OMG! So good, can't wait to come back. We randomly walked by and was drawn by the smell standing outside, frankly speaking we were just passing by and all of a sudden changing our mind. We order "a la carte". 2 meats 1 veggie tomato soup base plus duck blood. & We were very happy. The sauce bar is really awesome, and the spicy seaweed taste yummy. The ice cream also taste very good. Overall, everything is awesome. We went on Tuesday 2 PM. Basically we were the last guests for noon time dining. It's all packed. So I guess latest to arrived for noon time better be 1:30 pm.

Expect a wait to get in. Be prepared for how loud the crowds are on a Friday night (we can't blame the restaurant). The selections are excellent for the two hour dine in window. There were still folks lined up outside as we left too. The excellent staff also make for a memorable birthday celebration at our table. They stored the birthday cake and brought it out for the blow the candles out event.

The prices have gone up, but the quality is still great. Ice cream and condiments bar are no longer free, but you know inflation. We enjoyed our delicious dinner and the robot assistant came by just in time for our meal to start.

Discovered a new style of Mongolian that is very delicious but very strange it first very helpful staff

I'm not a big fan of hot pot but my partner loves it. I was so happy to fund something that was already cooked. The lamb curry was the best part for me. Overall good experience at this restaurant though.

It is one of the best hot pot restaurants in the Bay Area.

J

A lot of hotpot options here that I hadn’t seen before! They also have a soft serve machine, some fried Chinese foods, and amazing Chinese buns with condensed milk. Only con is that you have to pay $2 on top of the base AYCE option if you make a sauce.

This place is da hotpot bomb. Insane lamb meat that us 4 family ate. And price came out to 92 bucks and it's 20 per person when we went. We ate 12 dishes for 4 rounds. And it's a must to get lamb meat. The sauce is fresh and yummy. I gobble a lot of lamb and would gobble them more again

The meal was very enjoyable and the experience was even better! It was so great and I really appreciated the opportunity to eat a meal with my friends and experience some Chinese culinary culture. The food was very authentic and the combination of all the flavors was so cool! The service was great and it was overall an amazing time. I highly recommend for groups of friends and families if you want to experience a little bit of Chinese culture and a great meal.

Fantastic atmosphere Great staff Bathrooms very clean (had mouth wash in there which was pretty cool to rinse your mouth after eating) Food arrived fast On the way out they have a self serve ice cream 🍦 machine 😁 Would definitely recommend choosing all you can eat which is around $37 per person for dinner worth it if you're really hungry. Definitely coming back, first impression was amazing?

Good quality meat, good service, good price, and clean. Highly recommended, if anyone is looking for an AYCE hot pot restaurant. They have quite a few locations in the Bay Area. Little Lamb is also in many other U.S. cities.

H
Henry Yu

Great food. But their best is not their meat, lol. Usually AYCE should not order too many Carbs, but we fell in love with their fried bread and their sesame ball. You gotta save some room to try that. Think the price is great for all this crazy inflation. But make sure u get there early, if you miss their first round, you will most likely to wait for quite a bit of time. Cause everyone in there probably would spend a good amount of time with their food.

Awesome service! Quality food! Affordable price! I cannot recommend more of the place! 100%!🔥garlic beef is sooo good! All the lamb is good too! No smell. The meatballs are really meat balls! Not made by flour. Amazing food. Amazed how the servers are able to attend us sooo fast and quickly with so many customers. Only thing is that if your party is fewer than 8 people, you have to wait (we only went for dinner not sure about lunch). Totally worth it though! Just drop off and put your name and then go to the Daiso nearby.

I had a really nice time at the Happy Lamb. The service was fast and efficient. I enjoyed the variety of foods that could be dipped in the two hotpots. The beef was tender and had a rich flavor. I also liked the glass noodles and tofu. I found the rice cake with bean sauce to be slightly too sweet.

C
Cory L

Recently updated the sauce bar and drinks to be included in the price, $19.99 per person for all you can eat at lunch time is such a great deal! Not to mention the ingredients are always fresh, meat quality is good, service is fast, and veggies are cleaned and prepped thoroughly. Now you don't even need to bother the servers for anything but the meat orders. Emerson the manager there is also always friendly and very good at his job, definitely my go to hotpot spot whether it's with just my gf or with a big party!

