full. The prices are very reasonable, and the service was so fast that before we finished filling up our drinks, our order was ready. The dining table where we ate had been cleaned moments before we sat down, and a man came by to take our plates when we were done. This is very well managed restaurant.

I had never eaten here before (Raising Cane's) any Raising Canes . I'm glad my kiddos suggested eating here, the food was so good, tender and juicy chicken and the sauce was also so good.

One my our favorite places to eat! This location has an amazing staff that has always been very friendly and polite. Don't let long lines drive you away, these folks got it down much like Chik-Fil-A does!! Always fast and in my humble opinion, the food is even better than Chick-fil-A!!

This was my first time back to Cane’s in a while. The food was good as expected. What stood out was the great service I received today. After I had received my food I was waiting in line at the drink area to get ketchup while a couple of employees were changing the trash. The employee at the register noticed and asked if I was waiting for ketchup and handed me packets from under the counter instead of me having to wait longer in the line. This may not seem like much, but this employee had enough awareness to read the situation and cared enough to make sure a customer could get served faster. I usually don’t see that a lot at fast food restaurants. This occurred around lunch hours today so if any manager at this location sees this please let the employee know her service was much appreciated.

Came in with all my kids, they were dying for canes. Unfortunately the fry oil they used burnt the chicken. We ordered 3 of the 5 piece and a 3 piece. Notified the manager and she immediately made it right and then some. They didn't have to throw in the extras as an apology but it was appreciated. Thank you very much.

This place has the best chicken strips and I absolutely love the bread. It does get busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. But hey it's because they have great food so I never mind if I have to wait. I can't wait to go back again

The food is really good. The chicken is always so juicy. The crust isn't overly crunchy. And I like the fact that you can substitute the coleslaw with the toast because the coleslaw wasn't that good. The lines move pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a quick but great meal.

The food itself is Excellent. Perfectly seasoned tenders, crispy outside fries that are still soft on the inside (which os a feat in itself considering they are not steak fries) the canes dipping sauce though just puts it over the top. I haven't yet figured out exactly what their secret is, but its magical. They had up National Lampoons Christmas Vacation promotional items as their Christmas items. the restaurant's always give me that home town 60's diner modernized, though.

This location always has a line. But food quality is always there. Have been here a few times. I would advise to always check your plates before leaving the drive thru. Staff has accidentally forgotten to give correct number of chicken strips ina meal. Got home one time without checking meal while there only to realize a chicken strip was missing and the location is about 15mins away from home. Friendly staff. Order will be taken by individual with a walkie talkie outside. But line moves quicker this way. Expect to be in line for 10-15 minutes. But of course the food is well worth the wait.

I wished I had gotten a receipt so that I could recognize the individuals that assisted me at the drive thru on today ( 4/29/25) . First young lady has curly hair , early 20s very respectful. The gentleman that took my order had a very bubbly personality which made the service outstanding. I pray he sees this . I told him that I was headed to my son’s school for a picnic and on the box he wrote “have a great picnic “. The young lady that handed my food to me had a chin piercing and she too was super awesome. Keep up the wonderful service . You guys rock .

There were issues ordering on the app, and I had no idea at the time. I arrive at the store only to find out that my order didn’t go through. I spoke with the Manager about the issue, and he was super nice and understanding. He made sure that I had my food within a few minutes, and the food was GREAT! I would definitely recommend this Raising Cane’s location and will most definitely be returning in the future!😊

Atmosphere was average: while generally interesting and generally clean; at least at the time, being busy, it didn't feel better than a typically clean fast food restaurant. (NOTE: Many places have become not clean and poorly maintained which in comparison would make the atmosphere very good, but I maintainpre-Covid standards.)

We were waited on quickly at the counter, and our food was ready in about 5 minutes. We ordered the 3 piece dinner, which cost $9.69. It came with a large potion of fries and a large piece of delicious garlic bread. It was a very good meal.

This particular Raising Cane's is very consistent with producing good food each and every time I've visited whether it be dine in or drive through orders. I love to go and get their sweet tea or you can ask for an Arnold Palmer and that is also very delicious! It can get a bit busy on the weekends and around dinner time but the staff handle the pressure very well and are always super friendly! When it does get busy the drive through line can get backed up onto the main street, which kind of impeeds traffic but the line always moves fast. Trying to park when the line gets long like that can get a bit tricky at times but is always worth it in my opinion.

