I promise you this is the BEST Dunkin Donuts in the country. The team is always attentive, food and drinks are always delicious and fresh and service is fast. The morning manager always greets me with my name and knows me down to what days I’m going to walk in vs use the drive thru. Excellent establishment!

i never had any problems at this dunkin donuts at all. i see many negative reviews but i usually come here for a coffee or a donut and i am in and out quickly. even in the drive through it goes fairly quickly. not a bad location.

Came here just to get out. Food was good. Seems like the staff was overwhelmed with drive thru and Internet orders when I came in. Overall I had a good experience.

I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin since it opened, and I genuinely enjoy coming here. It’s convenient, the location works for me, and although the staff can be hit or miss at times, it’s still my go-to DD. That being said… the drive-thru is rough. I’m not sure what on the menu requires over 20 minutes to prepare, but if something really takes that long, maybe it shouldn’t be a drive-thru item. Sometimes I just want to stay in my car, grab my coffee, and go — not sit in line forever only to reach the window and be asked for my order again. 😂 It’s honestly absurd. At this point, I usually just park, walk in, and my order is ready right away. I’m in and out, and it’s much easier.

The doughnuts there are good but the line is too slow even when there's only one person ahead of you

I came here during the summer of 16. There were these young girls who didn't know what they were doing plus "cute boys" came in and they got so neverous the messed up my order. How nice

Dark roast coffee never fresh and never hot and if ask to be warmed they use the capp machine so u get foamy coffee. Ew!!!

Lovely place, I wish the staff were a bit more attentive tho, I stood in line as the only person in line for about 20mins because everyone either had their backs turned away from the register or they were attending the drive thru.

There’s a worker there that loves to argue with the customers. The 1st time I went there, me & this worker had a few words regarding the order, but I figured maybe it was me & Maybe my perspective was “off” that day. So I forgot about the incident. Today I went back & the order was messed up & I told the attendant. The attendant insisted that I said light & sweet, but I hate light & sweet so I wouldn’t have requested it. Once I told him “no” he started picking an argument & tried to justify the mistake. At that moment I remembered that this was the same guy that tried to pick an argument with me the 1st time. I vowed that I would never go back. After all, I’m the kind of person who drinks coffee in the middle of the day - just for relaxation. Neither experience was relaxing to me. I didn’t give this a 1 rating because the other workers have been nice. One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch.

Don't waste your time and money..find another location....they are close that's about all I can give them

They never have poppy seed bagels. They always say they're out. Which is BS. They don't order it. They always get my order wrong. They always forget something

Horrible customer service... just ruin my day.. made me feel like I did something wrong. So I just purchased a hot latte and donuts and I went by the pickup order to wait for my latte. This lady of East Indian descent ask me why I'm standing here and I said I'm waiting for my latte. She yells at me and tell me to wait where I order. So I went back where I ordered and they gave me bag which i didn't check because I just wanted to leave. Then they call me back and yelled at me because I took the wrong bag. So now I'm getting upset because I just want to get my latte and leave.. The lady seeing I was getting upset starts to ignore me and greets the next customer with big smiles and fanfare further making me feel Iike I did something wrong. In the end I finally got the latte but they forgot the wipcream.

I can't give four stars to a location who won't give you a cup of water when you're ordering a bunch of food. Updated two stars from one because they gave me two napkins without me having to ask.

Whats the point of ordering in advance when you still have to wait 10 mins when you get to the window? And half the time they get your order wrong smh. This place has gone downhill with the customer service and wait time. Smh

I was displeased with how the manager handled my order. I ordered extra American cheese and she refused to believe me. She then tried to insult me in front of her staff by saying “we all heard you that was not your order” out loud so the whole store could look at me. Then realized she was wrong and I never received an apology.poor service when there’s no excuse. It’s called take your time and listen to the customer and your team will back you up.

I've literally avoided leaving reviews but the level of bad service here is amazing. My own friends and family avoid this place. We prefer to drive to other locations.

