I had to grab something quick and I ordered the spicy ch’king deluxe sandwich with extra sauce I gave Burger King in New Hartford NY five stars because it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had from fast food restaurant. The chicken was thick, crispy , and hot . We’ve traveled out to Chick-fil-A just for their sandwiches and they are ch’king is hands-down better.

Updating my original review from 2018! 2023 and this is still the best burger king in the area. The food is always hot and fresh, but truly the employees make the experience! There's a redheaded woman who usually works the register in drive-thru, and she's AMAZING. She deserves a raise for how kind and pleasant she makes each interaction. This is a great Burger King ! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. The food has always been fresh and prepared well and with care. They often have great deals and the app helps you save money as well if you care to download it and use it . It's also very clean inside.

Nice Burger King restaurant! The New Hartford BK provides an excellent dining experience, whether you're on a budget or not. The staff at this BK location are friendly, and they get the food to the customer quickly. Overall, a good place to eat! I usually eat here 2-3 times per week! BTW...the Ham/Egg/Cheese croissanwich is outstanding!!

Staff was friendly. Food was delivered timely and warm. They were short staffed because half the staffed called in. Unfortunate that those who did come in to work have to bare the burden. I will return!!

They are almost always on point but like most restaurants lately they often can miss adding the extra items and such. Recently our orders missed the added cheese, bacon, etc. And an order of fries was cold and flavorless. But it's a fairly rare occurrence I'd say. Customer Service on app and thru phone call always has gave a resolution. The Impossible Whopper is always amazing, regular items are always as remembered and expected. Will always be a favorite fast food chain personally.

Great Burger King location. I stopped in for a late bite to eat and it was great. The only reason I deducted one star was because the pump ketchup was way too runny. It just pooled like water.

Delivery was prompt but All food was ice cold. Onion rings cold, king burger cold, fish sandwich buns burnt, also cold. Just a completely disgusting meal, whomever was working last night didn't want to be bothered by customers & just threw in food that had been sitting around & was cold. Good way to make people sick!! Threw food out. Shame on these workers burger king!! They should be fired.

Food was hot, and the workers were very friendly! Would give 5 starts but they didn’t have the special Addams Family chocolate milkshake I mobile ordered :( but everything was good, hot, and served with a smile!

At this time of day (early afternoon) the lady there that takes the order and money is exceptionally pleasant, cheerful and helpful. She is an asset to the business and an encouragement to come to this Burger King again. I've been here several times and she has always been on duty when I stopped by.

I dont eat fast food often. And have specific likes at specific chains. That bring said, the Big Fish sandwich is my favorite at BK. Today's meal good, but had to wait at least 5 minutes between order and food arrival since fries were cooking. Fish tasted very fresh but only lukewarm. Fries excellent, and not remotely greasy.

Ketchup machine was broken and there was a very long line of people so I could not get packets for my French fries. 😒 The men's room what's filthy, the toilet needed cleaning and the door on the outside and the inside had greasy fingerprints all over it. Disgusting.

Went the the Seneca Turnpike location today for lunch with my dad. The top ketchup came from the dispenser the bottom from a packet. The top was thin and clearly watered down. It tasted like water with a drop or two of tomato juice. They must really be desperate to cut costs if they are diluting the ketchup. The jalapeño king my dad I got was decent but at a total of 22 and change for two sandwiches to get watered down ketchup is a slap in the face. Edit: Don't eat there often but the few times I've gone it has been much improved.

Went through the drive-thru at noon for 3 - #4 meals and had to pull out of line and wait what seemed like 8 or 10 minutes, you would think that at known "busy times" they would have more people working to move things along more efficiently.

Fries were cold, cheese sticks were cold. Waited to long inside, seems like the drive thru is there first priority.

Very disappointed that they are no longer offering the Whopper special which had two Whoppers, two fries and two drinks. Now it's a really bad fish sandwich or a chicken sandwich. Don't waste your time or money.

went twice and first time they messed up a simple rodeo burger and put mayo and pickles on it and it was very nasty. Then the seconds time I went the manager was confronting two fighting employees in the dining area instead of taking the manor in the back.

In the dining room, customer service was awful. The employee who work as the expiditer was very nonchalant as I asked for service. She did not even looked my way, just signaled to the manager who walked over from the drive through area and took my order completely incorrect then argued me down about me purchasing extra cheese. Lady, I just worked there 5 months ago part time. I have no reason to lie.

We visited around 11:20 am and they were busy and only had drive through which was fine but the two cheeseburgers caused a sizable delay in my order and the driver in front of me. We were asked to pull away and they'd be brought out. It was rather slow as they moved an additional 6 orders through before ours came out. When I opened the burgers they were rushed so badly there was mustard everywhere inside the wrapper, pickles were a pile on the edge of the burger and overall just carelessly made. 2020 sucks so no complaining at food service workers by me, just let down by the experience.

This time the service was lacking. The Customer service was lacking. The cashier made no attempt to acknowledge us standing in line, until I made a comment to my son. He then came over and took our order. He seemed frustrated. The place was a mess and the service was slow. They had a full staff in the kitchen. There was no reason one of them couldn't clean the tables and empty the overflowing garbage cans. The food was delicious though, so that's a plus!

Love the way it was remodeled but the cashier took 5 minutes to count out $3.95. Then took another 5 minutes to get my food. 2 whoppers and 3 orders of cheesy tots. I wasnt the only one waiting. There were 6 others in line to either eat in or carry out. Very slow. Do not suggest going there.

