The place looks like an authentic American road house, with the wooden floor boards, walls and an overall design that looks truly American. The food was delicious, the pulled rib burger made me want more while also being too full to take another bite of anything, the fries were amazing, and the sauce was delicious. The service was also great, the waiter was very quick with the food, very friendly and informative. Over all a great place to come and eat with your family/friends if you are looking for something that isn't pizza or pasta yet Is still delicious.

The restaurant is inside the shoping mall. It offers good options at menu, include less fat ones. The staffs are friendly and fast. It's excellent option if you stay near from that commercial center.

I recently visited the restaurant.I recommend going up to the second floor and i enjoying the view.. . This place was peaceful. One staff managed the entire 2nd floors efficiently. It was not too crowded due to office hours. however i loved food and staff behaviour.😊

Dined here twice on our 3 night stay in Venice. First for dinner, then back again another day for lunch. I enjoyed the Picanha Steak so much I had it both times, Hubby had the Grand Canyon Mix and the Rib Eye Steak. Welcoming and friendly staff, making sure we were always ok and happy with the meals. Wide variety on the menu (we could of ordered more, they all seemed delicious) and very reasonable prices!! Would highly recommend this place when visiting Venice! Especially when you need a break from Italian foods!

Our first night in Venice and we decided to check this American themed restaurant out because it sounded funny, and I think we both needed a break from Italian food. We had a good laugh at the food descriptions, from “hot corn triangles” to the “cow burger” and then there were the pancakes as a dessert option but, plot twist: everything was delicious. In fact, they’d give most American burger joints a run for their money.

I was tired of Italian food.. the fries and chicken wings and all their appetizers were way better than america to be honest. The burgers were okay, felt like it wasn't as good compared to burgers in the states. Also tried the venetian spritz, not my cup of tea but worth a try since it was created in Venice. My wife got a free drink for international women's day as well! The wait wasn't long and the service was great. It also has a very interesting interior, questionable but I appreciate the effort.

Nice restaurant. The menu is very extensive with a lot of options so it's ideal for a group of people or a family that wants to eat different things. The food is good and the waiters took our orders and served it very quickly! The whole decor of the place is themed to resemble a tavern from the Wild West, nice for a change in scenery. Prices are higher than in other restaurants of the same chain but it makes sense for Venice.

Old Wild West... con vista Gondole! Un'esperienza UNICA a Venezia! 🛶🍔 Non avrei mai pensato di trovare un Old Wild West in una location così spettacolare! Questo locale a Venezia si distingue per la sua posizione assolutamente eccezionale: si affaccia direttamente su un pittoresco canale, e dalle finestre e dalla terrazza esterna si possono ammirare i palazzi storici veneziani e le barche che passano. La vista è da cinque stelle! Cosa mi è piaciuto: Location Incredibile: La possibilità di mangiare un buon hamburger godendosi lo spettacolo di Venezia è impagabile. Atmosfera Interna: Nonostante sia in una città storica, l'interno mantiene fedelmente lo stile saloon caratteristico di Old Wild West, con molti dettagli in legno e un ambiente accogliente. Ho apprezzato le scale e il bancone del bar. Qualità del Cibo: Ho provato l'Chianina Burger Royal, la Tagliata MacKenzie e i classici antipasti come le Mozzarella Sticks (come da scontrino). Tutto buono e in linea con gli standard della catena. Servizio: Servizio rapido e cortese, anche se il locale è grande (si vede che si sviluppa su più livelli). È la sosta ideale per chi cerca un pasto sfizioso, ma non vuole rinunciare a un pezzetto della magia veneziana. Consiglio vivamente di chiedere un tavolo vicino alla finestra! Consiglio: Se il tempo lo permette, provate a sedervi in terrazza per un'esperienza ancora più memorabile!

Trovare un old Wilson west a Venezia e trovare il posto per cena è stata una fortuna. All’apparenza da fuori sembra piccolo ma è su più piani e terrazza, molto grande e con tantissimi posti. Il personale è cortese e molto gentile il cibo è standard come tutti i ristoranti della catena ma si mangia bene e la varietà è molto varia. Consigliato

Sono venuta a mangiare qui da sola a pranzo. Appena entrata mi sono sentita confusa perché era pieno di uomini sulla cinquantina e pensavo di essere entrata in un bar haha (al piano terra c'è la cassa e il bar, c'è anche un piano di sopra) Il cibo era buono e il tempo di attesa quasi nullo (era un martedì pomeriggio) Il servizio era ottimo, la qualità prezzo ci stava. Penso tornerò.

Un posto interessante. Consiglio a chi vuole mangiare "pesante". Ci sono varie scelte di piatti americani. La salsa del antipasto spicy wings era buona. A proposito mi sembra che manca un po' di personale in sala per il servizio.

Classico Old Wild West, hamburger, patatine e piatti molto buoni. Unico neo il servizio poco attento (passa più tempo prima che vengano a prendere l'ordinazione confronto a quanto ce ne mettono i piatti ad arrivare). Consiglio comunque sempre di prenotare.

Sono stata qui qualche giorno fa, forse i piatti erano un po freddi al momento dell’ arrivo, però per il resto molto tranquillo e carino come posto a venezia. I panini erano comunque buoni.

