Abbiamo cenato con prenotazione "thefork", antipasto di pesce molto buono, tagliata di manzo cotta alla perfezione e tenera, zuppa di pesce ottima, porzioni abbondanti, servizio accogliente e personale simpatico, prezzi adeguati considerata l'abbondanza delle porzioni e il fatto di essere in centro a Venezia! Scelta di vini molto ampia.

We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. The food was of outstanding quality and absolutely delicious, and the restaurant’s location is simply perfect. We visited several restaurants in Venice over two days, but this one truly stood out for having the best food and the most pleasant, attentive service. Food and service was fantastic one if the hidden gems of Venice. They have a two course tourist menu as well as a normal menu. We ordered from the 2 fish menus which were 18.90 euro. More than enough food and got free bread with both best of all no cover charge or service charge which is usually a % of your bill

I came across this restaurant while I was walking around like any other tourist. I was greeted by one of the friendly staff Dave and we were invited to try their happy hour. At that time, my sister and I just ate so we went back the next day and had lunch there. Something about how they were chatting with people that stood out right away, not pushy just genuinely friendly. The restaurant location is adorable; it’s in a small quaint corner in one of the charming streets of Venice. The staff is welcoming and has a sense of togetherness amongst them. I ordered the featured fish and was asked if I wanted it grilled or baked; I chose grilled. It was delicious, fresh, light & citrusy and every bite just melts in your mouth. I paired it with one of their Limoncello drinks and it was quite refreshing. They also started us with fresh warm bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We shared the pesto penne and it’s simple yet flavourful. Paired really well with red wine. We finished our meal with tiramisu; the first bite was so divine that i completely forgot to take a photo that I just devoured it. We even received a complimentary sweet shot; I’m sorry forgot what it was called. Our overall experience was just so wonderful, I wished we had more time to go back. Cheers to the team who worked so well together, and very thankful to Dave who took care of us, felt like we’ve known him forever. Keep up the great work! Recommending this place to all our friends travelling to Venice and hopefully will be able to go back someday.

Super friendly and quick service ! The food was a substantial portion, I had the salmon tagliatelle. It was really delicious and filling. Dave was a super sweet waiter ! He was friendly and quick and made sure to check up on us often The outdoor seating is really freshing with the fans blowing cool air your way. I recommend this restaurant as the prices are quite reasonable and the food is delicious !

I found this restaurant through TheFork app and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent—the staff Hassan was welcoming and attentive, which made us feel right at home. We decided to dine in after a friendly chat with one of the staff members, and later, he even surprised us with a free tiramisu! The set meal was a great deal, including a main pasta, a seafood platter, and a salad—all for a very reasonable price. The flavors were delicious, and the squid ink pasta stood out as a highlight. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making it a satisfying meal overall. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service!

We had tomato and mozzarella salad and garlic bread for starter, lasagne and cuttlefish ink spaghetti for main courses, and a decent bottle of Valpolicella wine. Really good food, lovely atmospher…

Buon ristorante, turistico ma molto buono. Avevo letto un po' di recensioni prima di andarci e devo dire che nonostante il posto e l'impostazione dei menù turistici la qualità del cibo è buona. Abbiamo preso due menù diversi, ma entrambi a base di pesce, i primo sono porzioni molto abbondanti, come si vede anche in foto, il secondo è un po' scarno. Mi aspettavo un po' più di pesce nella frittura e nella grigliata. Ho apprezzato tanto il personale super gentile e disponibile. Tant'è che abbiamo chiesto al cameriere se al posto delle due insalate ci portasse delle patatine e il cameriere che ci ha servito e stato ben lieto e disponibile di ovviare e sostituire la nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio

Ottimo ristorante nel centro di Venezia. Servizio preciso e rapido con personale professionale e simpatico. Menù vario. I dolci davvero ottimi.

In rapporto al prezzo pagato la qualità è buona. Un po' lento il servizio. Cordiali e sorridenti anche a tarda sera.

Best gnocchis ever. First: 4 formaggi. Second: pomodoro! Everything we had was incredible. Very varied menu. Staff tries to be friendly but doesn’t respect personal space and personal stuff. Which made us (2girls) felt uncomfortable. The guy behaved differently with the rest of the diners.

Had the set lunch first time I went. Seafood pasta, salad and fried calamari for 18 euros. Not bad. Second time had the ink pasta, it was ok. Though the service was not as good as the first time. I sat outside both times and they had heater on since it was chilly. Would recommend for the set lunch.

Posto troppo caro per la scarsa qualità. Cozze andate a male, grigliata invece buona a parte la braciola di maiale che era immangiabile e l'abbiamo lasciata nel piatto. Non è possibile pagare 150 € con questa scarsa qualità, per fortuna abbiamo prenotato con the fork e avevamo lo sconto del 50%. Location molto carina e personale gentile. Sicuramente non lo consiglio per il cibo.

