Amazing place to eat. Great Indian food. Garlic naan is to die for. If you're not sure what to order, then I suggest coming during buffet hours so you can sample many different dishes and learn the different names. Many vegetarian options, of course. My favorite ethnic restaurant in Utica.
Delicious food, really enjoyable. We'd been looking for quality local Indian since moving to this area a month ago and Minar really hit the mark. Quite fresh, great flavors...a cut above most Indian we've had in the past several months.
Food was fantastic. Decent ambience and service, but the food was definitely the showstopper. Everything was fresh, fragrant and tasty. Even the vegetable samosas were special, with a hint of jasmine. Vindaloo was tasty with a hint of spicy (if you want it hot, you have to request that). Tikka masala put the tomato flavor up front as it should be, with the spices and other ingredients complementing rather than covering. Proteins were all tender and moist and the naan... Oh, the naan was incredible. Crisp puri, lovely stuffed naan and a garlic naan that managed to bring fresh garlic and tandoori char together in a buttery delight. Highly recommended!
As always, excellent. I tried their fried okra and mango entree out of curiosity, though not a big fan of okra. It was phenomenal! And as always, the restaurant was immaculately clean.
One of my favorite restaurants. Their lunch buffet is great if you are going for the first time and want to try out different dishes. Also priced reasonably.
Awesome Spicy food, very tasty and variety of veg and non veg in lunch and dinner buffets. I used to go 4-5 times in a week either lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I love it.
Absolutely delicious. Professional and friendly staff. Got some kind of tomato chicken stuff and it was delicious. Just wish I came here during their buffet hours. Highly recommended.
I lived in NYC for many years and frequented many restaurants a significant amount were Indian. I love the food. When I first moved here and ask a local person of where I could find an Indian .... they looked at me and said "there are Indian restaurants on the reservation in Syracuse. All I could think is - where the hell have I moved to ? Finally someone mentioned about the Minar Restaurant. Wheb I went there I thought I had arrived in Nirvana !!! Was impressed with each and every detail ...and being from NYC I know what to look for in a place where I eat ! LOL If you want real Indian there are three choices. Go to the wonderful country of India, go to the city, finally taste the wonderful food of Minar on French Road.
Wonderful food, good service, very fair prices. Behl Puri appetizer for $4.95 is delicious and practically a meal in itself.
Amazing buffet. Not super big, but the food was delicious! Rice pudding was so creamy! Definitely coming back when I am in area. A bargain as well!
Great people and the service is always kind ! Food is always delicious and leaves you stuffed
The food was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. The service was a little slow, but the waiter was very friendly and respectful. My wife and I can't wait to go back!
Very good food. My wife and I went today for their lunch buffet. The price was very good. Only 9.95 per person for the buffet. Had a decent selection to choose from for the buffet as well. All in all a great experience and will be returning again.
Went here for my anniversary with my girlfriend. Place looked really nice. Some cool decorations at the entrance such as an elephant statue. Felt like a cool experience. Got asked about a buffet but we just wanted to try out things from the menu as we've never been here. We are vegans so would rather look at the menu for things. Lady serving us gave us our water in a wine glass and gave us our menus. We also got some thin crispy bread with some peppers and 2 other sauces I'm not even sure what they were. They were delicious though. I even added them to my rice later on! For appertizers, we ordered the Veg Pakora, Veg Spring Roll, and Veg Samosa. The Veg Pakora was delicious. The color it had was great and the flavor was just wow. It tasted like gourmet chicken nuggets. The Veg Spring Roll was also tied for me in flavor. It was so creamy inside due to the noodle but had so much flavor. It didn't take like a chinese sprign roll at all. Really unique flavor and texture. This was tied with the Pakora for me. My girlfriend liked the Pakora more though. The Veg Samosa was very interesting. It's very filling and taste like a meaty bread, almost like cornbread, and stuffing. Very filling. Definitely liked this a lot. If you need energy I'd prob get this. The Chana Masla was what my girlfriend ordered for dinner. It was really good with the bread we got as well. Very flavorful and taste a bit gingery, but I don't think its ginger. Very good! The Aloo Gobi Masala was so good! The color on this dish was so appealing and the flavor it had, eating it with the rice I think it came with, was so good. Definitely recommend this if you are unsure about what to get! The Tandoori Roti was a really nice bread. Really good to eat with your meal so definitely get this or some of their other breads. Soaks in the flavors and sauces well. I also got Mango Juice, which was really good. Tasted fresh and almost like ice cream. Delicious! Definitely will be going here again for a pickup lunch or another date sometime. This place blew up my taste buds with flavors I've never had before. This place is definitely the real deal when it comes to authentic.