I go here with my sister every once and a while and the food is always great. People tend to say the sauce is what makes the food great but I enjoy every bite of it with or without it. I don’t personally eat Cane’s, but my son lives for it. Anytime we’re out and about, I can guarantee he’ll ask to stop by. He loves the chicken fingers, fries, garlic bread, and especially the lemonade. He’ll even brag to his friends when we’re there—so it’s definitely a popular spot in his friend group too. We stop by at least 3–4 times a month, and every single visit, the staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. That kind of consistency in service is really appreciated. Even though it’s not for me, it makes my son so happy—and that’s what keeps us coming back!

Always good and consistent. Good tea and chicken fingers. Sauce is everything. Sometimes fries are not fresh, but if you say something they'll make you fresh ones. Very accommodating when I asked if they had toast without butter (I have a child with dairy allergies). Good customer service.

Canes has some of the most consistently good chicken from a fast food place that I've ever had. They aren't too fancy, and there aren't many options. But if you are looking for consistently good, mildy overpriced fried chicken, canes is your place. I've eaten at this location on a variety of occasions, and they have never let me down. It's my girlfriends favorite. I'd say she eats here several times a week

Pretty good chicken. Last time I was in they had a sign that offered a "hero" discount. There were some firefighters ahead of me In Uniform, and they didn't give them the discount. Train the staff better! First responders in uniform shouldn't have to ask to get the discount you advertise.

We were picking up relatives from a 10:30 pm arrival at the airport. They were hungry. We were extremely happy to learn that Raising Cane's was open until 3 AM. It was good. When we visit, the food is awesome, but we’ve had some parts of our order missed or incorrect lately. The last three or four times, our extra cane sauces have been missed and one time we got slaw instead of toast :(

This location stays busy throughout the day but they also stay consistent in their service and quality. I must amend this initial review. My last two visits have been different. Different in regards to the quality of the food. It seems to me that at this location they are relying to heavily on the fact that people will keep coming back because of the dipping sauce. Dipping sauce is fine. But if both the quality of the chicken itself is average at best added with the fact that the pieces seem to be getting smaller, the novelty of eating here is not as strong as it once was. Added to this the fries were not salted and are just the crinkle cut kind straight from a frozen bag. I probably won't be coming back til late this year if at all. Way too many restaurants out there busting their rumps to make sure their patrons get top notch, delicious food each and every time.

Not much I can say about this place except it's a chicken joint. The chicken fingers are plain meaning that there is little to to no spice to them. Think of it as kfc without seasoning and that's what canes is to me. The breading they use is not thick and nasty but light and not heavy. I not really into their sauce but that's just my preference. I would a least try it once. I might try it again but probably not for a while. I gotta the kids meal and I think it's better or enough to satisfy and adult hunger. It works for me.

This was my first experience with Canes. Although there aren't a lot of options the food was great, the restaurant was clean, the atmosphere nice. I got the 4 piece meal, my friend got the 6 piece meal. We got our food promptly and it was fresh and hot. I've never tried Cane's sauce before and it was alright. I like a variety of flavors. But I soon discovered that 1 little cup of sauce for me is perfect for 3 strips. My buddy got 6 strips so they gave him 2 of the little souffle cups and that was sufficient for him also. But 1 cup isn't enough for 4 strips, in my opinion. I went back for another and although we spent over $30 for 2 people they charged just under another buck for enough sauce for the 4th strip which I think is petty. The sauce isn't THAT good. Chic fil a has a variety of flavors and they are not as chinchy. At Cane's, you don't get it YOUR way. You get it THEIR way. If you don't spend enough money, you don't get enough sauce. Like it or lump it. I will just stick with Chic fil a myself.

First time trying raising canes. Got the box combo. Although the toast was good the fries were pretty dry and the chicken was only average. Tasty but the pieces I was given were more batter than meat. Unfortunate as a lot of the reviews really got me excited to try this for the first time as an out of towner visiting for work.

