Always a treat. Love the frosty's, especially the vanilla flavor even though the old school chocolate will always be a favorite. The food is usually fresh and worth the price. A+.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of going through Wendy’s drive-through in the morning and having Nigel as your drive-through person you were missing out. This kid is so happy and helpful and has such a calm and pleasant demeanor about him, he makes my morning. I drive to new Hartford store because this kid it’s just a breath of fresh air, his smile and laughter is infectious. I live closest to the Yorkville store but it is worth a 10 minute drive to have a pleasant employee somebody who wants to do their best at their job and make everybody’s morning a better morning.

Good location, plenty of parking. Food is served fresh and hot. Wide selection of endless drink options. Friendly staff. A wide selection of different kinds of seating. Drive through also available. Sangertown Mall sits behind this facility.

They have a great team member on the drive thru, who at all times is so friendly. She made my morning start helpful with just a friendly tone. I did tell her manager that she was awesome. Made my food even taste better having that warm experience "eveytime" Congratulations to this store because it really is hard to have a hospitality given to you in a time like this in 2020. Thank you again, when I visit that area again I will come visit

Candace was excellent. Great service and very attentive. When the counter was slow she kept busy cleaning tables and making the dining room nice all with a pleasant and positive attitude. If I was looking to hire some one I'd steal her from you.

Great restaurant!! I had dinner at the New Hartford Wendy's, with my elderly mother, and we enjoyed another excellent meal for a very reasonable price! The counter cashier Nazeer was friendly, with a positive attitude! The manager on duty was nice as well! I eat at this location every week, and I've always enjoyed Wendy's food! All of the employees seemed nice! I'll continue to eat at the New Hartford Wendy's!! I'm glad that Dave Thomas's standards are still adhered to!! Thank you!

Today my husband and I came out for lunch because we just got done at the mall. We had a wait to get our order taken, but it was only 5 minutes. Then another 4 minutes for food. But the food was amazing! Hot, fresh. It was worth the wait and we will be back! Thank you to the staff who was nice and did the best they could during lunch rush.

My first time experiencing Wendys and their $5 baggies! I loved the burger, and french fries. But, the spicy nuggets was not for me. Their Ranch was so good! It was 8 pm and the dine in was close! P.s. there drive thru was super slow

Great burgers! And the chocolate frosty is hard to pass up. Friendly environment. Drive thru is usually pretty slow, however.

Wendy's in general is our choice of fast food when we have the option. This location is easy to find, well staffed and clean. As of today, No code to enter the bathroom (like N.Utica)& keep out vagrants...lol . The food is consistent, but usually a 4-6 minute wait on Fish sandwich, but I don't mind that, cause then I know its fresh made. The one negative side to this location is the street it's located. Leaving Wendy's and turning Left can be a nightmare!! Lots of fast moving, lane changing traffic . BE CAREFUL

Wendy's is probably the best fast food you can get in the area besides a five guys or Chipotle which both require you to go in. I give it 4 stars not beviits so amazing but because its best in its class. Always fresher tasting meat, fresher food in general. Salads are pretty good actually commercials didn't lie.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in years until a couple of weeks ago, and I have DEFINITELY been missing out! The food was delicious (DEFINITELY higher quality than what you get at McDonald's or BK,) it was out within 5 minutes, the bathroom was clean, the tables were clean, the staff wore masks and gloves, and the prices were reasonable.

Wendy's barely disappoints. I personally like they have a simple menu that changes often with all kinds of deals available. Also the coke machine is great. I love those machines for how many drink options you get. The price of the food might be kinda high for fast food but the quality balances it out. Now this Wendy's is in a busy location, but that does not affect the wait time at all.

Good customer service. It was a late last minute dinner through the drive thru. We ordered two 4 for $4 deals. We requested only ketchup on our cheeseburgers, and ended up with everything on them. We went back through the drive thru to inform them. The employees remade our burgers without any hesitation or issues!!

