Abbiamo scoperto questo bel ristorante lungo la Strada Nuova che dalla stazione porta al centro di Venezia. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo seduti in terrazza al primo sole di primavera…Da non perdere gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare e il tiramisù fatto in casa. Ottimo il servizio, tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Due Fratelli a Venezia ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Il cibo era ottimo, autentico e preparato con ingredienti freschi, proprio come ci si aspetta dalla vera cucina italiana. L’atmosfera era accogliente e il servizio molto cordiale.

Un ristorante che fa davvero la differenza, non solo per il cibo ma soprattutto per le persone. La prima sera abbiamo scelto il menù del giorno e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: piatti buoni, curati e un servizio attento e gentilissimo. Il giorno dopo abbiamo deciso di tornare e siamo stati accolti come vecchi amici: si ricordavano di noi e ci hanno offerto un prosecco di benvenuto, un gesto semplice ma che ci ha fatto sentire davvero speciali. Abbiamo mangiato di nuovo molto bene e, durante la serata, mia figlia ha avuto un momento difficile (piena crisi pre-adolescenziale). I camerieri sono stati di una sensibilità rara: ci hanno portato dei fazzoletti con grande discrezione e, alla fine, ci hanno anche offerto un dolce in tre per coccolarci. Un’attenzione e un’umanità che non si dimenticano. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di cuore.

Mi sono imbattuto in questo Ristorante con un servizio degno del nome. mi hanno accolto come un Re. Ho mangiato delle Tagliatelle con crema di amorini, cremosissimo delizioso, la bufala sembrava quella Battipaglia. Il mio amico ha mangiato pesce molto tenero. Ah un ottimo Tiramisù fatto in casa

Abbiamo scelto il Ristorante Due Fratelli quasi per caso, allontanandoci un po' dalla folla di Piazza San Marco, ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. Questo ristorante è un vero gioiello nascosto. Il personale è stato cordialissimo e ci ha fatto subito sentire i benvenuti. Al cibo va un 10 e lode! Abbiamo preso un'ottima frittura mista di pesce, croccante e leggera, e degli spaghetti alle vongole verace semplicemente perfetti, con un sapore di mare intenso e la pasta cotta al punto giusto. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino della casa. Se cercate il turismo di massa, questo non è il posto giusto. Ma se volete assaggiare la vera cucina veneziana in un ambiente senza tempo, i Due Fratelli sono una tappa obbligata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, camerieri molto professionali, prezzi onesti sopratutto per essere a Venezia e mangiato molto bene. L'ambiente inoltre piacevole e comodo all'interno, non spazi stretti come tanti altri ristoranti a Venezia. Invito a provarlo

What a great atmosphere!!! The food is amazing and the service better than anything I experienced all over Venice. Francesco was amazing top class in service and friendliness. If you run across a certain restaurant in Venice famous for discriminating against American tourist? Come to Ristorante Due Fratelli and Francesco will make you feel like you are a star. I ordered the steak for 2 and it was perfectly cooked.

Sono stato in questa trattoria di recente e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso piacevole. L’ambiente è semplice e accogliente, con un’atmosfera familiare che mette a proprio agio fin da subito. Il personale è gentile I piatti rispecchiano la tradizione, con porzioni adeguate e sapori genuini. I’m not sure what to say about this restaurant, we were got salestalked by the man at the door. Just in my opinion, maybe we ordered the wrong food. Since we are paying a little more for the food, we just tried to enjoyed it. Asked for the bill before you pay, there was a 12% service added to the bill, that’s why we didn’t leave a tip.

The food was generally good, especially the fried calamari. However, one waiter’s service and attitude did not come across as professional overall. During our meal, he set off birthday sparklers at a nearby table and leaned against the wall using his phone, which fell short of expectations in several ways. In addition, this may be a personal sensitivity, but when we asked for the bill, other tables received it neatly presented in a leather holder, while our table was given just a single loose piece of paper. It may seem minor, but given his previous behavior, it was difficult not to perceive this negatively. On the other hand, the female staff member at the bar was very kind and took the time to explain why tap water is not provided, which we appreciated. I would consider visiting again, but I would prefer not to receive service from that particular waiter

