this place is truly amazing. great food... great vibes.... really something special. I definitely will be back. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce... topped with melted cheese. that was spaghetti was BOMB 💣 was so... good. the garlic bread and cheese bread 🍞 was also delicious. only thing is... the place is expensive. make sure your ready to spend at least $120 for 3 people. meatballs didn't disappoint. they were really good. soup and salad was a nice edition.
I love this place. I wish I would have taken photos of the food but it was so good it disappeared as quickly as it was placed on the table.
I have been going to Vince's for over 60yrs... each visit has been fantastic! It always amazes me how walking in can bring back such long ago memories. A simple taste of the red wine vinegar on the salad or the warm smell of the garlic bread can take me back to childhood and absolutely stuffing myself on the spaghetti. Anytime I'm in the area, it's a must to stop and eat!
This was our first time here and we both loved it. Our server was really nice and he answered all of our questions. The food smelled so good when we first walked in, I could hardly wait for our order. The cheese bread was very good. Soup and salad were a nice touch. The spaghetti was so great, and I added a meatball that was delicious! I only ate about 1/4 of what they served me and that was more than enough. Now I'm looking forward to lunch tomorrow. My husband said something to me that he's never said in 15 years together. He said, "babe, you picked a really great place". 😊 I highly recommend Vince's.
A great place to sit around a large table with your family and enjoy a great meal. Fresh and delicious. Every thing is freshly hand made. This is not an Italian restaurant. It's a spaghetti restaurant with a limited but delicious menu. The portions are generous and fairly priced. They don't take reservations and dinner time is very busy. Pretty much busy all day.
Is there something so fundamental to how you grew up that it just reminds you of home? That's Vince's for me. I've been eating their spaghetti with my family for longer than I can remember and it's never once let me down. I'm used to going to the Ontario location, but I was closer to here this time and it was every bit as good as it should have been. Generous portions, distinctive taste, really good price. Can't recommend more highly. Just go.
It is a historical place, due to the length of time it has been here. The food they serve is very good. The menu is not extensive, it is basic and only offers a few things. This is not a place for vegetarian or vegans, most things are made with meat, look at the menu before going to get an idea. Come hungry. You will leave full and will have leftovers. The bread costs extra if you dont order the full or half dinner, but it is worth it. Bring breath mints, this food has garlic and it is soo worth it. Yes, the food is greasy. It has real meat. Meat makes grease and grease has flavor. This is stick to your ribs food. Comfort food. It is not jarred sauce or sauce made from a packet. It's real sauce, cooked down with love.
Great food. Reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere. Wonderful service. Family friendly.
Yummm, I grew up coming here. It think I will always love this resturant. Try it, you may fall in love. The garlic and cheese bread is to die for. The soup is my got to when sick and absolutely love it with crumbled saltine crackers and their shredded cheese. Don't judge just try it. Love this place
Food is great, but I do think they need some grown-ups working there. The boy who helped us barley said anything at all to us. Kids these days give the worst customer service ever. I try to stay away from places that hire them. But it was my mom's bday. So we went.
A family tradition! I've been coming to Vince's all 34 years of my life. Started at the Ontario location and migrated to the Rancho location when it opened. We can't come to California and not stop by for lunch or dinner. We even get a couple gallons of their famous meat sauce to-go and bring it home all the way to Phoenix, Arizona! Finally got to bring my daughter and I think it's safe to say, she enjoyed it! Considering taking some soup home next time to make the experience even more authentic at home! 🥰
Always a good place for spaghetti and meatballs! Portions are very generous. Yummy spumoni ice cream!
We loved our dinner at Vince's! The food was rich and homey, and the atmosphere was comfortable and reminded me of an Italian tavern of sorts. My husband can't eat gluten, and he loved the gluten free mostaccioli and garlic bread. I had regular spaghetti with meat sauce and it was pretty good too! The service was quick and pleasant, and despite a full parking lot, we were seated within minutes and were leaving again in under an hour. All around great experience!
This location is always a very busy location parking is sometimes a little rough the letter you go the further you park they have a small parking lot but it is well worth the wait and great food great service thank you to all the Staff
Luis is great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've ate here for years, great food and service. I've never left a review here just going through my routine however Luis changed that tonight. Just really impressed with his attention to detail. Very good service, good job Luis.
I had such a wonderful experience at Vincent’s! Not the first time attending. Vincent’s has been around a very long time. From the moment I walked in, I feel welcomed—the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. I especially loved the gluten free noodles and bread! The portion sizes were just right. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
It's a classic and the price is right. It's nice to see a place keep its vintage vibe and original menu.