Osteria in pieno centro a Venezia, calata in una atmosfera molto piacevole. Peccato non saperla sfruttare. Ambiente molto vecchio e freddo, bagni ghiacciati e con le porte rotte. Il servizio non è stato dei migliori. Abbiamo prenotato per due e pur avendoci accolti in anticipo, ci hanno riservato una tavolata da 8 persone (eravamo solo in due). Il cameriere è stato molto cordiale ma non parlava italiano e per la maggior parte del servizio si è espresso in inglese. La qualità del cibo non ci ha soddisfatti. L'antipasto di cozze purtroppo non era abbondante, la frittura, nonostante le giuste proporzioni e i calamari abbastanza buoni, conteneva pesce di sicuro non fresco. Stessa impressione abbiamo avuto dalla grigliata di pesce, assolutamente congelato, come dimostrato dal sapore vagamente amaro e che ci ha impedito di terminare il piatto, per di più "abbellito" da una insalata confezionata e non più buona.

Di osteria n 1 non ha proprio nulla. Purtroppo sono molto critico,ma lascio due solo per la gentilezza dei camerieri. - Due risotti con i frutti di mare 17,50/l’uno prezzo ci potrebbe stare se avessi mangiato un bel risotto ricco e di buon gusto. Capisco essere a Venezia e capisco il periodo. Comunque risotto con gamberi, cozze e calamari tutto pesce decongelato di bassa qualità ( se parlo di bassa qualità e perché lavorando in pescheria me ne intenda), riso amalgamato con la panna. Forse l’unica cosa fresca era il prezzemolo - come secondo frittura mista di pesce €17,50 . Metà fredda metà calda . E anche qui il pesce era come il precedente. Si sentiva solo il sapore dell olio fritto. Mi sono alzato appesantito come se avessi un masso sullo stomaco ( non perché avessi mangiato tanto anche perché il riso era una porzione piccola e della frittura ne ho mangiato meno della metà lasciandola nel piatto) Non sono uno che mette recensioni negative ma quando ci vuole ci vuole... Oltretutto appena ci siamo seduti ho nato due tavoli andarsene mentre aspettavano i loro piatti Mi dispiace ma nn ci tornerei proprio

Pessima esperienza in questo ristorante trovato con The Fork a Venezia. Il ristorante estremamente turistico, presenta dei prezzi folli. Essendo con The Fork viene tutto raddoppiato e poi scontato della metà. Ma questo ormai è prassi comune. Primo di mare surgelato, abbondante ma di scarsa qualità, le cozze puzzavano e l'astice era molliccio, congelato. Secondi basici come il fegato alle veneziana (che però salvo perché questo era buono) anche lui a prezzi folli. Calici di vino a 9,90 la bottiglia 40 e non parliamo di vino di pregio, bottiglia di acqua da 1 litro a 7 euro. Ma il peggio è al momento del conto, quando ti applicano insieme al 50% di sconto (che riporta ai prezzi di una cena normale) anche il coperto da 3,50 e fin qui lo tolleriamo, anche il 12% sul servizio. In pratica 17 euro solo per sedersi e mangiare male. Soprattutto per la qualità scadente. E al nostro sgomento ci è stato mostrato un trafiletto scritto con carattere minuscolo a corpo 8 sul menù dell' ultima pagina quella per intenderci degli amari, così in piccolo, e così nascosto tipo bugiardino dei medicinali con riportato il costo extra del servizio. Come dire noi siamo a posto lo abbiamo scritto, sei tu che non avevi la lente di ingrandimento per vederlo. Ho girato tutto il mondo, conosco Venezia a menadito, ho mangiato più io nei ristoranti in giro per il mondo, di uno chef di professione, ma mai dico mai, mi sono sentita presa in giro così. Da starne alla larga.

Devo mettere una stella per scrivere la recensione, altrimenti questo locale si meriterebbe un - 5, se ci fossero dei punteggi sotto lo zero! Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non sono solita scrivere recensioni, tanto meno negative, ma stamattina è la prima cosa che faccio dopo aver passato una notte bruttissima per intossicazione alimentare! Ieri sera avevo preso presso questa pseudo osteria veneziana solamente un primo e una bottiglia d’acqua, già aveva un sapore che non mi convinceva, molto probabilmente il pesce era avariato, poiché appena arrivata in hotel ho dovuto ricorrere alla guardia medica per quanto sono stata male. Sconsigliatissimo… anzi, farò in modo che vengano effettuati i dovuti controlli dalle autorità preposte per il bene pubblico! Non si può guadagnare avvelenando i clienti, che ovviamente saranno sempre meno! Per svolgere questo tipo di attività occorre avere passione e molto rispetto per il prossimo! Al cameriere che mi ha aveva assicurato che il pesce era fresco auguro di trascorrere una nottata come l’ho appena trascorso io per capire come ci sente!!!

Ristorante discreto con piatti buoni. Prezzi eccessivi sia dei piatti, sia del coperto (10€ in due) sia del vino (375 cl 22€!!! E di scarsa qualità). Non lo consiglio

We were seated right by the door, which the waiter opened without warning, even though it was only 3°C outside. There was no real heating inside — just a lamp heater the staff turned on much later. We had to wait a very long time for our food, and the starter came literally one minute before the main dish. On top of that, the waiters were unfriendly. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
