The Olive Garden was a lovely experience. Howe er, it was more expensive than I had expected. $70 for two people before the tip. But the foodbwas very good and I did order seafood and a medium sized order of house wine. Very tasty nonetheless.

Amazing staff! Amazing food! It's been years since I have eaten at olive garden so it was nice to go back! Was super excited when I saw the zucchini noodles with grilled chicken dish in the menu! Was beginning to think I was going to have to spoil myself on my diet. But thrilled to have seen it on the menu made my visit back even more enjoyable!

The pasta is delicious, very nice place to eat with the family. The bread sticks with butter were amazing. The service was on point.

The service and the atmosphere was great. The host was able to seat our party of 18 and they didn't get any orders wrong. The parking lot is spacious and the entrance has wheelchair access. I had the chicken scampi.

What can you say, OG is the OG for over 40yrs and still going strong. Fast, easy and consistent... Personally I like the Tour of Italy and remember the days when they had 3 different Tours as samplers of different regions. But the Tour of Italy was the best of the 3. If you like shrimp, ask them to add shrimp to your fettuccine and that's a great upgrade to enjoy in the Tour.

Can never go wrong with Olive Garden. Was a little disappointed to see my pasta did not have as much sauce as it used to. As far as dessert, the Italian doughnuts are THE BEST!

For lunch, I had shrimp scampi sautéed in a garlic sauce, tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and angel hair pasta. It was delicious and paired perfectly with the salad and breadsticks. The staff was great. Our waitress Keona was very attentive. Although she had a large party to look after in another section, she ensured we had everything we needed and continued to check in on us. Even the manager Hector was friendly and also checked on us several times to make sure our dining experience was exceptional. You can definitely tell they train the team to focus on customer service. I will definitely be back. Other restaurants need to check the Olive Garden playbook on how to treat customers when you are short on staff. Although they were full, you never felt ignored or rushed. You can have a fantastic meal but if you recieve poor service you will remember the bad service over the meal. I know many resturant are short on staff but patience and being kind is key. Way to go Olive Garden.

Upon arrival with our party of seven, we were pleasantly surprised by the swift and courteous service provided by the hostess, who promptly seated us at a beautiful round table by the window. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the restaurant's bustling atmosphere, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable, adorned with tasteful decor that added to the overall dining experience. As usual, we indulged in some of our favorite dishes, including the chicken Gnocchi and soup Toscana, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. While the chicken gnocchi could have been slightly heartier, the breadsticks were a delightful addition to our meal, warm, soft, and perfectly seasoned. I personally enjoyed the shrimp appetizer, which had a delightful kick of spice that added depth to the flavors. For my main course, the steak and fettuccine Alfredo pasta did not disappoint, offering a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Overall, our visit to Olive Garden was a resounding success, thanks in large part to the attentive service and delectable cuisine. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit. I don't know why people talk trash about Olive Garden as the McDonald's of Italian food. Is the menu full of culinary genius? No. Is it fine dining? No. But it's delicious!!! Portions vary from quite satisfying to definitely will have leftovers. Food comes out quick and hot. Waitress was very sweet. They have booze. And reasonable prices. Can't think of a more relaxed and satisfying date night spot. Have been twice in 2 weeks.

Out of town so stopped for bday dinner for the kiddo (her choice). They sat us by the bar & kitchen door area so lots of activity passing by. The server seemed like he was bothered to take our order. Once food came his disposition was better. Food was delicious, bread soo hot & fresh, salad was flavorful & crisp. We asked for a bday dessert to go. Doubt we’ll be back but the birthday girl had a great day.

Update on the review below. A manager contacted me yesterday based on their internal customer service line not this review. He was helpful, apologetic , and made the situation right. It was, ultimately, very good customer service. I appreciate that so am amending my review to include this update. Original review: I ordered online for pickup. My food was cold. Not “warm” cold like it cooled off. But cold cold as in cold to the touch. As in prepared and put in the refrigerator. Not a great way to serve spaghetti and meat sauce—two orders. Called to tell them and was placed on hold so that a manager could take the call. I hung up after waiting for a manager for twenty minutes. Contacted them via their website customer service “contact us” link. They claim that every call and email gets returned. Perhaps but it has been three days and no one has contacted me. I was willing to return to OG when it was just cold food but after this—they’ve lost a customer and get a bad review. I want to make clear the bad service was at the Vallejo, Ca location.

The food is tasty and well seasoned, the prices are good and I only don't give it 5 stars because the pasta isn't fresh (homemade).

A comfortable family oriented restaurant, very busy on the weekend evening. Excellent, personal service with our party of 8 even though it took a while to find seating. Food was very good, I am especially fond of (all) their soup selections. Older children, teen friendly service noted, servers were particularly helpful when explaining menu selections.

Absolutely amazing food and kind staff! I went here for my birthday a while ago and would definitely go back. The place has a delightful atmosphere and the prices are decent. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the food took a while to get to my table. However, they had kids menus to keep people occupied. (P.S, I went with my mother, so talking could keep us from getting too bored.)

The food was very good. I was delighted to see that they have some low calorie options on the menu. I had the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. My wife had the ravioli carbonara and liked it very much. I appreciate the bottomless salad bowl and bread sticks. The only drawback was that it was very loud in the dining area because of the noise from other tables.

Stopped in waiting for family at Six flags. Ladies at front welcomed us. We sat at the bar and charged our phones. We had already eaten so we ordered drinks. I ordered a mocktail. Carlos was nice and did his best to accommodate me. He served us our drinks and offered to take our order. He was busy busy as it was around closing time but did not forget to check in with us from time to time. Thank you Carlos and Olive Garden for welcoming us. We had a long drive home and would have been without a phone.

