I don't normally rate five stars but for this place I had to. I was greeted by one of the employees there by the name of Amir and his service went above and beyond, I have to credit him here because he made the experience as enjoyable as it was. The food also helped, the new bourbon BBQ was smacking good

It was my first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings and it did not disappoint. We went in the early afternoon, and had their lunch special. We had 4 flavors of wings: lemon pepper, garlic honey, Asian zing and mango habanero. Mango habanero was my favorite as I love spice and it was spicy and sweet. I put in a to-go order just for that fslvor alone. The service was amazing, the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would 100% return.

The Wings here we're great they were saucy the Blazing was straight fire you can tolerate the Heat when they don't drown it in the sauce a little upset because they ran out of Buffalo chips and forget my vegetables but I'm a solely right this on the chicken I will give this and 7 out of 10 I had a few pieces of chicken that were truly overcooked the wedges are great though but all in all it's a great any occasion family friends business that is if you don't mind some messy business

This place is my favorite. We always get the traditional wings and specifically the Garlic parmesan and Thai curry. These 2 flavours are best. You want to have spicy, try the blazing hot. The prices are pretty reasonable. Thank you for the good food!! ;D

I love this sport bar.This is one of the best place to eat the chicken wings . The Service is really nice. The one bad thing is long line. And it's worse on Tuesday as 1/2 the prices for wings. And one more thing is if you have warrior game this bar will be house full. It has the. ice seating and high chairs for kids. Nice place to come and have a quick bite & watch the game. Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings after going to the Century movie theater across the street. Wait was about 20 minutes for Friday evening which isn't bad. However the wait to eat was almost 30 minutes. Food eventually came out and was good and hot. Customer service was pretty good and our waitresses was really nice. I would definitely go back again maybe not on a busy night. There's tons of parking because it's located in the middle of a shopping plaza. I just recommend depending on what day you're going to be prepared to sit and wait. Updated: Every time I’ve picked up food, it’s been long waits. After ordering in the app and picking a window with at least 30 mins later , you still have to come and wait for 30 mins. When asked if order was missed, all I got was rude reply “ this is a restaurant and we have lots of orders to take care!” This is just the incompetence and sad state of the person handling the pickups. By the way last time, the worker was also eating her food while working and just wiped her fingers in between handling customers. Otherwise my old review holds for dine-in.. Your typical BWW! We visited this location almost after 5 years. Tried the following items tonight - 1. Traditional Wings (w/ original buffalo, lemon pepper, orange chicken, honey bbq, Parmesan garlic sauce ) 2. Street tacos The tacos were really great both in terms of taste and meat portions. Even my kid loved it. As for the wings, I kind of liked only the original buffalo and orange chicken flavors . Others were just average. One thing that stood out was the Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita ( coincidentally February 22nd is National Margarita Day .. lol ). This cocktail went well with the rest of the items. Only disappointment was the wait time after ordering the food. I wasn’t expecting to wait for 25-30 minutes for the food to be served at least on a weekday.

The service at the bar top is great. Melissa is great and always takes care of us whenever we come by. The food is mostly good. The wings come out hot and the appetizers are hit or miss. The people who work here are great, i just wish the company would spend some time fixing the bathrooms and making sure the food quality was more consistent.

The Service was Excellent, the Food was Delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Our Server Destiny was Amazing & she was always checking in on us, and we never went without a empty glass for our drinks. I highly Recommend asking for her if You visit for Dine In.

Our server was very sweet and attentive, we asked if BWW did birthday specials (a free cake, drink, set of wings) but unfortunately they didn't! our server hooked us up with a scoop of ice cream and that was nice. food was fresh and delicious. First time dining at BWW and it was really good. They had a bogo special so we ordered 10 and received 10 free with 3 different flavor choices. The server recommended the cheese curd appetizer. I loved the app bc it had a flavored ranch dipping sauce and a carmel sauce. It was like 2 apps. the Ranch to start then the Carmel for desert. The carmel sauce taste like a funnel cake when you dipped it. Surprisingly it was amazing.

Went today for dinner for my niece's 8th birthday. I don't think I've been to Buffalo wild wings in 10 years, but tonight was a good experience. Our waitress handled our party well & we were pretty chaotic with people (kiddos) changing seats & ordering in spurts. Everybody enjoyed their food.

