I always love a pizza from here. They are always so tasty and good. I can honestly say you can't go wrong getting your pizza from these guys.

This Mountain Mike's location is great for groups. The service is always good. During their Wednesday dinner buffet, they bring out pizza fairly quick, with little wait to replenish. It can get busy and loud inside with large group dining in. Always good pizza and buffalo wing are good too. Make sure to ask for extra crispy wings, otherwise it may be flabby.

The pie was cut into small slices (probably 12 slices, but I didn't count) so it made me feel like three was enough for a meal. Definitely will order from here again

This was the best Pizza I have had in over 7 years. The service was outstanding, the courtousy was exceptional. The ingredients where as fresh as possible, and the pizza was cooked perfectly. A 20 inch pizza will give you 314 sq inches of pizza, 14 inch only 153 sq inches...double the area ! Lol Not as expensive as round table,better than Dominos, but not as good and flavorful as bronco billy, Mountain Mikes fits somewhere in between. Their pizza is perfect for parties with kids or when you just want a decent pizza for dinner. Their online ordering website is pretty good. What you're ordering and what you can expect to pay is pretty clear.

Pizza and salad bar are good. They are very quick to clean the tables after customers leave. Even though I have seen employee turnover the owner is good at setting a high standard in the restaurant.

Pizza is great. Salads are just OK It was a big bowl of ice burg and some mini carrots and a few cherry tomatoes. But really I go there for the pizza and it was great.

Decent pizza but they have literally not put certain toppings on the pizza a few times that I'd paid for so step the game up for 4 star or higher 🤷‍♂️.

We order two large pizza to go and when we start eating it, my nephew found a hair on the pizza! I called and spoke to the manager name Rosa, she asked me if I wanted another one and I said yes but then after a while I didnt feel like driving there anymore so I called her back and told her I wasn't coming anymore. She said that since I didnt bring back the pizza how does she know there was really a hair on the pizza! I just spend over $40, and im very disappointed of how the manager handle the situation. Im very unhappy with customer service!

I called and ordered a large Everest and asked what is my total she said $34.35 and I asked oh did you stop the 40% off on Tuesdays and she said oh its $17.11 but we have to use a debit card...my husband picks it up and swiped his card and the total is $28.00 good thing he checked it and he said I thought it was $17.11 she says oh...won't be going back to that one...will go to the one near decoto..folks trying to get over

We ordered to Mountain size pizzas. the pizzas we ordered were comparable to little ceasars pizzas in quality or even worse. in the end we had to throw it it was that bad

Although she was there, she said she was "not working today" so she sent me back to this location although I would rather pick it up at the other place to avoid the terrible service. I got the pizza here which gave me HORRIBLE DIARRHEA!!!

Worst Mountain Mikes in the bay area. I aas working a double shift at the retail store i work at and wasnt getting a lunch so i decided to order to a pizza at 520pm. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery and it took two hours to arrive. I am less than a mile up the road. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold. I called and spoke to the manager to let her know what had happened and how i had not eaten all day to see if they can send me another pizza that wasn't cold and she told me it would take two hours to arrive even though i alread had been waiting two hours for the cold one. I love their pizza but if this is how their service will be then id be better off ordering dominos for half the price. Goodbye mountain mikes.

Would not recommend the Union landing place! Took 40 minutes to serve our order. And then we got burnt fries, pizza with missing topping. When complained the server just said ‘OK’.

Racism from another person of color. While picking up the lunch special today there was a customer (white male) in front of me today. The employee behind the counter (older Chinese Woman) decided she did not want to help me, and called another employee (Jason) to take my order. Jason has always been pleasant when I go in for the lunch special, which is about once a week. I did not see a problem till after Jason assisted with my order and I paid. She (the Chinese woman)stood behind him (jason) while he took care of my order. When I walked away, she made a point to take the customer(white or Latino male) behind me. I find this frustrating. Being part of a multicultural family, I was very upset. I'm black and my wife is Filipino. My brother is black and his wife is Chinese. The racism needs to stop. I will no longer purchase my lunch from Mountain Mike's in Union City again.....
