Love Togos, but prices have gone sky high!!

Either i will call or online this location is pretty. I usually get the Farmers Market Salad. No complaints, nice fella named Reese, hes cool too!

1st time ever visiting. Was greeted promptly, was given suggestions by staff and people visiting, ordered turkey and avocado #24 on honey oat ,let me say this, this place puts subway to shame! Highly recommend

Updating my review and upping to 5 stars. This Togo's is seriously the best! They are always able to fulfill my large orders without any issues. I am especially grateful when they are able to help me in a pinch with last minute lunch meetings. The customer service is amazing! Keep up the great work! --- Excellent service!!! My large online orders are always perfect and ready on time. This has become my go to place to pick up sandwiches for work lunch meetings. I can always trust and rely on this staff and location. The staff is very friendly and always pleasant when I walk in and even when I call in. Hot sandwiches are always hot. Cold sandwiches are always cold.

Food and services is always great, my go to sandwich spot

Clean. The staff was young and polite. Food is pretty standard, but a cut above Subways (I personally find Subway bread to be too sweet and yeasty). Service was relatively quick, and this is near the Cinemark theater, so a good place to eat if you don't like hot dog and pretzel theater food and have little time. Minimal seating, but most people take To Go literally, so not an issue.

I give this place a solid 5. Customer service was absolutely great. I was in line and each customer was being addressed as smoothly as possible. When my turn came up, I was greeted with a smile and my sandwich was briskly made. The manager handled everything with ease and great care. The sandwich tasted excellent. And they have one of those new automated soda machines which is a great plus. Employess seemed like they were attentive and enjoyed the work. My experience was so good I even came back a second time just to absorb the atmosphere of the shop. All I bought was a drink and a brownie but it was well worth the visit. I am definitely planning on going back, forget Subway.

However, it never gets old and I am consistently impressed by how they can deliver a fantastic sandwich experience time in and out over and over again. They are trying out a new thing at this location where you order your sandwich 1st and they make it and you go pick it up when your name is called. Worked ok was just a little different then you're normally used to you when ordering at Togo's

Food was very good. Employees were nice,but we weren't greeted when we first walked in and were not sure where to go at first.

Employees were friendly and my order was taken as soon as I was ready to give it.

Sandwiches not as good as they used to be. Sure, I'm always willing to give a second chance 🙂

Got a farmers garden salad and asked for pepperochinis on the side. They didn't put them on the side but I didn't see any in the salad either, however my salad was pepperochini spicy like they had put the juice in the salad. Couldn't eat most of the salad because it was too spicy for me!

Cheap imitation of subway. No fresh bread serving and no oven available. Management was not really in for improvement.

This place used to be good until they changed their ordering process. Now you have to order everything at once on a machine that hyperly prints out orders to the sandwich workers before you've even finished choosing your toppings. I won't be going to Togos again despite over a decade of patronage.

The staff seem to struggle with following health codes with hair dangling, unclean clothing, and untucked shirts. However, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and spacious—as far as TOGO’S goes. TODAY: The receipt on my order said “12: 02p,” but I didn’t receive my salad until 12:22p. I watched the manager make my salad. He is a taller gentleman, so every time he reached for an item I watched his untucked shirt fall and rest in my salad. I mentioned this sanitation issue while he made my salad and then specifically told him that I watched his shirt go in my food multiple times. He asked if I wanted him to remake the salad, but because I waited so long for the salad I told him “I would prefer if you just tucked in your shirt, so you’re not dipping your shirt in everyone else’s food.” He rolled his eyes and resumed making other people’s food with his shirt flopping into sandwiches and salads. I recognize the generic response will be “see you next time,” but I honestly don’t know if I’m going to return to this location.

They skimp on the Turkey meat..and 8 out of 10 times the bread is stale They used to take pride in their product,but now just rush you out and the sand which makers are usually in a bad mood. Togo’s used to be the best sandwich in town..not anymore

Worst sandwich from togos I ever had ..I asked for a hot pastrami with Swiss cheese with everything on it and they DID NOT MELT MY CHEESE AND THEY DID NOT HEAT MY MEAT UP …It was cold and cheese was not melted and cold like sheesh…I will never come here again and I work in the area ..then they have attitudes when u tell them how u want your sandwich made ..THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION

I went here yesterday and was "helped" by a very rude employee, Brandon. He didn't pay attention to my order, rolled his eyes when I corrected him, and still managed to get it wrong. Apparently Brandon has been absent-minded for the past couple months and isn't aware of the mask policy California implemented. If you want a covid filled sandwich, ask for him, he's got you.

Called in for take out and told me to pick it up before they closed found out that did not make it at all , they made me drive to the store and told me they are closed . Shady worker don't go to this Togos. Will call Manager next and find out if this how they do business .

I placed my order and it was fast but my wife was standing right next to me and heard my order and they still couldn’t get it correct I don’t know how my wife heard my order but the person making my food didn’t I don’t think I’m going back here anymore

Was going to order on line, but the sandwich I like was not listed. Tried to call to place an order and not only did they not say anything, they hung up. Won't be calling there again.

Had a cheese steak...was not yummy at all n I felt sick afterwards......staff is not that nice either....

I was the only customer in Togo's and it still took 30 minutes to fix my order and they got it wrong.

This joint won't accept 50.00 or 100.00 bills..when asked if he had a device to check..I was told..it passes the bad bills through...For God sake ..this is America and they won't take legal tender...sad state of affairs for us law abiding citizens.

Worst location to order food from, they constantly mess up my orders, like the whole staff is horrible there.I asked for a hot sandwich and they barely warmed it up..my cheese cold and not melted …like they need to pay attention to what people order and ask for. I asked for a simple request for my sub, and instead I was given a look by the woman making my sub as if I was wasting her time. Once I received my sub I left. I should have looked at the sandwich before leaving the store . LOOK AT YOUR SANDWICH BEFORE LEAVING. So that they can fix any mistakes before you leave. I'm leaving this nasty review along with complaining to management in the morning. If you can avoid this Togo's location please do so. You will save yourself money and time.

I think they just lost a customer at their store and maybe from Togo's completely.

Visited the Union City location on 7-10-2022.. server 294254 (young male cashier) wasn’t friendly and very rude! Paid $45.77 for 3 lg sandwiches which seemed to bother the young females having to work rather than stand around..your staff isn’t customer friendly and lacks service for which I paid.. possibly they need retraining or spoken to by mgmt! My husband visited same location on 7-8-2022 and came across the same rude non friendly lack customer service young male cashier…lost his order and took20 minutes to make a lg sandwich Will not be returning to this location due to extremely poor customer service! Hope this gets the attention of the manager or even the owner and the staff gets spoken regarding the issues.. Don’t go to this location cause they don’t know to provide customer service!!!!!
