Ambiente muy agradable, acogedor y personal. El servicio en el restaurante era atento, amable y orientado al cliente. La calidad de los platos era muy fresca y deliciosa. Muy buen tamaño de las porciones, estaremos encantados de volver. Podemos recomendar la pizza y la lasagna, que es deliciosa.

Wonderful meal for 5. Pleasant surprise this evening had the best food and service Don Salvatore's prob best Italian meal we've had in years. Aurelio was the perfect waiter attentive and responsive with helpful suggestions thank you sir. We started with garlic bread and ham and cheese plate very good Iberian ham as expected. Pizzas were great their diavola is spicier than we are used to, was a welcome change. We saw their pastas as we were leaving will definitely return for that. Thanks guys nice to enjoy lovely food and service with you family on vacation we are so glad we went!

We found this restaurant on Instagram. Many people are raving about how great and amazing the food is. I happen to Love Italian food and cheese (a specific cheese dish caught our attention)! So we decided to go check out this restaurant. I'm not big on salad, however we ordered salad to start off. I was Not Ready for how good the salad was going to be!!! It was so good that I was tempted to ask for another dish of salad! This was my first indication that the main course was going to be incredible! When is was time for the main course, the waiter did some type of ceremonial presentation of our pasta in a cheese 🧀 bowl which left us salivating and ready to dig into our dishes. The rest is History and Love relationship with World Famous Don Salvatore Valencia! Thank you Jonathan and the team for a lovely dinning experience ❤️

Cozy small terrace by the street, and excellent foods! The bread is fresh, warm and really good (usually I don’t like bread). The best stuffed ravioli I’ve ever had (with foie), tasty creamy sauce. Carpaccio melting in the mouth, black truffle add its character. Steak is excellent. Good portion, worth the price.

My girlfriend and I stumbled across this gorgeous restaurant. She had pasta with seafood, I took the seabrass (declared as fresh fish) with baked potatoes and vegetables. Beside that as a starter a foccacia and some olives and cheese as a gift for waiting. The price was not too much, but not cheap (17€ for the fish), but the fish tasted so fresh like they have an aquarium inside where the living fish was took from and straight up thrown into the pan. SUPER DELICIOUS!! Totally worth it, would love to give more than five stars. Service was outragous kind, next time again:)

The pizza was really good and so was the ambiance. They had many items on their menu so there was plenty of choice for pizza, pasta and other dishes.

I found this restaurant walking around the area and i had the best pizza ever. I ordered the Mama Teresa with speak, burrata, rocket and truffle, really delicious! I recommend it 100%

La comida era sin duda asombrosa, se nota la calidad y la experiencia de la cocina en ese aspecto todo perfecto. Al igual que en el ambiente, acogedor, tranquilo y agradable. Pero en cambio vifalta de interes por parte del servicio, o almenos asi fue el dia q fuimos, tal vez no siempre sea asi pero aquel dia la atención pudo ser mejorable.

Pasta top, ingredientes top. La famosa pasta con queso y trufa, estaba de muerte. La de bogavante estaba buena pero llevaba demasiada salsa y el relleno muy compacto, no se notaba el sabor del bogavante (por eso 4⭐️). Huevo con puré de patata, trufa y crema de queso: espectáculo. Pizza quesos, berenjena con parmesano, las ensaladas, los embutidos italianos, todo buenísimo, el prosecco también (pero un poco caro 45€). El tiramisú no te lo pierdas. El servicio atento y rápido, además buena temperatura.

Un excelente restaurante donde disfrutamos de una comida exquisita y un servicio muy bueno y ágil. La pasta especial es simplemente deliciosa, ¡se convirtió en nuestro plato favorito! Es un lugar muy concurrido, por lo que recomendamos ampliamente hacer reserva para asegurar una mesa. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveremos pronto. ¡Gracias por la experiencia!

Thanks to all at Don Salvatore for a delicious lunch! We wandered in here late on a Sunday afternoon as most other places were closed/closing and I'm so glad we did. I had a pizza and my husband had the ravioli, and both were fantastic. The menu is quite long so we thought some stuff might have been made ahead but it was all fresh, light, well made and delicious (not a pre-cooked raviolo in sight)! Seriously, I've eaten a lot of pizza over the years and this one blew me away with just how tasty it was! If we ever come back to Valencia we'll make sure to pop in here for another great meal.

Fuimos a comer con mi madre y fue todo genial y muy rico como siempre. Pero sentamos en la terraza y al lado ha sentado un grupo de los jóvenes y fumaban porros y nadie les dije nada. Todo los camareros los veía y no habido ningún comentario. Nos pareció poco respetuoso, fuimos sin tomar postre y sin café.

Hacía tiempo que pasábamos por el lugar. Casi siempre lleno. Decidimos experimentar. La comida buena, en cantidad razonable, pero nada extraordinario en comparación con restaurantes italianos similares. Los precios un poco altos pero en el límite razonable de acuerdo a la cantidad y calidad. Pedimos copas de vino de la casa, nada extraordinario, poca cantidad y el precio alto. El servicio, aquí es en donde el éxito hace que descuiden la atención. En varias ocasiones pedimos que no atendieran, teníamos que estar cazando a los camareros y no les merecíamos su atención. Mi pareja pidió un tipo de pasta y le trajeron otra. Pidió el cambio y lo hicieron pero con una actitud de molestia, al grado de dejarle el nuevo plato con mala actitud y sin la presentación adecuada, esto a pesar de que fue su error. No estamos invitados a regresar…

En primer lugar decir que la comida es espectacular, buenas cantidades y el sabor inmejorable. Le pongo 3 estrellas por el servicio lamentable que recibimos, teníamos mesa reservada a las 15:30 y nos tocó esperar fuera hasta que por fin a las 15:55 nos hicieron pasar. Mas tarde la atención del camarero dejó un poco que desear ya que se apreciaba desidia por su parte y pocas ganas de trabajar. Por último el espacio entre mesas es muy pequeño y cuesta pasar de una parte a otra de restaurante, por ejemplo al baño.

Service was poor, the waiter was impatient when taking our order (the restaurant appeared very rushed), they never checked throughout the meal/end of the meal that we had enjoyed our food, and whether we required more drinks etc. I verbally gave this feedback to the owner and they apologised that we had not enjoyed our experience and stated “they had been here 30 years”. We won’t be going back.

The prices are too high in my opinion. The salad is casually shaped with lots of mayonnaise tucked under the turkey ham (not turkey breast as stated on the menu). Couldn't eat it. Pasta without parmesan and not al dente. The only good thing was pizza and wine.

Sale más caro pedir una pizza para llevar que si te sientas en una mesa y te lo sirven. Me han cobrado 2 eurazos de suplemento por pedirlo para llevar, supuestamente porque la pizza es más grande, pero es del tamaño de una pizza estándar con la típica caja para llevar. Teniendo en cuenta que las pizzas no son baratas, el suplemento para llevar me ha parecido abusivo. No me volverá a pasar desde luego.

Nice taste, perfect food quality. Very little amounts compared to the price. The style of large dishes with little portions is really an old school one, we go to resturants now to feel full and eat nice food, not to try new taste and leave with empty stomach. Sorry but I have to take out two stars.