The food there is outstanding 👌 Everything delicious food & their flatbread. The service was outstanding & friendly. Everything clean. Easy parking. Highly recommend
Great service and super friendly staff. Had a great time talking to our host about a catering job they did in New Hampshire. The prices were very reasonable and portion size is generous. My in laws ate with us, experiencin Indian for the first time and felt like it was a great introduction to the cusine. We will go back!!
Everyone had the dinner buffet (We never even were presented with a regular menu.) Lots of choices, vegetarian options clearly labeled. None of the items were spicy, you had to do that yourself with separate sauce, peppers, and a mint condiment. Chai tea and mango juice were available. Did not see regular tea. No one on the staff tried to sell us any other drinks, which was odd. Although none of the food was outstanding, it was tasty, and an incredible value for 12.95!
Good food for an affordable price. This is a great place for a quick bite. Servers are always courteous and friendly. All you can eat buffet is offered at lunch everyday but dinner only two days a week. .
This place was great. Not only was the food top notch but the service was awesome as well. The atmosphere was great. The curry is some of the best there is.. I walked away from here completely happy and satisfied.
Unbeatable lunch buffet. Takeout worth it as well. Great staff and better food
I love the lunch buffets! You can get your lunch, a dessert, and a drink all for $10.! And the food is SO GOOD, the naan bread is sometimes a little blackened at the tips but thats because it is very real! goes with all the buffet items. There are vegetarian and meat dishes, tea, rices, and I couldn't say which thing i liked the most!
We just moved to the area and took a chance on this place. I’m so glad we did. We ordered carry out and not only was the food warm it was delicious! This food is obviously prepared fresh and done right. We will be returning!
Delicious food for only $12.95 buffet! Many options for meat and vegetarian dishes. There is also desert. The naan is very good. Service is five stars. The restaurant is very clean.
Amazing food and even better customer service!!! We went there after a huge winter storm and we didn’t have food for our dog and they were kind enough to boil some chicken for us so we could feed our dog. Would highly recommend!
Ordered Take out yesterday. Great customer service, i just walked in, kind women at the register.. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Dal Maharani ( vegetarian) only took 15-20 mins, i waited in the car.. and the food, the FLAVORS are out of this world. Food lasted me 2 nights!
This is by far some of the best most consistent Tikka Masala in the capital district. Always good. Fresh spice level done as you prefer. Always my go to when I'm in Albany.
The food is very good!
Amazing food, highly recommend
Fantastic. Food is always delicious. Lunch buffet, dinner, or to go. Never had an issue. Highly recommend!
Went here for lunch she ordered chicken sagwala I ordered the buffet I tried a little bit of everything and settled on the chicken tikka masala with rice and some salad . Everything was fresh and delicious. Very clean and the service was excellent even had banana custard dessert with chai tea .
I came with my kids for a lunch meal on the Fourth of July on the way to visit family in Ohio. We were impressed with the waiter’s attention and commitment to making sure that our kids were taken care of and enjoyed Indian food, which is not always a given! The food was delicious and we can’t recommend highly enough.
I can’t get over how phenomenal my dinner was last night. The chicken tikka masala and tomato soup are irresistible. I travel and eat Indian food often and Minar hits the spot every time! Great packaging for take-out delivery orders.
Stopped in for a quick lunch on my way home and grabbed some chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani from the buffet. Both were excellent, and if I wanted to be a glutton, I could have had seconds and thirds. But had to get back on the road, so I relented with one plate and a little rice pudding for dessert. Well worth it to stop in there when passing by on French Road.
Called ahead for an order since we were on a tight schedule. They had our food ready in 20 minutes and even prep’d a table for us so we could eat inside real quick. The goat vindaloo was fantastic (not too spicy @ medium heat request), and the service was super accommodating. We’ll definitely be coming here again.
Really excellent food. We live in Brooklyn and struggle to find tasty authentic Indian there with tons of options. Then we drive up to Utica and randomly come across this place and it was awesome. Service was really lovely and warm, too.
Buffet was great- food was hot and replenished timely. Staff was very attentive plus busy with phone calls for take out. I thought a little extra help may be needed on days with two buffets are available. All in all it was a very good experience.
