The employees here are very outgoing and friendly the manager is very understanding and hard working. The food was freshly made and very yummy. The salad bar has fresh vegetables crisp and refreshing

We got the King Arthur Supreme delivered. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. A bit more expensive than I wanted it to be but it was a treat, so it was worth it. We love Round table!!!

Newer remodel, looks great but I liked it before, lighting was lower. It nice to see the park though. Great staff. So nice and helpful. Sure the prices were lower. Hit my wallet hard enough. We had 16 people. My brother and wife were here from Delaware and they are from this area when we were younger. No Round Table Pizza on the" lower, slower Eastern shore " so that's where I planned our lunch. Me , little brother and my kids and Grand Kids. It was the best ever day.

I haven’t been here in about 8 years! We stopped in today for Mother’s Day and were very impressed with all aspects of our visit. New remodel was bright, clean, spacious and welcoming with comfortable seating. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. Parmesan twists were loaded with cheese and fresh garlic. Maui Zaui was the best I’ve had, sauce was definitely a 10/10. Everything was high quality, and the crusts were perfectly cooked (there was a long-standing issue with dough-y crusts that kept me away for many years, so good job with that improvement!). The service was also wonderful. Soda fountain drinks were also perfect. Everyone was happy with lunch 💜 we will see you again soon!

This place doesn't treat disabled people like just another building code requirement. Round Table Pizza treats disabled people like individuals who deserve to be included, comfortable, and accommodated. They do this by having nice, clean, maneuverable handicap bathrooms, tables high enough to roll a wheelchair under but low enough for accessible eating at clearly marked locations, and more. My mother has been disabled since I was a small child, and never has she felt more accommodated than at Round Table Pizza. Oh, and the pizza itself? Expensive, but extremely worth it. I was recently in Chicago so I thought, hmm, I don't think I'll enjoy pizza very much, but holy moly is the pizza here just something else. If you would like your brain to melt in incomprehension of how wonderful your taste buds feel, come here.

So it's been awhile since I've been to round table, over a year. Decided to try their new specialty Italiano pizza... Best decision I've made all week. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the taste on the crust... Amazing. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, very welcoming. Thank you!! Also really like the new look 😁

Pizza was good. Salad bar was good. Not many choices of salad toppings. A mistake was made in my opinion because they got slammed as soon as they opened but the girls went over and above to make it right. So I must say that the service was good and they offered free bread sticks for joining the text club. The bread sticks we're the best! I recommend you try them if you like seasoned cheese bread sticks! Yum!

I got a personal size double pepperoni + mushrooms last night & it was genuinely delicious. No hard feelings to staff past or present, but when I went there a little over 2 years ago, it was terrible, basically inedible. Recently I saw much better reviews, as well as what seems like sincere engagement from management when there are bad reviews. I tried it again last night as mentioned and will absolutely be returning. Round Table’s quality back in the day was still the best of the chain pizza places. I’m happy the Ukiah location seems to be returning to great pizza again.

Expensive. Don’t care too much for the new upgrades. Roof was leaky looked tacky with buckets on tables full of water. Video gaming experience is pretty much all the topics to pick from, a lot of racing options. Not sure I will be dining in, probably doo pick up and enjoy at home.

Ordered a pizza online at 5pm to be delivered at 8pm. By 8:15 I had to call and was told it was “on its way now”. By 9:15, I had to call again and find out where my pizza was. They still hadn’t left the restaurant that was only a few blocks away. 9:35 my order finally showed up and was mildly warm. Really unhappy since I spent $56…. $6 of it was just for delivery.

This is 3 rd time since reopening that we have had a bad experience. We ordered a pizza that had pineapple and it had so little pineapple that several pieces had none. We ordered 2 large pizzas and I asked for a lot of Parmesan and they gave me 4 packets?? Huh?? Considering it is the most expensive pizza in town, I expect better.

I would give this place better stars except there's no possible way to enjoy yourself eating here with that door alarm going off the entire time. It's torture for any customer to have to sit in a restaurant and listen to a noise like that. The service was fine and so was the food but the atmosphere is completely uninviting.