The manager on charge I believe her name is Sony or sunny something like that because she didnt want to give me her name I heard a costumer saying her name. She dont deserve to be manager she cant respect the costumers she cant handled the situation properly. She gave my order to another person and she doesn’t want to be responsible for that telling me that she cant babysit the costumers I mean what kind of answer is that?! And she threatening me to call the police on me even when I was only talking and she was the one yelling at me because I want my refund I didn't get my food and she said no but then she come back to me and ask for my card but I dont put my pin and she didnt gave me any refund ticket and I dont have my money on my bank account. Someone know the owner of this store?? They said that they reached me out but is a liar!!!

I can't understand. This place was horrible, they then closed to renovate and now it's worse! The guy took my order, repeated my order to me and still made my drink wrong and forgot part of my order. I said, "Excuse me" nicely about 15 times, while being ignored, until I got upset. And even then, the manager couldn't care. I hate this place.

I will not be returning to this location, during my visit I saw/heard lots of inappropriate behavior by employees, very unprofessional, lots of loud banter, and touching, harassment, not one of the 3 employees had a nametag. I'm totally turned off, not coming back, ever! They had very little selection, napkin dispensers were empty. Needs improvement to say the least.

I am a local business owner and I understand the importance of good customer service and what it means to do right by customers. The single most important thing is not to to meet the need the need of your customer but to do what you said you are in business to do. That being said service is something you offer with respect. I'm not asking for phony smiles and fake greetings, but if I am placing an order and take a little time to decide what I want don't huff and puff and make sly and derogatory remarks because your not happy with your meaningless position on this planet. My brother and I decided this morning would be excellent day to cheat on our diet and skip a day in the gym. Normally we would go all the way to the Dunkin Donuts on Hempstead Tunpike East Meadow. I'm sorry I don't have the address, but it is the own next to the old Models that they are tearing down. We were in the drive thru line and asking some questions because believe it not we go to place like this so in frequent that we don't have the menu memorized, go figure. The woman on the intercom begins making comments about how long we were taking because she does not realize we can hear her. She becomes stand offish when we say never mind. Mind you we decide we are going inside to confront her and speak to the manager. As I approach her and ask her if she is the one who was taking the order. I ask her is this how you treat customers is that how you really behave with paying customers. She tried to deny everything we were saying.. My brother told her she had the Mike on when she was making her comments. He asked to to speak to the manager and the same woman identified herself as the manager. My brother then requested to speak to someone over. When the older man attempted to step in and diffuse the situation she basically tried to shut him up and and told us to get the F___k out of her store. As we pulling off she came outside to take my plate number and she called the police and attempted to tell them we threatened her. She did not realize we waited for the police to get there.

Rude!! Pulled up to the drive through & asked if they had any chocolate cream filled powdered donuts at the moment. He said they didnt carry them & then asked if we wsre ready. We had JUST pulled up to the menu & said just a second because since they didn't have that (because yes they do carry that item) we needed to adjust our order. He snaps at us & asks if there is anyone behind us. No there wasn't but that doesn't matter. We had been there less than 1 minute & would order when we were ready. We were placing our order when the guy snaps at us again when we say we wanted X amount of 1 flavor of munckins! Curtly asking, HOW many do you need!?! Then my husband asks if they have any chocolate long johns, his response AGAIN is they don't carry that!! YES THEY DO!!! My husband then asks what cream filled donuts they have since supposedly they don't carry 2 items that they in fact do carry, & he specifically states they have chocolate cream powdered donuts! Seriously need to reevaluate who they have dealing with paying customers. We won't be back to this location again.

Worst dunkin! Save yourself the bad interaction and go to any other within 5 minute distance trust me it’s worth the extra drive. the manager here is the nastiest, meanest, rudest woman I’ve ever interacted with both to her employees and to customers especially. I’m Gen Z so I’m usually inclined to be kinder towards service industry professionals but my god this dunkin really is an awful experience every single time.