I cannot speak on the atmosphere or the service today because I did not pick up the food. My boyfriend did to surprise me, but I can say that the food was not great at all! Every piece of chicken was slimy and felt and tasted not done all the way sadly. The fries were also hard as a rock! Went to dip a fry in the ketchup, and it broke off in the ketchup with a snap 😳lol. We couldn’t do anything but laugh and shake their heads. The only good thing in there was the toast which sadly is never consistent either. Sometimes I go and it’s buttered and yummy on both sides and sometimes you go and it’s just on one side and plain on the other, never know. I gave up on this chicken meal a long time ago because it’s very inconsistent. I’ve had days when I get home and the chicken is perfectly cooked but they gave you only about 10 fries lol (exaggerating) but basically hardly any fries at all. Every blue moon the whole meal is great but more often it’s inconsistent and the chicken is not well done. It’s a roll of the dice. If he had asked me before he went to buy food, sadly I would’ve picked Slim chickens because I’ve never had a meal where the meat didn’t feel fully cooked or inconsistent. It’s pretty much always the same. If it’s not you better bet your bottom dollar they’re going to make it right if you call. I’ve definitely called in about these meals before and just gotta thanks for telling us. The inconsistencies makes me wonder if they really sweet guy that used to be there when it first opened is no longer there. Because it was definitely consistently good when he was. Things have definitely changed.

Went to this location last night asking for well done chicken strips & received old strips that I couldn’t hold or pick up without the skin falling off, definitely not cooked to what they call extra crispy and was not fresh, YUCK!! This was my first time coming in a couple of months. It’s a no for me, will not be going back unless I have the time to eat in and inspect my food so if something is not right I can replace it.

i said extra fries instead of coleslaw and they gave us both the coleslaw and the fries and charged us for both and then i said one extra cane sauce and they gave us two and charged us for two. honestly every time i come here, there are issues so i think i’m done now. i spent $33 instead of the usual $23 which is ridiculous considering if your employee had just listened, they would’ve done it right. the last time i came, i said sweet tea for both drinks and got unsweetened. such an easy simple fix if they’re employees were actually competent. no longer coming here any more.

I had a poor experience. I called the store located at the Loop and Hwy 31 in Tyler Texas on 03/04/2024 at around 6:00 pm. The manager was condescending (and should not be in management) if they would lose a customer who spends over $50 a week, over a couple of Cane's sauces. It is mind boggling to me. Do better. Guess we'll spend more at Chick-fil-A.

I’ve been to this Cane’s several times, and never had problems, but today was quite different. I went through the drive thru, and just ordered a water with lemon. I waited 25 MINUTES for the person ahead of me to get their food, and the thing is, they NEVER even got it! While I was in the drive thru, I called the store and asked what was going on. I was told that they were having problems with their fries. They brought me my water, but I was still stuck in the drive thru, and I really needed to go. I suggested that they let the driver in front of me know that they should pull up. At this point, I spoke to the manager again, and all he had to say was “Sorry.” He didn’t seem to care very much. I know things happen, but there are far better ways to handle a situation like this. I was not reimbursed or compensated in any way, as I felt I should have been. I told him I would not be coming back. Would not recommend.

I always love the food, so that's not the problem here, however, I just went through the drive through and when I got to the window, the girl just handed me my food with pretty much ZERO emotion, I said thank you regardless (being the nice lad I am), and they ignored me and closed the window. I don't expect chikfila standard service but you gotta draw a line somewhere and and just have some common decency when interacting with people that come through the drive through.

Tried to call and the line would dial for at least a minute and no response tried calling twice🤷‍♀️. Hate waisting money for sorry costumer service anyhow thought It was worth sharing.btw I order the chicken finger combo with 3 chicken fingers 🤦🏻‍♀️don’t have to worry about stopping by agian.

