small place but with great food. The customer service was excellent. And the dish was very good. I like to have with the honey walnut prawns they separated my sauce they didn't put it on so that tastes even better first place and all my lifetime that has done this...

Stopped for lunch during business travel. The reviews were mixed, but we decided to go. The service we experienced was friendly and prompt. The food was freshly made. I had Kung Pao chicken, with just the right amount of spice. It seemed like many regulars were coming in for takeout.

Coming back from a road trip. Our kids wanted Chinese food, their menu satisfied our family needs. Good Beef Chow Fun and Peking Style Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour sauce are must haves. Veggie and soups are optional. The beef chow chow fun was perfectly done. The kids also love the pork chop and other dishes. The surprise was the West Lake Beef Soup, kids wanted more. It’s a light and refreshing soup, kinda opposite of a Hot & Sour Soup. The service was nice, we were seated quickly, orders taken and the food arrived pretty fast. Overall we were very satisfied with the meal. We’ll come again.

Tasty Chinese-American cuisine, prepared incredibly fast! We ordered a sesame chicken after our main order was delivered, and timed it just to check- it hit our table in 4 minutes and 30 seconds! We have spent more time waiting for fast food on the McDonald's drive through. Had pork Chow Fun, Sesame Chicken, chicken fried rice and sautéed green beans, and the green beans were the star, incredibly flavorful, paired beautifully with the fried rice and noodles. Very reasonable prices as well, we felt, and attentive servers- a great experience overall!

Started coming here when I moved to the area 9 years ago per co-worker recommendation. It fast become my comfort food source. Really good Chinese food taste the way I remember they should be, decent price, with friendly and personable staff. Still as good as ever. Had the fried tofu, nice and crispy.

Food was pretty interesting, definitely shows culture. Kristina recommended me this place and was a great spot to catch up with a friend. Interesting pineapple drink btw.

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant near us. Food is always good except for lemon/orange chicken. Every time we other this, it's dry. They also stopped delivering food and customers had to go thru one of the delivery apps like Doordash.

I have been a long time customer and I'm going back. We just picked up our order and it's disappointing. The large soup used to come in one large and small containers, now it's just one container. The meat in the orange chicken is dry. Broccoli beef is okay. They just lost my business!

I been eating there for almost 2 years . 2 days ago receipt/bills addition was wrong . I told waitress total amount was counted wrong . I told her I don't mind paying for a few cents more. I just wanted to let you know. She raised her voice and she kept saying it was right even though I used my phone calculator added in front of her , she got angry and she still keep saying it was right . Folks be careful how they add your bills when you go eat there . We all have to work for our money . Careless people and rude women are working there . i will never go eat there again.

Our entrees even came out before the appetizer. When I asked for chili oil, the woman at the register snapped, “NO MORE CHILI OIL, JUST SAUCE ON THE TABLE” (which was just Sriracha). Her rude tone made it clear she didn’t care if she was being disrespectful. We let it slide, thinking maybe she was having a bad day, and tried to enjoy our meal. The whole time we were eating, neither of the two women working the front bothered to check on us not even to refill our water. Instead, they stood around chatting with each other and shooting us dirty looks. (Mind you the place was not packed just two tables so it wasn't like they were too busy to bring us water). When it was time to pay, my friend placed a to-go order for her mother. The server asked who was paying, and I said I’d cover everything together. She asked again, then insisted I pay first. Fine. I ran my card and purposely selected no tip. Immediately, she had the nerve to ask, “You pay tip cash?” I told her absolutely not you didn’t check on us once, not even for water, so no tip. She looked shocked, confused, and angry all at the same time, then said something to the other rude woman and told us to wait. Even another customer waiting for takeout commented about how they push for tips here even on to-go orders. We both agreed: ridiculous. Tips are earned, not demanded. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but I refuse to give my hard earned money to people who are rude and dismissive. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you wan't to avoid bad customer service and disrecpect for not tipping.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you like to be disrespected, yelled at, given dirty looks, and your change money & Food tossed back at you the same time…this the place to go! I’m handicapped with only have one hand to use and this is how I was treated. VERY RUDE STAFF, and they will force peer pressure to tip large amount or start yelling at you and talking different languages to other coworkers….and even if picking up food same thing. Sometimes the food isn’t cooked all the way and they will demand you to tip or yell at you “why no tip!!?!” Me-…”why isn’t my food not cooked all the way?” Food is great, but your customer service is disgusting 🤮

Customer Service was terrible. First, the lady working the counter had a pretty bad attitude. I dont know if she had a bad day, but that’s unacceptable regardless. She kept chatting and didn’t pay attention right away when I was about to place an order. Then I ordered to go just to find out when I got home, they got my order wrong. They asked me to bring the whole order back and made the drive back to the restaurant and dealt with the inconvenience. Mind you my family was already hungry at this point so it was frustrating. When I got there, the lady was apologetic and took the order back to the kitchen, then I heard them yelling, not sure if it was towards the cooks or out of frustration that they have to do more work to fix the issue. They came out with the right order and apologized. There was no compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused unlike other places when mistakes happen. I mean if they want to be greedy they can absolutely do that, theyre just going to get a negative review and lose a long time customer. PS: Beware, I don’t know what they plan on doing with the wrong food they took in. I hope they dont resell it to another customer. Thats so unsanitary and unsafe.
