Had the late night munchies and had to pick up some tacos of me and the boys. “The lady at the window greeted me with a what would you like today” which I never get. I usaually get something like what’s your order mofo but this lady was hella nice to me and the boys. The crispy chicken tacos were so good they penetrated my throat and slipped right down in there. Honestly this del taco was so good I got horney for the boys.

The best graveyard crew!!!!! Lisa is the greatest! She always has a smile and an amazing personality. I drive past other Del Tacos just to come and see her!!! She makes the experience a million times better. And our order is always perfect!

They make excellent fries at this location, perfectly salted and crisp. Wish all other locations were this good at their fries. Otherwise, standard Del Taco. Location isn't hard to get to, plenty of dedicated parking. Service was fast, got food as ordered. Dr. Pepper was low on syrup, but this happens. Will return in the future. Parking, entrance, seating and counter were accessible. No idea if restrooms are inside or accessible from outside

The fries are so well made here ,the service is good and the manager Jasmine is so sweet and pleasant . You can tell jasmine runs that place well. I appreciate all of the workers there,good job.

I didn't know what I wanted to eat - especially being on the Keto diet! But I was really helped out by the young lady working the drive through. Getting to the window was a snap & it was Under $10! Ate the delicious food at home & stayed on keto!

Staff is super friendly and always accommodating. They were patient when the coupon on my app wasn’t loading and made sure I had whatever I needed to make my meal perfect. Some people prefer other taco chains but I keep coming back to del taco because of the fact that they use fresh ingredients including beans cooked from scratch daily. For a quick bite, they’re always one of my favorite options.

Where can i begin, man this Del Taco is just absolutely insane. For one, the staff is always the best, with people always being so nice and attentive. Not to mention the manager, Richard, is a very cool dude. The atmosphere is always nice, it’s never too crowded inside, so there’s always somewhere to sit and enjoy my meal. And for the most part, the store always stays clean. I love the affordable but delicious food, definitely recommend the fish tacos, or really anything with carne asada (especially the fries). But this Del Taco is the best, and you should definitely stop by.

One of my favorite spots to go after working a graveyard shift. Even in in the early morning food is served hot and fresh. Don't fear a line in the drive thru the staff work efficiently. From order to food in my hand usually a 7-13min wait. My favorite guilty pleasure is 2 chicken soft tacos and 2 bean cheese burritos 1 red and 1 with green sauce, an a fry.👌🏼

10/0625 11:12am. The food I get is always good. This visit, I ordered extra green sauce in my bean and cheese burrito. And I did pay for the extra sauce. But when I ate my burrito there's was the same amount as usual. And this isn't the first time. If you arn't making sure it's being added, don't charge me.

Very nice restaurant . Freshly remodeled ,clean, good food, friendly employees, and well staffed . Just one problem the manager lady was bellowing some foreign language into her phone out over the whole floor disrupting our eating. Then was repeatedly hammering on the gentleman working the grill over something to do with quesadillas. I saw him go back in the back to get supplies he tried to tell her when he came on shift there were no supplies in his workstation. The food came out quickly everything was going fast there’s plenty of staff. The staff all seems afraid of her. I think you have a problem you might need to look into there. I think all that could’ve been handled much quieter she was very loud the entire time we were in there when she answered the drive-through I could not understand what she said because of the extremely thick accent and rapid speech . Del Taco is just okay, not amazing in any way. However, it's always open and there for you 3am when you're hungry. The staff at this location is always nice and they never mess up my order. I love the churros too.

#11 combo beef and bean burrito with cheese. Taste Great. The fries were not fresh. Had to toss those. Drove around to the Hat, bought fries. Drive thru was slow. That's why I didn't take fries back.

Love coming to this Del Taco. The food and service is always fantastic. The employees are attentive and helpful. Today we witnessed a very dissatisfied customer who was quite rude and the employees handled themselves very well, especially Andrea. We will continue coming to this Del Taco.

Had an unfavorable experience a few months ago, but that has all changed. I usually go to the drive-through a couple of times a week at about 9:30 PM. Most of the time, a gentleman named Joaquin is there. He always asks how I'm doing and recognizes me now. He always completes my order on a timely basis and makes sure I have anything additional that I may need. Very friendly. Tonight, I asked him his name for the purpose of submitting this review. All I can say is give that man a raise.

