This place keeps getting worse and worse… the crew with a guy names Andrew … a smaller thin female that wears glasses and a heavyset female white were working. It wasn’t busy at all… I’ve gone to chipotle’s where their lunch or dinner rush is 50 customers and they keep the place CLEAN. This location is garbage… I saw the male drop rice from a bowl and he just grabbed it and shoved it back into the rice heat pan… they kept spilling the meats… toppings and kept making food over the mess or picking up the nasty food outside the pans and throwing it back in. After I watched one of them not change out gloves after cleaning something outside the line and then using same gloves to make food and charge and go back .. we left. If anyone gets sick from 04/12/25 … I have all the videos you need

Don’t dare to eat outside. Well, eat outside if you like the company of mice and 🐀 rats. Tables were pretty dirty inside and outside (well this made the mice 🐁 very happy). Keep an eye on the portions when ordering, they will serve you the least amount of food as possible. Not coming here again even if it means I am starving to death. Good luck if you dare. Bring your rat trap.

The entire store is disgusting. The tables are completely uncleaned, and the cutting boards and utensils are filthy. Even the packaging box was given in a dirty condition. I will never go back.

Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Unbelievably filthy inside. The management needs to hire more competent people. Does anyone know how to wipe a table? Fill napkin holders?

The staff here hate their jobs. There's no other explanation for this disgrace. Even though it wasn't usually busy, I waited 20 minutes in a line of 6-7 people. When it was my turn, they said they didn't have white rice and it would take 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, and they were still telling new customers 10 minutes. Then they brought some white rice from the back, but it was really very little. I waited half an hour for nothing and paid for this terrible service.

You would be hard pressed to find reviews from me that are this harsh. Someone needs to train the 2 guys on the serving line (if they're even redeemable) or rehire people who can render courteous and attentive customer service. They mumbled, spoke to fast, insulting and dismissive. I'll speak for myself, not for the others in our party of 10 (4 orders) who were also insulted. As we enjoyed the delicious food, it was laughable, recounting the debaucle with these inept young men "serving" customers. I've been to other Chipotle locations and had a good experience, but I'm not proficient with "Chipotle jargon". There's a "limited time" carne asada, pictured on the menu. I asked if that was a bowl. He said "no" but do you want a bowl? When I said I want whatever is on that picture, to which he said, "That's just a picture, so you want a bowl?" Their dismissive tone persisted down the line. We decided our experience was reminiscent of being the new kid in junior high. Don't worry guys, we won't be back.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and have chosen not to give a review until now. My recent visit to Chipotle was extremely disappointing, easily deserving a one-star review. From the moment we walked in, the employees seemed unhappy to see us and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. There were only two people in line ahead of us, yet it still took 25 minutes to get our food. The young workers appeared disengaged and uninterested in providing any kind of positive customer experience, which made the slow service even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, they were completely out of forks. Since we had ordered salads, this meant we couldn’t even eat our meals until I went to a neighboring store to get utensils. It’s basic restaurant service to have essential items like utensils available, and the lack of care from the staff made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Overall, this visit was a huge letdown, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Horrible service, nobody cares about the customers or acknowledge them. Three employees working the counter doing everything BUT help customers. 6-8 people in line and nobody does anything. No, we will be with you. No, hello. No, thank you. No, sorry you have been in line forever. Nobody knew what they were doing or even cared Horrible!!!! Will never go back.

I feel so disappointed. The woman working the front today at 920pm-940pm. Was whispering mean things about guests and her coworkers. Instead of asking for help she chose to say we are out of sour cream and steak for the night. I don’t understand where everyone is but she was the only one working hard. I give her that. But she was rude. Treated us like her coworkers which she obviously hates. Just dissatisfied and the line was so long. The stations were messy and they were out of everything yet there was a long line. Just wish management hired better people because this location cares less than any other chipotle I have been to. Hostile work environment, cold food, and repeatedly informed the guest that they were out of sour cream for the night when at the end of my purchase they finally bring it out. Cashier didn’t know what she was doing nor did she care. I understood bad days but everyone here did not care even a little bit. Disappointed and if I could go somewhere else I would have. I know the ladies in front of me wanted more flavor because the salsas were gone. It’s either we chose to have dry food or pay for the queso or guacamole. Just a scam and angers me a lot. The places was a mess and they removed many of the chairs so was forced to eat in my car rather than sit at a clean table.