I ordered at the drive thru. I felt bad for the employee at the window. I was the second car in line and by the time I got to the window the line was around the building. It looked like they were extremely short staffed. The car ahead of me pulled up to the side door for food and I followed. They waited a few minutes and as I was patiently waiting another staff member came out to see if I received my food yet. She was very polite and quick with my food. Everything was hot and delicious so I didn't mind the wait.

Updates are nice but good quality down. The server seemed so confused and messed up order. Roll was hard-not sure what to think. And now you have to wait in line to get number for the bathroom. Not nice if you have a child or one on the way.

Fries were not so good, Luke warm at best and tasted like they had been sitting for a while.; However I had a single burger and it was really good. The service was average. All in all it was okay, had better had worse....

They were slow, I told them my order and had to walk them through it cuz cashier was either not listening or didn't comprehend what i said. They didnt get other peoples orders correct. We ended up with extra fries. But other than that food was good.

They are adding on an undisclosed up-charge for orders over small size. The medium homestyle chicken sandwich meal is now over $9 which is up almost $3 in just over a year. The fries are also different now. The old style were much better. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. But overall I'm no longer pleased with the food or the prices.

Workers were hammered with orders! Drive-in was almost backed up to route 5! Order inside and patiently waited for a to-go order. I fully understand the why it was slow! But, a yelling issue with two workers interrupted the patrons! Patrons were in shock! I went up and asked the order taker (the one being yelled at) to see a manager! She asked me not to escalate the incident please! She was calm and cool, so I didn't push it! But, where in the world was management??

It seems like the quality of beef at Wendy's has deteriorated over the years. Ordered my single with no lettuce, no onion. Received my burger with no lettuce, no tomato. Picked the onion off and ate it.. Fries were fresh and crispy which usually isn't the case. Service was nice.

Average like any other fast food place. It's greasy n the fries are never fresh. Ordered a chk blt but got a crispy chk instead. Once due to lack of work ethics. Wasn't impressed at all. Back in the early 2000s Wendy's was great today not so much. Sorry not sorry

I'm only giving 3 stars due to the awful odor throughout the restaurant. It was extremely noticeable as I walked in and couldn't be avoided. The windows and especially the doors were filthy, I didn't even attempt to use the bathroom. The only thing worth any stars was the very friendly and helpful service we received as well as pretty good food.

Food has been good everytime but wow you will be waiting for awhile!!! Some waited over 20 min for the order to be wrong. I might start coming just to watch people freak out waiting for food haha.

I thought I would try breakfast at Wendy’s I ordered a sausage egg cheese meal. The sandwich was on a soft mushy roll, sausage was too spicy, the cheese melted all over the paper. The egg disappeared. The worse were the seasoned potatoes, the was soggy and soaked in oil AND cold! So I threw out the meal and drink Half the coffee for the special price of $6.84! Thanks

So much for hot crispy fry's. At 1020a was refused a breakfast sandwich, was told they rotated into lunch, waited 15 min for a burger fry small soda. Fry's cold soggy, burger was a mess, dog ate good. Change back from my $10 ,. 43 cents....

When the girl handed us our drinks, the top went off and got soda all over the interior of the car. She then proceeded to close the window instead of asking us if we wanted napkins. She clearly saw it happen. Food was good though.

Idk what was going on when I was here. I have been to this location before it has always been ok. But when I got to the front counter I was ignored. Employees need serious customer training. Customers come before putting a single spoon away. taking 10 minutes without even acknowledging the customer is ridiculous. They actually had to try to ignore me at that point

My order was wrong .My sons order was wrong.The customer next to us had to return his as well.This not the first time either. It's not just the lost of customer service , the prices are totally out of control. The lobby was empty only 3 customers besides my son and myself during lunch.

Ridiculous wait time to order... And all I was doing was picking up on line order. Literally 15 minutes between microphone and window then an addition 5 at window at least. Food sucked. Chicken wrap was horrible in taste and construction.

Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and waited 40 minutes.!! I got ticked off so went up and asked what the problem was. Said they had to thaw the biscuits and cook them ! What? I asked for my money back as I had an appt. Refused to give it to me. Asked for manager and what a little snotty thing she was ! She also refused to return my money ! Will never go to Wendy's again !