WORST Dunkin Donuts ever!! Not only are they slow...they don't understand English! You have to repeat yourself numerous times and then when you finally think you have your order, they get it wrong! Today I ordered: 3 bagels, a sugar cookie latte and a coolatta. They gave me the coolatta and a bagel and said have a nice day. I'm like...excuse me you forgot my other two bagels and my sugar cookie latte. I went through the drive-thru, thinking it would be faster. I have come to realize, they are both equally as slow! For a time the drive-thru was actually faster than going inside and ordering. So when they finally gave me my two bagels and my latte, I got home and the latte was horrible! It was not even hot and it was not a sugar cookie latte, but an unsweetened regular latte! I remember having to repeat myself three times over the loudspeaker and they still managed to get it wrong! Get rid of the current employees and get new management, because they all suck! WARNING: NEVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!

For such a convenient location and with the advantage of a Drive Thru , as a local, you'd think I would come here often. I prefer to drive farther away to any different Dunkin Donuts because of the terrible customer service. Many a times that I have been at the Drive Thru I have been either ignored or the wait has been unusually long. The BAD attitude of the employees is even worse! It's as if I weren't paying for my coffee and bothering them. I would suggest better management and employee organization. What a shame!

Horrible. You'd think having a Dunkin near by would be convinent but this Dunkin is the worst. I rather drive far to get better service. I am 8 months pregnant who is a loyal customer there and i needed to use the bathroom as u may know pregnant women cant control their bladder cause of babys pressure and sonia the so called manager refused to let me use the bathroom even after i begged her she was extremely rude and disregarded me with no compassion.. i will never come back here she made me feel like trash and by the way it is illegal to deny the usenof a bathroom to pregnant women according to amendment 10 .

Avoid this place at all cost, service is disgraceful. An employee stated they did not sell Americano which is clearly listed on the menu, then he changed his story and said he did not know how to make an Americano. To add insult to injury he ask me, the customer, if I knew how to make an Americano. When I requested a manager the employee refused to give me contact information.

They don't pay attention to what you order they did not give me the sugar donut and I paid for it. Also there was so few items on the shelf that I thought the store was closing

Worst dunkin donut ever. It was 9 40pm and he was telling is co worker to close the door. Bad customer service, bad attitude because, we came in at 9 40 they close at ten. You have to let customer in until closing time. Very rude!!!

Because it is holiday season I go to get some gifts cards as an stocking stuffers for family and friends. I get to this establishment drive through at 910. The employee apologies and says they are closed. I think nothing of it and start to head to my house. But then I pull back around and ask him what time do they close and he says around 930 and then we sit here until 10 to lock the door to go home. I received the information in disbelief as here it is with a posted time of 10pm close but I can not be serviced as the employees decided to start cleaning in order to leave at 10. Needless to say the posted time is incorrect causing inconvenience to a customer.

Worst customer service I’ve had. Had to wait 30 mins just to get a milkshake. Only 1 person is working.

I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The wait time is always long, even when it’s not busy. The food comes out rushed, cold, and clearly not made with care. The staff moves very slowly and barely pays attention to customers. Overall, the quality and service here need serious improvement. This Dunkin’ Donuts has gone downhill. Everything feels slow and unorganized. Definitely not the experience you expect when you’re paying for fast service.

Slowest drive thru ever. Sat at the intercom at a very long time, I decided to drive up because nobody was clearly going to help me. As soon as I drive up one of the workers finally decided to do their job but didn’t even bother assisting me. Worst dunkin ive ever been to. Consistently sour coffee that doesn’t represent the Dunkin’ brand well. Doors were locked 20 minutes after opening time, and service was painfully slow. Plan accordingly and expect the least.

I really wanted to give a very detailed explanation for why I can't recommend anyone go to this specific Dunkin Donuts location. I already wrote it but it's a little long and I'm going through edits so I'll leave you guys this for now. Basically this store isn't currently properly supervised. The only table big enough for families to sit is never available because the store reserved it for one person as if it was paid for rent. Secondly they rarely ever have fresh donuts. I almost lost faith in Dunkin Donuts until I went to the one in Hempstead on Henry St. The donuts in Hempstead are always fresh. Also. The employees that work here are very nice except the managers are rude to them and one of the employees told me that a manager is forcing them to split their tips at the end of every night. That's disturbing. The tips should be for the employees. The bathroom always has a sign that says out of order but they give the key to their homies and they seem to use the bathroom just fine. It's easy to give two dollar deals on munchkins when they are yesterday's munchkins. Get the deal at Hempstead instead and you'll see the difference! I replaced spending close to 200 a month here on below mid coffee with making an extra 200 every month by taking the hour I spent coming here and literally just working instead and making my own coffee. Now when I go to the Dunkin donuts in Hempstead I'm always gonna stop in and show love and respect because honestly if it wasn't for the Hempstead Dunkin Donuts I would have lost all faith in this service. I highly respect all the low level employees at Dunkin in Uniondale. They all showed me respect just not the management.