I had a great experience at Del Taco! The Bean and Cheese Burrito was exactly what I was hoping for – warm, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned. The portion was generous and definitely filling. I also treated myself to a Strawberry Shake, which was smooth, creamy, and just the right level of sweet. It paired perfectly with the burrito and made for a satisfying meal. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything tasted fresh. Del Taco always comes through for a quick, delicious meal.

I must say I normally don't drive by this location but I just happened to be in the area and the night manager Michelle was amazing!!! Even though we were in the Drive-Thru her personality came off as bubbly and kind and considerate but most of all patient. We were having trouble with the system and processing our order and she was more than happy to help us she was very patient she did all she could to accommodate us and I have to give her five stars because she is one of the best managers I've came across in a long time with a great attitude and she deserves all the praise I will definitely be returning to this location even though it's a little out of my way just for the simple fact of the food being fresh and the service being excellent.

Solid location. Food is generally very good, though they sometimes miss on the quesadillas, leaving the cheese a little cold. Easy fix however, and customer service is top notch.

It is close to my house. The drive thru is always fast. They are on top of of that. Clean place, nice employees, I like the food & the prices work for me.

I love Del taco even though technically it's not healthy. My only complaint from all Del Tacos is that they don't spread the red or green sauce in the bean and cheese burritos through the whole thing. It's usually just plopped in the bottom of the burrito. But it's a great spot to get a middle of the night snack.

Ordered food online and drove to location for pickup. There appeared to be someone new behind the counter preparing orders. When I got home I found I was shorted a Del Taco taco. It's not the amount of the loss, it's the frustration of not having the food needed for our lunch. I attribute the mistake due to how busy it was and new people learning how to fill orders. Guess I will stop and double check my orders before leaving the restaurant.

It's a Del Taco. Del Taco has food. Americanized Mexican food. They now also have Ramen. That's not Mexican food. Neither is hamburgers and fries, but they got them on the menu. Order online, or through your favorite delivery service. You can also drive there yourself, if so inclined.

Hey, it's Del Taco, you pretty much know what you're getting. But tonight the young man who took my money and apologized for the long wait was very pleasant. To the a$$hole who ordered $80 worth of food while the line grew longer then drove past the window: bite me.

This Del Taco used to be so good but now the item are super small and the prices have raised a lot. Cheese and chili in the green burritos were almost non existent. My father even said the french fries were greasy, cold and the worst he ever had in his life, (He’s 84!) It’s all about money now. Too bad, I’ll go to a different Del Taco. Edit 1/29/26 My sister bought food here recently and she told me that they had upped their game and the food was good again. I gave it another try and it actually was. The burritos were stuffed with plenty of cheese and green sauce, and were very tasty. The Del taco was also stuffed and very good. We’ll definitely be going back for more.

This restaurant does well with food preparation and speed. The drive thru moves well. Pick-up orders are timely in my experience. The drive-thru service is fast but VERY impersonal. They don't greet you in a friendly manner and at times can look annoyed if you ask for basic items like more napkins or hot sauce. I almost had a drink slip because the woman who handed it me looked away before I reached for the drink. Mannerisms and attitude say a lot about a person.

Del is usually good. I'm not as impressed with the new vege taco. Lacks taste. Don't know the price but if it's higher than the meat-based taco, I won't get it. It's not worth paying more for no meat.

A friend of mine and myself went there late morning and walked in and received decent service. Didn't wait long to have the order filled & my coffee was good.

Quick food. taste is decent. be careful with the tea. something of an ingredient causes numbing, don't know why. the outdoor seating is filthy. and walk space around building.

People look for morning coffee you... coffee is horrible. A big company like del taco food is great..but you coffee you need to get a better brand. Small Donna place has 100% better coffee. You r losing a lot of customers b couse the coffee... you R selling.

Ordered one drink only and it took 6 minutes to get it, after I finally arrived at the window. There were two people working the drive-thru window too. The server was nice, but I won't be returning to that one

More of a little rant than anything, their taco Thursday nights don’t note anything about it being mini tacos for the deals they’re running , maybe just a bit more transparent I just ordered and when I got home I realized these are mini, service is great and I usually get everything I ask for in the bag.