Don’t ever order online at this place. I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my refund for food that wasn’t delivered!! This pizza circle response is automated as well. My Second review and they didn’t even respond, only on original post. Round Table sucks now! I give up, slam Dunk gets all my business.. Round Table is the worst!

the worst pizza ever. raw and soggy. what happened to round table pizza? $80.00 is what it cost to have an extra large pizza delivered. never again! they charged to deliver and still wanted a tip. figured one thing out. never give the tip first,. i would have give negative stars but it wouldn't let me.

Just came in to pick up a to go pizza. Noticed the person making pizzas, was walking around with the same gloves and the whole time while I waited. Filling up drinks at the bar area then straight back to the pizza prep area! Not even sure I should eat the pizza now!!

We always have round Table and love it. We are from out of town and staying for work, but this one was the worst time ever. We saw the review but didn't believe it. We learned now to check the review and believe it. It wasn't even cooked, the meat was raw. Either they should close the location because it will ruin the name of around Table or they should change the entire crew or go and get training how to make pizza.

Me and my beautiful wife were celebrating 30 years together and her birthday tonight. Just realized indoor dining opened. What a mistake, we went double date with my best friend and his new wife. It cost 120 dollars each couple payed separately 240 dollars for two small pizzas two pitchers (domestic only) and two salad (one trip only) all of the staff was rude so many rules rushed us thru our order pizza was cold but burnt we were the only people in there and that big guy was just standing there holding his gut he gave me a plate I started making my salad he promptly scolded me for using the plate just to give me a bowlsaid that that’s not for salad I give up at this point if I could negative star I would and we all will tell everyone not to go to Ukiah round table ever rob would be appalled we all agreed to send terrible reviews it wasn’t even busy in there they trying to be a elegant pizza joint come on we have like ten pizza joint in Ukiah none of them know how to make a pizza you will have more fun if you screw it up at home making it together yourselves at home

I'm not really a big fan of round table but it's close to home. So I ordered online and did curbside pickup, first the employee brought out someone else's order, then he came back out with what I thought was my pizza because the receipt had my name on it. Guess I should have looked in the box. Got home and it was a large stuff crust cheese pizza, instead of my medium supreme pizza. I didn't even bother to go back, was to tired and frustrated. 29.00 plus tip for a cheese pizza. I won't be going back to round table.

Terrible customer service. No one knew what they were doing. Waited over two hours and at the end they were missing one of our pizza. And this did not just happen to us. Several customers around us were missing part of their order and waiting over an hour after their order was SUPPOSED to be done and ready.

The worst round table I have been to. Not one customer in the place at 9 pm when we arrived, music blasting through the roof like we were in a club. 7 people standing behind the counter visiting, while the salad bar looked like it was hit by a truck. Very dirty. Won't stop again, go to Mountain Mike's. One employee in particular very sassy and too much foul language. Not a happy place.

Over priced. Pizza is OK at best. Nothing special. No drink refills is the worst. Honestly this is the only place that does not do drink refills on fountain drinks. They should just serve can drinks out of a cooler so it can be as cheaply done as they do it. Salad bar is sad. Unfortunately in Ukiah there is not a really huge selection of good pizza. Its all mediocre at best. Those that do taste good are WAY over priced. Honestly with the methods that they do business and what you get for your money, I am surprised this place is still in business at all. Check out other places before wasting your time with this place. It would be worth your time.

I called an made an order for 3 medium pizzas, they said it would take 20 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and paid $70 for my food. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked the short girl with dark hair if she called my name and she rudely said no. 10 minutes later she said that only two of my pizzas were ready and the third one wasn't even started yet. She offered me a free drink or salad while a wait, but that's not enough. My third pizza should have been free because I had to sit and wait with two pizzas getting cold while my third one was hopefully being prepared. Another 20 minute wait. Overpriced pizza for sh*tty service.

They never know the promotions, have a clueless attitude and are as unhelpful as possible without being blatantly rude. I have run into issues at least every other time visiting. "How can we not serve you" should be the motto for this location.

While we really like Round Table's pizza, we were seriously dissapointed with this location. First off they do not offer free refills! Really - everywhere these days offers free refils! And if i am paying 19.60 for one large pizza I am certain they can afford to offer refills. Secondly we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We ordered at 6:01. Somewhere around 6:40, haveing long finished our drinks and not willing to pay full price for another we decided we'd had enough of the restaurant and changed our order to 'take out'. Another fifteen minutes later they finally called our order. Sadly I didnt realize untill after we drove away that we did not get either ranch dipping sauces, though they clearly showed up on the receipt. We will never go back and do NOT recommend!