If you have every had authentic Indian and crave that flavor in the states GO HERE! It's as good as it gets for Indian food in this area. Prices are great, staff was phenomenal, and the business was extremely well kept. I would go back tonight if I didn't already have leftovers!
I have been to a lot of different places, and had a lot of different culinary tastes in my life. I am not a professional critic by any means, but as someone who's travelled and ate around the world, Idian cuisine is by far the best I've had, and Minar is no exception! GREAT FOOD and GREAT STAFF! The owner is AMAZING! Best of the best!
My family and I went to Minar for mothers day. They have a buffet with different options for lunch/dinner. The food was great as always. We frequently dine at this restaurant. Very clean and the service is top tier.
This is one of my favorite places. The waitress is a wonderful woman, the kitchen crew is great, atmosphere is cozy, food is delicious. I’m a regular here and I don’t get out much! Favorites: Paneer Makni, chicken soup, and some others I can’t remember unless I see it. Enjoy!
I love this place so much. I haven’t been able to get there is person so I ordered it through DoorDash and it was still just as good as going there. Simply delicious, consistent every time! I love Indian food because of this restaurant. I can’t recommend them enough!
Amazing food. I am from Southeast Asia, and I highly approve. Phenomenal service and cuisine!
Love this place!! Food is always delicious and the owner and staff are so accommodating and friendly. It has become our favorite for family gatherings. Their buffet gives you a nice selection to sample so you can easily figure out your favorites. Wonderful!
Having lived in India for some time, we are back in the USA. And this Lunch Buffet was GREAT! It had just a little bit of spiciness (mirchi) to it, unlike other NY Indian Buffets, so that was great. And the staff very kind. A great experience for us all!
I want here a couple days ago with my family for the first time. Food was delicious, The server was so kind and she helped me understand the menu that I was having a hard time reading. The food was absolutely wonderful I never had Indian food before and It wasn't what I was expecting it was better.
We love it here! You absolutely cannot beat the lunch buffet...not in quality and price. The selections are hot and tasty with spice levels for everyone. I have never had a bad meal here.
This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants, we are so fortunate to have it in the Utica area! I am a huge fan of Indian cuisine and have dined at Indian restaurants across the country, but this is by far my favorite! I love their selection of vegetarian entrees and highly recommend the navaratan korma!
Beautiful dining areas very clean the owner is super nice and the waitress is the star of the show. Authentic fine Indian cuisine hand made authentic taste. I highly recommend you try this spot out
I would like to thank Limo and the young lady for excellent service and hospitality! The cuisine is fragrant and absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the Minar specialty soup, I didn't want that to end! Thank you
Thursday there's an all you can eat buffet.
We were driving from Saratoga to Mississauga and were looking for Indian restaurants and came across this gem on the way. Though we were late they accommodated us and served us with excellent food. The daal tadka was better than what I have ever had in India. The service was exceptional and the staff was welcoming and courteous. Keep up the excellent work.
I can’t say enough good about Minar. My wife introduced me when we first met in 2021, and every time we’re in the area we stop to pick some up. The food is always of the highest quality, the staff is always friendly and wonderful, and I just cannot ever get enough. This restaurant is more than worth the drive, the time and the price and I just can’t possibly recommend it enough.
The best Indian food in the area! Generous portions and everything is always flavour packed. I ask for my food extra extra spicy, and they never fail to blow my taste buds off with heat. The pani puri is delicious, and something you can't get at other restaurants in the area. Their mint chutney is also my favourite, and tastes good on everything. The service is wonderful, they're very kind and happy to help with anything you need. The inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and very clean.
Fantastic food and great service!! We went for the Sunday lunch buffet and it definitely hit the spot! Everything was hot and fresh, expertly done with fantastic flavor. We had masala chai and mango lassi with our meal, and dessert is not one to miss. So much delicious flavor in everything we had. Staff was courteous, prompt, and very attentive. We'll be back!
Yum! Good food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Everything was a little spicy for my 9-year-old son, which is probably as it should be. We ordered a soup that knocked my socks off, It was the last soup on the list and it had coconut and shrimp; that's all I can remember. So good!
As soon as you walk in, the place smells amazing. Our server was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was all extremely flavorful and abundant. They even gave us free extra rice to take home with our leftovers. Great place to go for gluten free or vegetarian options as well.