This is literally the only place I will eat spaghetti from, the sauce is to good! The first time I tried it, I drove from Anaheim all the way to Ontario and back, just for this!!! Definitely worth the drive
This place gets Italian food! The service here is amazing! Sometimes it takes a while to get seated but that’s what you should expect from a place that serves this great of food with very small prices. The portions are huge! My dinner can last me two nights! Skip the sodas though as they seem to be a little overpriced but don’t forget to hit the concession stand on the way out! You can buy savory little sweets for a savory price!
Always Good and affordable. Generous portions. Great value for entire family.
This Italian restaurant is really good, we've been coming to this restaurant for a lon time and it's always good. Really good spaghetti
This place is a staple and has been around forever. I always get the butter pasta with extra provolone cheese. Love everything about the place because it’s simple, old school and kids eat everything. Parking can get a bit tight on a Friday night with a wait. Try to get there early or go on the off days. If you like a glass beer they actually serve Coors Banquet here (stubby bottle). Can’t find that at most places!
a great family resturant to treat everyone to authentic italian cuisine. the portions are massive and every dollar you spend here will be one well worth spent! and to finish on the way out, they have a little candy snack bar to purchase some treats for the little ones. friendly staff, great service, and even better food. Vince's spaghetti was a staple of my childhood!
This is one of our favorite places to have dinner. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the staff are always pleasant and attentive. I cannot recommend Vince’s Spaghetti highly enough!
It's nice to go somewhere that is a local institution! Love the nostalgia and you can always count on the food to be great! Good prices too!
Our family has been enjoying Vince’s for years! We celebrate all of our birthdays here! Thank you for being a part of our family traditions!
Never been here before. Absolutely amazing spaghetti meatballs and garlic bread. Came with friend ordered Vince’s dinner 1/2 order. So much good food, salad soup garlic bread and spaghetti. A glass of red wine and great conversations, catching up for Christmas to exchange gifts. Excellent service friendly efficient and timely. I will be back with friends.
Copious amounts of food, service was exceptionally good and ambiance was second to none. Vintage is a family-run business has been a staple in the Upland, Ca area for for years. If y'all have a large family's or just one person y'all can't beat the value😉. So if you're in the Upland Ca area you need to check this place out. Oh yeah make sure to bring your appetite.
8/16/24, This Vince’s location is a family tradition, from our first date, to our engagement party, to regular family dinners! The salads are tasty, it’s what got my kids liking salad and also ranch. This particular visit it was really heavy on the dressing, but not usually so, just get dressing on the side. Delicious garlic bread, gluten free options, love the meatball and the spaghetti with lots of meat sauce!
A lovely old Italian restaurant with a hearty and simple menu. The booths have tall backs making each seating private and intimate. The service is great, everyone has a genuinely warm smile. The food is delicious and the menu uncomplicated, a few dishes made well following recipes passed down through generations. The portions are large, so I had lunch the next day from the same meal. Loved it!
Been going here for over two decades since I was a kid. This place is my ideal mom and pop restaurant. I love the food, the service and everything I experience at Vince's. I usually go there with family and friends 5-6 times a year. It's always a momentous time that contributed to my positive experience with family and friends. 10/10 would always recommend.
★★★★★ Classic, comforting, and absolutely delicious I had dinner at Vince’s Spaghetti in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered the spaghetti dinner with meat sauce, garlic bread, and the salad with their house dressing, and everything was spot on. The spaghetti with meat sauce was the highlight. The sauce tasted rich, hearty, and homemade—full of flavor and perfectly balanced. You can tell it’s a recipe they’ve been perfecting for years. The pasta was cooked just right, and the portion was generous enough that you leave completely satisfied. The garlic bread was fresh, warm, and had the perfect crisp on the outside with soft, buttery goodness on the inside. It paired perfectly with the sauce. The salad with the house dressing was also excellent—fresh, crisp, and the dressing had a unique flavor that really stood out and complemented the meal. The atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable, like a true classic Italian spot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic, comforting spaghetti done right, Vince’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
Always a great spot to enjoy a family meal and great prices and healthy portions. It's an all time favorite. Dinner can be a bit of a wait at times but well worth the wait. I don't like to wait but it's definitely a treat.
First time and I really liked the place, and the food was very tasty. Just a very big detail that I didn’t like: when we left I saw few dirty tables and the floor with food. Giving a bad impression of the type of people who go. And I ask you to be clean and respectful if you go.