French fries were cooked in beef tallow, very tasty, not oily, great crunch. Southwest Chicken sandwich was yummy. Smash burger patties in burgers was perfect. Nachos were just ok. Onions rings was the best I've had with perfect batter recipe that tasted really good. I bet it's fried in beef tallow too. As for service, absolutely terrible. Drinks don't come. Attentiveness not there. Had to get it ourselves from the bar for immediate service. Flagging anyone for the bill, was even challenge. Come time to pay, the bill was wrong. Overall impression was bad for service. It's also a bit loud in there but it's a sports bar, with music, TV, lots of reflective surfaces that bounces noise all over. The saving grace was food quality was great. 9/10.

My friends and I decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday night, about midnight so I guess it was actually morning. We walked in and waited in the front for about 5 minutes. We can see that the majority of the staff we're cleaning up the right area, this area has a bunch of booths and I'm assuming is separate from their bar area which seemed to be all the tables on the left. Right as we were deciding to leave someone came up and asked us if we wanted to be seated and showed us immediately. Our waitress came up and immediately took our appetizers and drinks. She's very kind and attentive. After we paid the bill, we stayed for a second just talking and catching up and she did not rush us out of our seats. At about 1:45 a.m. the staff turned on All of the Lights making the restaurant extremely bright as a way to say it's time to leave. We and the other few parties left and they promptly locked up. The suit was on right, nothing to write home about. I'm assuming you don't really go to Buffalo Wild Wings for the food but more for the atmosphere.

I was there Saturday afternoon. Jessica was the only person along with bartender who were friendly. Long wait (over an hour to be seated). Short staffed (2 waiters, 2 cooks, 1 MIA host for 20 mins). But once we were seated, our waiter was quick with our orders and apologetic. My kids were fed and happy, so the night ended well.

Me and buddy went to watch a game, grab some food, and beers/drinks. This location was probably one of the worst locations I have been to. Food was not good or prepared as it should and 6 beers on tab were empty. So if you're going in for a craft beers, I do not recommend this place! Although the waitress that helped us was great and did her best to help us.

This was once a good service good food. Over the years the service and ethics of the staff has changed. The food portion for the price is very fair. The wait staff is slow and over occupied with the smart phone era. I had recently visited this place and was waiting for at least 20 mins at the table before I was helped with my order. The food is good. Not great. I assume it varies depending on the cook staff. Maybe if I was is the bar area my experience would have been better. Who knows...? There was a 15 min wait to get seated even though there was no one in front of us and plenty of open tables/booths as well as servers standing around. After getting seated there was another good 10 min way to even order water/drinks. There was an extended wait for everything. Despite service being terrible, some servers are actually nice. This location needs to do better in providing good service. Currently waiting 20 mins for ice cream. Not sure if they’re milking a cow in the back and making it from scratch.

They had so many customers waiting for a table for literally hours due to the basketball game. The food was so so. They should impose a 1 hr limit per table. But luckily for me I was leaving and the host came out to get me. In all fairness they should impose a 1 hr limit per table when you have 30 customers waiting.

We go here quite often because the wings are generally better than wingstop. The service here is nearly always terrible though. The servers are nice enough generally, but the service is slow, and usually they forget about you at some point. We have been seated and it took over 30 minutes at a non-peak hour to even see our waitress. Generally I'll let this kind of stuff slide as just a one off but it's like this pretty much every time we eat here.

The service from the lady behind the bar was friendly and warm. Everything else felt like all the focus and money in this company goes towards the marketing of it. The wings weren't good. Over cooked/twice fried. The sauce was globbed on excessively and not good. The celery and carrots (you had to specify that you would like both) were dirty. It feels like extreme corner cutting in the food quality dept. The place was loud, and empty, with a staff wandering like zombies and a manager so 'busy', I didn't see him once, even when people were waiting at the bar to talk to him for 15 minutes.... then left without him coming out. An embarrassing corporate display, and an encouragement to never buy stock in this publicly traded sinking ship.

Overall negative experience. This place is not good for accomodating large groups of people. From what I understand, they are only able to split a tab up to 3 times and when you have a big group, one person ends up paying a good portion of the bill. The service was not that great as well. Bathrooms could also be better maintained. Only giving 2 stars because the wings were alright.

