Welcoming and relaxed environment! We had great seating that provided privacy yet not secluded away from all of the activity, all with direct view of the sunset. Our server Emily was fantastic! She was very attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and in my opinion worth the cost. The steaks were done to perfection with great flavor. Everything met our satisfaction and I can't wait to go again!

We were there Wednesday night. Robin was our waitress and gave exceptional service, clearly dedicated to her craft. Filets were cooked to perfection! Lobster crab bisque was amazing, crab cake was terrific, and the potatoes were a perfect side dish. Had a reservation and were seated immediately. Highly recommend for a special occasion! Just know this is a high end steakhouse, not meant to be fast and cheap, and please review the menu before you as they don’t deserve a bad review due to a misunderstanding of this dining style. A true upstate NY gem.

Absolutely fabulous! Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend this phenomenal establishment. I got Filet Mignon with a salad. Hubby got the oysters and lamb chops. We shared the Brulee and it was great too.

Excellence from the second you step off the elevator. The colossal shrimp cocktail is a destination experience in itself. Superior quality meats are served by well educated staff. No disappointments served here.

Always an amazing experience! The lobster bisque is an actual side show with the bisque being poured over the hot chunks of fresh lobster & homemade croutons. The filet was like butter & add the bleu cheese butter to it for extraordinary flavor. The pear martini's will warm your soul!

We had a wonderful experience at TS Steakhouse on a recent Saturday evening. The service from Tom and the team was excellent, from start to finish, and we were treated to delightful extras like an amuse bouche of a mozzarella ball with strawberry, and petits fours (mini lemon macarons). Our table by the window offered a sunset view, adding to the elegant and classy atmosphere, even with a wedding party and bachelor party nearby. Impressively, the noise level remained pleasantly low. The food was top-notch. We enjoyed aged Delmonico and bone-in ribeye steaks, complemented by creamed spinach with artichoke hearts and smooth mashed potatoes. I ordered rare though the meat arrived more medium rare. The highlight of our meal was the special appetizer: the juiciest, plumpest scallops served with manchego grits and lobster stock pepper sauce, adding a rich, flavorful touch. Overall, TS Steakhouse provided an unforgettable dining experience with exceptional service and a serene ambiance. We highly recommend it for a special night out. We drove all the way from Toronto Canada especially for a stopover on the way to Vermont!

We sat at a lovely private booth for our 14th anniversary. Our waiter John was very attentive. The food was delicious. My husband and I both had the iceberg salad and shrimp cocktail. Then came the filet and my lobster. We also enjoyed the Brussels, mashed Yukon potatoes, and Gouda Mac and cheese. John was so kind to offer us a complimentary dessert for the occasion. We were very thankful to share being that we were so full. I hope to share our experience with my family so we can all enjoy TS steakhouse at the 21st floor. By the way the view is absolutely amazing 😍

Absolute finest dining in the area! While I can't afford to eat here often, it's a place we go to celebrate our anniversary every year. After eating in many really nice restaurants in the area, the TS Steakhouse elevates "fancy" to another level.. I mean how often is your table "scraped" of crumbs at other places? How often do you go to the bathroom and come back to the table to find your napkin folded on your chair? That's what I thought... The servers are the best in the area, attentive and professional! Then there's the food...wow! Everything is expertly prepared and delicious. The meats are of the finest quality and handled as such. Yes, it's pricey...but why not treat yourself! Like I said, I can't do it often, but I look forward to it every year!

I like to say that the bartender Erik was top-notch, oysters delicious. My scallops were disappointing. I was expecting voluptuous scallops, though the were tiny, to over cooked and salty. There should NEVER be a taste of salt for scallops.

Service and atmosphere were terrific. The food was another story. Given the location, view, and prices, we expected better. We started with the cheese board, probably the best thing we had during our meal - huge chunks of upscale cheese, Marconi almonds, pomegranate and honeycomb. Yum. We also ordered a special watermelon and goat cheese appetizer, which had good flavor but was underwhelming. They also brought over, compliments of the chef, a spoonful of something, not exactly sure what it was, but it was just ok. And their standard heat-n-serve dinner roles reminded me of something you cook for a family Thanksgiving dinner. We shared the bone-in ribeye, medium rare. It came cooked as requested, but honestly, no marbling, no fat, and no flavor. I suspect it was the bone-in strip steak, but I’m not positive. A rib-eye should have marbling everywhere with tons of flavor. And at $81, it should have been delicious. Honestly, I can get a better steak at Costco. The mushroom appetizer and Brussels sprouts were good. The loaded baked potato- nothing special. And the banana cream tart dessert was forgettable. A server spilled my scotch during the meal and quickly replaced it with a fresh glass, and my wife’s Pinot noir wine was tasty and served in a huge luxurious glass. But all in all, we left very disappointed. Service was attentive, but I expected much better quality food from a restaurant that promotes itself as a top of the line steak restaurant. If you don’t mind spending $300 for a lovely view, great service and mediocre food, have at it. I won’t be returning.

Have been a longtime player and customer of turning stone properties and dining establishments . This place has some terrible policies . We were told we could not be seated after being judged and looked up axnd down by their rude hostess upon arriving for our reservation for our four year old daughter’s birthday dinner . My daughter and wife were dressed nicely in a dress and sweater . while I had on khaki cargo pants casual shoes and a nautica sweater . Was told because my shirt has a name on it no graphic shirts or sports wear were allowed. I’m not really a fancy guy but was not dressed inappropriately at all . They seem to pick and choose who they want to make leave as other diners had tshirts and even shorts on . Not only were we asked to leave but they were very rude and upset my family . This is not a way to treat people who commonly stay and spend money at your properties . Do better and treat your customers with respect . Will take my business elsewhere .

Absolutely awful experience- ruined my birthday. This was hands down the worst dining experience we've ever had. My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was completely ruined. I never even received my meal. My husband’s steak came out and by the time he finished, I was still waiting for mine because the waiter put in something completely different than what i ordered. I even pointed to the item on the menu and he repeated it back to me. They took away our appetizer while we were still eating it. The service throughout the night was rude and dismissive. When we asked to speak with a manager so that we could explain how unhappy we were, they told us they would “take off” my meal — the one I never got in the first place. It was just terrible service all around. For a steakhouse that charges premium prices, I expected a nice evening, not frustration, hunger, and embarrassment. We will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to actually enjoy their meal or be treated with basic respect.