We chose this place based on Google reviews and ratings. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we sat outside — which was surprisingly comfortable despite the heat. There were fans and sunshades set up, so we didn’t feel like we were melting, which made a big difference on such a hot day. The food arrived very, very quickly — something we always appreciate in Italy. I ordered a classic Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella and a plate of spaghetti alla Bolognese, along with a bottle of house wine. One thing I really love in Italy is that they always bring a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese — it’s a small detail, but it makes the experience feel thoughtful and welcoming. The food was tasty, nothing extraordinary, but still good. Considering how overpriced and underwhelming meals can be in more touristy areas, this was definitely a solid choice. A good place overall. Just keep in mind that they also add a 12% service fee to the bill.

Don’t trust the reviews. This is the most bland food we’ve had in all of Italy. The “caesar” salad is a poor excuse - watered down ranch dressing at best. The grilled veggies were all but raw and served with not a speck of any seasonings the pizza was sadly just as disappointing, virtually no flavor.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. All’esterno un signore ci ha offerto del prosecco, gesto apprezzato. In generale la serata è andata abbastanza bene, ma due cameriere si sono prese gioco di noi, dicendo parolacce nella loro lingua, che purtroppo abbiamo capito. Questo comportamento è stato molto spiacevole e poco professionale. Al contrario, il ragazzo al banco è stato molto gentile, educato e professionale.

I went to this place yesterday because I was intrigued by the good reviews online but I was honesty DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered the salmon pasta and I spent the whole night in the bathroom vomiting and feeling like a fool!! 🤢Just because it’s off season it doesn’t mean that the ingredients shouldn’t be fresh ! Also the restaurant was almost empty only ma table and 2 others and we waited almost an hour for our food! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! if you are in Venice go anywhere else if you want to actually enjoy your food :(

I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend after seeing many good reviews on Google Maps, but our experience was catastrophic and very disappointing. The reviews feel completely Fake!!!!! We originally wanted salmon and tuna, but the waiter kept insisting that we order a sea bass for two people. It felt more like he was pushing us to spend more money rather than giving us honest recommendations. In the end, we paid €109 for a sea bass that was practically inedible, along with just a Coke and a juice. This place does not feel like a real Italian restaurant at all everything about it seemed fake. Honestly, it’s not worth it, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

ABSOLUTE TOURIST TRAP!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS MAJOR SCAM!!!! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS!!! CHINESE MANAGEMENT NOT ITALIAN ONLY THE STAFF WERE LOCAL My fiancé and I ordered oysters, ham with melon, scampi with risotto and baked lobster. Only thing edible was the ham and melon, which also tasted like store bought. Oysters were spoiled and dead, had one and immediately felt wrong. Scampi was replaced with tiny river prawns used in Chinese fried rice and the risotto was microwaved. Lobster was frozen and camouflaged with salted breadcrumbs. Couldn’t eat any of it so decided to get the bill and asked for the manager/owner, who didn’t voluntarily come and see what was wrong but instead staff asked me to go inside instead. (We were sitting outside) Most ridiculous part was the bill was 300 euros for inedible food Owner was hiding behind the bar and when confronted, she acted like she was only a cashier and not an owner, then yelled at the staff in Italian for ratting her out as owner. Ended up paying 100 euros and left hangry. Also heard a few other tables complaining about their special “freshly caught” flounder for 2 ppl at the price of 96 euros really?!! Saw the fish and definitely didnt worth more than 50 euros. We were not the only ones that left unsatisfied and felt scammed. The waiters and staff were friendly and I saw one of them got frustrated in the kitchen when i was going to the bathroom. I think the staff are forced unwillingly to serve this kind of food and getting terrible feedback when the management only cares about maximising profits. And there is a mandatory 12% service charge to add to this ridiculousness. You know something is weird when a restaurant like this has 10k+ reviews with 4.7 rating while the best restaurants Ive had in this city only had around 400-1k+ reviews with about the same rating. Seriously I would give zero stars if i could, and this establishment should feel ashamed for lying to customers and serving overpriced garbage like this. Reply to owner: My intention is simple. In order to prevent others from getting potential food poisoning from eating this misinformed spoiled garbage. You should be ashamed of yourself!