Let me tell you something, folks. This Hot Pot place used to be a disaster, believe me. But let me tell you, they've turned it around, big league. It used to be terrible, but now, it's tremendous. Five stars, the best of the best. The flavors, they've improved like you wouldn't believe. You've got to taste it to understand, believe me. The ingredients, they've upgraded, just like our infrastructure. And the hot pot itself, it's like a work of art now, let me tell you. The service, it's like night and day, from terrible to terrific. If you want to experience a real turnaround, this is the place to be. They've made dinner great again, folks. Highly recommend!

Excellent services! Quick! Can't beat an AYCE menu! Lunch price is extremely fair! Dinner is not bad with more ingredients to choose from. Definitely my to go spot when I'm craving for some hot pot! Main rock stars from the Manager, host to all the servers.

Worth the 1 hour wait for all you can eat hot pot experience. We enjoy the experience every time. Our 20 month baby relish their sesame ball and chicken wings. I haven’t had such good chicken wings before. 🤤 It’s always busy, so the service is not the best. Overall given the circumstances I think they are doing their best!!

A
Aparna Shrotriya

This was our go to place whenever we craved hot pot. I am a vegetarian and yet I found enough options for me. The service is decent and I saw the servers manage quite well even during busy times. Their spicy broth is to die for! They now only serve "all you can eat" which is a bummer. Nevertheless, great hot pot!

J

Atmosphere is a bit cramped especially at the buffet. But the food definitely makes up for it. Just wish you didn't have to squeeze by everyone up front to get anything. Plus staff also walking by at the same time is a mess. Alas judging on food alone this is the best happy lamb location.

This is great value for the food. All the food and vegetable is very fresh. Everything is tasty. Meat selection decent quality The selection is a bit limited as they don't have the usual fish balls and stuff (or you have to pay more) but everything is good quality and fresh. Meat selection also a bit limited, I think 6 selections. Overall for 20 bucks a person this is very high value

Have had some great meals here w/ the in-laws and one of my adventurous eater friends. Would be here more often if my legendary hater wife just didn't like hot pot. Great spice blend and everything is prepped beautifully.

Best spot to eat in the plaza if you like lamb. Ayce menu is 28 bucks per person (after tip+tax), and the cuts of meat are good! The only non-lamb dish I enjoy is their garlic seasoned beef. The texture is soft, and reminds me of bulgogi. They changed to self-serve which I do kind of like, but at the same time you've got about 30 or so items crammed into 10 or so foot of space and barely narrow enough for two average sized persons. Other than that 10/10 for their cuts of mouthwatering lamb. Also, their ayce lunch special is crazy cheap! Never had it but it's definitely worth looking into!

B
Bolun Zhao

We went there 3 days ago for all you can eat lunch. Tomato and green pepper broth were both good. Though there were not much varieties to choose from, the meat were very fresh. We also liked the sesame ball and bun. Service is nice and quick. It becomes our favorite hot pot place.

Amazing service and even better food! First time eating Chinese food in a while and I’m glad I ate it here! The beef and lamb were fantastic. For desert, I had the deep fried rice cake which was also very good.

Amazing food, friendly staffs (and manager), good value for the money! We really spent a super great moment. And we will definitely come back! Highly recommend! P.s. We came before but it was not "all you can eat", it turned out to be so pricey and we were still hungry after. Now that you guys are doing "all you can eat" it is much better, So keep it this way! Zero left-over food!

Definitely one of the most popular hotpot in SF. I have been here many times and all of my friends like it. Waiting time is long sometimes in the evening.

d

The all you can eat is a very good price for a hotpot. Just the standard even comes with free drinks and ice cream, as well as a solid variety of vegetables, sides, and meat to put in your soup. The amount of pork belly I took was probably enough to feed a family for a week. Definitely a place you should come with a lot of friends with. I think lamb is the best meat, but you should try them all because it's an all you can eat and there's like 6 options for the meat anyways.

I love love this place. You can never go wrong with happy lamb hot pot. I was happy to see this place also offer ayce since not all of their locations offer it. I loved the desserts lol and of course for broth, we ordered mala and tomato. You can eat a decent amount of meat here. I wished they had enoki mushrooms here but overall it was a great meal. We will also stop by if we’re in area and craving some hot pot.