They could use a little bit more salt in their food, but besides that everything was fantastic! The restaurant is awesome. The server was super friendly and polite. Always had stuff for us before we even asked. I had a half order and still had leftovers so they're full orders can definitely be like three people. I would be a regular if I lived closer 😉
I’ve been coming to Vince’s Spaghetti since I was a kid, and it’s one of those places that never disappoints. The meat sauce is the move, put it on anything and you can’t miss. The cheese bread is killer and worth the trip by itself. Same flavors, same comfort, every time. It’s not trying to be trendy, it’s just solid, classic food done right. If you grew up around here, you already know. If you didn’t, start with the meat sauce and thank me later.
Amazing as always. The atmosphere is always great, with friendly staff and meat sauce that i would swap a kidney for. I will always visit this place any time i am visiting the area. Just wish they would resume the shipping option for those of us who don't live in the state.
RC classic. Everything is always consistent and tastes the same every time. Friendly atmosphere, easy menu. Everything is delicious. The one place we can all agree on in my family.
A family classic! Our family has been enjoying Vince’s Spaghetti for several generations. The ambience, food and service are great. I also want to note that they do wonderful things for the community. Great place to enjoy so delicious fellowship, and food.
Vince's is a family owned local favorite. I like to bring family and friends from out of town. A great place for special occasions too. It never disappoints always delicious and the fact that they serve San Antonio Winery wines is a big plus. If you know, you know. Definitely one of the best restaurants around.
Delicious! I've been coming to Vince's since the late 1980's. The original location is what I grew up on. I was in the mood for Vince's but the original location is closed on Wednesdays. I figured to come to the Rancho Cucamonga location. By 6:00 pm this place was filling up fast, the parking lot was full and the spaghetti was FLYING! Juan was fast, courteous and professional. My order was taken promptly, and the food was delivered hot and delicious. I went with the half order of spaghetti with meat sauce, two meat balls, garlic toast, and Italian dressing on my salad. Let me tell you I was happy with it all. Oh, and I added provolone cheese on top of the spaghetti! 😉
We had a 25 minute wait for two people after 6 pm on a Saturday. We ordered the 1/2 size spaghetti with meat sauce dinners. You get soup, green salad, bread ( cheese or garlic) for dinner! They are not stingy with the portions . You should not leave there hungry, . You should also not try to eat all your food take your leftovers home! The meat sauce and spaghetti was delivered and well worth the wait. I also ordered meatballs and additional cheese and garlic bread and a side of provolone cheese. There are other dishes besides spaghetti and dessert is separate. They do serve beer, wine, and soft drinks (Pepsi) We loved Vince’s when there was a restaurant in Torrance and do not mind drinking to Rancho Cucamonga to experience the same delicious food . We will be back. We also had an order to go for my sister . Parking even with a huge lot in front of the restaurant, you may end up on the adjacent gravel lot. We lucked out and found a space in right in front of the door.
Nothing new to add to other reviews but it is a great place with obvious history. I like that the menu is still small and they stick to what they're good at. The garlic breads are especially tasty.…

We got take out. It was a long wait even though we called in our order ahead of time. I got gluten-free pasta. It was okay. The meat sauce was good. The gluten-free bread was typical gluten-free bread.
Food flavor was awesome. Food temperature was not awesome, it was little more than room temperature, which was disappointing. The service was awesome as well. The salad was just iceberg with carrots. Not the end of the world, just setting expectations. Don't come here expecting fine dining. Come here for the Italian staples.
We've been going here for many many years! It's a relatively limited menu but streamlined and worth a little extra drive. Local favorite! Often a long wait because people are willing to wait for these flavors....never been disappointed!
Great food just wish you could give military discounts for take out
1st timer today. In a word, Filling. By popular demand had the Vince Spaghetti dinner- soup & salad (yes I said and although you could do double soup if you want) salad was super fresh and crispy just how you'd want it to be and the portion size-perfect. The Vegetables Soup (cup size) was nice and hot, not filling but partnered with salad AND 1 cheese or garlic bread BEFORE your Spaghetti plate comes OH My, you'll already be stuffed. Go for the garlic bread vs cheese. Now the Spaghetti, the meat sauce was flavorful and hearty, not on that sweet side like others nor salty either just truly meaty. The vibe here-super old school, quaint, like where your grandma would take you when you were a kid. It was a pleasant experience and i wasnt gonna mention this but i dont think our service was 5 star. She was a little moody vs friendly but she did everything we needed so ill just end that there. Happy to have tried it today. I know I'll return OH OH OH Get the cup of shredded cheese for your table- do it!