First of all the food here is always fantastic. Whether I order delivery service or pick up myself it’s always fresh and so tasty. Second the customer service is great! I came in last minute before closing on a holiday (I’m sorry, poor planning on my part) and they got me taken care of. They gave me two entrees for the price of one due to an ordering error, despite me offering to pay for both which was very kind. I come here all the time and will continue to do so for as long as I can! The chicken and goat is always cooked perfectly and sooo delicious. Still have to try the salt lassi but the mango is so sweet and refreshing.
We love this place. We stop here on the way back from the holidays. Great food amazing service, and you can take a hot cup of Chai to go as part of the buffet service.
High quality buffet with an awesome and above average selection of dishes. The staff is also so attentive and friendly, happy to answer questions. I stop whenever I can!
The food was delicious and the price was also reasonable. Staffs were also very generous and friendly.
Their food is always spot on! Nice dining rooms and a great selection of food for their daily lunch buffets. They run dinner buffet on Thursday 5-8 with a different menu and they frequently change what they put out. It's an awesome, very consistent experience every time I've come in the last 5 years here. Amazing local Indian food
Fine Indian cuisine is not apt to describe the food quality here. It’s the FINEST! Wonderfully amazing food awaits you when you come through their doors. We had chicken kabob, buttered chicken and a vegetarian fare of crispy okra glazed with mango infused caramel. The okra dish exceeded my expectations and never had a dish with okra so good! Highly impressive and very satisfying. This one tops my book for to-go places when dining out in Utica!
We got the chana masala, aloo gobi masala, crispy mango bhindi masala and the veg pakora! We really liked the bhindi masala as the fried okra had an almost orange chicken vibe! Also enjoyed the pakora and the three dips that came with it. The other plates were your expected classic Indian food, a bit spicy though!
The food was great! The server helped explained some of the dishes which was great. I reccommend coming if you want to try a new experience. I only gave it 4 stars. The rice was a bit crunchy, the water given had no ice lastly I wish some of the salad bar items were labeled. Lastly, the centerpieces are a bit tacky with fake flowers (perhaps something more modern to go with the interior) I had the mango lassi which was explained, tasted really great. The masala tea smelled fragrant and tasted good. Overall I would still come back
I’ve eaten here a handful of times and have always had a good experience. Decent selection of food for the buffet and good tastes. Have never ordered from the actual sit down menu so I cannot comment on that.
I have had good experiences here and others kind of so-so. I wouldn't advise being too late for the Tue/Wed lunch buffet (I think runs 11 or 11:30 until 3pm. One time I arrived at the start and everything looked beautiful but my food was only luke warm. Another time I arrived at 2:30, and all the warmers had already been turned off, nothing was bubbling like during prime hours, and it all looked way too cooled down and unappealing, so I passed. Ok, so that was bad news first. The good news is, when it's good, it's REEEALLY good. I start with salad and a yogurt based dressing. I love the navratan korma and the curry chicken best of all, as they are spicy but not too spicy. There are always vegetarian options. They bring you lovely, fresh naan bread, water, and they have mango nectar, Indian chai hot tea, and a couple of desert options (usually rice pudding and mango custard, though once there was an awesome dessert made from carrots - yes, carrots!) all included with buffet as well. It's really a great value. I went recently on a Tuesday around 12:30 and everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Of course you can order from menu as well (but I never have). A little more consistency and I would up my rating to 5 stars.
The food for me has been hit or miss. I am apparently bad at ordering. The garlic Naan and paneer dish my sister got were good, along with the mango lassies. The restaurant is clean and neat, and the servers were nice. Overall would recommend.
I haven't been in a couple years, its been redone since I've been there. Really nice modern decor. Benches, chairs, curtains, dishes, you name it, they redid it. Well done. Food was really good today, lots of veggie options for vegetarians and my mother had a fish dish that she said was surprising good. Not at all dry for being on a buffet line. Very reasonable at $9.95 per person for lunch buffet. Love their mango juice, could drink it by the quarts...fresh naan at tableside as well. Nice server. After we were done I was like, why did I wait so long from the last time I was there...
I'm not well versed in Indian food so I couldn't tell you how authentic the food is, but it was all delicious. Had dinner with some coworkers and we got a handful of different appetizers and several dishes to share. Flavors were amazing and complex. Food was delicious. I got to try several things I'd never had before and I left excited to try more on my next visit.
This a great place to dine. The only thing is that when I order online it is much more expensive and not so fresh. Otherwise I really like their food. I wish they would offer halal chicken too as they cater a wide variety of chicken dishes.
