Delicious Hawaiian comfort food! The BBQ chicken and short ribs are always perfectly cooked, portions are generous, and the staff makes you feel welcome every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots for dinner.
2025/03/17 Update: I tried their limited time special, the Lava Shrimp plate, I ordered it without salad and extra rice. As implied by it’s name, it’s hot, but the heat was not immediate, it took a while for the heat to hit me, at first it was hot enough to give it flavor but after a while, my mouth heated up! It came with about 12 shrimps. It was good. I’m glad I ordered a large soda tho😜 —————————- This was the First time I ate at this location , been meaning to stop by for a while now, if I finally got a chance to eat here. The store is in the back of a shopping mall with plenty of parking spaces, it’s right besides Wendy’s (south of it). I say this as it is easy to miss. The place is big and clean, the service is friendly and professional. The food is pretty much the same delicious Hawaiian bbq food Ono serves I would recommend this place.
My wife took her mom here while I was dropping off her car across the street at Costco for a tire change. When we first arrived here, they were not busy so we were able to order. We went with the grill chicken breast plate. The order took a while to be made since they are making it fresh so my wife went outside to sit since they were cold inside. I went to use the restroom and it requires a key to get in. After I got out and returned the keys, the food was ready. My wife and her mom really like the chicken breast and macaroni that came with it. The employees were polite when I asked for a side plate and asked if I needed anything else.
Staff member was very distracted by other things. I had to repeat my order 3 times. "#45 to go" it should be pretty simple. With that being said yes I'll be back. Great food, a very unique flavor. I recommend them.
I ordered the chicken bowl at this location during lunch, although I wasnt expecting much, yet when I opened, you get a variety of chicken on this plate, fired chicken, grilled chicken and brown meat chicken. Followed the side of macaroni salad, rice and veggies too. Not a bad meal for its price.
Food is delicious. Went on back to back days because I was so impressed. Definitely get the bbq beef

Like most fast food, you never want to eat there, but there's nothing wrong. It's clean and comfortable enough. But, the food is Great, when you order something you like. I especially love the short ribs, rice, and green salad, with the yummy edamame; and I'm Not usually a fan of raw vegetables.
It was my first time to eat here and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable and tasty the food was. I had a combo plate and it had a more than sufficient amount of chicken and beef, a large serving of vegetables(I opted for vegetables instead of macaroni salad) on a bed of cabbage. I was happy at the end of a meal. Good value for the money.

Located in the same plaza as LA FITNESS. This is THEEE perfect place to go after a workout if you're starving!!! The amount of food they give you is ridiculously good! They definitely know what seasoning is too!!! They don't skimp on the goodness AT ALL!!! Only thing I don't like about this place is that it's right next to the plaza trash and they had quite a bit of flies in the open kitchen/restaurant.

I bought the plate with ribs rice veggies and macaroni with a large drink. Honestly I didn't think the meat was cooked thoroughly and the texture of the meat I had a very weird consistency almost as if it was like chewing on a piece of gum. Also after spending close to 30 dollars on a combo of food the least they could have done was give me a complimentary to-go bag instead of charging me for a to-go after wanting to take my food home. On a positive note The customer service was good and the food didn't take longer than 8 to 10 minutes to be ready and the store was very nice and clean

Usually pushing is 10 minutes, but 30 is ridiculous… the staff (not the cooks) were just standing by the sink and talking rather than helping the line of people who were trying to order. This location is stingy with the amount of beef they put in the Hawaiian BBQ beef plate. I counted literally 5 pieces of beef and 90% of the plate was cabbage and rice. A few months ago I would get double or triple the portion of meat now they seem to be reducing the portions for the same price.

Clean and air conditioned place . Restrooms require a key . The food is tolerable and they have sauces available near the soda station. The staff seems exhausted and not great service .
Chicken breast that should be nice and juicy on the site, was rubbery and chewy, I eat here minimum of 6 times a month because its close to my work, until they fix this issue stay away.

Usually really enjoy this place, but got a chicken plate and they gave me 3 thin slices of chicken (almost like jerky). Feel ripped off. I will not be going back any time soon.
This was my first time purchasing food from this restaurant. To be honest, the food lacks flavor. The ribs taste bland, the beef doesn’t taste well seasoned. The only thing that was ok was the bbq chicken. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again.

Never coming back. Charging 10 cents for a bag for leftovers after dining in is crazy. Chicken katsu just full of fat and breading