The Bread Is Delicious & The Spaghetti Was Also Delicious Very Big Portions!! I Think We Were Able To Share A Large One Between 3 Kids & 1 Adult. I Wanna Go Again Went Kinda On A Real Budget Next Time No Budget I Wanna Try Meatballs & Mushrooms. Very Nice Place Though.
We did not have access to Vinces for 5 years. This was our first time back since then and boy did we enjoy it. The meat sauce and soup seemed a bit on the salty side to us and that is the only reason we did not give Vinces's a 5 star rating this time. We will go back soon and keep you updated during our travels.
Classic diner with an old school atmosphere. Spaghetti dinner with meat sauce and garlic bread is my go to order(salad included), but I have had the other options without worry and have been completely satisfied. The beef dip sandwich is a very good option, as are the huge meatballs. If your not a meat eater, no problem as the meatless marinara sauce is very tasty. So get out to Vince's for a reasonably priced meal and very good service to boot.
I saw this place and thought it could be the whole in the wall spaghetti place and it was exactly that. It's not fancy or upscale but it is pretty good and they give you a generous portion of food. I bought the full and I had 4 plates total and no I did not eat 4, I ate 1 plate and took 3 back to my hotel for lunch for the week. The meatballs were just right in density and the taste was good. The garlic cheese toast was the perfect companion and I will definitely go back and only get a half order next time. Go try it if you are in the area.
Stopped in here for our first time today. Building is cool and I love the vintage looking signage. Our waitress, Delina, was very nice and helpful. The kid’s meal spaghetti was a great size and included a salad and bread as well. The salad is just iceberg, dressing, and shredded carrots. Nothing special; nothing delicious. The meat sauce spaghetti was good but reminded me of Chef Boyardee sauce. It was kinda watery underneath the spaghetti and seemed to be missing a spice or two. Serving size is good. The star of the meal- GARLIC BREAD. if I could eat this bread daily, I would! We also got the cheese bread which was good, but doesn’t beat the garlic bread!
My husband and I have been wanting to try Vinces for a while now, so last night we finally decided to go. It was around 5:30 and the place was moderately full. Seemed like a nice place, ambiance was …
A must have for good meat sauce. It's not advertised but you can also get cheese baked on your pasta.

Place was ok but older version and food was worm to buy the sauce was good meatballs was tastedlees
Truthfully I was not impressed with their services. Our waiter seemed a bit standoffish like he didn't wanna be there. The noodles were undercooked and the sauce was not that great. I kept hearing good things about this spot but I was not impressed at all. Their chianti was a bit watered down as well.
We were curious to try this place as it had good rating. What i like the most was the ambience; the tall booths provided a great sense of privacy. The service was also very nice. However, the Special Tomato Sauce spaghetti (which came with soup and bread) had nothing special about it, which was disappointing. The soup was ok but tasted somewhat canned. Also, the inclusion of mostaccioli in the lasagna was creative but the dish was very rich. Both options were not worth the price.
Driven pass this place so many times. I decided to pull over and give it a try. Great location! Super clean. Friendly staff. The spaghetti was very good. I’ve had better meatballs. The salad is just a small bland salad. Nothing fancy about it. It came with the spaghetti. I also tried a vegetable soup. It was alright. Would I ever come back? Yeah, maybe….. It’s a very, very small menu. I actually wanted chicken parm but this restaurant doesn’t sale this or lasagna. It’s not that kind of Italian restaurant. Are you really an Italian restaurant if your don’t serve lasagna? Hmmmmm…. Oh, it’s a little pricey. Happy holidays everyone.
Food is delicious however the sause is very watery and not thick. I along with many others often leave with needing to urgently use the restroom before making it home. Service is outstanding usually. Place is clean and inviting.
I've tried this place in the 90s, and things have definitely changed. The restaurant looks nicer and larger. I went about 1pm on a Thursday, and there was a line for lunch. I ordered my food to go downstairs. I ordered the lunch plate that gives you a choice of spaghetti or mostaccioli that includes a choice of garlic or cheese bread and a salad. This came out to be $16.00 & a $2.00 tip added. In my opinion, it's a little pricey, The amount of food you're getting is not worth what you paid. You will have a better deal at Olive Garden lunch menu with more food and a cheaper price. The woman's customer service was good. She was nice and packaged it up for me. Unfortunately, I will not be eating here again. I give the customer service a 3 star 🌟 overall and food just a star 🌟 .

