I frequent Subway's back home. Many times they have run out of one or two of their products. Most of the time it's tomatoes. This particular Subway is clean it had all the tomatoes I wanted and the staff are friendly. A good experience thanks guys
This Subway was closed for remodeling but they are now open. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The food is always great and the remodeling made a choice place to eat in Whitesboro.

Subway!!! Whitesboro!!! Guuuuys!!! We just got home with our pre-order from the app. We ordered Turkey sub and a chicken bacon ranch sub. The chicken was in the turkey sub and turkey was in the chicken sub. The bacon was on what was suppose to be the turkey sub but had chicken. Lololol. My son and I opened up our sandwiches and both had to stare at them for a few minutes like what the WHAT. Lemme tell y'all what though.... We love y'all so much and love subs so much they we did a quick switcheroo of toppings and both subs are STILL tasting fantastic. We ain't mad about a thing. The confusion threw us off for a second but we figured it out and STILL enjoyed our meal. You guys were busy. And I'll admit when I did the pick up order I picked "no tip" which I NEVER do but payday isn't until tomorrow so I couldn't afford it. I'm sorry guys. We'll definitely be back always. And of course always tip. We just wanted to share a review that most people would go FULL KAREN about. But we just laughed like hang on, I'll trade you my turkey for your chicken, I'll give you your bacon if you give me my pickles🤣🤣🤣 we made it work! This location is still great with great friendly staff. And we will always be back!!! Hopefully other customers with one-off flukes like this will give as much grace too. Keep up the hard work!!!
I didn't catch her name, but the girl who made my sandwich was on her 2nd or 3rd day of work and it was a little busy when I came in and she was doing amazing!
I didn't get the guys name but I know he was a "newer" employee. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and this guy was so nice! You really can't go wrong with food from Subway but the customer service isn't always the best BUT the guy who made my sandwich was so friendly! Glad I stopped at this Subway!
The young lady working tonight did the best job making my salad. She was fast and it was so pretty I wish I would have taken the time to snap a picture for everyone to see but I dropped it in the car and it got mixed up. It was the best I've had ever and I worked at Subway 20 years ago. I will call to let her store manager know what a great job she and the guy did. Real team work going on.

I love Subway, but when the sandwich artist is handling my food with the same gloved hands they are handling everything else with (including wiping her face, I'm grossed out! Please teach your employees food safety! Change your gloves with everything you touch that isn:t food.
The white girl Subway location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful though I cannot say the same about the Gainesville location... The assistant manager there needs to be fired for the way she treats the customers
Food is not too bad, the weight is not so bad because there’s never really anybody there. Service is about typical, slow and servers with no personality. No greeting nothing it’s like talking to an automated menu. First and last visit.
What happened to the quality at SUBWAY? It's not just this location, but every location I've visited in the last couple of years. The bread tastes under cooked and highly processed, and the amount of meat on the sandwiches seems to be half of what it was in the past. Maybe they will improve. Or maybe they are wanting to fail.

Edit: Had my first not so great experience at this location. I am on a strict low carb diet due to a gluten sensitivity. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a sandwich. They were so careless in making these two items that they dropped crumbs from his sandwich into my salad. I was so furious. Then I had to tell them twice we wanted to eat our meal there when they tried go bag it up, then had to remind them that the man behind us also didn't want his to go..the reply we got from the employee was "oh sorry, it's time for me to leave so I guess I'm trying to get everyone else out of here!" Hate that I had this experience. Never had a bad experience. This subway is good. Nice employees