We were a company of 4. We just walked in because it wasn't a busy hour. It is an american style burger house. We had burgers and a variety of meat selections. The food was decent and the service too! The quantities were satisfying and the prices very fair. It was recommended to us by a local if we wanted a restaurant with burgers and meat.

I brought my group here because we thought it would be fun to take a break from the amazing Italian food of Venice. I was in the mood for a burger, I asked the server why the Alabama burger has vegan cheese and vegan mayo on it and yet is somehow not vegan. She said the burger is not vegan, so I had the vegan crunchy wrap and it was good.

Locale in Strada Nuova, a San Felice accanto alla coop. Suddiviso su due piani con un ampio terrazzo, dove sedersi per mangiare se tempo permette. Arredamento molto bello, tipico da old wild west. Quest'ultima volta abbiamo deciso di prendere d'asporto, ordinato il toro seduto doppio, a 14 euro. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo aspettato un po di minuti prima che arrivasse qualcuno a servirci. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito è statonmolto cordiale. Una volta arrivati a casa, a 5 minuti dal locale, l'hamburger era ancora caldo ma le patatine erano già fredde. Presumo che erano quelle avanzate. Oltretutto hanno cambiato le patatine, non sono più quelle large con la buccia . Adesso adoperano quelli sottili soliti che trovi dal kebabbaro.

Come tutti gli altri locali Old Wild West, si mangia bene senza gridare al capolavoro, di sicuro molto meglio di un Mc Donald's. I locali in stile western sono molto carini, qui c'è però anche una bella terrazza panoramica con i tavoli. Peccato per la presenza di troppi bambini rumorosi e maleducati che hanno rovinato la serata e il mio giudizio.

Il posto mi e' piaciuto, il personale che vi lavora si dà da fare e gli darei anche un dieci soprattutto quando debbono riparare i danni della cucina a cui darei un due per aver commesso due sbagli con lo stesso piatto allo stesso cliente.

Wanted something other than pasta for a change. Waited just under 5 minutes to be seated. Atmosphere was great, themed brilliantly, however ordered and waited 15 mins for our drinks alone which tasted flat and flavourless. Salmon was okay but for the price the quality is questionable. My partner ordered steak and his whole plate was swimming in olive oil . Food was a bit dissapointing. Staff seemed to have a careless attitude. Don't know if I'd return again which is unfortunate.

Not bad for a chain restaurant, french fries were served a little cold but our nachos and mix fried appetisers were good--except for the green balls, I'm not sure what a green ball is and I'm not sure I want to find out. If you are looking for a vaguely American experience in Venice for some bizarre reason, it's okay.

Mi spiace mettere solo due stelle perché lo staff è preparato e gentile. Il posto è pulito e centrale. Però ho atteso molto tempo per pranzare e questo per ricevere una tagliata di filetto che era poca (4 fettine) e stracotta. Doveva essere su un letto di rucola, mentre di insalata c’erano due foglie accartocciate sotto la bistecca bruciacchiata. In compenso molte patate, che costano poco e riempiono tanto. Tornerò se miglioreranno

Food was very bland and overpriced for what it was, the chicken had harly any meat and a lot of batter, the burger was dripping in oil and our chips were really salty. The service was slow, but there was only 1 employee working and he had to keep running up and down the stairs to get the food. We walked in and he was on his phone, which I understand as there was no one else there to serve, but he wasn't very warm or attentive either.

I had a bad experience in yesterday's, only one waiter,i waiting long time ⏲️ until she takes the order while no customers there. Even there is some customers left 🙄 😒 I ordered ribs which is so bad 👎🏼 My wife ordered beef burger 🍔 and she didn't leave it.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza da Old Wild West è stata decisamente negativa. L’accoglienza è stata pessima: mentre aspettavamo il nostro turno, abbiamo visto il personale far passare avanti persone arrivate dopo di noi, giustificandosi con presunte prenotazioni. Tuttavia, questa spiegazione non regge, perché all’ingresso non veniva chiesto alcun nome di prenotazione, quindi è apparso evidente che fosse solo una scusa. L’ambiente è fortunatamente giovanile, ma purtroppo per nulla funzionale. Si percepisce chiaramente la mancanza di una figura solida e responsabile che sappia gestire e coordinare il personale: i ragazzi sembravano fare un po’ quello che volevano, senza controllo né organizzazione. Come se non bastasse, alle 22:20 siamo stati praticamente mandati via, mentre il personale parlava ad alta voce tra di loro dicendo che bisognava chiudere, un atteggiamento poco professionale e assolutamente irrispettoso verso i clienti. In conclusione, un’esperienza che ci ha lasciato molto insoddisfatti, soprattutto per la scarsa professionalità e organizzazione. Non torneremo.

Dreadful. Avoid. Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. The waitress got our order wrong which we forgave. Fries were lukewarm. Minimal material on the nachos. To top it off, they attempted to incorrectly up-charge us when paying the bill and added a 2.50 Euro service charge per person which is in the very small print on the menu when we questioned it. 10 extra euros for crap service and mediocre food. Walk down the street for two minutes to McDonald's for a more authentic American experience.