Me and my family have been coming here for years but last night my spaghetti had a lot of water in it and it was not very good! I seriously hope this place doesn't start to go down hill like a lot …
We didn't feel very welcomed. Service was not great. You'll be charged almost $2 for an extra plate. However, the garlic bread was really good and the food was decent. The chances of me coming back…
I recently ordered pickup from Vince's Spaghetti, expecting a satisfying Italian meal. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. To start, the pickup service was fast and easy, which was a positive aspect. However, when I eagerly dug into the food, I was immediately disappointed. The meat sauce was incredibly salty, overpowering the entire dish and making it almost unbearable to eat. It was a stark contrast to what I had previously enjoyed from this establishment. Even the bread, which is usually a highlight at Italian restaurants, was just okay. It lacked the freshness and flavor I had come to expect. The side salad was another letdown. It arrived soggy, as if it had been sitting for too long before being packaged. The combination of these factors made the overall experience far from pleasant. While I understand that restaurants can have off days, the consistently subpar quality of the food was disheartening. I had hoped for a delicious and satisfying meal, but I left feeling unsatisfied and let down. I believe in providing constructive feedback, so I reached out to Vince's Spaghetti to express my disappointment. I hope they take note of the issues I mentioned and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better dining experience for future customers. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to order from Vince's Spaghetti again. However, I acknowledge that everyone deserves a second chance, so if they are willing to address their shortcomings, I may reconsider in the future. If you're looking for a reliable Italian dining experience, I recommend exploring other options in the area until Vince's Spaghetti can deliver the quality they are known for once again. Remember, this is just my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters with Vince's Spaghetti.
My husband and I have been wanting to try Vinces for a while now, so last night we finally decided to go. It was around 5:30 and the place was moderately full. Seemed like a nice place, ambiance was good, had a good vibe. Hostess sat us at a booth cause that's all they have. We asked if they had ANY tables at all because I have back issues and sometimes need to sit in a chair since the booth seats were extremely high. We were very polite in asking. The hostess asked someone else whom I assumed was a manager maybe. The woman looked annoyed but non the less told the hostess to sit us in back where they serve large families at what I'm assuming is suppose to be the banquet area. It was small and dimly lit. The poorly cracked walls per painted in a dark Maroon. Tiny chandeliers hung all around and oversized pictures of the family hung everywhere. The tables and chairs including the room was reminiscent of the 1940s, in desperate need of a makeover. The prices I thought were really reasonable. We both ordered Vinces Dinner which was about $19 each. Came with both soup and salad, half portion of spaghetti and garlic bread. So the soup and salad come first. Minestrone was very bland. If I didn't have the saltine crackers to dip in it, it wouldn't have had any salt at all. So after a few spoonfuls we move onto the salad. Which was basically lettuce with a bunch of shredded carrots on top with store bought Ranch dressing. That's right! NOT made in house. It tasted like it was right out of the Hidden Valleys bottle. That's a huge No No for me! So we both push that aside and move onto the main course, which was okay. Sauce was a little watery for my taste. I did order a meatball on the side which was the best part of the entire meal to be honest. Our garlic cheese bread didn't come till we were half way through our spaghetti. Garlic cheese bread which had neither garlic or cheese. It was basically buttered bread which needed a little more time in the oven. And she brought the Parmesan cheese after the bread. Which I added to the last 3 bites of spaghetti I had left. So that's why I'm giving them 2 stars. And If I forgot to mention, our waitress also had a bit of an attitude. Which is why we only left a $5 tip. She's pretty lucky she got a tip at all. So all in all, we will NOT be going back!
I do not recommend this spaghettio factory to anyone not only was the customer service horrible the spaghetti was so gross and just salty along with a bunch of water on our plates instead of sauce …
Been going for more than 40 years now tell about a month ago .. went to have dinner there and we now live in the high desert so it's a drive to eat here but worth it.. on the last visit we were asking for my wife to get food off the child menu as she had the by pass surgery and can't eat much while us other four were ordering off the regular menu items. Also were going to order stuff to go for later. To only be told she could order from the regular menu so we asked for a Manger and a younger Mexican looking mam came over and told us the same. I know the red hair Manger there I told him and never seen him before. He said well these are the rules. My kids jumped up and left right then and so did my wife. I told him you just lost a 40 years customer and we will never return. The great food isn't worth VERY POOR SERVICE! IF THEY ARE GOING THIS WAY IM DONE! so people they are not the same .. everything changes and they have too. So good luck and good bye!