They have some new pricing for both lunch and dinner, but it's still good! They did get rid of the individual pot option tho, so be ready to share broth!

See attached photos for pricing and what is included Kids 3 to 5yo are $6usd for the AYCE. My kid only ate ice cream and noodles but still, it was reasonably priced! We chose the premium option and were not impressed by the quality of the Wagyu. The spring lamb was wonderful and that is what we kept ordering again! You can order half order for any if the options if you are dining with a small group, so you can get more variety. Vegetables are buffet style, dessert and sauces are buffer style. The staff can get very busy, dont be shy to flag them down! Happy hot pot!

Happy Lamb is seriously the GREATEST hotpot spot, not even kidding! Their spicy and sour soup base is rich, flavorful, and completely addictive. What makes it even better is the all-you-can-eat spread: from fresh seafood to crisp vegetables, soft tofu, quail eggs, and so much more variety. Everything is high quality and endlessly satisfying. The whole experience feels like a feast you can customize just the way you like. I left stuffed and happy, but honestly, I’m getting hungry again just writing this. If you love hotpot, this place is a must-visit!☺️💖

This is my favorite place to go for hot pot. It has the best value and quality for the best price for many years. Its still only $22.99 for all you can eat with drinks during lunch time from Monday to Friday. For comparison, you probably will pay $100 or more for the same amount of food at Hai Di Lau Hot Pot. The quality of the meat such as the lamb, you will have to pay for $20 a pound at the supermarket. The place is busy during the lunch hours due to the great price, but it's not as busy as before when you have to wait in a long line. The service and cleanliness is great. I am always excited to have the first taste of the broth and the lamb. My family has been going to Happy Lamb Hot Pot since it was changed from Little Fat Lamb Hot Pot. It still serve the same great Hot pot. Overall, it's a steal to eat here.

I had a great time at this Happy Lamb Hot Pot location! We had a reservation for 11 people for all you can eat, and everything was great! They seated us in the middle booth area. The server was attentive and able to put our order in quickly. They have saucy bars and another open bar on the other side of the restaurant for all kinds of veggies, seafood, and cooked appetizers! Also, they have a soft drink machine and an ice cream machine! I have been to other Happy Lamb locations before, and the one I can recall is back in SF years ago, and they didn't have an open bar for veggies and other hot pot ingredients. So I really like this location! The meat quality is decent, the broth is flavorful as well. I like their Spicy Marrow Broth and the Pork Triple and Chicken Broth! The only thing that bothered me a lot was that their induction cooktops had this loud buzzing static sound that hurt my ears. Other than that, everything is great!

Still the same after remodeling. Beef and lamb are the best. Sauce and drink are 1.99 more. Last time (2024), the waiter told me the pork he gave me was actually angus beef, so I brought it into the lab due to religious issue. I will make sure they don’t mess up with customers.

My go to hot pot in the east bay. I cannot get enough of the best of both worlds. My favorite comfort food and it is always packed. Enjoy an all you can eat hot pot with varied prices. Be sure to get there with good timing or you will have to wait. There are plenty of options for all kinds of dietary restrictions. Don’t forget to check out the dipping sauce bar.

This place has been my all-time favorite. It's 'all you can eat style' hot pot, with selection of individual small pot or large shared pot. Lunch after the tax is around 22, and dinner is around 35 per person. There is another vegetarian option as well. Drinks are self served and unlimited. You can order 4 kinds of meet at the beginning. Vegetables, mushrooms, and other items are self-serving. Usually, there is no time limit, but do expect 1 hour limit during busy hours. Few tips. If you order the same kind of meat twice when placing an order, they usually bring you only one plate. The most classic combinations are spicy marrow and original marrow. The seven star pepper beef soup is the best but will cost an extra 8 dollars.

It was my first time here so I had to ask a lot of questions, of course. Me and my wife had an amazing dining experience. We had the all you can eat deal and it definitely hit the spot. The service was swift and kind. The food is cooked by you at your table and to your liking. We really enjoyed it and the pricing wasn't bad either. I definitely recommend this establishment for those looking for an authentic hotpot experience.

