Had an amazing last night dinner in Venice with my wife. The carbonara was the best I have ever had and being able to watch them make it was a nice touch. The Caprese pasta was also delicious. To finish i had my first ever tiramisu which again is created at your table. Fantastic service from the staff, very friendly and such a cosy and vibrant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend on a trip to Venice.

This is a unique dining spot for delicious Caesar salad and pasta carbonara. The salad was made table side and the ingredients were explained. The carbonara was prepared using a large cheese wheel parmigiana and homemade pasta. Everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The Hugo cocktail was refreshing.

We have been to sorrento, Naples, Florence, Venice. And soon to be going to Rome. This by far is one of my favorite pasta places we have tried. The flavor & quality was superb. The drinks were tremendous & the staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to any traveler. If this type of place was back home in the states, I would frequent here regularly.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere. We were looking for somewhere with pasta done in a wheel of cheese (husband's request for Italy trip lol). This little place was 3 min via walk from our hotel so decided to try it out. The cheese wheel pasta show for the carbonara was amazing. The tiple and double size spritz reasonable price. And the tiramisu was made on the table. Argued with my husband that I won for most ridiculous thing ordered, his counter was his food involved fire. But the staff were super friendly, service not too fast but also not too slow. Drinks amazing, and so is the pasta

Walked in this place without reservation. I have been wanted to try pasta prepared on a cheese wheel so we went straight for that. Seasonings were on point. Reasonable portions. Except the carbonara pasta did get cooled down a bit after stirring in the cheese wheel. The place has very nice deco and a laid back vibe. The staff was polite, friendly and cultural-sensitive. He greeted us in Cantonese instead of Mandarin, which was impressive.

We went based off the reviews we saw online, and it was definitely worth it! Of course we had to try the bacon carbonara served in the cheese wheel - 10/10! They prepare it at the table, talk you through the whole process, and it’s a very generous portion. Ended the dinner with some fresh espresso to wake us back up! Would highly recommend, just keep in mind it’s roughly 25-30€ per person

An amazing experience. The stuff is so friendly and our dinner from the Caesar's Salad to Pasta (carbonara in cheese wheel) and Tiramisu were prepared in front of our eyes. Highly recommended You must try the salad and the carbonara!

Dal Moro’s in Venice absolutely exceeded my expectations! The carbonara prepared in a cheese wheel was hands down the best I’ve had anywhere in Italy — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad was made table side, adding a fun and personal touch to the meal. The Bolognese was incredible — perfectly cooked pasta with a deep, savory sauce that tasted authentically homemade. To top it all off, the tiramisu was also prepared right in front of us and was the perfect sweet finish. Every dish was not only delicious but also presented with care and flair. A must-visit spot in Venice for anyone who loves authentic Italian food with a bit of showmanship!

After hearing about Dal Moro's takeaway pasta before our visit to Venice, we decided to try a sit down meal at the restaurant instead. We heard that it was small (which is true) and we expected to queue for a table so we arrived for late lunch at around 4pm. When we arrived, we got a table straight away and most were empty. The staff were very friendly, and the service was very quick - our food came only a few minutes after ordering. We ordered one Bolognese and one Carbonara, both of which were delicious. We will definitely come back for more!

The food and the experience was really great! I would totally recommend dropping by if you want a yummy, well made, yet good quality plate of food! We took the carbonara cheese wheel and a tiramisu! Light and flavorful, both with a bit of a show to go along with both of the dishes! Service was delightful, both Francesco and Gio were lovely servers!

Great atmosphere and service. I ordered the pescatora which was delicious! Hubby ordered the carbonara which we found a bit on the blander side. Pasta was cooked perfectly though. Tiramisu, although expensive, was a great ending experience to our dinner. It was delicious - light and not too sweet. Overall, recommend this place!

Unique and fun experience! Loved this place! The staff were engaging and helpful. Highly recommend the cheese bowls (get your video rolling) and Caesar salad made table side. And the Hugo spritz double size was a great choice!

We went there on our first night in Venice. It was more than amazing. It was phenomenal. First of all - the stuff is the best stuff I have ever had in a restaurant. Francesco specifically made the night special. He really loves what he's doing! He spoke all different languages with us and he made the best tartar. He also helped choosing the wine for a person like me who doesn't understand wine. I had the best pasta ever. I highly recommend to visit this place.

Fresh Pasta Worth the Hype—But Room to Improve Dal Moro’s delivers on its promise of fresh, flavorful pasta to go. The food preparation was excellent—sauces were rich, pasta perfectly cooked, and the freshness was unmistakable. It’s clear why this spot has become a must-visit for pasta lovers in Venice. That said, the overall experience could be smoother. The space is very small, and the menu isn’t visible until you’re practically at the counter. With a long line behind us, we felt rushed to choose, and probably would’ve picked differently if we’d had more time. A more visible or posted menu—especially with translations—would help guests make better decisions without pressure. Also, since this is a takeout-only spot, they recommend eating the pasta immediately. That’s fair, but it’s surprisingly hard to find a garbage bin nearby in Venice. Given the disposable packaging, it would be helpful if Dal Moro’s provided a bin in the vicinity and took responsibility for keeping the area clean. Still worth a visit for the pasta alone—just come prepared and maybe scout the menu ahead of time.

Siamo entrati con rispetto e intenzioni serie, ma siamo stati trattati con una superficialità e una mancanza di attenzione che ci hanno colpiti negativamente. Siamo stati spostati da un locale all’altro, senza che nessuno sapesse cosa dirci o si prendesse il minimo impegno per accoglierci. Alla fine ci hanno indicato di parlare con te, e onestamente ci aspettavamo un atteggiamento diverso, più professionale e aperto. Invece ci siamo trovati davanti a un approccio freddo, distaccato e a tratti scontroso, che ci ha lasciati senza parole. Ti dico sinceramente, e con il massimo rispetto: in ambito lavorativo, soprattutto in una trattativa potenziale come questa, ci si aspetta educazione, ascolto e disponibilità — cose che purtroppo non abbiamo visto. Questa esperienza ci ha convinti a non proseguire in alcun modo, e anzi, ci ha lasciati con una forte impressione negativa, che sicuramente racconteremo anche ad altri colleghi del settore. Un’occasione mancata, da parte tua. Ti auguro comunque il meglio per il futuro.