I’m so upset, I didn’t think Vince’s would ever do us like this but it has. My son went to have dinner with his grandma & they called me to tell me there was a ROCK in his spaghetti!!! When I asked him how he noticed or found it, he told me that he bit into it while eating his dinner!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. When they were made aware, they tried to say it was a “bone”. You can clearly see it’s a rock. They just confiscated it & my son didn’t get to bring it home. I’ve been coming to Vince’s over 25 years.. never had this happen. I’m just upset at this whole situation & I don’t know what to do.
Went there for dinner and the soup was just pure water then the food tasted like it was canned food. Also, the waitress was sweeping the floors in front of everyone eating while there’s dust going all over the air, never going back there the manager was a bit rude to.
PARTY OF 14,GOT SEATED ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK,WE SAT FOR ABOUT 20-25MINS BEFORE ANYONE CAME TO OUR TABLE,OYR WAITRESS CAME IN A BIT RUDE AND RUSHED,WAITED ANOTGER 15MINS FOR DRINKS,GOT OUR SPAGHETTI AND THE SAUCE WAS SO WATERY,SAUCE DOES NOT STICK TO THE NOODLES JUST PLAIN NOODLES YOUR EATING BASICALLY,OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD..
Full plate of spaghetti with meat sauce tasted, looked, and smelled like watery elementary school spaghetti. Not a fan! Service was top-notch. Friendly and helpful with the menu. Restaurant is totally retro vibe...looks old and dark...when we got there restrooms were out of service...must be everyone with stomach issues from the food...grossed out. Go thing we were close to the hotel as I and my wife had stomach issues too.
My experience was half and half, the food was great our waitress was also great. My issue was when we got there. There was no one to greet us they kept walking past us. When we finally got seated they put us way at the back of the restaurant. I made a joke to my husband wow maybe cause your black and I'm Mexican? We waited at least 5 minutes to pay our bill mind you it wasn't busy. The bus boy didn't acknowledge us or the lady with the curly hair. Will take our business else where, it's a shame cause the food was great....
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid over 25 years deep family history here with my grandparents who have passed now. My husband n I still love it. The last 6 months or so we have noticed a 180 change in quality of food, service, management. Last night was absolutely unreal it made my husband say to me "hun this is truly un acceptable I know we love this restaurant but no we can't do this". It started when we got there we were waiting at least 15 min to even be greeted i had to ask someone to find our waitress. We finally get our drinks n the sprites had no carbonation in it. I got manager ask him for two cokes n the attitude I got from him was unacceptable. Waited waited waited for her to return with order. I watched the phone it was over 30 mins until we got our food. My husband even said its not the cooks in back because other tables thst got here after us got their food no problem. It was her hiding somewhere just playing on her phone. We finally get our food n everything absolutely everything is cold my spaghetti, my meatballs, husband's cheese on his meatball sandwich was so cold this was so angering. At this point it was 40 min wait n we got this? I tried to tell the manager n again nothing but an attitude ftom him. This was the worst treatment we have ever received from any restaurant but certainly from this one .
Firstly I used a timer for everything, I was quoted 25 mins or less wait time for table of 2, waited over 30 mins, then waited over 10 mins for some water, then waited 10+ mins to place order. Got our salads about 15 mins after placing order, and then 20 mins later the rest of our food. We were there well over an hour for some spaghetti LOL. The spaghetti was soggy and over cooked, the meat sauce was bland as hell and watery, and I’m not sure if you could call the bread cheese bread because there literally was no cheese…….unless they gave us the wrong bread……our salads were swimming in dressing and became soggy, as soon as we got our food I asked for containers and the check, not sure why that took so long but I had to ask multiple times for the check because I was VERY over it and our table was dirty . I would rather eat at Olive Garden, service was absolutely terrible .
With all due respect they definitely should not call themselves an Italian restaurant. For this place only practically having one dish on their menu on top of that not even Italian naw I'm good lol! I mean Olive garden we all know they're most definitely not Italian but this place makes Olive garden feel 100% an Italian restaurant thsts pretty bad. Vinces is more for like toddlers when they want spaghetti with meatballs that's a hit right there! Guaranteed your kids will love this place. Service wise too, our server she had horrible attitude I mean there's bad and then there's horrible. The place was really clean and the booths were nice and comfy but that's really about it, think that was the highlight of our night. So yeah if you want microwaveable "Italian bland food" then you'll love this spot lol!