My second vegetarian hotpot experience and i loved it. Lots of veggie options and they have half and half broth, basically spicy and non spicy version of veg broth. Crispy paper tofu was interesting and must try. It took some time to get a table, so do get reservations in advance. One of the server poured non-veg broth by mistake so they replaced the broth and gave us new veggies. Restaurant have really good ambiance.

Officially my favorite hot pot spot in the east bay! Staff was so friendly and service was quick, but they never made you feel rushed! We got the spicy broth with a veggie base and it was so flavorful! Definitely a place you should give a try. And reasonably priced.

One of the best meals I've enjoyed in a very long time! Definitely ordered way too much but every bite was amazing! My favorites were the house shrimp paste, fish balls and fish fillet. Combo A $80 and feeds 4 easily. Service was excellent and very attentive constantly refilling the broth and clearing plates. Condiment bar ($2/person) was well stocked and had a lot of variety. $10 Corkage fee. Restrooms were very clean and modern. There's really good ventilation to prevent the whole place from getting too steamy and hot. Definitely bringing my friends here! PS. The only thing I didn't like was the horrible soft serve ice cream.

Out of more than 400 places we have dined at, this was our best dining experience in US. Absolutely loved it. The food was so fresh, the portions were huge, the quality of everything was spectacular , the service was superior, and the price was much lower than what one would expect. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This place was super tasty and very interesting. the rare beef and the spicy hot were very good, and I appreciated the freedom they give you to cook. Although the restaurant is called happy lamb, I felt like the lamb itself was mid tier. Regardless, this is a great place to come with your family or friends, and it is cool to experience different cultures. Overall, the food was great and “hotpotting” is very fun.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot offers a cozy atmosphere and a diverse selection for hot pot enthusiasts. While the food is decent, I discovered that my stomach isn't the best match for lamb. Despite this personal preference, the restaurant's ambiance and variety may still appeal to others seeking a unique hot pot experience.

Had lunch on Sunday, 4 adult and 1 infant. Meat is great, sliced thin, perfect for hot pot. Server sit us in a quiet corner, it’s actually really good spot for family with little kids, very thoughtful of them. One thing did set me off. The check was brought to the table while we still eating and when we want to order more meat, we were told our dine in time has been capped at 90 minutes, we won’t be able to order more meat, but we can still get food from self-serve bar. We were not informed about the dine-in 90 minutes limit, and we did not see it anywhere on menu, poster, or signage. We would understood if we were being told ahead of time.

Good experience ..first time and seated before sauces so we didn't know about sauces until after we ate. Confusing at first but ultimately simple. Great buffet selection and meats ..some meats were not as good as expected and many were much better. Crab was too much work and messy, needed tools. Spring lamb was favorite . And stuff from buffet. Mushrooms , greens , etc.

H
H H

I like this happy lamb cause they had small individual pots, our server was friendly, they did forget some of our drinks but when we asked he apologize and quickly got it for us. They had a self serve food bar the food choice are somewhat limited and not as convenient and the conveyor belt hotpot places but better than the place we're we have to order with a server and wait for the food. They do however charg $1.99 separately for the sauce bar which is silly, should be included in the ayce fee. Meat cuts were fresh, they also had a self serce ice cream machines which is great addition. Overall satisfied.

T
Thai

Very good quality of meat, the sauce station was a bit lacking, ice cream was broken. Also add two dollars to the set you get because in the fine print it's an additional $2 for drinks and sauce.

P
Pauline

They had good quality meats and vegetables for their AYCE hot pot, but they didn't have as many options as other hot pot places. On a Saturday night, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get a table. The servers were attentive and the food came out quickly.

A
Anthony S

The time from entrance to seating was fast. Less than a couple minutes wait. This was after the lunch time rush. The staff was very nice, polite, and attentive. Ordering the meats was easy and fast. I tried the vegetarian mushroom and hot bone marrow broth. Bone marrow broth was very spicy. Heat was good, but taste was not the greatest. Too much star anise in the bone marrow broth. Made it taste too woody. The quality of the meats was very good. The vegetables were okay. They weren't old and had a good crisp to them. The bean curd was really good and was very tasty. The air condition and HVAC system were good. It helped circulate the air so it didn't get too smelly, humid, and hot. Music wasn't that loud and there are lots of TV screens for people to watch. They even played some old episodes from Pokémon Season 1. The men's restroom were a little disgusting. The wall urinal had a metal grating under it that allowed you to see what I assumed to be urine, floating bits of stuff, and God knows what else was in there, flowing under the flooring. That was sickening to have seen that. Overall, the place was good to eat at and the staff were very nice. Just try not to get freaked out about the men's restroom situation.