I ordered medium combo and asked it to be delivered. It took almost 2 hrs and the delivery guy did not knock or ring the bell . He just left it on my porch and drove off. So i went to Round Table this morning and talked to a guy who said he was incharge. I never gpt an apology. You just lost a costumer. And it was cold.

I will never go back to Round Table Pizza. I tried to order online but their site "wasn't working" again. So no coupons. Next, when I called in my order I told them I had a $25 gift card that I wanted to use. They said it wouldn't be a problem. It was from Round Table Pizza in Ukiah! However, when my wife got there to pick up the pizza they said they couldn't accept it. That is illegal in California. You can't deny gift cards that you sell. This place is a complete ripoff. Their pizzas are way too expensive and they aren't very good. I wanted to give them another try, but never again. I will not go back.

No apologies, no attempt to make things right—just an overall terrible attitude. Even though the restaurant was busy, it’s no excuse for such poor service. We won’t be coming back to this Round Table, and I’d suggest others avoid it too. Plenty of other places in Ukiah know how to treat their customers better.

She ultimately told us that it was for online orders only, even though it didn't state that on the coupon and the coupon itself said "present to cashier". But at this point in time we decided to just drop it. We took our table and patiently waited for our food, enjoying my son's birthday and our family time. After about 45 minutes we received our garlic bread, and about 10 minutes after that, one of the pizzas. Mind you, we couldn't all eat that pizza, due to preferences (it was an all-meat pizza and there were vegetarians and non-pork eaters in the group). We went up to check on the rest of the food and we were told that they were just preparing our other pizzas. During this time, my nephew went up to purchase a beer. He stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes and not a single person acknowledged him (even after multiple employees noticed/ walked past him). At this point in time, it had been 1.5 hours since we had first ordered our food, and it was still not at the table. My mother went up to check on the food and to also speak to the manager, who rudely yelled at my mom across the kitchen that "she didn't have time to talk to her". Finally, our food arrived and the rest of the party was able to eat. This was a very disappointing experience because we came to celebrate a birthday and 1/3 of the group was full by the time the rest of us even received our food. Now, what happened next is what I really want to call attention to. We packed up our things and my mom and sister went to speak with the manager about the overall experience. My mom calmly asked to speak to the manager, who once again yelled at her that she couldn't. My mom repeated herself and asked again, requesting just a few minutes of her time, at which point this manager yelled in front of everyone, including her staff and some other customers "you want me to stop making other customers' food so you can talk to me?". Uh, yes lady, that's your job. She came over and was very aggressive from the beginning. My mom tried explaining what had happened and our experience, and the manager walked away, yelling once again. "You were told when you came in that we are running behind tonight". No, not one of us was told this. Had we been warned that our food was going to take over 1.5 hours to make, we would have chosen to go somewhere else where we would have also been treated better. This "manager" was so rude and condescending to everyone in our group. Not one time did she apologize or ask us how she could make things right for us, which is what an actual manager should do. I don't know if she has received any management training but she doesn't know how to run a store and REALLY doesn't know how to treat customers. We spent over $350 that night - for that much $ we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant where we would have been treated much better. A few other customers saw this interaction and walked out after us. In a small town like Ukiah, this restaurant should be more careful about the customer experience because people are going to choose to go to Slam Dunk or Mountain Mike's instead. I seriously suggest that the store owner and/ or corporate looks into this further before you lose your entire customer base.

They don't care about customers or good service, don't waste your time or money, especially if you plan on eating in a timely manner. no courtesy calls to say it was going to be late, no discount offered, absolutely ridiculous.

I will never go back to Round Table Pizza. I tried to order online but their site "wasn't working" again. So no coupons. Next, when I called in my order I told them I had a $25 gift card that I wanted to use. They said it wouldn't be a problem. It was from Round Table Pizza in Ukiah! However, when my wife got there to pick up the pizza they said they couldn't accept it. That is illegal in California. You can't deny gift cards that you sell. This place is a complete ripoff. Their pizzas are way too expensive and they aren't very good. I wanted to give them another try, but never again. I will not go back.