Hi there, I had an incredibly terrible experience at your location in Whitesboro Texas this evening. I went in to get dinner for my family. I’ve been in this location before and it was an awesome experience with great employees. However, after the way I was treated this evening; I will never return to that location. There were two employees there. An older lady with dirty blonde hair and a younger gentleman with the same dirty blonde hair. The woman asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted an ultimate meatball sub and an ultimate Italian. She said ”what bread” I said: “the cheesy garlic bread” as I pointed to the sign that showed these sandwiches and said “ultimate cheesy garlic bread” on the sign. She rolled her eyes at me and said “but which bread”. I said, pointing at the sign again that I wanted the cheesy garlic bread. At this point she sighed, and rudely told me that that wasn’t a bread. It was a butter they put on. And then “now what bread do you want for these sandwiches?” Clearly this woman is frustrated so I asked: “are you okay? Is there something wrong because you have a terrible attitude “ she said that yes, there was something wrong. I told her I was sorry but being rude to her customer wasn’t acceptable and I wasn’t going to let it happen. And that if she was going to be rude I’d like someone else to help me. At this point the gentleman comes over and tells her to go he’d take care of it and to go do other things. At first he was fine until I again tried to order the special which he told me he couldn’t make because he wasn’t trained. I asked if someone else could and he said: “yes, she can make it but she isn’t going to help you anymore.” I said okay, well my husband wants a meatball sub. That’s the only thing he eats here. Why can you not make that? He said he could do that just not add the butter. I said that didn’t matter just please make the sandwich. He started to, and when I asked who the manager was he refused to tell me or when they would be in. He then said that his coworker that had been so rude did nothing wrong and he wasn’t giving me her name nor would he give me his. And as neither of them were wearing name tags I couldn’t find out (they were also not wearing protective head gear such as a hat which I’m pretty sure is required in this county but I digress) He proceeded to then tell me how rude I was being and how they were doing nothing wrong. Meanwhile, my daughter with me at the time is now so frustrated at how they’re treating me she no longer wants to eat and asks if we can just leave. I told her yes and we walked out. I have never in my entire life felt so disrespected by employees of an establishment. My daughter was so offended and upset she says she’s never eating subway again. I was so flabbergasted that people would even think to act so unprofessional and ugly in a place they work and serve clients. We left here and went to whataburger to get food and there was such a drastic difference in the treatment that I left the crew a $20 tip as a thank you.
Came in ordered a 12 in wheat and turkey, chips and a drink was $16 I couldn’t believe it and further more the girl that waited on me had an attitude. I will never come back.
I went to Whitesboro today and not only were they slow but the waiter turned their face and sneezed! How dangerous is that? I will Never go to another one if they don’t care any more about their customers!
"Mask required" but apparently not for employees. My family went for sandwiches tonight and left without ordering because the young man at the counter did not have a mask or a face shield when we walked in and did not put one on as he prepared to open the food counters to serve us.
The lady used a knife with mayo on it to close my sandwhich (that didn't have mayo on it) and when I asked her about it she looked at me like I was crazy. I hate mayo! And every table was filthy.
I will not be back to this location. The whole experience was bad. They also overcharged me and wouldn’t let me use a coupon that wasn’t expired.
The mgr was causing an argument with a customer in front of other people making a scene and that's not what folks want when they go in to sit and eat and one of the workers didn't have a beard guard on look I can't trim this beard in about 2 weeks and then he sneezed all over the food you know then wiped his nose off at the same time don't need that can't have that will not be eating there again and you shouldn't either

Idk why subways added the divider things. The other day I visit here I found a broken nail in my meat. Now I'm thinking with these dividers what if they add example poison into my food. :/ not cool
One of the workers was extremely rude the entire time. She blamed it on the heat and while I agree its hot and I understand why it's hot I find it unacceptable that she was that rude to customers. I belive her name was Shelby. I will not be back there.
Had my son get us subway today. I spent over 70$. I wish I had gone to get them instead so our sandwiches didn’t turn out so horrible. The cold cuts were inedible. Our cold cuts were mostly lettuce and so much pepper. There was absolutely no salt. There was hardly any of the other toppings that was asked for. The mayo and vinegar and oil were almost non existent. I had to make my youngest something else cause she couldn’t take all the pepper!! After looking at the prices when I got home, we were way overcharged!! Most disappointing subway I have ever received!! If you are looking for a good subway, it’s anywhere but the whitesboro location. Whitesboro is the worse!!
Stood in the lobby being completely ignored by the three employees in there. Asked for help so we could place our order. The employees continued to ignore us. Said something again and still no one acknowledged our existence. Walked out and went to eat somewhere else. I'm done with this location.
While waiting for my online order in my car, I watched an employee drop my cups on the floor and then just pick them up and placed the DIRTY FLOOR CUPS with my food. If that’s how they react to sanitary practices with people in the lobby, I can only imagine their sanitary practices with no one around. Absolutely disgusting.
Don’t order from their online app, you won’t get your food!! Waited an hour before calling and three people later, we find out that it’s through a secondary company so they don’t know when it will be delivered. No where on the app does it say delivered by secondary carrier, but the manager went to tell me it is on my receipt…the one in her hand because I never got my food?!?!? She goes on to tell me how it’s not her fault and not to be rude(understandable if I would have ever received any contact stating our food was going to be sitting there for an hour, cold and soggy by now) don’t offer delivery if you do not have a delivery driver staffed! And no I’m not that lazy to be able to pick it up, unfortunately injured to where I can’t drive which was the only reason I was trying to get food delivered for my family!
Don't leave your wallet there, you'll never get it back. Lol Cameras were down Ironically, and couldn't pull the footage of who we thought it was. Employees cousin 🤨that's fun. Ex military ID and wallet that have been overseas means more than the money. For real!!! Great food though. 👍
Ordered a turkey salad and two pizza's through the app. The pizzas were not cut and the salad was a tuna salad instead of turkey. Called and the phone rang 16 times. They finally answered and I told the girl what happened and she went to go get a manager. I could hear in the background that they couldn’t find the manager. So after 5 minutes of waiting and listening they hung up. I called back with no answer.
Staff was not friendly at all. If there was an option to choose no stars I would. I went to order my sandwich and as I was telling the lady what I wanting she threw her hand up and starting bobbing her head in a circle like she had been waiting an hour for me to order and said “6 inch or foot long?” In the rudest way possible. Then I was rushed through my entire order and it was made so awfully and the bread was soggy when I finally got home and I only lived 5 minutes away!! I feel so unwelcome at that store every time I go and I don’t want to go back anymore I hate every experience I have there and I wish they would re staff the day shift because they are horrible.