I placed an online order at this Dunkin’ location expecting a quick and easy pickup, but it was a complete disaster. When I arrived, they had no coffee available—at a COFFEE shop—and the employee assisting me didn’t even know how to open the register. This left me waiting for 30 minutes just to get an iced coffee. While waiting, I decided to order some donuts to try the Valentine’s Day holiday editions. Unfortunately, the same employee didn’t even know what types of donuts that were available. I specifically asked for the Brownie Batter donuts, making it clear that I did NOT want the custard-filled ones because we don’t like that filling. She reassured me before I left that she had given me the correct donuts. When I got home, I realized she had given me the custard-filled ones instead. Now, I’m stuck with 4 out of 12 donuts that my family won’t eat. Her coworker eventually came in and was the one who opened the register for her. While she was assisting me, she asked him to help prepare the iced coffee since they didn’t have any ready, but he acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered. On top of all that, the store was an absolute mess. The donut delivery was scattered all around instead of being properly set up before opening. It was clear they were severely understaffed, especially on a busy holiday morning. Between waiting over 30 minutes for coffee, getting the wrong donuts after being reassured they were correct, and the overall chaos of the store, I’m not sure if I’ll be back to this location. Even though it’s close to my house, there are plenty of other Dunkin’ locations in the area that I’ll have to start going to instead.

I just went in there to purchase a caramel macchiato with 2 strawberry frosted bagels; I noticed the cashier collected the money and gave me change with no gloves on; after that he pursued to make my macchiato without washing his hands nor put gloves on. When I told him that, his manager said “putting gloves is not necessary”. I told her well I’m concerned because I’m the one who will drink it. She went on and had an attitude with me. SMH!

Worst customer service ever!! No accountability and most orders they take from customers are completely incorrectly. They blame customers for all the wrong orders they take. If you are I. A bind the go there and if you have time to have an enjoyable experience without headache go to a different location because this is not the one.

Constantly getting my order wrong. Today i went in an order a simple latte with oatmilk and they gave me regular milk, and they forgot cold foam. This would be fine if it was a one time thing but it’s becoming a constant routine, I’m lactose intolerant so when I pay extra for a specific milk a expect to receive that milk. Earlier on the year when i order a simple hot chocolate, I would receive a water downed drink, as a result of an unclean machine. I would truly appreciate if service was as good as they claim it to be.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. Their breakfast is nasty. Their milkshake is really milky and they charge extra to put whip cream on your drink. that is absolutely crazy. And it be the owners that charges extra for these things. And they are really rude. A milkshake is supposed to come with whip cream on it. I should not have to pay extra for it. And my milkshake is icy like a slushy.

I have been going here since I was in highschool. Before school after school, before work to this day. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly, cream cheese on both sides not just one side. They gave me the bagel with only cream cheese and it on one side of the bagel. I don’t care if they charged me for it or not, why do I ask for something and it’s always wrong even something simple like jelly. They always mess up my order, don’t seem to care when they do. They always ignore what I ask at the window cause I can ask for my food one way and they’ll just lazily throw it together and nothing I asked for would be done to my order. Also not to mention I always order the same drink and it never comes out the same. I think it only hit the spot once. If you want your order done right you have to ask twice. Ask at the speaker and remind them at the window and you still run the risk of it being wrong. Also the snackin bacon isn’t the same anymore! It doesn’t taste seasoned or have that nice glaze, it’s just soggy oily bacon
