This place is great. Their food is really good. My moms favorite is their house special pho. I’ve been eating vegetarian/vegan food, and their stuff is amazing. I love their vegan pho. The fried tofu they put is so tasty, and the vegetables are so good (cabbage, broccoli not overcooked), and the broth is amazing even though I think it has no meat. Other stuff I tried that’s so good is their tofu rice and vegetables dish. Sooo tasty and large portions. It’s 2 or 3 meals for me.

I come here just for the mango smoothie. It’s the best mango smoothie I’ve had. I’ve gotten mango smoothies from actual boba places and it’s always too thin and watery, this place makes a thick one. Other places need to step up their smoothie game. Lord I hope these dudes never change their recipe. Also remember life is fleeting!

Unassuming place but definitely a gem! One of the best options for vegan and vegetarian food in the area. Lemongrass tofu soup and veggie pho are both delicious, great comfort food.

This place has some of the best vegetarian pho I have ever had! Very flavorful, fried tofu, yummy broth, lots of noodles, and fresh veggies. I also had a mocha smoothie, strong and sweet- perfect. Service was great as well, and the menu is reasonably priced! The place looks unassuming from the outside, but it’s truly a hidden gem.

Owners are fun and have a great attitude. If your fortunate you'll walk in when the owner is having a personal karaoke night. Food is great and decently priced. You can tell the owners keep this restaurant open because they love it. Highly recommend. Local gem.

Another local gem run by a wonderful family. We've eaten here for years. Banh mi are ok, but the real highlights are their soups and rice dishes. Most Thursday nights, we come here after training to eat. I've ordered huge amounts of food to take to my sister who has a newborn and a toddler. Wonderful pho, great beef stew, transcendent bun bo hue as well as fantastic rice dishes. Authentic.

The portions were large, nicely presented, and pretty tasty. I would return to try out their báhn mi sandwiches.

Beef jicama noodle bowl has very good flavor, fresh ingredients (though low grade greens), and a reasonable price. Limited seating and comfort typical of a strip mall location but very friendly staff.

Good menu with a variety of dishes ( appetizer, salads, Phō, rice plates and vegetarian). Only one size pho starting at $10.95, a little above other places in the area. Soup is tasty!

We were looking for Vietnamese restaurant after dinner hours, this place open late, great Pho, friendly service.

It was alright, the food didn’t knock my socks off but it wasn’t bad either, I rate it 3.7/5 quality. I ordered the #21: the broth was good but the meats weren’t that flavorful, except the meatballs which I liked. The main lady in charge is something different, no bad vibes and she is funny and blunt but she was clearly overwhelmed and customer service was lacking as a result.

Late night cravings for Bahn mi. The sandwich was crisp and chicken was juicy.

Listen, you won’t be coming here for the ambiance, decor or cleanliness. Food, that’s it. It’s flavorful though some of the meat was dry and some veggies weren’t super fresh looking.

We waited for about 15 minutes for a waiter to come to us to get our order. Our food arrived one by one, with 10 minutes in between of our orders and the first order came after 20 minutes. One of my kids said that the rice plate he ordered tasted bland, the other said his order tasted ok and my third son said he’s pho was ok also. I ordered the fresh vegetable spring role (5 pieces with a good amount of dipping sauce) the skin of the role was both silky soft and hard as paper on some rolls. Staff is nice and always ask if we were ok or if we needed anything else. Water they served was lemon cucumber water. That was good and refreshing on a hot October day. Would I come back? Maybe just to try it out again and give it another chance. But if the same experience with food then I will have to try another. 3 out of 5 stars

This place is a cute little Viet spot and we decided to try it. I got the Bahn mi which was very mediocre and the service was relatively mediocre. It took a good few minutes before the workers finally finished cleaning a table and it also took a bit of time before we finally got our food. The workers were nice, but a little bit slower than I'm used to. All in all, it was an okay pho spot, but there are better places to eat in terms of both service and taste.

Surprised it has such good reviews. I was hanging with my pops in the area and was really craving Pho. Found Mai's on Yelp and dragged the old man. The restaurant is small and hard to find from the main street. We drove around in circles before being able to find the small plaza it is located in. We had... Grilled Chicken Rice Plate Combination Pho Summer Rolls Red Bean Dessert The Pho was on the bland side. The chicken was cooked thoroughly but cold inside. The food was MEH. Prices are standard. Service was good. Super nice and friendly. Not worth another visit.

I ordered on the " direct order" via doordash... The portal said roughly 15-20 minutes for order to be ready. The store never made my order! I drove 12 minutes away and went inside within the scheduled window provided by the food tracker. The gentlemen at the front barely spoke english, when he asked his staff for an updated they said a "few minutes" I kindly waited outside. Roughly 5-8 minutes later, I went back inside to ask for an update, he said "still working on it" at this point it was 9:01pm! Almost 35 minutes later for a simple order (Grilled Chicken Rice plate with fried egg & Bha mi Sandwich Veggie) I asked to cancel the order, and the gentlemen said "sorry can not do" so, being hungry, i took my son and left, we ended up at taco bell, with no refund! How sad! Will not visit again, highly recommend store owner to accommodate the accuracy of accepting orders to be prompt, if more time is needed, simply mention this, and for online orders, if more time is needed "Extend your preparation time" It's not that hard. Quantity service over quality service is what seems to drive today's restaurant industry. Disappointed

I came in for lunch. I simply ask for seafood soup with shrimp and crab over cabbage in place of the noodles. Because, they took the order down incorrectly and brought cabbage with noodles. I said very nicely this is not what I ordered. The manager and the cook exchanged words then another soup was brought in place of the first soup. It hardly had any crab nor shrimp in the soup. I asked, where is the crab ? I guess they were totally offended. I was not charge for my soup but I was ask not to return because my order was to difficult... I said nicely okay. Tell me is one in the business to provide service? I was ahead of the manager because, I had no intentions on returning . I believe in one providing excellent service!

Ordered through DoorDash at this establishment and they gave my order to another person. (A woman mind you and it was under the name Carl). Just goes to show that this place does not care about their customers or clientele. Pho 99 has better selections and their prices are way cheaper than here. And before you people come at me with the “Then why don’t you go there then” comments. Pho 99 closes at 8pm and I work until 10pm. Mai’s Kitchen is open until 11:00pm but I’m guessing their brains close at 8pm as well. Will not be ordering from this place again

Y’all swear this place is hella good. The number 21 has no flavor whatsoever. The salted plum soda is flat and taste like they keep it in the fridge the whole day. Goto the city if you want real pho

Came in - completely ignored. Two dirty tables sat unbussed while the front guy wandered around doing nothing. New customers arrived - still no help. Then saw staff handling food with bare, dirty hands (no gloves).

Very rude and unprofessional service. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi take out. When I got home, I saw that it was ham. When I drove all the way back to complained, the guy tried to play it off like I had made the mistake in ordering when the proof was in the payment. Then they took a long time to make a small, underwhelming sandwich. And rather than apologizing, he said next time I should check the food in the restaurant to see that it's correct so I don't have to drive from home. They never took accountability and tried every way to shift focus away from themselves the whole time.
