If you're visiting Valdemoro, Quinito is a must-visit; it's a family-run business with a long history. They serve good home cooking, and I highly recommend their ham croquettes, Russian salad, and Castilian soup.

We went for lunch on a Sunday with a reservation. We ordered several set menus, some main courses only, and a few individual dishes to share, which we specified to the waitress. The food wasn't bad, it tasted good, but the problem was that they brought out the first courses from the set menus first, leaving half the table watching the others eat. Then, with the main courses, they brought out the appetizers we had ordered. Meanwhile, a table that arrived later than us received all their food before we did (it's worth noting that our dishes weren't very elaborate compared to theirs). The breading on the eggplant was soggy, and the artichoke hearts arrived cold and without enough ham for everyone. As for the main courses, they were good, but the pork tenderloin with Pedro Ximénez sauce was too dry. Perhaps some dishes are extremely expensive for the quality they offer.

Expensive and low quality. The aioli in a sachet was expired. The beef burger tasted bad; it smelled like rancid meat and had a strange burnt flavor that was unappetizing. The tuna salad was decent, and the grilled octopus was tasty. Honestly, a place with such a long history should offer fresh, quality products.

I had better memories of this place. The octopus was acceptable, the entrecote was cold, and there were no homemade desserts. The grill was dull. The fries and wines on the bar were in their favor. The abalone was very tasty.

Horrible experience. Never in my life have I seen such bad service and such awful, meager, and tasteless food. I ordered a pepito (a type of Mexican sandwich) with bacon, and apart from the waiter not understanding and getting flustered, they told me they were charging me for the bacon as if it were a montadito (a small open-faced sandwich). In short, a simple pepito, stale and cold bread for 6 euros, and the extra bacon (2 slices) for an additional 3.5 euros. Expensive, bad, outrageously priced, and not worth it for anyone visiting Valdemoro.

After more than 15 years of eating in their dining room, and having celebrated my daughter's and niece's First Communion there, yesterday was the last time we'll ever eat at their restaurant. The quality has dropped significantly. What we'd been noticing for the past couple of years was beyond words yesterday. We've been eating their lamb for years, and we're a family that eats it very often in many restaurants. Until recently, we were happy with Quinito and recommended it. Yesterday, they tried to pull the wool over our eyes. The pieces they put on the platter were meager and not what you'd expect in a restaurant. Maybe it's acceptable for people who aren't used to it, but not for us. It's a shame we have to end a tradition we've had for years, but we'll look for another restaurant in the area that's actually worth it for lamb. Jesús, the owner, disappeared. I would have liked to tell him about it.

Mediocre dishes at a high price. The service leaves much to be desired. One of the four main dishes arrived after everyone had finished eating. The bread is the industrially frozen kind that tells you the dining experience will be unpleasant.
