Alimentos: Comencé con un flatbread de hongos que estuvo delicioso: saladito, cremoso y con muchísimo sabor. También pedí pollo al grill muy bien sazonado y jugoso, y un pulpo a las brasas que honestamente ha sido el mejor que he probado, suave, doradito y perfecto en cada bocado 😍 Bebidas: Probé un Aperol Spritz súper fresco, ideal para acompañar los platillos, y una Bohemia oscura que equilibró perfecto el sabor del pulpo. Servicio: Súper amables, atentos, sin interrumpir, siempre al pendiente y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Presentes pero cero invasivos, de verdad excelente atención. Establecimiento: El lugar es elegante y acogedor, perfecto para una cena en pareja, con amigos o familia. La iluminación es muy agradable y el ambiente invita a quedarte un buen rato. Sin duda vuelvo para probar otros platillos, pero recomiendo muchísimo el flatbread de hongos y el pulpo a las brasas, ¡espectaculares!

El lugar es muy bonito, con espacios al aire libre rodeados de árboles y una decoración elegante. La música está a buen volumen para platicar y cuidan mucho los detalles. Probé el gin de frutos rojos y una bebida de Siphoteca, un mezcal con merengue de lima que fue de mis favoritas. En cuanto a la comida, pedí el pollo al grill, con muy buen sabor, y el pulpo, que fue definitivamente uno de los mejores que he probado. Ambos platillos estaban muy bien presentados y con guarniciones que combinaban perfecto. El servicio fue excelente: todo el equipo fue muy amable, nos dieron buenas recomendaciones y siempre estuvieron al pendiente.

Si buscas una experiencia increíble para una cena romántica en el centro, este restaurante es ideal. El ambiente es acogedor y espectacular, con un toque inmersivo que te hace sentir como si te escaparas de la ciudad. La comida es de primera: el tartar de res y el aguachile negro son simplemente perfectos, llenos de sabor y preparados a la perfección. Un lugar muy padre para disfrutar en pareja y vivir una velada memorable.

Arrived in Merida for a wedding - after icebreaker cocktail we were hungry and hit Ariadna. First impression is fancy and impressive architecture. Right off the bat an old tree is climbing the roof of the old building which is majestic. We were directed to the garden, music was a little loud to allow speaking comfortably (it was 10pm). The waiter ushered us to order fast to avoid kitchen to close. Food was delicious. Living in Mexico for a while now, I can tell it was good. Tartare was amazing and tiramisu is worth a try (2 people).

What an amazing place to celebrate my wife’s birthday! We had the focaccia with pork belly and a house salad for the first course, with the main course for members of our group included the fish with white butter sauce, the octopus and a burger with fries. All the food was awesome, and Andres was on it with service. The property is super natural, built around and through trees, making everything look fresh and green. The also brought us a complimentary birthday brownie with a candle. Very highly recommended

Great drinks and food. We had rsv at 7 pm and they allow us to have an earlier show up, so they’re flexible. Sometimes they have 2x1 on mixology so beware in sm. They don’t have a lot of variety on their menu but everything was good. Something better that their food is the ambience at the terrace, great for having drinks and to spend time with your crowd.

Excellent service. Beautifully decorated. They have fans for the outdoor seating. The food was delicious. I asked for a virgin cocktail and the recommendation from the waiter was superb. The bathrooms in the outdoor courtyard have air conditioning which was amazing in 105F day. If you want to sit indoors make a reservation.

Alejandra had great service!! Julian’s service was great!! The service alone was worth 5 stars!! However, The food was okay…. Not worth more than 3 stars, the service was 5 stars… the bartender needed improvement… serving basil that was black…. That should not happen. Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, beautiful plating, the chef needs to focus on flavor, salt levels…(not enough)… the medium rare burger was more well done than anything else…. and adding more complex ingredients would make this a better dining experience. Overall great date spot, but the chef needs improvement as well as the bartender, If it wants to be a 5 star restaurant it needs to improve its food and attention to detail because the service and management is great!! Julian & Alejandra are 5 stars!!

