Estuvimos de viaje en Valencia con mi familia y tuvimos la suerte de que Rubén nos atendiera. Desde el primer momento fue súper amable, atento y cercano. Nos explicó todo el menú con detalle, nos recomendó platos que estaban deliciosos y siempre estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda, un servicio de 10 que hizo que nuestra cena fuera aún más especial. ¡Gracias, Rubén, por tu atención y profesionalidad!

La verdad que vinimos después de haberlo visto caminando por la zona y decidimos venir a cenar. El servicio espectacular y la comida súper buena. My wife and i came here initially because this is one of the rare restaurants that will make a vegetarian Fideua. We loved it!!! We also had both of the soup’s on the menu which were also great. The service was also exceptional. As an added bonus, the server Raquel spoke english as if she grew up in the states. I would highly recommend this restaurant and if you are from the states, ask for Raquel.

My friends and I enjoyed an amazing lunch here at La Moma, our server was and absolute gentleman and had the patience of a saint, I'm sad to say I forgot his name (sandreas I believe?) It was a neat place close to the Cathedral (1min walk, not even) just around the corner but it made a world of a difference in how quiet it was. If you want to eat delicious and quiet near the Cathedral i absolutely recommend La Moma

An excellent nice Paella restaurant with a very rich menu. The location is fantastic- close to plaze de la Reina, which is one of the most important touristic locations in Valencia. The service is amazing. I made the reservation 2 days before and the table which was offered by Mr. Andres, was fantastic. Today we went there; 6 people. The service was unbelievable great by Mr. Daniel. Also the waiter who took care of us, Mr. De la Rosa was excellent. The paella was so delicious. I tried the vegetables Paella and it was the best I had in Valencia so far. Big thanks to Mr. Andres, Mr. Daniel and Mr. De la Rosa for such a wonderful experience. And thanks for the management for hiring such professional staff. La Moma restaurant is recommended.

This is a fabulous place. The service is the best. The paella is the best we have tried in all regions of Spain. The interior is beautiful, the laconic and elegant atmosphere inside the restaurant. Estuvimos paseando por el centro de la ciudad , plaza del Ayuntamiento , plaza de la Reina , plaza de la Virgen ... Acabamos en la calle correjería , y allí descubrimos la Moma , por casualidad que daba una mesa de una baja de una reserva , hacía tiempo que quería probar este restaurante . Pedimos de entrantes , unas anchoas y unas croquetas , las croquetas estaban muy buenas , las anchoas también pero no eran de una gran calidad , pequeñas finitas y alguna espina , de sabor bien . De principal nos pedimos un arroz meloso de bogavante , estaba bueno , buena cantidad de arroz y un bogavante , el postre casero y muy bueno . El servicio atento sin agobiar , el ambiente muy agradable .

¡Finalmente una paella realmente buena! El local es muy bonito y está ubicado en pleno centro. El servicio fue excelente y la calidad de la comida nos sorprendió gratamente. Buena relación calidad-precio, sin duda volveremos. Probamos la paella de arroz negro y la de mariscos, ¡y quedamos encantados!

El mozo me atiende tan agradable y me regala un buen recuerdo de mi primer día en Valencia. El sabor de la comida es buenísimo y no voy a olvidarlo. Se vende una porción de la paella.

Very nice atmosphere in a very cozy area around the Cathedral! Overall nice experience, I have tried better Paella in another restaurants, but it was fine. Staff is nice and we were accepted without reservation. We had two extra items on our invoice that we didn’t order, I believe it was a mistake.

They have vegan options as the Vegetable Paella (it can be ordered for a single person). The staff was very friendly, the order was ready reasonably fast, the food tasted really good. The ambient was also ok, great placement in the old town of Valencia. I will go back for more! I wish there were even more vegan options. The price maybe a bit on the higher end. As in many places, i do wish the paella would be a bit bigger portion.

Severely let down by the waiting staff. We had booked a table online for 7.15. To be turned away as they didn't open till 7.30. Instead of perhaps offering a seat outside or by the bar for a pre dinner drink, their loss as we purchased drinks elsewhere. Then when we were allowed in, seated and ordered we were completely ignored by the waitress. My husband on trying to order another drink when the waitress was close by was shood away with her hand. My lobster Paella arrived with lobster cracker but no lobster pick. 3 times I tried to get the attention of the waitress and was totally ignored. I had to shout "excuse me" in a loud voice ( for which I apologise for but we were totally exasperated by then.) It is with regret that I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for the above reasons. It is a lovely restaurant with beautifully presented good food. The waiting staff need to be advised on better customer service .

De verdad, por las referencias que me habían dado, pensé que era mejor. Mi Arroz de marisco algo salado y los mariscos como que estaban de viaje. Muy decepcionado de este plato. Las entradas estaban muy ricas, la atencion excelente, ambiente excelente. Pero deberían de de mejorar la calidad y cantidad de este plato y el de la paella. Parecen raciones para niños. Desde joven uno de mis platos favoritos es el arroz de marisco y asomado de marisco. Como buen hijo de portugués les puedo decir que en Portugal se come mas sustanciado y mejor. Inclusive los españoles en Venezuela que tienen restaurantes lo hacen mucho mejor. Espero mejoren.

Estaba paseando a mi familia en Valencia, y quería que probaran una rica paella, ya que era su primera vez. Terminé aquí, porque se veía bien el lugar, está cerca de la catedral, y la atención me pareció bien. Sin embargo, estuvimos esperando por más de media hora a pesar de ser los primeros clientes (no habían más clientes en este restaurante). Pedimos 2 platos de mariscos y dos de fideuá, y qué decepción tan grande. Pagamos 99€ y no se veían los mariscos a duras penas los 4 camarones grandes, pero adentro del arroz y pasta uno que otro marisco (literal nada) , la pasta parecía se había cocinado demasiado de hecho quedó pegada al caldero, nada jugoso. He comido arroz con mariscos en otros sitios y nada que ver, y menos considerando el costo de la comida. No lo recomiendo y no volvería a ir, toda mi familia y yo quedamos decepcionados e inconformes.

Teníamos grandes expectativas para La Moma en nuestra cena de San Valentín, que era nuestra primera celebración tras comprometernos, pero la experiencia fue muy frustrante. Nuestra reserva era para las 19:45 (creo que eran de las primeras de la noche), pero al llegar esperamos más de 15 minutos en la entrada con otras personas sin que nadie nos atendiera, ni siquiera un saludo. El restaurante tenía apenas tres mesas ocupadas y muchas vacías, así que no entendíamos la demora. Cuando finalmente llegó el encargado (creo que el gerente), nos sentaron en una mesa preparada para tres personas, aunque la mayoría de las mesas para dos estaban vacías y el restaurante tenía muy pocos clientes. Después de pedir amablemente cambiar a una mesa para dos (era San Valentín y, como llegamos temprano, muchas mesas todavía estaban vacías), esperamos otros 10 minutos sin respuesta, sin carta, agua ni saludo. Finalmente, el gerente nos cambió de mesa y nos dio los menús, pero de forma grosera nos informó que debíamos irnos antes de las 22:00. Aunque probablemente no nos hubiéramos quedado hasta esa hora, recibimos los menús casi media hora después de nuestra reserva (cuando el restaurante estaba muy tranquilo). La mala gestión del gerente arruinó lo que debía ser una noche especial planeada con antelación. Decidimos irnos del restaurante por la falta de respeto al cliente.