I am sad to report that this location has not been able to train and manage their take out business efficiently - on a weekday at that. I am here for the second time tonight waiting in a slow moving line to get the other portion of my order that was missed. The first time I waited today the staff was 25 minutes past their delivery expectation and mentioned that they were short staffed. I can definitely understand that, however the lack of any customer greeting or expectation management leaves me standing around feeling totally lost. Overdue delivery times is generally a sign of stressed out staff and poor management. Having 50 TVs blasting sports is not a replacement for customer service.

Disappointed. Sunday afternoon at 4. Sat at the bar, not to many people there. Maybe 10 around the bar. The bartender seemed to take several orders before filling them. A server walked up and asked if he had her beers. He maybe didn't check the order printer. He had to pour them quickly. I ordered the nachos after asking the bartender how they were. He said they were really good. They were mediocre at best. The onion rings were really good. There was a time when there was nobody behind the bar for 4 to 5 minutes. It was during the shift change. The incoming bartender said she went to check on an order but the current bartender was nowhere to be seen. Place is expensive. The beer I had was $7.75 each. My buddies was $5.00. We dropped over $80 there and I won't be back.

Extremely slow service today. We were 1 of 4 occupied tables in the whole restaurant. It took over 60 minutes to get our meal. 1 burger and an order of wings. Never got a refill for ice tea. Tough day at BWW. QUALITY of food after it arrived is the only reason they received any stars.

The food is okay. The service is too slow. I saw two quarters of the Dallas mavericks versus Minnesota Timberwolves NBA conference finals game 1 to get my order. They have lot of screens and different games are shown on each one of them. The wait to get seats and food is very long.

Unfortunately, the service was not good and very slow. The waitress was nice. When our food arrived the wings were not hot and my burger was messed up twice! I have an allergy to tomatoes and twice my burger came back with tomatoes. We did not have any utensils or plates and was told they are wash dishing now so we didn't have small plates. We had to walk over to a nearby talk to get salt, pepper and ketchup. Others around us didn't seem to have experienced any problems. Been here multiple times, never had an issue til today. Just me and my 6 year old daughter eating. Arrived at 430 pm, sat down immediately but weren't addressed until 445, everything was smooth until we finished eating (which as you can imagine didn't take us very long) and never saw our waitress again. The manager finally came and delivered our check and informed me that she was comping my daughter's food because she felt bad that we had been waiting so long. Check was delivered at 6pm, nobody came to pick up the check until 640pm. Terrible terrible service. Will never be going back again.

I have been in food service for over ten years. I know it's not an easy job. I had the worst experience here tonight. I ordered using door dash. The app told me my food was ready. I wentvtonthe front desk. Every staff member wearing a t shirt passes me at least once, a couple two or three times. Not one asked if I needed a seat or anything. I finally saw a girl tucked in the corner, on the landlines. I walk over and wait. And wait. Its been 15 min so far, not one employee has even acknowledged me. I literlly timed it on my phone. The girl on the phone completely ignores me. Not even a smile or raised finger. I miss customer service. I almost got one girl to help me, but she seemed more interested in ignoring me. Unbelievable. I think I talked to a manager, Rob, who was pretty rude and I still couldn't get one person who seemed to know what was going on. I have truly never seen a worse floor staff, and I used to work graveyard at Dennys in Denver. You guys deserve to lose your jobs to robots. Relpy to automated response: Why shouldI? I have plenty of places to choose from.

wouldnt reccomend going here. the girl (host) skipped me and my boyfriend and we waited an hour and 30 minutes. we arrived at 7:20 and got seated at 9 pm. she even asked for my name and i told her and she gave me a look that she didn't want to help me. the staff didn't seem to even care to serve people, theyre always on their phones. its not worth the price for the service at all.

Went in around 430 to catch a baseball game. One of the employees said one row inside of the restaurant was not available. The place was more than half empty. He said to wait or go to the bar. The only seat available at the bar had the view obstructed by the sink. I asked why can't I just order food and drinks from the table I was already at. He said because I had to either wait to be sat (once again) place is half empty, or take a seat at a bar that was at 90 percent capacity with one seat next to the sink. This was my first time here and definitely LAST. I was warned by the locals of the bad service. I should have listened. Avoid the B.W.W if you can. TERRIBLE

This location has terrible service, we had to keep asking for our drinks. The staff is lazy our waiter didn’t know what he was doing. The guy cleaning the tables sat down to wipe tables as well as watching the football game. I’m from the Los Angeles area and never experienced this type of service, I will never recommend this location to anyone. We waited a long time for just a glass of water at least 30 min.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Was put on a wait list when half the reasturant was empty then to have someone that came in after us get seated first. Then had to wait 20 minutes for service only to wait another 15 minutes to find out they lost our order. That was only the start. All night long service was extremely slow including that two of the three meals were delivered and then the third meal was delivered after the other two meals were finished. Certainly in no hurry in returning, especially to this location.

