I had a rough experience at this location at first. The pizza was undercooked, and the wait time was longer than expected. I contacted Little Caesars customer service to leave a review, and the next day I was contacted by the store manager, Alex. He was very kind and helpful, apologized for the experience, and offered me a free pizza and breadsticks. I really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation and made things right.
One of the workers named Alina has been very kind to me. She's awesome and is always on her game for customer service. Always makes me smile when I come in
It's in a small tucked in location, not the easiest to find if you haven't been in before. Fresh hot pizza always. Quick service, good pizza at a fair price
Some businesses chains are very similar and hard to distinguish differences. Overall this is not a bad little Caesars. I consistently go here and would recommend it to others. Otherwise, pretty much just the same as other Little Caesars
The pizza is good, but service is always really slow. Probably because they're usually busy. They're often out of stuff, like sauce or napkins. The staff always seem like they're ready to go home and can't blame them. The small location gets crowded quickly and can be uncomfortable. I wouldn't come anytime around 3-5, but they're always busy and slow regardless. At least it's cheap!
I seriously dont know how they're still open, but this place has horrible service they turn off mobile ordering just too avoid extra work and to prioritize real customers
This isn't a review about Little Caesar's as a whole, but just this location. I have tried a few times over the years but always leave disappointed... either slow, nothing hot and ready, stingy on toppings, or if there's pizza "hot and ready" it's often old and bordering on stiff. Today was the first time I decided to leave a review, as the crazy sauce they provide was almost laughable. I even made a comment like "really man? This is all you guys can do?" Because it was like 1/3 full at most. He said it's out of his control, management decides the amount. Lesson learned, this location is managed terribly. It's a further drive but the one on baseline and Archibald is consistent and way better. Worth your drive.
Usually this place has been really good to me but tonight it was horrible, the pizza puffs were overcooked so badly that there was nothing left they were literally just a crispy doughy mess there was no flavor the pepperoni was unrecognizable and no cheese or seasoning was put on to them or in them. My pizza was tasting a little different this time too seemed undercooked and slapped together and thrown in the Box. Won't be back for a while.
Didn't cook long enough.. I don't understand how they can't tell its not cooked.. when they slice the pizza they can literally feel the difference and see the dough is not done all the way.. yet they still put them up.. had to do it rite my self in the oven.. made it nice and crisp cheese was all melted and delicious... I did this not them
Tipically the visits to Little Caesars is satisfying, till today. My Pizza(Deep dish Pepperoni) was under cooked and had too much Marinera sauce. Hello Heartburn. I take the Heartburn with the food I eat expecting it to be worth it. However, there's no excuse for under cooked dough. As someone who also works in a kitchen, please try harder, love your job, the customer is counting on you to feed them something good🏆use the thermostat. Just a little more effort please. Remember Be good or be Good at it!
I don't understand I ordered a Pizza. Guy app, and it was inside the Pizza portal, but when I went to pick it up, they told me it was stolen. How can someone steal a Pizza from the Pizza portal? This is BS.
I tried to order a pretzel crust pizza for my son who has autism and hold the cheese and I was told that they cannot do that on a pretzel crust pizza but they could on a regular pizza. I guess they don’t cater to kids special needs. Makes no sense to do it for one type of pizza but not another 😂🤦🏼♀️
One of the worst little Caesars ever. I've tried 3 times and never been able to leave with food. Order ahead, walk in, it doesn't matter. I can literally scratch make a pizza at home in less time than they take to get you a pizza here. Just horrible service. Hot and ready.... you guys are a joke. Anyone that owns or manages this place should be embarrassed. Don't even bother, belive me, you'll regret it.
One hour to have the food ready when you order online even though it gives you another time. This place needs a new management asap.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! ordered my pizza through the app at 4 pm to be picked up at 6pm. Pizza was not ready until 6:42 pm Ridiculous. The supposed "manager" did not care at all and had the worst attitude and basically told me Owell we are behind.
We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and has to wait 45 minutes for it even though we ordered through the app. Got home the pizza was 1. Not cooked all the way. The cheese in crust was still solid 2. They didn't cut the pizza at all 3. It was so greasy no one wanted to eat it. They were very rude when I tried to explain what happened . No refund was given.
Ordered a cheese deep dish they burned it the sauce and cheese aren't even covering the whole pizza. The bread sticks seemed old like they were sitting all morning barley had any cheese on it. Usually a go to here because its close to me but never again will waste my money here. Serve food that you yourself would eat. Stop being lazy.
I honestly don't know what the reason that they charge you for extra stuff if they are just going to screw you over. I ordered a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni, and I got one with crust with only cheese and for my other pizza. It was a Hawaiian pizza that was burnt, and I also paid for extra pineapple. As you can see in the picture, they only put it like if it was one portion. of pineapple, and the girl in the front was very unprofessional. In my opinion, if she doesn't like her job, she should quit. There were more than 6 people waiting, and she acted like no one was there. It wasn't until the other worker realized that there were a lot of people waiting that he came to help while she kept acting like no one was there. When she was only 3 feet away from everybody. And if for some reason they don't know what they're doing. They should be asking for help from someone to teach them how to do everything on the menu. If that's the case that they're going to be charging people extra for certain things. They should know what they're doing and not charging people just for the hell of it and if they are going to mess up, they should make the menu only 3 items so that they can't screw it up. Whoever is, the general manager has to start doing his or her job.
When you order a crazy combo the sauce cap should be full of sauce. I think it's pretty ridiculous that you get literally a tablespoon. And when you ask for more or to fill it up I was told that's what the manager wants.
Nasty greasy pizza, horrible customer service and the wait just to place an order was a long time. The crazy bread sticks were doughy inside.. the only thing good that we got from there was the soda., everything went to the trash. My kid had one bite of pizza and left his plate so greasy and one bread stick. I definitely won’t be going back there!!
Placed an online order, when I showed up to pick it up at the time I was given it was still not ready. I had to wait another 20 mins to get my food. There was one other customer there it was pretty empty so not sure why the order wasn’t ready. I was excited to get the Batman calzony but unfortunately it was a let down it was very greasy, salty, over cooked and just a hot mess as you can see in the picture. Also their customer service is none existent no apology was given or even an excuse as to why the order wasn’t ready. The guy asked me for my order info I kept trying to show him the email confirmation w all the info on there and for some reason he refused to look at it and kept asking his questions. If he would have looked at the confirmation it would have been faster for him to look it up I guess he likes to do more work than necessary. I will not be going back to this location the food tasted bad, service and wait was bad I ended up leaving before the customer that was there before me I felt bad for that person as well.