one of the managers, melissa is very rude. I came in at 12:30 to get lunch for my office, between five drinks and no drink carrier given to me as well as no receipt, when i got back i realized i was missing my plate a 3 piece meal. I called and let a manager know what happened and they said come on back even if it’s after work and we will get that for you. I come back at 5 and they say they don’t know anything about it and can’t help me and i would have to call again tomorrow to talk to a different manager. I call the same number as before and he says yes we are still waiting if today doesn’t work then we have your name down. Come to find out i called the wrong store initially. Jeremiah at the other store let me know either way they should be able to help me out. After explaining to him that Melissa just told me to call back tomorrow and they couldn’t help me out without a receipt, not being able to look it up or anything he took it upon himself to help me and call the other location. Sure enough i was able to walk back in and grab my food. If every manager that was working at this location was as understanding and respectful as Jeremiah they would have better experiences when it comes to things like forgetting a meal. Melissa couldn’t tell me anyone’s name i needed to talk to or give me anyone’s name that i would have possibly talked to. Instead of explaining that no one at this location had the conversation with me instead she just said they couldn’t help me. A lot of attitude and no help got us running around in circles. Thankfully another store is willing to pick up this ones slack.

Chicken was soso! Only one sauce at least offer an alternative sauce. Check out the small drink anywhere else this medium drink would be a small. In times of high prices and everyone is struggling a little more drink wouldn't hurt this company. Won't be going back.

Girl at counter had terrible customer service skills! Seemed like she hated her job and didn't wanna be there. I also think you should get at least one canes sauce for free if you get a fry. Barely any fries in the sandwich combo meal. Very poor experience.

Came by at 10pm and the location was closed. Website says its supposed to be open until 12am. NOT TRUE!

Is it just me or do I feel like the chicken strips are so tiny they used to be bigger and barely give you enough fries like come on now I feel like I got a kids meal and I ordered a box combo with extra fries make it right canes

The tea is not good at all at this store and it has continued to taste bad for the last 2 months so you need to go to the other one to get good tea. The food is the same at both

Yall refuse to check orders to make sure they are correct. This is the 4th time in a row my order has been shorted and incorrect. I should not have to open up my order and check my food, that’s not my job.

Ordered from this location at about 9 PM drove all the way from White House, which is about 20 minutes away got home, proceeded to eat the food and realized that I could smell and taste. Old cooking oil called the store to speak with the Manager to address the situation she responded by saying, I apologize and I will go check the oil and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I Paid for a meal that I didn’t even get to enjoy very disappointed. Been eating here for two years and never had this experience. Hopefully they’ll do better with checking And filtering their cooking oil

I have been a long time lover of Cane's but the past 5 or 6 months every Raising Cane's Chicken finger meal I've has were cooked in old nasty oil. Why are you guys not swapping out the old oil for new oil? If this keeps up I will be forced to eat at Popeyes or KFC. Their Chicken is not as good but at least they cook with Clean oil.

Terrible experience! I did an online order to pick up in store for my daughters 14th Birthday. She absolutely LOVES Canes. Ordered (4) Box Combos, (2) 3 Finger Combos, a Kids Meal and 4 EXTRA Canes Sauce. Got to the store to pick up, everything was on the counter ready for pick up. After checking my order I was missing a drink for one of the combos. Told the crew and they double checked receipt after I had told them I ordered 6 Combos and a Kids meal so I should have 6 adult drinks. Treated me as if I was trying to get a free drink? After getting the drink I checked my food to make sure that was all there. I was missing my kids meal?? They checked my bags, once again feeling like i was trying to get something for free when my bags haven't even left the counter??? Told them, you got my kids meal drink here, but no kids meal?? Finally got my kids meal and at this point was checking for my 4 EXTRA Sauces. After checking, I had seen they had threw some extra sauces in a couple of the Combos and the girl insisted they were in the Combos. Not sure WHY my extra sauces were thrown in ANY of the Combos??? When I ordered them separate from the Combos, but at this point in the experience tired of feeling like I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for... I was just Done! I Grabbed my bags and came home because Canes was a surprise for my Daughters Birthday we were celebrating. Just to get home to see I only received 3 EXTRA Sauces and my food was cold??? OMG! Can't even... do better Canes! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience for the money spent! Do better! Terrible!! Go Texans!

This canes used to be so good. For a place that has such a limited menu they can't seem to nail it. I will order and wait longer for butter on both sides toast, then get it wrong. I will ask for my sauce to be subbed and it will be wrong. This time I got cold fries, no butter on both sides and the smallest chicken fingers I've ever paid so much for. Clearly the standard kept at the other tyler location isn't kept here. Sad to see it go down hill so quick over the years. Over priced, bad customer service, and consistently inaccurate orders. Terrible.