This restaurant set a very low bar for the phrase fast food. It was the slowest fast food I've ever gotten. They appeared short staffed, but with the way the manager spoke to her staff, no shock people didn't show or called out on the holiday weekend. Two stars are given to the girl taking orders at the register for putting up with the way her manager spoke to her. The food was fine and correct. Not a good experience overall.

The service was horrible. Waited 20 min for my food. The lady in front of us waited 15 min for her salad. What I wanted they didn't have. Order a Cesar side salad got a garden salad didn't know till I got home. The chicken tenders were over cook. French fries were soggy. Never had service like that at Wendy's before.

The crew was struggling to get anything done. They kept yelling for help to the manager Kamal. He was nowhere to be found. When he finally did show up to assist them he barged in front of customers to fix the problem from the customers side of the counter then he returned to his break outside. He was not in uniform and was not identifiable as an employee. He was very rude.

Updated review. Went on 1/6/25. Had to wait 3-4 minutes to order in drive-thru, but I was the only car there. Ordered a Dave's single with no mayo and extra pickle. Received mayo, no extra pickles and a hard roll that crumbled and fell apart. It was gross.

This Wendy's is always a train wreck whenever my coworkers and I go for lunch. Incorrect orders, missing sauce(s), and painfully slow service--more often than not. To top it all off, the facility itself is down right filthy; countertops are sticky from spilled drinks, and no paper towels in the restroom during my last visit. The lovely photo attached is my "Baconator" fries. Please note the lack of bacon bits on my famed Baconator fries. C'mon, wake up and get your act together.

Absolutely no service for dine in. Stand there for more than 30 mins & never even acknowledged or gretted or apologized for lack of service .. 3rd visit that we've been forced to walk out & go somewhere else ..... needs to be shut down !!!

I went today with my daughter, I ate a potatoe and a Chilli. As soon as me and my daughter do the digestion, we both had to run to our house, to the bathroom. Or the food was due, or poisoned 🤔. I will never eat there again

Horrible experience, I was denied food the last 2 days in a row! Day number 1 sat there for 15 mins while they made my food then the lady comes to the window to cash me out, she takes my card and proceeds to try to use every register they have to cash me out taking up another 10 mins, comes back and says sorry our system is down and asked if I could come back in 20 mins what a joke! Did not give me any of the food! And this morning day number 2 sat in the drive thru for 15 mins for them to be out of the seasoned potatoes which is the only side option for breakfast and wanted me to pay full price for a meal no substitution for the missing side, no percentage discount for the missing item nothing! 2 days in a row I waisted my morning on Wendy’s and was forced to leave with no food no coffee and not enough time to stop somewhere else to get food I will NEVER be back to Wendy’s and I’ll try to get as many people to stop going to Wendy’s as I can untill the day I die !

I couldn't order anything I wanted because the store wasn't able to accept cards which was not the deterrent. The deterrent was when I returned with cash, they turned me away again for not having exact change. I go back now a third time for them to tell me that they do not have the item I came there for in the first place, a chocolate frosty. I won't be returning to that location any time soon

My son and I went to this Wendy's drive-thru. It was a terrible experience. I was spoken to very rudely by a young man and a young woman while trying to give the order. The man put my sons drink as a medium and my son asked if he could make it a large. The man never said anything and took the order off the screen so it only showed advertisements. We continued to wait for a couple minutes. Finally, I had to yell, HELLOO... At that point a female came on and with a lot of attitude yelled, "HE IS FIGURING YOUR ORDER!!" Yup... knee jerk reaction, I yelled at her to not have that attitude with me! At that time they told us to go to the window. As I was handing the card to the young man I told him to remember, it is his customers that are his pay check. He shrugged and said, "I dont care." There were 2 females standing there with him. When he said he didn't care the females started to laugh. I told him I needed to see the manager but he wouldn't get the manager. I finally told him I would just call corporate. After leaving I noticed he didn't give me my receipt. I called the store asking for the manager. I recognized the girls voice as the one that was rude to me on the intercom. I asked her for the manager... she implied that she was the manager by saying, "what?" I asked her for the store number, she told me it was, 362... this morning I called corporate and explained to them what happened. The lady on the phone with me informed me that the store number is actually, 592. I would never recommend anyone go to this store. The employees are extremely rude.