My daugter and I both got a original chicken sandwich and it wasn't even hot or freshly made. Barely any mayo on it at all and over loaded it with lettuce and was put together sloppy. Fries were hot and fresh.

They accepted my mobile order but wasn't actually open yet. Since they had already taken the money out of my account I had to wait for my food. They brought my coffee without securing the lid and it came off and spilled in my car. The whole thing made me 15 minutes late for work. I sat at the restaurant for a total of 25 mins waiting for my food. Not a great start to my day!

They substituted a small coffee for a soda for me . I asked for 5 or 6 ice cubes to cool it down. I gave the woman a 20. Dollar bill. I searched for a smaller bill I did not have anything smaller. She gave me back ten less than I gave her conveniently asked if I needed a receipt and I had declined. I waited for manager to count her drawer but coincidentally her drawer came out even. I was upset that I had been taken advantage off but left anyways .. I had an appointment to get to and there were like 5 people in line behind me. What made it worse was the coffee was ICE COLD!!!

I ordered ahead online. I got there and waited and waited, then was finally parked to wait some more. Then, the order was missing an item when they finally did bring it out. Food was cool. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and when I went to rearrange my pickles(as I do with fast food places) seen a long nasty black hair melted INTO TO MY CHEESE on my damn burger. Can you say #appetiteruined! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 And then when I called and asked if there was a staff member making burgers with black hair and the woman that answered was rude as all get out and had to tell her 70 times it was a DELIVERY ORDER. Each time saying it was a delivery order got ruder and ruder.

Received my order prepared wrong & when I brought it back, the manager said I’d have to pay for my order again because they wrote it down incorrectly, even though it was their mistake & I could’ve gotten sick if I hadn’t noticed in time (I order the exact same thing every time due to health complications.) This same manager seemed to talk down to two of the employees for no good reason. She also would not honor the coupons my friend presented even though the coupons applied to the location & were not expired.

Just went through the drive through at 10:30 pm and the employee was very rude to us. Very snippy and just nasty. I had to keep myself from telling her off and calling her a name for rude women . The workers were rude to each other and you could tell they didn’t want to be there. The service was quick, but order was messed up. I ordered an 8 piece nugget and sauce, and it was not received. I also ordered a Royal Chicken sandwich, and was given a Chicken Jr. instead.

I had ordered $8.69 in food, I gave the cashier $20.69. I received $11.99 back in change. I asked the cashier wasn't the total $8.69? She told me yes but I was a penny short. I would have gladly found another one to avoid the extra unnecessary .99 cents in change. I took the change and picked up my cold whopper and fries. Sad. My wife and I ordered our dinner online and were given the completely wrong food. We went back to try and obtain the meal that we ordered and paid for, however the specimen behind the counter could not have been less helpful. When we explained what happened we were told that it wasn’t her problem and we would have to request a refund through the company we ordered through. Which is fair, however the attitude and lack of empathy was unacceptable. While the refund would have to go through the appropriate channels, these workers are the people who prepared and packaged the wrong items and accepted no responsibility, nor offered to make things right. In fact, this individual seemed to take pleasure in telling us how it was not her problem and how she was unable to help us. At this time I think it’s appropriate to point out that this person is not someone who I think should be handling, preparing, or touching any food items that go into the hands of the general public. To put it politely, it appears as if this woman forgot to put her dentures in, and must have forgotten to wash herself and her clothes before the shift. I was almost glad she didn’t remake my order considering I felt safer knowing she wasn’t preparing my food.

I wanted an original chicken sandwich, but since they usually only put a little mayo on about 1/4 of the sandwich and the rest is dry, I asked for extra. Extra doesn't mean I wanted it oozing out everywhere and on TOP of the bun! Is there an option to order a "normal" amount of mayonnaise? 🙄 McDonald's chicken sandwiches taste better anyway, I'll save money next time.

So had paid and awful lot of money to wait 30 minute in the drive thru tonight I was asked to pull up and wait. I had some angry toddlers that couldn’t eat until 730pm and they messed my order up and gave my roommate a sandwich with mayo and he’s allergic I’m so glad that we checked. Went there Saturday afternoon, 1/15 /2023, about 5 pm for a light meal. The manager had handed a customer their order just as we came up to the counter. We were first in line and the only customers and she clearly saw us. Suddenly the lady manager (probably in her late 50's) abruptly turned her back on us, ignoring us with no acknowledgment at all. She continued ignoring and facing away while helping out the employees solely with the drive thru. We did not even get acknowledged; and this went on for an actual 10 minutes straight! We finally decided to simply leave. Worst service at a fast food restaurant ever. So we went across the street to McDonald's and were met with friendly faces and cheerful disposition. Complete opposite of BK! Entire different world. We sat by the window enjoying our food, watching the BK across the street with only a customer or two while Mickey's was bustling with business. BK manager should be observed by their Regional manager or a mystery shopper. Thank you.

have three complaints about BK. The first complaint is that they have extremely slow service. You would think after you wait forever for your food that you would receive a full order. The order of fries was only half full. I completed the survey at the bottom of the receipt for a FREE WHOPPER. When I went to claim my FREE WHOPPER, I was advised by the cashier that in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER, that I had to purchase a drink and a side order & that the total purchase price in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER was more than $3.50. I did not want a drink and a side order. The receipt did not indicate that I had to purchase anything in order to receive my FREE WHOPPER. This is poor marketing by Burger King.