I took my mom there for Mother’s Day this year. We was waiting at Texas Roadhouse. That’s what I originally wanted it. And my mom love Texas roadhouse. So we decided to come to Buffalo wild wings. The server was really trash Normally every waitres when they take order down they normally write something down. she didn’t write anything down . And she seemed like she was having a bad day but it seems like she wasn’t happy her job and I asked for a Coke it didn’t even taste like a Coke and I Wave another waitress down and I told her what was going on and she came back and give me another drink and told me that they don’t have Coke they only have Pepsi. I remember last year of Mother’s Day there was very friendly waitress. I’m not ever come back here again Buffalo wild wings you guys need to hire someone. Who is friendly and can do their job. And I have to ask the guy in front for the bill. This place is just really trash they need to upgrade their employee. I understand is Mother’s Day and most people don’t want to work. Or if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t be taking it out on someone.

This was the absolute worst experience in any restaurant I've ever had. Our waitress was incompetent. Never brought our drinks. Got the orders wrong. It took 45 minutes to get first round if drinks and the beers were flat and bitter. Like they were sitting on the bar for the full 45 minutes we waited. Then the waitress didn't take the beer off our bill and tried to charge us. It took another 45-60 minutes for her to come back and even take our order. Food came out fairly quick. Didn't see the waitress for 2 hours after that. Then finally we went ask asked for our bill and after 30 minutes she came back with split bills that were all wrong. Nobody got a correct bill we were a party of 6. We had to write on the back of an old receipt what we had in number order for the waitress to split it correctly. Then it took over an hour waiting for the checks again. We went to the manager Rob who ended up being the worst. He was exceptionally rude. He asked us to have patience because they were busy mind you we were there already 4 hours waiting on them. We told him we can wait any longer and were about to just leave. He turned his back and then just ignored us. Finally came and gave us the checks and we had to wait again for them to be processed. Never ever again Will I return and support this business. Just don't go here. It's not worth it and the food wasn't that great either...

Staff completely inattentive, discourteous and complete lack of the concept of customer service, especially around a food service / restaurant. My family and I waited for 5 mins for someone to say they will seat us. She then left and never came back and another 5 mins went by. Another group just walked in and they waved at a waitress who just sat them completely ignoring me and my family. This is very unprofessional and not a way to treat customers. The only reason I could come up with is that the waitress has preference to be nice to people of her ethnicity and not for others. When your establishment is in a diverse neighborhood please have the courtesy of treating all same. This happened on Dec 14th 2024 around 5:35 pm. If people have similar experiences it is better to take your business elsewhere.

Cannot believe the service we got. I had to wait at the reception for a longer than usual time while the staff chose to walk around not paying attention towards us. We placed the order and asked the server to give us a few minutes to order more dishes, she never came back. Later she came with our food, placed it on the table and left. All this time, no water and no silverware. I had to goto her to ask for fork and spoon. She came back with plastic fork and spoon for dine in, we asked for Pepsi zero, she got it in a tiny paper cup. I have absolutely no idea why! Upon pressing, she said I can get it from the back and got it, the pepsi zero also tasted weird, I have no idea why!

I’ve been in the service industry for 5 years as a server. This is probably the worst dining experience I’ve had out of all restaurants I’ve been too ever. This is the first time I’ve never tipped a fellow server. There are no managers on the floor server never checked on us. We sat for 20 mins before our server even acknowledged us, food took another 20 mins to come out. Do not go here. they need to re-train their staff.

Worst waitress ever! She kept ignoring us. We were with our two teenage sons, I had to go to bar 27 min after being seated to request waters. After attempting to flag her down after every table around us had been served she intentionally ignored us so I walked off after her hoping she was just hard of hearing. She intentionally chose to abandone us so I waived down the manager. Who thankfully served us himself and made us drinks and gave us half off the bill. Weirdest experience ever!!!! Totally disregarded us. I think she punished us for requesting a booth but kept giving us excuses. So we decided to stay seated where we were after all it was hot outside and we were thirsty and just wanted to be served. Very odd???