Had the best time!! Our waiter was absolutely phenomenal! I wish I would have asked his name. He took such great care of us! He was very attentive to our every need. Upon entering we were welcomed by the hostess who were super kind and friendly. Our food was delicious and the presentations were beautiful. The ambiance was very nice as well. It feels sophisticated but relaxed at the same time which we loved. The architecture is also very stunning and pleasing to the eye. Over all a 10 out of 10! We started with the beet dish and the fish crudo, both of which were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The beet had a nice earthy sweetness that balanced well with the other ingredients, while the fish crudo was fresh and light, with a perfect touch of acidity that enhanced its taste. For the main course, we chose the shrimp tacos, the pepper-steak, and the fish. The shrimp tacos were flavorful, with a great mix of textures and a delicious sauce that complemented the shrimp perfectly. The pepper-crusted steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with just the right amount of spice from the pepper. The fish dish was also a highlight—flaky, well-seasoned, and paired with a delicious side. I spent hours researching beautiful dining experiences in Merida and somehow missed Ariadna as it is relatively new. We discoverd the restaurant by just walking by... we were enchanted by the gorgeous entryway with mirrors and lush foilage. We returned later to have a lovely romantic meal in the courtyard and received outstanding service from PEPE!!! Pepe was so sweet and attentive, we would return just for him alone! Food was delicious, thank you for a magical experience!

El lugar está increíble, súper linda arquitectura, el servicio también es muy bueno. De la comida me gusta ser 100% honesta, fuimos varios amigos, pedimos varias entradas, todo estuvo delicioso, lo mejor fue el carpaccio de pulpo 100% recomendado, también pedimos una croqueta de queso, tacos gobernador y el risotto que también estaba delicioso. En cuanto a los platos fuertes la verdad es que tardon mucho en servirlos, yo pedí una ensalada César con milanesa de pollo y la verdad estuvo más rico las entradas, creo que es buen lugar si le ponen más foco a los tiempos. Del lugar la verdad es que excelente es un lugar hermoso, si lo recomiendo.

Ubicado cerca del corredor gastronómico es un lugar muy lindo, la decoración es de las mejores de Mérida, comida buena, ambiente top y el servicio de lo mejor, pedí el farfalle y es 10/10, también el filete a la pimienta 9/10 y el postre 9/10. Volvería para probar algo diferente del menú

Service was good, but had a small mix up in order. The tuna tostadas were quite saucy and overly salty for my liking. Squid ink risotto had a strong cheese taste and the octopus was too chewy. Tiramisu is decent, the taste of biscotti is stronger than the coffee/alcohol, best to share it as it’s quite a big option. Hibiscus drink was decent but a little too sweet.

Habría puesto un 5, pero desafortunadamente el día siguiente de la cena mi esposo amaneció enfermo del estómago. El pollo con champiñones algo tenía, la verdad sabia medio extraño pero como era primera vez que íbamos, no sabíamos la referencia del sabor que debía tener y pues se lo comió. Es una lástima porque el pulpo y la hamburguesa que pedimos estaban espectaculares, nos regalaron un pan pita con un aderezo delicioso de entrada, la mixología muy muy buena y el servicio la verdad increíble, nuestra mesera, las chicas que estan en cada entrada son super serviciales y amables. Encima nos dieron un postre de regalo por nuestro aniversario que se nos hizo un bello detalle. El lugar es bello, solo que las porciones por ese precio son más pequeñas de lo que se espera. De verdad que tendrían 5 estrellas pero amanecer con vómitos después de pagar una cuenta de 2,300 pesos por 2 personas es algo que pega mucho al cliente.