Happy Lamb Hot Pot is an all you can eat hot pot buffet. My wife and I came for lunch today. We got seated right away, ordered the dual broth option, and off to the over the counter food we go! The ambience inside is okay, it is not high end but clean. The dual broth which both my wife and I shared seemed a little salty but not overly strong where we needed to change broth but it is definitely to keep in mind if you have a preference toward a lighter palate of taste. The service itself is fast, almost all of the items we ordered from the menu came pretty quickly. The other items we went and got ourselves were plentiful and they refilled them pretty quickly when the quantity of an item gets low. The dipping sauce is made available for you to take toward the back where you have plenty of choice in mixing it the way you prefer. They do however charge a "sauce fee". This is a bit uncommon among hot pot restaurant so I was surprised. Keep this in mind if you visit Happy Lamb when the bill comes with it being added on. Although this kinda sucks but the soft drinks are included with refills so I guess it wasn't that bad although they could have specified it when we first got seated. We were in and out in a hour from start to finish. Happy Lamb Hot Pot is a solid choice for a hot pot with a wide selection of food to choose. Like most Chinese food, there is MSG added to the broth so expecting yourself to drink plenty of fluids afterward. If you are like us and you don't mind a little MSG every now and then, this spot is a pretty cool place to be if you're in the area and are craving hot pot!

Delicious Mongolian style hotpot that is cook in a broth that is so tasty that they don't even need sauces.

H
Helen Cryer

They’re all you can eat hotpot is a GREAT deal for the price. It was kind of confusing at first cause they don’t really explain how it works. You actually get up and get your own veggies/sides from a buffet (very hard to navigate if there are a lot of people also getting veggies cause the aisle is very tight). But other than that, the meats and broth were delicious! One of my best friends that I went with is gluten free and she had no issues with any of the food, no hidden gluten anywhere.

C
Chris McNally

I have been to better all-you-can-eat hot pot places but this place is really clean, lots of fast attentive staff, a ok selection of items, self serve soda bar was unique but the place is always crowded. Almost always a line to wait for seating even with lots of tables already. I think if they are charging a decent price there would be more meat options and the broth was not as flavorful as I would have liked (broth top off was just more general hot water). Recently they added a charge for sauce bar... mm... not too keen on that. Still worth checking out and enjoyable. It's been over a year and the ice cream machine is still broken =/

C
C Pizzle

The lunch AYCE price is hard to beat. The broth and quality of meat and veggies were great. The only bad thing is they ran out of certain veggies and never brought them out for us even though we marked it twice in our order. And the mount of veggies that came out was very little compared to the meat. It took them a long time to come back around to check on us to order our 2nd round of AYCE. I will say they give a lot of meat and it was good too. Odd how they were happy to give us a lot of meat but not veggies! I'd come back to give them another chance on the service and hope they will give more veggies.

I enjoyed this place. There are no reservations, and the wait is long. So we came early, at 5pm. Otherwise, I don't think I can wait for an hour. Food is good. The spicy broth is very spicy.

Very good place to eat and socialize with friends and family. Food comes out very quick. My only concern is that every trip I've made here, I've had to ask for food that I've ordered and never received. Other than that, the place is great!

My first time at Happy Lamb Hotpot. It’s a very good pick! They are AYCE with the standard “classic” ($32) and “premium” ($37) plans, which are really good prices imo. I chose the classic, and the meats were good quality. Ordering is done traditional waiter-style. I personally dislike this because it can create an awkward eating pace since you’re waiting for a waiter, and since these places are normally very busy, it usually takes a little bit. Luckily, the servers are very nice and my group even got some vouchers at the end! Still, I always find a tablet/QR code works best. Sides here are free and bar style. A lot of common sides are at the bar, and they have a solid variety (no bok choy, but other greens). Rice cakes, another common side, are only available with the premium plan. Like other hot pot places, there is a sauce bar with a small charge. This charge for Happy Lamb also includes self-serve soft drinks & ice cream. The ice cream is not that good, so I’d recommend sticking to the mantou which is by the side bar. The soft drinks includes Pepsi products and some sweetened fruit teas which were pretty good (and also pretty sweet). The atmosphere is very nice, almost high scale. We went on a Thursday night and it was lively and energetic. The meats are displayed very photogenically, and I saw some of the meats from the premium plan even have a very extravagant display.