Ive eaten here mainly for the dinner buffet but also individual entrees. Mainly because I am unfamiliar with Indian cuisine and the language describing the food. The buffet is labeled as to what each dish is, but only in Indian language. If you dont know what Saag Paneer is, you must ask or just try a small serving and remember the name. As a warning, any dish labeled as Vindaloo is generally very spicy hot! The cuisine is both vegetarian and meat based except for no beef as it's against their religion. They serve other proteins like chicken, goat, lamb, pork in various sauces. Their chai tea is very good as is the dessert rice pudding and the sugar ba ba . The staff is very friendly and great with answering any questions about the foods!! Price is very reasonable and generous portions. The buffet is more than a single person can eat unless you take small samples to try ! That way you get to know which dishes you like!!!
To be honest, i had very low expectations as this restaurant is located in suburbs, but they are really good. On weekends they serve buffet. Per person for all you can eat buffet is 15 dlrs including taxes. It's VALUE FOR MONEY! Heads up- the chicken tikka masala is sweet, which might disappoint you. I would suggest to go Chicken rogan josh. Lastly, those blue LEDs on the ceiling spoil the ambience. I didn't understand the reason behind those
This was bit of a surprise in a good way. Driving down 90 through way needed to refuel on food. Quick search revealed Minar and that’s where we went. Sort of small time place and went in with lower expectations. Explained our dietary requirements and the Chef Concocted a great Saag )Spinach) Paneer (indian cottage cheese). It was sumptuous. My wife had samosas indian Chinese which was also quite ok. The prices were quite reasonable too. Definitely thinking worth another try
Firstly, the bread is always fantastic...be it Naan/Roti especially the Tandoor style (slow toasted on open fire - similar to toasting a pizza in an oven). However the food leans towards meat and dairy (butter); also almost all restaurants utilize oils because of higher specific heat to accelerate the cooking process but also to retain and even mask the flavors; however a small seasonal menu would do justice to the the great Indian culinary offerings. We've 4 seasons that are crisp and I can think of spring greens, summer harvest of tomatoes and brinjal, fall pumpkins, and winter roots; all integral to Indian style of cooking with all season legumes (3 - 5 types of daals), rice and breads!
Buffets and non-vegetarian dishes are dry and tasteless. Some of the biryanis are okay, the vegetarian dishes are pretty good (especially the Alu Gobi). This is the best Indian restaurant in the area, but that's not saying much.
Food was not very flavorful, but being South Asian I'm use to having much more spice in Indian food. Given the demographics of Utica, I see why they don't make it that spicy. So if you like less spicy Indian food then this is definitely the place for you. Other than that everything else was okay. I gave 3* based on the price ($13) of the lunch buffet and the quality of food, including flavor. I'm sure that if I had dinner there I could make a special request to make it spicier, but I'm only rating this based on the lunch I had yesterday (11/2/2022).
The buffet was our venue of choice this visit. Overall the varieties of flavors were nice, the one drawback was the use of the was more subdued than we'd expected. Not as bold as we'd shared at other Indian eateries. Our next visit will be an entree visit and hope the depth of flavors improve. We will be back.
Yet to have a good experience or a dish I enjoy. My husband thought his food was basically inedible as well, and he's typically much much more forgiving than me. Every dish I've ordered was either horrendous or mediocre. Place is also not very tidy. I'd be wary to see the kitchen. In my opinion, there's much better options around.
This was my favorite takeout restaurant until they raised their prices, and reduced their portion size. Now I can’t afford to come here for lunch ($25) I thought I would try to eat-in for a full portion. Chicken tikka masala had only 6 chunks of chicken for $18. They only brought out one order of rice for me any my fiancé, even though both meals included rice.. Takeout portion humid usually 2 flats of Nann bread, but we were only served one piece In the restaurant. Was never asked if we wanted anything to drink. I cannot come here anymore. Very sad, as the food is tasty.
We have ordered several times but this was awful. There were still shells on the shrimp. $18 for coconut shrimp with about 7 small pieces of shrimp in there. There were whole pieces of chicken thighs with tiny bones throughout the sauce. Do not order the desi curry chicken. $65.00 for 3 dinner choices and 1 was completely inedible. Didn’t take pictures of the shells on the shrimp.
First time going today. They were out of all of thier drinks instead of one. The utensils were dirty. And the water was not filtered (debris floating in cup). I did not enjoy the food, everything was room temperature. Not a variety to choose from. Would NOT recommend.
