Knuckleheads is a family friendly restaurant with a wide variety of a menu. The staff was very pleasant and always had a smile on their face. When the food arrived it was plated with pizzazz by Chef Jake. Awesome will be a regular stop for my family and I.

First time there. Went at lunch time. Not too crowded, service was quick. Ordered the "Chief" which is a Philly Cheese steak that came on a fresh roll. Served with home made potato chips. Prices are reasonable. There is a large bar with seating all around and an outdoor area. Worth checking out.

Popular dining on Saturday nighr, Prime rib dinner! Great food, good prices, good service. Part 2: Another delicious smoked Prime Rib dinner tonight!! Queen cut with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. More than enough to satisfy. But if you are really really hunger the a King cut and another even larger portion!! Always a great place to eat, drink, and socialize.

Went out this afternoon driving around googled places to eat and this place popped up! OMG delicious. I ordered The Mini Trio sliders plate and my fiance ordered The Chief. The atmosphere was nice and Caitlin was our server she was very pleasant. Definitely a 5 star we left full and happy that we came across this place. We will be coming back!!!

This is now the second time we have ordered food to be delivered to a local training site and it was wonderful each time! If you are running training in Oriskany at the State Preparedness Center, this is the place to order from. Delivered on time (and even early), price is great and food was delicious. Grilled Chicken and Chicken Riggies were fantastic!

The aroma of the meat smoking when you walk in will start your mouth watering and it only gets better from there! We had the brisket and pulled pork. Both were excellent! They even had gluten free buns! Definitely recommend Knuckleheads for lunch, dinner or just hanging out for a drink. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

We came from out of town and needed a quick place to get something to eat. We found this cute little bar restaurant! The food and service was awesome! Our waitress was very friendly! Loved the atmosphere with all of the memorabilia on the walls! Definitely try the Pulled Pork sandwich! It was delicious!

Great little spot for good bar food and a drink or two. Their wings are really good; the "Whatever" sauce in particular. I do suggest asking for extra sauce on the regular hot wings though, unless you prefer crispier, less saucy wings. The wait staff has always been pretty good and attentive. Honestly one of my favorite places to eat.

Had lunch at Knuckleheads with my mother this past Friday. Our table-server in the bar area was pleasant, tidy, and attentive. The food (salad and sandwich) was excellent as well.

We dined in for lunch and had a couple Reubens, they were probably the best I've ever had, and our waitress was top notch! She was the very definition of customer friendly professional, kind, and awesome service

Great brewpub. Stopped in for lunch with friends and had a great lunch. I had their chicken cordon blue sandwich with broccoli for a side. My wife had their baked haddock. Our friends had a burger and a salad and both were really happy. Service was top notch, food was great, too. We liked it a lot and could see coming back.

Our family was traveling to Cooperstown for our first camping trip of the year and decided to stop in for dinner. The place was hopping on a Friday night, but our wait was short and very enjoyable with cold drinks and complimentary popcorn. The owner, Greg and his wife, were so nice! They both went out of their way to say hello and talk with our whole family. The food was FANTASTIC and our server, Carrie was delightful. If you stop in you have to try some wings with their Whatever Sauce. So good!! Greg was talking with our kids about baseball and how they were going to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. He told the boys about playing at Doubleday Field, and then brought over some Knucklehead baseball hats for them. One of the best experiences we have had with our children at a restaurant from start to finish. Great food and awesome people. We will definitely be back, and you should go too!! :-)

This is a great bar and restaurant. We were golfing in the area and stop by for a drink and a snack. Food was fantastic staff was very attentive and prices were very reasonable. If you like draft beer this is the place for you they have everything! From pilsners two ipas to even some seasonal choices

So this is one of my favorite places in the area... food is great, staff is quick and courteous... never had a bad meal here! The portions are good and the prices are fair. They do their own BBQ, and as an albeit amateur "bbq-er" myself, they do a great job! Our most recent meal was once again, great! Club sandwich was huge! The Chootica Antipasto was fresh and tasty (despite missing the "special" Italian dressing), wings are big and flavorful. Their homemade chips are quite good as well! Despite my 5 🌟 review, I wanted to mention to check your food if you do takeout. The past couple of times we have been missing little things like dressings for salads, and a couple of other oddities (mushrooms on a Caesar salad?). Other than that, and admittedly those are not major issues at all, this remains a top choice for me in the area. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Great food. I ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich, all with fries to go. ( by the way, the fries were awesome ). Got home and had a chicken salad instead of the sandwich. The salad was good but I wish I had the sandwich.