Terrible experience. Very disappointed. I counted 6 tables in the entire restaurant and it took 30 minutes for fries to come out and 45 minutes for furry chicken wings to come. The wings were way over cooked and dry. The wings still had feather on them. Didn’t eat half of them. The waiter was awesome so kudos to him. Excellent service but food and kitchen service were horrendous. Worst I have ever seen.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated then waited another 30 minutes to order drinks which came 20 minutes after that. We had to flag our server down to order food, the food was fine. The server then came back immediately after we got our food and dropped off the check. I assumed it was to get us to leave quicker. Idk why they wanted us to leave so quickly...it was 5pm on a Thursday night and we were the only people there.

Insane!!! I just stood there at the pick up counter for 15-20 minutes while 11 employees walked around the floor and not a single person acknowledged me or the other standing there waiting to pick up their food. I'm assuming the woman in the black sweater with the schedule is a manager of some type even she looked at us SEVERAL times and didn't acknowledge anyone while she danced around cracking jokes and laughing with employees. Ill pay for overpriced wings somewhere else. 👎🏼

I hate how management has changed here so much. As soon as you get seated, you get ignored the whole time. You never get helped or welcomed to BWW, etc., etc. Management, you need to step it up and seriously care for your customers. Our server jasmine never looked at my table or came by for any assistance. You guys suck!!!

We won't be returning. The bar tender Lashon is the shining jewel in that place. I sure hope they're taking care of her and I hope she knows her worth because she single handedly handled the bar AND some tables. The kitchen manager Melissa tried to make things right but our experience was way beyond fixing with a 20% discount NEXT TIME WE COME. I'm positive this is an underperforming location and will probably be closed soon. Good riddance.

Stopped in on an afternoon/early evening after flying into the area. Service was dismal. Sat at the bar, roughly 8 other people at the bar besides me. Never stayed to order, couldn't get service. Disappointing as I normally don't have issues with B-Dubs.

Absolute garbage customer service. Went on a random night and wasn’t even busy. Had to wait 20 mins to get a seat after all of the workers just looking at us, most of the workers are just sitting on empty tables and eating their meals seems to be on break. Once we got a table the waiter didn’t even acknowledge us or ask if we wanted a drink. We waited about 15 minutes and still no order taken so we just left. Take your money the the other side of the street for better chicken and customer service

BE WARNED!! The BWW chain is circling the drain. I won’t be surprised when they are out of business within a couple of years (max)! It is sad to see what was once a good place for wings fall so far. This location is slow, dirty and the service is awful.

I don’t understand how this place is even still in business. They have the worst staff ever including management. On 06/01/2024 @ 3:20pm I walked in with my family and after 20 minutes no one went to our table. I had to go find the manager for him to tell me he only had 2 waitresses.This is the 3rd time this happened to us at the same place. Union City Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst location ever. If you want to get upset and mistreated, that’s the place to go.

I had a family of 8 and the hostess had an attitude I did not want the table she sat us in. Our server was nice but overwhelmed. By the time the food got to us it was cold. The drink I wanted was not on the menu, which other Buffalos have. I would never go back to this location based on professionalism alone.

I wish I can give this place a zero star. We get sat down and the server took 20 to take our order. The people they date for us was greeted and they were able to take there order before us. After our order was taken they brought us our drinks then we waited another 40 minutes for our food to come out. They brought my wife food and no silver wear, we waited another 15 minutes not only for my food but for my wife to be proceed a fork. We were not checked on at all during our dinner. As we were eating we noticed a homeless gentleman walk in to the restaurant and was seated, he led in and order was taken. The same server brought out his food with in 15 minutes (I am not bashing on the homeless guy). In all we were never checked on, my wife food got cold as we waited for a fork, it took 40 for our order to be taken. I will not ever repack to this restaurant

Appetizers came out AFTER we finished our meal. Additionally, they only gave us (table of 2) one fork and didn’t come back for 15 minutes. We ate 1/2 of one of the two appetizers, and asked to have them comped. The server said he would go ask. He came back and said they were comped, but after reviewing the bill, we saw only one was. We only realized after we gave him the card and he was gone with it… we were to over this place to say anything and sit there even longer. Server was very nice but 0/10 experience.