I ordered small fries and veggie burrito. Fries were good, but veggie burrito seemed to be a bit lacking in flavor. It also seemed to be low on sour cream. Not sure if they changed their recipe a bit since I tried it after a long time. I paid over $8 for these two items, which I think is very expensive for fast food. I'll not eat at Del Taco for a while given the higher menu costs.

It's close to my house, however, it's too stressful! The orders are a hit and miss! I love fries and when they aint right, just throw the whole meal away!!!

Wanted to give it three stars. . But two stars of the best I could do. Because the food is so processed. I absolutely will not eat Taco Bell. Even though it taste better than Del Taco. Once in awhile, I will splurge cuz I like to eat this type of food, even though it is really bad for you.

Staff are not pleasant and you can only order through a kiosk. Might as well just drive thru and eat in the car.

Used to be a 5 star but they close the inside randomly and CONSISTENTLY forget items, which means if you want the food you paid for you have to pull back around into the drive-through wait in line just to wait even more and take your cold food home.

I guess they were short-staffed today so they ended up closing the dining room in the middle of the day I was the last person was allowed to order inside and I was made to wait for almost a half hour. They didn't offer anything for my time which is a shame because I've been given compensation for long wait times at other Del Tacos.

Monday June 26th around 530pm worst visit ive had here. My fries were cold and limp. Whrn i mentioned to the employee sge rolled her eyes and just tossed them in the trash. As i sat with my family to eat i watched the same female associate take orders on the counter return to kitchen with same gloves never once washing her hands. Food safety should be first! Then the ice machine in the lobby was empty and another customer was filling the ice machine for the employees. Floor is filthy in the lobby tables were dirty also. Again this is the worst experience yet. Likely not coming back anytime soon

Although the drive through employee was very nice, the food wasn't even warm. Never had I ordered from anywhere band the food was somewhat cold. They were unable to offer fountain drinks at the time but was able to get ice tea. Drive through also took some time. must been short staffed or something.

Stopped there for lunch. As I was ordering, I noticed the young ladies preparing meals casting rather unfriendly glances my way. When that is done, you KNOW that you are not wanted there at all. I wasn't even given napkins. After those looks, and the cold reception from the young lady taking my order, I opted to find some napkins I had. The food was up to par, and the restaurant was clean. I will not darken the door step of this establishment again.

Oct, 18, 8:50am. A young girl with a grey sweater and white tie back, decided to give me an attitude. I don't at the intercom, having to repeat myself 10 times that I wanted crinkle fries. She kept repeating "what?" Over and over again. I had giggled because I had thought it was funny, not in a mocking way of course but she had other ideas to assume I was being malicious. Asking "what are you laughing at? What so funny?" I move up, apologize to her that I shouldn't of found the situation between us funny and cute??? she only brushed me off with an attitude and eye rolling. 1. Fix the intercoms so employees can hear customers better and they won't have to go beast mode on customers who need to repeat themselves ten times in a row. Nothing against the young girl doing her job, just didn't like how she came at me sideways.

So many people in line both inside and out. We stood in line for more than 10 minutes and NO one asked if we wanted to order! 2 guys in front of us left because they took too long. I asked a worker if anyone was taking order and she said, "No not yet because we'll get behind making the food." Never again will I come here!

I placed a delivery order from this location clearly asking for NO LETTUCE on the food I wanted, and not only did they do it anyway, they also didn't even bother to include a straw for the drink I had 😕

They've changed the menu again. I wanted to buy a Macho combo burrito I didn't want French fries which the combo came with and a diet coke. I ordered #9 beef bean and cheese burrito with extra green sauce and no red sauce. I thought that was a Macho combo which they say is now an Epic. I got the fries a diet coke and a tiny burrito barely 4 inches long. Wrong sauce not green but red and it cost almost $12!!! I could be gone to In-N-Out a block down and grabbed a real meal for less $ which is what I will do next time. I found out later that the same items were in the $5 box which they should have told me about. So they got paid an extra $7....Crazy bad I won't be coming back!!!

If I could rate no stars I would. Not once have I been here where they haven't screwed up my order. Its on my way to work and location is convenient but ill never go there again until the hire competent people.

They don't have the Deluxe Del Beef Burrito listed on the menu board in the Drive-thru. They charged me double, i thought i ordered a Del Beef. They don't sell turkey tacos anymore, just fake meat. NOT happy.