Good food as long as they follow instructions on how you want it. I love the food but have had things undercooked many times when asked for them to make it crispy. Only thing holding this establishment back from having a 5 star rating in my eyes

Good food, very good price point. A bit heavy on the sauce. We love smoked food, and especially love to taste it. We had the meal for two and it was easily a meal for four. Service was excellent and beers were delicious. All in all, highly recommended!

Great food great atmosphere

Met some friends there that I haven't seen in 50 years, so that was a plus. I had a bowl of french onion soup which was excellent. My daughter and grandson both had drinks and they were very expensive - close to $9 a piece. That I wasn't too happy about. I might go back again just to check out other menu items, it's highly unlikely but it's no fault of their own.

Went for dinner food and service was great, the juke box was on wow so you had to talk real loud to the person next to you

A It was a Monday around 6pm. My niece her friend myself and my partner. Staff was friendly and served us well. The food very good. My partner had a n.y strip 👍 The place was clean, they had a pretty good group of people. We will be going back on prime rib night. P.S wish prime rib was on menu every night, it's the best!!!!!

We had just finished a 28 mile ebike ride on the Empire State Trail from the parking lot on Rt46 near Rt31 to the former Erie Canal Village in Rome. We were hoping to try a new restaurant close by. We found Knuckleheads Brewhouse in Westmoreland. We had pizza and BBQ wings. Very good food, service with seating options inside or out.

Food tasted good once we got it. 15 minutes for a bowl of soup, 30 minutes for 2 wraps, a grilled Rachel and onion peels (ice cold when they made it). Not busy so not sure what the issue was there. Staff is friendly and it is clean. Probably won't be back, too many other places with better service.

OK so... brew house is a bit misleading... They don't make beer here.... They have great beer on tap... Food was a mix of BBQ and pub food...Burger? Slightly undercooked...And the wrong one... BBQ items were rather tasty though. Food was kinda slow coming out...Our waitress while nice enough was just SLLLLLOOOWWW and obviously did not check the dishes before they came out because we got the wrong burger..Cool vibe for sure... All in all OK just check your food when you get it...

Ordered the brisket sandwich. It is not brisket at all, at least on the day I went. It was shredded beef that came out of a slow cooker, not a sliced smoked brisket. Aside from that, it still tasted good. My wifes pulled pork was similar, looked like crock pot pork not real bbq. Good portions, good prices but i'll stick to pizza and wings next time and leave the bbq for my own smoker in the backyard.

Its not bad. Nothing fantastic. Mac and cheese for kids was also a little burnt. The mozarell sticks and fried rav were good. Hot roast beef was good. Got a hotdog and it was burnt. Turned it over and it was really burnt bc they tried to hide it. The next hotdog was much better. Need a little quality assurance before sending food out. Bar Atmosphere outside was excellent.

pizza is not that good. I've had better store bought frozen pizza. the salad was a giant bowl of iceberg lettuce and pale diced tomatoes. meh. bathroom was comparable to many bars I've been to 🤮 Fox News on several TV's, so that's a pro or con depending on POV

Used to be a very frequent customer here. After the change in ownership the entire atmosphere has changed. Last 3 times in I've had the pleasure of listening to one of the owners talk numbers with customers one of which was a first time visitor, complain very loudly about suppliers and costs, and argue over the phone with the cable company about coverage. Was here for lunch and ordered a meal I've had at least 100 times over the years. Server at the bar was great. Food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about or rush back for. Almost ran into in parking lot with the terrible new design of trying to fit 2 rows in front of the building. That's just a disaster waiting to happen

Beware. Last night when I got my bill from the bigger ginger lady it was $30. I pulled out a fifty and waited to be cashed out. It took a minute so I stepped away to the bathroom. Upon my return the bill and 50 were gone with zero change in return. Why would they automatically assume I would leave a 67% tip? If you ask me that was pretty much theft.

First time at the establishment. The service I received is responsible for the rating as it was great overall. Problem being the food. I ordered the mini slider trio. Seeing as their theme is barbecue food, you would think it well seasoned. Unfortunately not the case. I found myself supplementing the flavors with hot sauce, salt and pepper as well as plenty of barbecue sauce. The drinks are exceptional and im sure if you came for those you wouldn't be disappointed.