They said dinning area was open but as we ordered food, sign said it was not. Went to picnic tables out front, very hot today, went back in to inquire about umbrellas..( there are holes for them in tables) at least 3 management personnel were standing in dinning area ..asked about umbrellas and they all looked at me like I had 3 heads. Won't be returning.

On July 17, My husband and i ordered two of their biggie meals and ate on the way home. Half way home I ate the burger and noticed a funny taste to the burger. I gave the rest of my sandwich to my husband and he said he couldn't taste anything wrong with it. When i arrived at work this morning i had the worst case of diarrhea. Been in the restroom all day. Service was okay, but this particular restraint does not have the taste or quality of freshness as other ones we have visited. The fries were greasy and cold, and the nuggets were dried out. We won't be dining here again, that is why we have a one star review.

This location is literally twice as expensive as any other Wendy's (almost $2 for a small frosty, almost $3 for a large soda). They were out of several things, the service was extremely slow, and you have to ask for a code to use the bathroom. They say it's to ensure cleanliness, but it was filthy.

Horrible. Just horrible. The girl in the drive through was rude, wouldn't acknowledge what we said, then kept asking us what we wanted. Got up to the window and there were 3 people crowded into the drive through space - so much for keeping 6 feet apart - one of the people didn't even have a mask on. Then we get home and I open my salad - the lettuce was OLD, the small amount of tomatoes were OLD, there wasn't even a tablespoon of cheese on the salad and, there was NOTHING ELSE ON THE SALAD AT ALL. VERY BAD. Never going there again.

This location is poorly operated by the franchise owners. The new breakfast menu is missing an item from Wendy's website because they felt it wouldn't do well in the north. Instead of giving it a chance they just dismissed it in the north. How can you say something wont be a hit in the north without testing it first. The franchise owner needs to rebook at their business decisions.

Took about 10 minutes to order inside even though there were a bunch of people working. Food was warm but the hamburger buns were cold. The inside dining area was clean and they got the order right.

Legit a 40 minute wait last night with 5 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. Then when we actually get our order the gentleman didn’t give me the right drink and I said it wasn’t right and looks at me like I was in the wrong. Your job isn’t that hard my guy. Read the screen and give us the order. The wait is unreal. I’ll never use this drive thru again. Got to be the worst Wendy’s in the area.

This was disrespectful I have been waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru 5 cars in the line and they cam back gave us the worng order then complained about it and then forgot straws and had verry rude workers. Never coming here again

At my last straw with this place, no pun intended (maybe just a little pun). I have been going here for a long time each time I go out of town to get some spicy nuggets and fries. Without fail, something goes wrong every time. They are consistently rude, I wait for eternity for somebody to take my order, I wait for eternity for my food to be done, sometimes no ranch/sauce, most of the time no napkins (great for a road trip), often I receive regular nuggets instead of spicy, frequently cold limp fries, and so on. Pretty much second, third, fourth, etc., chances all the way down. Today, I waited patiently in line for my turn, only to be confronted by, "sorry we're closed" at 959. I just waited all this time to order for nothing? No good comes from arguing, so I left and went next door to Burger King, which is historically one of my least favorite fast food places. Surprise! Burger King was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Thank you to BK for rescuing me from my road trip snack craving, and I'm done dealing with this Wendy's for good. I guess I have a new tradition now.

Taco salad is terrible. Have not had it in years. I remembered it was good so I ordered it. Chili all beans. Add the salsa taste like ketchup. Girlfriend got the cob salad. Yucky also. $20 in the garbage.

First off at 630 pm I stopped in with my kids. No change table at all, the bathroom floor was sticky. had to change my child in the car.... second, waited on our meal only to get cold fries, stale buns and the baked potato was luke warm. Disgusted Will never stop in again. Atmosphere was not great and staff just seemed done. Table was dirty as well but looked the cleanest compared to others.