It’s a trap, order from somewhere else and don’t go to their buffet. I went there an hour before the lunch buffet ends, and they refused to refill items that are offered in the buffet witn saying “sorry too late”.
We had a very bad experience with the people managing the restaurant, we called them twice informing we will be reaching at 9:15pm can we order prior as we have 2 kids they told it’s ok you can come and order when you are here , we reached there by 9:20 as we were on a long trip and 5mins delay is acceptable the person started like you can only do take out as you are 5mins late and was very rude. We had no option as we were with very young kids we had to dine in there in a hurry and leave even though the food was ok just hated that restaurant as they do not have a little courtesy towards their costumers, would not recommend anyone going their.
I'm not a fan of cameras watching you eat or a host that laughs and treats you like you are not worthy of a pleasurable dining-out experience or their time... I'm pretty sure leaving food on the table before the guest even gets there has gotta be against some food code somewhere... but I digress, there still are great waterfalls nearby though and the food was good. Just an awkward dining experience.
Will never go again. Went for buffet, chicken, and fried foods were dried out and tasteless. The buffet is 11 until three. I was there at two. When I mentioned the quality of the food to my friends, he says you have to be here when they first put it out. I said well maybe I should only pay half price? Horrible food, staff is not impressive or friendly. I won't bother again.
Ordered for takeout via DoorDash. Placed the order at 7:30. Was given a 49-55 minute wait. Receivef the order at 9:30. All food items were cold. As a Platinum DoorDash Driver and a former fine dining restaurant manager, this was a HUGE bummer to me. I’ve been talking about this place for months and this was our “first taste”. Won’t be a returning customer unfortunately 😓
I was craving Indian food and wanted to try this place. I was appalled. I run 3 'real' Indian restaurants (not in Utica!), and Minar has the worst food I had ever eaten in my life. The chicken tikka masala tasted like rubber floating in a bowl of sugar-laden tomato soup, at a cost I could feed three folks. The butter naan tasted like rubber too, the unchewable kind. Horrible experience. No amount of fake reviews can change the reality! Should've ordered a pizza!
I ordered 01/03/2026 these two DINNER items: 1) Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani - WORST food ever - came home and THREW it out. The chicken meat was BONED in but from BUTT of chicken. MOSTLY bone and little dark meat. I'm NOT sure this was deliberate - but I complained about 4 months ago about COLD buffet food. Maybe was this their way of rewarding me for that complaint. I was SICK ALL last night and today from that CRAP - I threw out 2/3 of portion in garbage today 2) Chicken Tikka Masala - the RICE was perfect. The sauce ok - I asked for TOMATO based sauce with CHEESE instead like the buffet I enjoy if the food is hot. I ate most of this food - and ordered MEDIUM heat - regret and never gain - SPICE - I had spices lodged between my teeth. I "think" I was sick primarily from this food. JUST a DISASTER for a meal. This was my New Year's celebration (late) / but I regret going there. NEVER again for me! $50+ tip / NEVER again. $6.00 Indian Beer was OK.
FEEL SORRY FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS... THEY GET FOOLED IN THE NAME OF BIRYANI......SO SAD !!! 😢😢😢 I BECAME ONE TOO.... FOR $18 + tax THE FALSE DESCRIPTION ON THE MENU FOR "MINAR MIXED BIRYANI ...SAFFRON RICE MIXED WITH BONELESS CHICKEN CUBE, LAMB CUBES, SHRIMP, CASHEW NUTS, ALMONDS, RAISINS." ALL FALSE..... IN REALITY..... WHITE BOILED RICE IS SIMPLY MIXED WITH SOME CURRY 5 HARD CHUNKS CHICKEN WHITE MEAT .. CHEWY LIKE RUBBER 2 BLACK CHUNKS OF LAMB MEAT 2 SHRIMP WITH TAIL. NO CASHEW NUTS NO ALMONDS NO RAISINS NO FLAVOR OF SAFFRON.. JUST BEING FOOLED.... CHECK IMAGES FOR EVIDENCE.... $20 WASTED .... NOT 1 star for the Mango lassi... undoubtedly it was good... it deserves a star.... NOT RECOMMENDED ... NOT COMING BACK TO WASTE MONEY ...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Food was ok but service horrible. We greeted our server but he did not respond, just ignored. Never came over to ask if we need anything. Asked for water - ignored it. He did not bring mango lassi that we ordered, but still charged for it. We spent 15 min waiting for him to come just to ask for a check. Definitely would not recommend this dirty restaurant