Great food, slow and crappy service. The server didn't bring our salads out before the meals and had to be reminded that we didn't receive our salads. Waited nearly an hour for our food. Then we waited over 20 minutes for our check and had to ask a busser for the check bc our server hadnt come back around.

This was our 2nd visit we had 8 in our group this time and the food was a down grade from our first visit the fries were over cooked and hard the chips were hard enough to chip teeth the big fish sandwich meal was a hot dog roll cut to a 2 inch piece and the fish was maybe 2 inch in length but not wide enough to fit the roll . Burgers were as passable as mickey D's hamburgers the appetizers were the only thing good this is not a place for dinner beer and appetizers its a good place we left disappointed kids too. We had a party of 10 the food was decent. The appetizers are small for the price. The service was friendly. They added a 20% tip to the bill we may have tipped more we usually do but when you get charged it takes away from the service it really shows and the tip should be based on the service received !

I got the grilled chicken sandwich and all I tasted was burnt char. My nephew ordered a cheese pizza and all we tasted was garlic. The waitress forgot to bring us our drink refills and forgot condiments that we asked for right before she brought our food. Overall I will not be returning to this place.

Small frozen fish sandwich for 15.50 is outrageous. If you are going to charge for using a bank card make it totally clear. Waitress was excellent, but will probably not come back as the food quality was lacking small and overpriced.

Ordered a drink and the waitress took my license and instead of scanning it snapped it in half. She came back and did not apologize, just told me it was fake (it was not). Manager did not apologize either. Never coming back here again

Went to wing night September 20, 2017 to check out new owners. Worst wings and service ever! Waitress gave half our order to another table, I ordered my wings extra crispy and they were barely cooked. Will never go back!

Ordered the nacho platter expecting tortilla chips but got some kind nasty fried pita type chips instead. Menu does not specify type of chip so I was expecting your typical tortilla chips. Did not eat. These pita type chips would be better with hummus or pimento cheese NOT nachos.

Food was good the past few times I was there. But today the denied me a drink because they couldn’t verify that my ID was real or not. When I have purchased beer before here with no issues. Will not come back no matter how good the food is.

Absolutely don't like this place. Third time in two years & really wish we didn't try it for a 3rd time. They have zero staff to accommodate the amount of people they are allowed to squash into this building. First two times we stuck it out & waited 35 mins for someone to take our order & everything came out cold. This time we are waiting 20 mins. Waitress looks at us "says be right over once I have clean glasses to take your drink iffer" we say ok. People sit down next to us, waitress comes right over takes their drink order, comes back & we ask thought there were no clean glasses, well I took the first clean ones I guess. We sit waiting, now 30 mins. & nothing. We got up & left & told a party of 6 walking in. 1 hour wait & no clean glasses for the last 30 mins. They said he'll no, left when we did. They lost 8 people that night because they cram in there way more than they can handle 😡

Was seated with menu, waited 20 minutes with no service, not even given water. Waiters repeatedly walked by with eye contact, seemingly putting us off for another waiter, however we were never served to begin with. Ended up leaving never recieving service.

Went there two weeks ago Wednesday at 4:20PM with my 3 children. Sat in corner table, we ordered and received our drinks. That was the last time our waitress visited our table. Went through two bowls of popcorn, finished our drinks, and waited 33 minutes with nothing, no acknowledgement from waitress whatsoever. Got up and left. This is the second time we have had poor service, the first time we asked our waitress why our wait for our food was so long, her response was "We're busy", we stated if any longer we were leaving, response from her was ok...we left. We have been a local customer since it opened, confidence is low on a return visit for food.

My first visit and takeout on a Sun. I ordered bbq chkn and pizza. Pizza was disgusting according to my son, and above all, I had diarrhea fpr 6 dys after consuming the chkn. Dfntly not worth missing work for.

Updated review 08/14/25: As this used to be my favorite place for wings based on our last experience we had to update the review. granted we haven't been here in 4 years most the food was terrible now.the wings were supposed to be extra extra crispy and they came soggy the pulled pork looked dry and overcooked with what looked liked some kind of super watery glaze on it and the brisket was dry and bland. When i mentioned to the server about the chicken and she talked to the manager who approached us afterwards and I mentioned the chicken not being cooked to order and she only offered to refund only one order of wings.its a shame this used to be one of our favorite places and mine especially for the wings but the quality dropped too much now. So if you want wings that aren't soggy and some flavorful food in a pub setting go to the bunker in new Hartford.
