Bad service with customers, I ordered bagel egg & cheese no Bacon with coffee to go instead of that I found out that I got crescent egg & cheese but before that I asked them can the worker who prepare the orders to change his gloves because of pork allergy, ne respect for that. Worst experience I never had. The sandwich I gave it to someone else because the worker touch Bacon and did my order without changing the cloves.

Order is usually wrong or just incomplete, and service time is absolutely horrendous. For being next to a middle school and frequent spot for them to safely hang out and get relatively cheap food, you'd think they'd treat these kids with a better attitude rather than being rude or make them wait longer.

New Management stinks. Never open on time. I’m a loyal dunkin customer and I’m pissed I have to travel to different towns to visit dunkin. Three Sundays in a row not open in the AM. 3 cars there since 415 am with an opening at 5. Nope. Get it right. Was just wonderful before Darren. Not to mention the times If I do get coffee there, it’s never right. DONE

This location is terrible. I have gone here multiple times and they always get the order wrong, Almost everytime I order a sandwich with sausage, they make it with bacon or no meat at all. Today, I went through the drive through and let them know I ordered on the app. As I was waiting at the window for the rest of my order (3 donuts), the drive through worker opened the window and said "what do you want" in an incredibly rude tone. I told her, "the rest of my order -- it's missing the 3 donuts I ordered." She asked me which donuts (can you not see what people ordered on your screen?) and then said, dismissively, "yeah,we don't have those." She didn't offer any alternatives so I was left to guess what they might have available. Then, when I got home, I opened the bag that had the breakfast wrap sandwiches inside -- and the photo shows what they looked like. They appeared as if someone put the ingredients into the bag and then smashed it? I don't know what is going on at this location, but corporate really ought to look into it. The service, food, and atmosphere are all awful. Don't waste your time or money.

Literally always get my order wrong. No double egg n cheese, got only a cup of oatmilk given to me once with no coffee added. And i swear my coffee itself is always made wrong, I order just about exactly the same thing the same way every time and it sometimes tastes like black coffee with a hint of flavor. Idk whats with the fast foods around here but all are very inaccurate. Yet everything comes with a copy of the order taped to it. How, every single time...

So I Recently went for coffee the other day and asked if they had Bagels and the service through the Window was horrible. First asked for senior Discount and when I got to the window a worker has to cold coffees and is calling me Gina. What in the world . Drops my change on the ground so I tossed back 10 cent because no Discount and the coffee was like old and watered down but enough to Burn my mouth . Reaching out to my Lawyers . So thankyou for the customer service that all of you need to learn.

I stopped at dunkin today to buy drinks for my employees, while there the young lady that attended me who I believe is the manager was very rude and obnoxious, like she did not want to work that day, as a manager myself managers should not treat anyone, employees, vendors or customers like that. She needs some go re training on how to manage.

Ordered on uber eats and entire order was wrong. Asked for a brownie batter donut and received a strawberry frosted. Coffee made completely wrong. One bagel burnt. I don’t understand how you could mess up an order this badly, but they managed it. Also was extremely late. I appreciate that the food was warm when it arrived, but considering nothing was correct, it didn’t really matter.

Went this morning and received my food bag, went to make sure all my food was in the bag, grab what I thought was just napkins but ended up with a corner of my snackin bacon. Ended up pouring hot grease all over my expensive scrubs. Mad is an understatement!!! I know it’s supposed to be hot but had they not put the bag in sideways it wouldn’t have happened. The cashier never even tried to acknowledge it happened. Called multiple times to speak to a manager and goes right to a message. Can’t even leave a voicemail.