Hey pay attention to your customers Del Taco or should I say ex customers!! This place is TERRIBLE starting with the management and everyone else working here. They're slow, rude, lethargic, and have NO sense of urgency no matter how busy it is. I completely forgot how sorry this place is and I regret coming again but make no mistake I won't do that anymore this place sucks all the way around period.

Horrible the chicken was dry like it has been sitting all day. The girl asked if I wanted any sauce ,I said yes lots of mild. Two minutes later she hands me my bag and guess what no sauce not one packet. I'm disappointed to say the least

I don't understand how we order the same thing at every single location, except for this one half the time gives us a hard time when we order the large container of queso blanco! charge me whatever you want but don't tell me I can only have the little bitty half ounce shot glass full... we leave this location drive to another location to buy exactly what I want, so frustrating!!! A large container of queso with chips is under $4 why can't I just order the large container of queso I will pay the same exact amount I just don't want the chips!

This was horrible, we had to wait in the drive through line for 29 minutes, and their was only 5 cars ahead of us when we got their. The service was terrible and they didn't even address how long it took to get the food. No "sorry" no "thankyou", nothing.

This location has gone down hill consistently. Never have all of the ingredients in the recipe, a value taco here consist of maybe a teaspoon of meat, little lettuce, and sprinkle of cheese. Flavorlous food. I know it's cheap, but think I'd rather dig out of a trash can it's so bad.

So frustrated with this location. Very inconsistent. Last few times I've been here, it's just been a really bad experience and a hassle to get anyone to care. The next Del Taco down the Rd., however, had no problem giving me exactly what I wanted. I'll be going there in the future.

Been going here for years...in the last month we've been twice. First time I forgot to SAY DEL TACO taco so when I got home my taco was tiny. My fault. Tonight we tried again...3 DEL Taco tacos... All were sub-standard. My taco had one little piece of lettuce...boyfriend had no cheese and hardly any meat. Who ever is making the tacos seriously needs another training course. Not going back.

This place used to be great. I usually only come here on my lunch break. Drive thru was always fast and food fresh. The past handful of times I’ve come here, drive tru line has been super long and after ordering I still have to wait a long time to even get up there to pay and get my food. Today I spent my whole 30 minute lunch in line and paying(my job is like 3 min away from here). I paid and the crew working the window was literally standing around laughing. To top it off they forgot my hot sauce and no napkins🤦🏽‍♀️

Stopped coming here months back, I’d been waiting 25 min while on drive thru, was stuck between cars couldn’t get out, when I ordered they said “our burners are out, not many things you can order” a few weeks after same thing, got stuck between cars waited 20 min got to the window and was told “were cleaning our grills”. Today (months later) decided to give them another try. 5 cars in front of me, 3 cars behind. After 25 min of frustratedly waiting , an employee walks out with a paper sign “cash only” many costumers got upset and she just shrugged her shoulders. I had cash so thought I was okay, until she said no, it had to be exacted cash including change. These people are out of their minds. Did not even offer a coupon or anything for the inconvenience. Horrible. Never again. This place doesn’t need to be remodeled just shut it down. Waste of time and gas.

Tragic! I hope the people who took our order and made our food were new. My order was completely incorrect and my wife's "guacamole" burrito had no guac, just the biggest, hardest, rawest, grossest, big big chunks of avocado EVER! She had to pick them out bc they were not edible. Also, please clean the coffee maker because you can TASTE how gross and dirty the machine was in the iced coffee. Will not be returning to this location unfortunately.

First time to see one that doesn't do shakes at night, I think they should put the hours they are willing to serve so one doesn't waste time.

I ordered meal from drive thru when I got home noticed that they didn’t give me all of my order. I drove second times to there let them know and give my order fresh which I paid for and they asked me go home grab rest of the order and bring it back so they can give my order fresh all of them. This is one of the awful place. They don’t deserve make money.

I just started working close by And decided to stop by here a couple times Both times I've been here they don't include napkins with my order there's usually something wrong with their card reader so I have issues running my card they also told me the last time I was here that they don't have straws you would think they would like I don't know say something before you order at the drive through but I guess not and whenever I order something my order is wrong not like I special order something no just something off their own menu comes with missing ingredients I gave them a second chance because I always figured that you should do that because maybe they were just having an off day the 1st time around but obviously not

Super slow! I have been late to work twice in 1 week, with 15 minutes to spare and 1 min. from work. there should be no reason to be late. Esperanza speaks so fast that you cannot understand her on the speaker. They changed something, since this slow thing just started recently. YOU NEED MORE WORKERS AT THE PEAK BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER SHIFTS

Dispite claiming to be open 24 hours, the last four times or so that I've gone early in the morning after work, they're not taking orders. Either the system is down, or they're cleaning the machines, or something is broken. The only other option in the area sitting 3 A.M. is the Carl's Jr. across the street and they're not much better.