I have been to another Happy Lamb hot.pot. but I like this branch better because the sides buffet is set up better. Although you would feel that the place is crowded, this is because the chairs and tables are set up closer to each other. I always get the half and half, itsbthe right balance of the tasty broth. Although the spices and all other things they put in the broth gets in the way when you are scooping it. The regular meat choice is already good, but its really up to you if you want the premium one. You may want to come in early dinner during the weekends because it gets really packed around 530pm. And thisnis because they dont have time limit, which is really good since most hot pot have a 1.5-hour time limit now. This is worth checking out if you are a hot pot lover.

I haven't been here for a while ever since they changed owner. Food is not bad. Sevice is good. Definitely will go back. U can get your own veggies, seafood, soda, and etc...

I used to love this place back in the time but now, it's become so so with flavors and items.

Service was fast but the quality of the premium is not worth it. Stick to the classic pricing. It’s AYCE.

This was the first place I tried hot pot. The food is delicious and they do give very generous portions, however there seems to be a problem with getting orders correct. I choose to do the "All you can eat" which allows you to pick items in a total of 3 rounds. Sometimes I will order an item which is not brought out or is mistaken with another item. Even when I bring the mistake to the staff's attention, they don't correct it. The service can be a problem. The staff has a tendency to rush you out. In my experience, I was waiting for the staff to take my order paper for round 2, but they brought us the bill instead. This is unfortunate because if these issues were corrected, I would come back. One of waiters grunted at the bus boy in front of us in a rude and aggressive manor. This was a huge red flag. If you do choose "All you can eat", make sure to eat everything, as you will not be allowed a to-go container for any leftovers. Sad! Planning on looking for a new spot.

Didn't make it to eating here. We called from the parking lot to ask the wait time since it was late a d cold outside the car. The front desk said 15 minutes only. We walked thru the doors 1 minute later and after standing there for 5 minutes and not being helped a lady waiting behind us was nice enough to point out the wait list machine. The actual wait time listed was 18-53 minutes. We put our names on, used the bathroom and in doing that we got a feel of the atmosphere. While it had a nice interior the buffet area where they keep the food is right next to the open doors at front and the area is ridiculously small.. they also put the food very low which is pretty much at sneezing kids level.. We went back to the car and found a review about a couple ppl getting food poisoning and rotten tofu and that was basically the nail in the coffin for us. They didn't finally call our party of 2 until we were 2 blocks away, making our total wait time nearly 50 minutes. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

We have been other Mongolian hot pot around Bay Area, and we had good experience that why we planned to eat here for dinner , but they made us disappointed, service was fast, employees perfect, nice decoration on food and store i think they just remodeled, looks nice , everything went good until last minutes we have some veggies left and I want to check how they decorated and found that either veggie not washed or wash but not yet clean, I would like to give 1* but i gave customers service 5* , so please wash everything before bring it to customers if someone read my reviews, thanks

We went there for dinner , we were six the ambiance was good and the food was also good. We ordered lamp, beef, mushrooms, lettuce and napa cabbage, the order came quick, but the only thing was I felt bloated after coming back home idk whether that’s how you usually feel after any hotpot. But I didn’t feel good after the dinner. May be we ate late or may be it’s a lot of fat for me to take in. Overall I would give 3 stars :)

Music is very loud, and it’s hard to hear. The wait is sometimes too long for lunch during the day. The staff is generally helpful & polite but they have a couple of the waiters and one host who are constantly rude every time I come to the restaurant. If the food wasn’t good I’d stop going long time ago.

food was good. the place was clean. reason for only 3 star is the service. the younger looking waiter with black hair had a pretty bad attitude, very impatient when answering my questions, and spilled residue water into my pot when taking away the empty mussel plate. this dude doesn't look happy working there. the waitress and the other waiter (also with black hair but dyed it yellowish) were great.