Shut this place down, it's embarrassing. Employees must never show up for work or owner doesn't hire enough people. 40 minute wait at the checkout counter. They ignore you for the drive thru. Every time. The franchise owner has a room temperature IQ apparently, not sure how else this behavior would be allowed to continue for so long. I won't bother ever coming back here after a lifetime of patronage to Wendys!

My main problem is right now that I cannot walk on the sidewalk because nobody on Seneca Turnpike is clearing their walkways thus creating a massive problem if you are disabled and trying to walk past Wendy's, Dunkin and a handful of other businesses on Seneca Turnpike. Clean your sidewalks! A great place to eat and have meetings or other gatherings. I love the $5, $6 and $7 bags. But, if you just want to have a soda, you are looking at $3.80. Yikes! That's a bit ridiculous.

Could only order through the drive through. We were missing food, one burger was wrong, we were missing a frosty and a juice box. No napkins or straws were given. The girl in the drive-through with long braids gave nothing but attitude about everything, told me I was wrong, I offered to bring everything back for her to see. Then she was talking trash about me to her co-workers right in front of me. Absolutely disgusting with this experience and for my 14yr old daughter to see also. It took over a half hour to get our food from a mobile order, in turn making us run behind to bring food to the groom we were trying to help do last minute clean up and set up before the wedding started. I will definetly not be returning.

The wait for food is terrible, so far we’ve waited 10 minutes and we still don’t have our food, it’s not even busy. No one in line! 0 stars!!

Slow service. Had to repeat our order 3 times and it was still wrong. Nothing like paying $38 for food you didn't order ..it wasn't worth it.

I’ve had it with this place. We waited forever in the drive thru and I had enough after my 3 year old son was screaming cause he wanted his frosty. Mind you he doesn’t get this a lot because he’s diabetic. Anyways I called and asked if their drive thru was broken and they said they couldn’t “detect” us. Well instead of sweeping you should pay attention to drive. My son and I will not be coming back again.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Spent 30 minutes in line before I was able to put in my order. Prolly burned more money in gas than what I paid for the meal. Seems to be a lot of reviews of extremely slow service. I am very frustrated. Still waiting in line at drive thru. This place is the definition of insanity and I am insane for waiting. Terrible....

I visited almost three weeks ago at 4:00 pm with my young grandchildren. The door was locked - no sign. Lots of cars at the drive thru, so we got in line. Line never moved, so cars drove away. One person said mics were working, to just pull up to the window. The store was deserted! This is the Genesis location in Utica NY

For fast food, the 45 minutes I stood at the counter waiting seemed odd. I also learned that they do not do refunds, not that I asked for one myself, but watched as multiple people were declined. I don't want to 100% percent blame the staff, but it does feel like nobody is managing. Though I did SEE the manager telling a nurse that actually helped fill napkins and bring a customer their chili that she could not have a refund even though she was going to be late getting back to the hospital. Craziest thing I've seen in awhile.

Re-heated burger, stale fries, and employee attitude nobody’s forcing yah to work there don’t like your job find a new one, if the food is not free don’t treat it like it is I’m not standing in line for school cafeteria food i’m paying for the crap so I’m expecting something decent.

The serves was insanely slow. It took about 25 minutes sitting in line to get up to the window. It took about 10 min for the car in front of me to have someone to talk on the intercom to take his order. Idk what they're doing in there, but I can tell you what I won't be going back. This isn't the first time either, it's slow every time I go there.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes, there was 2 couples behind me. The useless employees didn't help any of us not even the door dash pickup driver that said he was there 8 minutes b4 me & got no help. 1 lady kept going to the drive thru even when no1 was in drive thru. Horrible, zero service