Needed to get a bite on the commute. Found this right off the freeway. We were seated right away. Our server Elijah arrived shortly to take our orders. A few minutes later our drinks and salad arrived. The lettuce was fresh so the salad was good. Soon our entrees arrived. I had the buccatini with spicy meat sauce, my partner had the chicken Alfredo. The buccatini was well cooked. The sauce was just spicy enough. All in all a great experience.

I took my mom here because it’s her favorite restaurant and this particular one in Vallejo is closest to her house. I normally go to the Olive Garden in Hayward, which by the way is incredible. In my opinion the best thing at this place is the staff who were all very attentive, friendly And helpful. The food was underwhelming. One of my favorite soups here is the zuppa Toscana. I tried two bowls and each one was poorly seasoned, the potatoes were raw, and the kale was stringy, perhaps it was a bad soup day. My mother was not excited about her entrée, which was the eggplant Parmesan. Typically our food at Olive Garden is tasty, but this was not one of them. I also ordered tiramisu to take home and when I tried it, it was not good, I tossed it. I’m guessing this was an off day for Olive Garden but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

It's olive garden, nothing special anymore unfortunately, food used to be great for a while but whenever I go now the food is oily and shockingly high in calories, even the salads somehow. The bread sticks took a dive too, they taste like salt and that's about it.

We haven't been here in years so we figured we would take the kids to try it. We should have asked if the salad came with dressing but we didn't so the salad wasn't too likeable because it came with Italian dressing and onions so my daughter and I didn't like it. They gave me some the wrong soup but we don't like to complain and send things back so he tried it , and wasn't a fan. We ordered 4 entries and my daughter's plate came out about 15 minutes before ours . So that wasn't too impressive. The hostesses were rude as we walked in but I won't get into detail about that . Was busy and we got seated right away so that was nice but we had a very small table lol . Minimum of $20 a plate .

My server was great and very polite but the steak I ordered medium was dry and over cooked as were the breadsticks and the condensation on a glass ended up causing it to slip off the table and break since it had no coaster and one of the other workers had the nerve to loudly exclaim "what did you do?" I ordered delivery. Paid $10 for a side salad with 2 olives and the rest lettuce. I asked for the breadsticks that come with my order and they didn’t give them. Order spaghetti and sauce for my daughter and you gave me plain noodles. Horrible horrible

Customer service was great, my takeout food not so much. Salad was soggy, and my spaghetti with meatballs was dry. Hope they step there game up

For the first time, we had a terrible experience at Olive Garden. We’ve loved this location since it opened in Vallejo, but this visit was very disappointing. The digital ordering system caused delays, our server was unpleasant, and all orders were behind. When a mistake was made, canceling or correcting the order was difficult. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Ordered the sirloin steak, it took 49 minutes to arrive allegedly due to only having two cooks present. From the first cut the steak was unmistakably old and left in the freezer too long - the fibers have already deteriorated to the point that every bite was grainy, mushy, uneven and generally unpleasant. The only saving grace was the apologetic staff trying to at least make the wait bearable, but no amount of smiles and extra breadsticks could outweigh those six ounces of disappointment.

Had to send two of our meals back. And then they ended up trying to give us another tables food. Expensive Denny's.

The service was great. But this restaurant is in a crime area. During dinner my car window was broken and things were stolen from the car. I was parked right by the back kitchen door, where employees were coming in and out. Yet no one reported the vandalism. When I described the incident to the manager, he said no employee owned the van parked next to my car I described, that his employee was standing next to. When I described the glasses that dropped out of the thief's pocket and were found on my car floor, he said none of his employees wore that brand of glasses (how does he know?!). No recording cameras, no police response, no employee concern or vigilance. This turned out to be a costly dinner experience.

Will not go back.... rotten garnish on my beverage glass, staff seemed inexperienced, confusion with seating - just an overall less than stellar experience.

The quality of food has declined over the years, soup is watered down. Not going back

We came to eat all as a family but were disappointed. The food lost its taste and ended up being nasty. Ended up paying just to get sick , with are sick with food poisoning , end up in the hospital 🤢🤮Used to be a favorite now it just feels like a waste of money. Meats and chicken are not cooked anymore this place should be closed down for good

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Curbside Experience Ever I will never order from this Olive Garden again. I placed a To-Go curbside order, paid online, got my receipt, and the full $14.74 was taken from my account. When I arrived to pick up my food, they claimed I only paid $0.09 on their end. I showed them my receipt and proof from my bank, yet they still refused to give me my order. I even called my bank while standing there, and they confirmed the $14.74 was taken out on their end too, no $0.09 transaction exists. Yet Olive Garden still wouldn’t give me my food and said they could only refund me $0.09. Now I’m left hungry, out of $14.74, 30 minutes of my time wasted, and with the added headache of disputing the charge with my bank. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Came to this location yesterday which was Valentine’s Day. You’d think of all days, the service would be acceptable. Our food was cold, the waitress didn’t seem to have it together (didn’t check in with us until we asked for the ticket), took way too long to get our COLD food after already having to wait an 45 min+ for a seat, idk who the cooks are in the back but they need entirely new cooks and waiters/waitresses…Service and food was unbelievably slow and a absurd… never returning to this location again.

This restaurant is usually one of my favorites, but this specific location has the worst service I have ever experienced. Our waiter had an extremely poor attitude from the beginning. We were never served our soup, salad, or breadsticks. Our food arrived, we started eating, and those items never came until I had to personally go complain to the manager. On top of that, I ordered a drink and was brought something completely different. When we were leaving, the waiter didn’t even bother to ask if we needed anything—no follow-up, no apology, nothing. The service was unacceptable and unprofessional. There were multiple issues throughout the visit, and it completely ruined the experience. This location may look nice, but the service is terrible. I have no desire to return.