This used to be an all you can eat hot pot. No longer. Basically you get your own pot with your own soup base ranging from mild to spicy. You can choose from an array of items. Then cook them in your pot. The good things about hot pot is after eating your clothes won’t smell as bad as an iron griddle. Food is not really plentiful although it does look like it from the pictures because of ice in the bottom. Flavor is so so. Basically you are eating boiled food then dipping it in various sauces. It’s not that exciting. We paid $30 each including tax and tips.

1st time there n honestly was not sure what to do as this was a restaurant I had never been to n decided to go there with my son. I had to ask the waiter what to exactly do, they didn't have normal silverware and if they did it wasn't ordered n my 7 year old had never used chop sticks before. The food was good as we cooked the raw meat n vegetables at our table that had a built-in stove. I give this place a 2.5 rating n will not be returning there in the near future. Also another family across from us was waiting for additional items they ordered yet never received n cancelled the remaining order.. My son n I probably would've been better off going to a fast food restaurant cause the price wasn't even worth it.

The food quality was mediocre, and service was minimal. The "all-you-can-eat" style came with frustrating hidden rules: specific items required ordering from often-absent staff, some dishes had a one-per-person limit, and there was an extra charge for the sauce bar. Furthermore, the amount of food received wasn't what was ordered; for example, ordering three portions of lamb could result in a significantly smaller, restaurant-controlled serving. The ice cream machine was broken.

Cantonese style mala… so not spicy. The variety of sauces and vegetables is very limited. The ice cream machine was turned off.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Not sure if anyone noticed, but with their all-you-can-eat option, the way they counter the people who order lots of beef slices is by giving them leaner cuts. It was super dry and thick and it fills you up fast so you can't enjoy much of other selections. See actual pictures below. The soup was good and the servers were pretty nice, which is equivalent to 2 stars. But it’s a ONE-TIME DEAL as we are never going back!

Waited over two hours, Father's Day. Got there at 7 and left as it took way too long, and I didn't like their customer base. While waiting in front of the store, a lady came out and let her child pee in the bush out front. There was a dry mummified rat on the walkway into the store. Inside the store appears to have never had daily cleaning. The workers walked out to the front and smoked cigarettes near the entrance. I'm sure there was a language border, but I don't think I'll ever eat here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came here after they changed their setup to buffet style. We didn’t eat any meat and our total was $80 for 2. The problem is not even the price. Both me and my partner ended up getting food poisoning after that meal. The food sits out for too long and the tofu probably was rotten. I’ll definitely be taking action.

This buffet is disappointingly deceptive. While the initial serving of lamb is prompt and included in the buffet price, any subsequent orders are frustratingly slow and scant. After an unreasonable hour-long wait for a second serving, I received a mere four pieces of lamb. The service deteriorated to the point where I was compelled to leave due to the excessive waiting times. This is the first time I’ve ever felt hungry at a buffet restaurant.

Charging extra for sauce and drink (and ice cream, though machine was broken).... Never seen that at an AYCE. Plus, pots are not longer individual but shared for whole table.

Y

The variety of food is not a lot for vegetarian/ vegans. Ice cream machine is always broken and Ice from soda machine always run out. Items in the condiment bar is not always stock. Not worth the price for AYCE. They charge additional $1.99 for soda and sauce bar.

Unfinished 40 minutes AYCE Meal due to Power Outage I’ve visited this place a few times and enjoyed the food and service. However, on July 12, after we had been eating for 40 minutes, our table lost electricity and we couldn’t continue eating. The ice cream machine also stopped working. To our surprise, the staff brought us the bill without any explanation or apology, and asked us to pay and leave. I mentioned we hadn’t even finished our meal, and the manager offered a 50–10 voucher for next time, which is also available online. In the end, I paid the full bill and left a 15% tip, but looking back, the experience was extremely disappointing and poorly handled.

The waiter was nice at first but then he disappeared like a ghost and didnt check up on us at all, it seems that they try to minimize how many rounds of meat orders you can get by hiding or just not coming to your table to check on you. There was no more juice at the machines, and half of the soda machine flavors were flat, no carbonation.