I just had the worst experience ever at this Wendy’s. Me and my daughter wanted to go through the drive-through for a late dinner. When we got there, we waited in line for over five minutes for one car possibly more. Then they pulled up real fast and ordered a biggie bag And drove right off in 30 seconds or less. So we pull up and we were waiting for 10 minutes before we started complaining and then the person on drive-through spoke up and tried to say there was only two people working. So we waited five more minutes and cars were pulling up and driving off. So we decided to go inside and order our food when we got our food. My daughter’s order was wrong. She ordered a loaded fry and they gave her fries. But we didn’t want the argument so we just decided to go with it. We got out to the car and she ate her burger and I ate my junior Bacons. I went to open my chili to eat it and found out that it was only 1/3 full. This was obviously because of the argument that we had from waiting so long, so I presented my cup of chili to the counter girl and told her it wasn’t full. Please fill it up and she did. So I put the top back on and begin to leave without any problem whatsoever. Then as we were going through the door, the manager yelled out that I was a liar. The truth is that I feel like we were targets of racism. Everyone in their store is black and we are Caucasian and I feel like we were treated differently because of our skin color. This is a terrible place to eat anymore sinceD.E.I. Wendy’s has really gone downhill.

Just sat in the drive thru at the window waiting for a kids meal. When we finally received the bag there were no fries or toy in the bag so we asked the girl with the nose ring were the rest of the items were and she said it wasn’t her job to check someone else work and she thought it was already put together…. The attitude on this girl was like she doesn’t get paid enough to do want to be bothered.

They mess up orders a lot. Got a single when I ordered a double, we asked for a plain chicken sandwich and they gave us mayo and lettuce. Not the first time this has happened. Also they run out of sodas and other menu items a LOT.

This restaurant is absolutely 💯 percent DISGUSTING. Every single time I've been through drive thru the food is beyond messy. The burgers are loaded grossly with far too much mayonnaise and ketchup etc that you cannot touch it without getting it all over yourself. The food is never hot either. Never EVER any napkins. The location is a total joke and you call the store they just hang up on you or say sorry every single time. We have been through and got home and this is missing or that and they don't care. We've gone inside and the bathroom is disgusting, wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Wait another 10 minutes to get your order just to be disappointed. This place should just close because it is not clean and the food is terrible. Management obviously at store level just doesn't care 🙄

Omg is this a fast food place or what? I mean you have cars lined up waiting in the line for over 15 minutes. Do us all a favor either train your people or close the place down. This is ridiculous. Sad that this is happening. Sadly to say it’s not just them but McDonald’s, Burger King and all. If I could give it negative star this place would win by a mile.

Do not go here they serve old french fries that taste like they have been sitting a while and will also give you a medium when you order a large. As a bonus if you order Dr. Pepper for a drink it will faintly taste like it should, the other flavor I'm going to assume is mold from the machine not being cleaned.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were raw on the inside. My son swallowed his first bite. A couple hours later he had a headache and then was sick in the bathroom all night. These people just don't care. I called to get a refund and the store manager told me they have a no refund policy but if I wanted he would remake the meal. What a joke and no thank you! Your going to end up really hurting someone or end up killing them with food poisoning. Reported to the Health Department but I doubt they will do anything.

Be prepared to spend half your day in the drive- thru. It goes a little something like this... Wait in line which is not moving... FINALLY get up to the order box to hear "just a moment"... 10 minutes later a person comes on to take your order... Wait in line even longer... Slowly make your way to the food window to wait even more... Then hear the dreaded "we're going to have to to ask you to pull forward"... Wait an eternity... FINALLY, almost a whole hour later fresh hot food! But wait... THEY FORGOT THE FRIES!!! And repeat! This is my typical experience with this Wendy's and probably yours too!

My coworker ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo (thru doordash) today from the Wendy's on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford. There was no mayonnaise, which she ordered and the chicken was raw! Absolutely disgusting! Will NEVER order from there again!!!

I will never go back to this Wendy's. First we had a hard time paying with a $50. The young girl acted like she didn't know what to do. Next we had to ask for our change as she didn't give it to us. The food took a long time even though there weren't any other customers. The hamburger buns were stale and the fries were cold. Many of the condiments bins were empty. Every garbage bin had garbage coming out of the tops as though they hadn't been emptied in a few days. There were several workers there and we were the only customers at that time. I wished I knew who own this restaurant so I could tell them how badly it's being run.

bun was burnt with the second patty having pink sides and just by lookin at the lemonade you can tell is was practically water , tasted more like they put water in a cup and just squeezed a small lemon into it 🤦🏽‍♀️..