Tonight, I brought my child to this restaurant for dinner, thinking we could have a pleasant family meal during the Christmas holidays, but it turned out to be a nightmare! We started ordering at 6:15 PM, including appetizers, chicken wings, burgers, drinks, and fries. Now it’s already 8:17 PM, and my burger still hasn’t arrived fully! Waiting over two hours—this is unbelievably poor service. Not to mention the food quality: what was served was dry, overly salty, and clearly not fresh, tasting like leftover meals, completely unappetizing. The servers’ attitudes were even worse, to the extreme. Throughout the process, no one came to refill our water, and no one checked on our dining experience. We just sat there dryly, like we’d been forgotten. The sign at the door clearly advertises “free burger,” but after we ordered, we waited nearly 30 minutes (and we’re still waiting now!). Isn’t this false advertising? Or is the store just fooling customers, or some kind of discrimination? If you don’t have the capability to provide this service, don’t plaster it all over the door to mislead consumers! Especially during the Christmas holidays when everyone wants to relax and enjoy, who wants to encounter such a frustrating situation? In short, this experience left me and my child super disappointed. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant, and I absolutely won’t come back in the future. I also advise everyone to steer clear and avoid wasting time and money, especially don’t come during the Christmas holidays to add to your troubles!

I went with a couple of friends on a Sunday evening and the service was horrible. Mariah had a strong attitude with everything and tried blaming everyone else. When we asked for an update on our nachos, she said it wouldn’t be long then said “Now back to drinks” with a very strong attitude. We overlooked it and continued to order. Then after another 20 minutes she came back with our drinks (which were wrong but we didn’t say anything) and still no nachos, so we asked if we could just take that off and get food instead. She gave us attitude again and tried saying that the kitchen was backed up and then asked “So do we want more drinks or anything?” In a very rushed tone and still giving attitude. We ordered and waited. At one point when giving us our food, it was wrong and we let her know as soon as she placed it on the table and she began to argue with us! Saying we were wrong. She then grabbed it and left. It took a whole 20 minutes to change the French fries to tots. She then disappeared again and we wound up asking someone else for our tab. This is when maybe a manager came to defend the server. Saying there’s a miscommunication from the kitchen and they’re backed up and it’s not the servers fault. We were very confused because we never once spoke about the server to anyone and we didn’t make a big deal over the nachos or the fries being wrong. It doesn’t end there, when we got our bill, we noticed Mariah charged us for extra things. She charged us for an additional burger combo and a drink that we never asked to be refilled. When I let the server know, she snatched the receipt and left. Very very unprofessional. I know people don’t come to b-dubs for the service but this was the absolute worst “service” I ever experienced here.

I had recently ordered a large order of chicken crispers they phoned me as I am approaching the restaurant to tell me they are all out of original Chicken crispers then they fail to refund my money had to file a claim with my bank. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place

Today I ordered 20 minutes prior to arriving at this location my order pick up is expected to be at 6:10pm. The service lady asked my name several times and my order wasn’t ready. After long waiting, I decided on my thought to cancel the order because it’s been 6:35pm and my order wasn’t ready so I walked to the bar and asked the bartender lady. She finally found my order and was there all along by the warmer. I was so very upset, so I told her I wanted to cancel this order and no customer waits that long for pick up. However, she insists they can’t cancel so she called the manager but he didn’t even do anything he just wrote my information. Manager Kelly never says apologize at least give some courtesy to ease the inconvenience, offer some solution, or acknowledge the mistake. I guess this Buffalo branch is not the same anymore as before.

I ordered boneless wing before. But the boneless wing in this store is not actually chicken wings. They are chicken breast with some bread in surface, just shape is similar to wing, the meat is quite dry, no fat, no skin at all, no track to have bone before cooking. Since Wings have fat and some tissue, thus more juice. However, they sell chicken breast or nuggets as wing price, which is more expensive than chicken breast. I won't buy anything in this store. They are cheating.

The 10 pieces bonneless chicken was not fresh and so small. After i complained they gave us a bit more. The sauce on the chicken was way to salty. The 3 star atmosphere i give was not meant for the dinning but for the bar in a different area of the restaurant.