Don't go here at all! Some guy is scamming people for their money. I went here the other night and used a gift card and the next day when I went to use it at another location my 100 bucks went to 8 cents. I don't recommend going here ever again if they are gonna be hiring scammers.

Saturday visit for breakfast at 8 a.m. All tables and floor very dirty. Food and spilled sauces on tables and floor. Took survey based on my receipt. Reported on survey the dining area was dirty. Next day I received a $1.00 dollar off coupon for next meal. HaHa. What makes you think I am returning to a dirty restaurant! No apology for failing to keep the place clean. Makes a person wonder how dirty the kitchen must be!!!!!

Don't bother using the online app. They screwed up my order (taco Tuesday and no tacos!) and let me wait 30 minutes after I checked in while serving people who came in after me. I placed the order at 5:04pm and didn't leave with any food until 6:10pm. This should be easy for them to understand and prepare in time for a customer to arrive. You get an order. You fill the order. You work on the next order. They even have a ticket that prints out with the order and the name of the person who ordered it! It's an absolute flustercuck! How could you screw that up so badly?

Went through the drive thru for lunch and when I finally got to the speaker, there was no answer, no noise, nothing. After a couple of minutes, I gave up and drove up to the window. No cars at the window. The girl working the window gave me the amount of my "order." I told her I hadn't ordered, nobody took my order. I suggested she say she would be with them in a moment. She was totally indifferent to it all. I hate to be a burden to her, but that's the feeling I got.

I should have known it wasn't going to be good when I saw a girl on break sitting cross-legged with her feet on the front counter looking at her phone. The taco shells were stale, the fries tasted old and were cold and the rice in my burrito was hard and crunchy! I bought two large fries but only received one. I would have brought it back but it took 12 minutes just to get my food in the first place and I just want to call it a night already. Lesson learned, this Del Taco is a big nope.

Probably the worst service and food you can find anywhere. If my kids didn't love it so much, I'd never go back to this place. Just about every time you visit you can expect something to be wrong with the order. Just last night my order was (once again) missing two items so I went inside to get my food and was treated like I did something wrong. I was shocked and extremely angered by their behavior. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration of dealing with this place.

Went inside to see if it’ll be faster, same thing, took forever to get my order. Everyone there is so nonchalant, and careless about people’s time. I just spent 40 dollars on food and I asked for hot sauce after the dude handed me my bags, knowing I have a lot. He then grabbed three hot sauce packets not even asking me what knew I wanted and shoved them into the bag. I'm chill too, it wasn't busy, no line in drive through. No one inside. Just me. Just wow. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back to this location. They make you order from a digital kiosk on giant tablets that are up high, so if you are short, too bad. After trying to figure everything out for at least ten minutes, a girl came out and offered to help us NEXT TIME. There definitely will not be a next time. No customer service at all. They do not do any in person ordering inside. Ridiculous.

I'm done. Today I recieved two of 6 breakfast rollers with black hair in them. One long hair and one short in the second. I have had issues many times in the past and that was the last straw. Been going to that location for 26 years at least. Get the cleanliness together.

Went to grab food at night and asked for a minute to look over the menu. Was told by the lady who was working the window that "sorry we don't have that here." Referring to me asking for a minute. At the window they passed me a drink,as they were passing me the drink they were telling me that the lid isn't on right so it spilled all over my lap. Why would she proceed to pass me a drink knowing they left the lid loose? Because I didn't find her joke amusing. Horrible immature staff and wouldn't trust them have a sanitary work environment let alone serve me food ever again. Absolutely disgusting staff.

My first time and the last time, the individual in charge was under the influence of something, when I got my receipt and I saw what he sent to the kitchen, I immediately told him I did not order that, after I told him, they still got me the wrong order anyways, no napkins no sauces when I got to the hotel I just did not have any dinner. The kids at Taco Bell do a much better job than these del taco people. Like I said my first and my last time, never ever again.