Qué lástima que el mal servicio opaque lo delicioso de la comida. Celebramos nuestro aniversario y nos tocó la mala suerte de tener un pésimo mesero: tardadísimo en tomarnos la orden, tardadísimo en traer nuestra comida (hicimos la comparación y con las otras mesas el servicio era super rápido) y tardadísimo para recogernos los platos. En ningún momento fue para ofrecernos más, preguntar si algo nos hacía falta... simplemente llegó con el pastel de cortesía CUANDO YO SEGUÍA COMIENDO mi plato fuerte. Y ni para preguntar si un café, digestivo o algo. Lamentable servicio. Y, obviamente, se indignó muchísimo cuando le dije que el 10% de propina. Literalmente después de que dije eso, no nos volvio a dirigir la palabra, ni para agradecer, ni para despedirnos. Nada. Lamentable.

First experience, probably last. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and the atmosphere is totally amazing to be sure. The atmosphere was ruined however by the terrible lighting at the tables and the blaring music on top of your head if you’re unfortunate enough to be sat next to one of the speakers. I was relieved but still annoyed to see I was not the only person using my cellphone to see the menu. It wouldn’t hurt them to put some small candles or lamps on the table. Sitting inside, we were unfortunate to have a very loud speaker about a meter from our heads making conversation difficult as well as raised the level of “conversation” around us to basically shouting as the room filled with people. The music itself was great, but at least 30% louder than what good management would have set it. It was dinner, not a club or bar. Even the waiter couldn’t hear what we were saying. Repeating ourselves multiple times. The food was fair, but definitely not for the price. It would have been fair for a restaurant half the price but still just fair, nothing to brag about, small portions, and mediocre taste, not bad, just fair. The desserts were good. As we were close to finishing our dessert, a large party came in and I think they wanted our table to accommodate them. (We were not there for an extended time). As I paused with my last few bites of dessert left, someone literally grabbed what was left and went away before I could say anything, then someone else plopped the check in front of me, took off, I opened the folder and someone was instantly at my side with a credit card reader. Asking what I wanted to leave for a tip while someone else was removing everything else from the table, someone else looking at us, ready to wipe down. I had been warned that I should only go for a drink, the food was not good, I probably should have listened. I will not recommend to anyone that they should try it, other than what I was told, just have a drink and see how beautifully done the space is.

El día de ayer tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este establecimiento. Dos semanas antes realicé una reservación con mucha ilusión, ya que elegí el lugar para festejar mi cumpleaños. Desde nuestra llegada, el mesero asignado mostró una actitud hostil y prepotente, presionándonos para ordenar entradas apenas dos minutos después de sentarnos, sin darnos tiempo siquiera de leer el menú. Esta actitud continuó durante toda la noche: al tomar la orden,aporreaba los platos sobre la mesa y se dirigía tanto a mis invitados como a mí de forma grosera y poco profesional. Además, mientras yo fui al baño, llevó mi pastel de cumpleaños a la mesa a pesar de que mis acompañantes le pidieron que no lo hiciera hasta que yo regresara. Simplemente no le importó. En general, nos habló de manera hostil, sin motivo ni contexto, lo que nos hizo sentir incómodas, hostigadas y cansadas, en lugar de disfrutar una velada especial. A esto se suma que la comida no tiene buena relación calidad-precio. He visitado muchos restaurantes de lujo y, sinceramente, el personal de este lugar no está capacitado; el mesero ni siquiera sabía comunicarse en inglés y tuve que traducir yo misma a una de mis invitadas.

I am at a loss for words at how disappointing this restaurant is considering the many good reviews it has. We ordered the Ceasar salad and beef tartare. It was the blandest versions we have ever tasted. The presentation is beautiful but the flavor leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. The beef tartare almost made me vomit with how badly it was prepared. There was no finesse and it tasted borderline bloody. It wasn’t finely diced into small pieces instead it was as if a chainsaw was used; big pieces sloppily cut. The Caesar salad lacked any flavor. It was clear no anchovies, capers, or lime was used in the process of making the dressing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who is accustomed to real fine dining. This was -1/10, don’t stop here unless you want to waste money and your taste buds!
