If you get there and that don't have what you like they'll make you one and bring it to your table so you can eat the whole thing or take a few slices and they'll put it at the buffet for others to enjoy ... But they do change servers alot for some reason or another meaning you might see the same one for a couple 2 or 3 times you go but then they're gone and news have arrived ... idk but i guess it's hard to find good help these days ...

Like a higher end CC's Pizza Buffet, the pizza are done in thin crust so you'd get more toppings then pizza dough, well worth the money if you'd rather have more toppings then dough, $11.99 per adult for the buffet, &7.99 per lb for take-out.

Great pizza and great staff! The only issue I’d say is that they don’t have pepperoni, their best pizza, constantly being refilled as it’s used. You may only get 2 slices of it because it’s gone so quick and takes a while to replenish it.

We go during off times to try and avoid a crowd. This place is just like I remembered. Love the salad bar and desserts. Always a great variety of pizza and they will make a certain one if you want. Unfortunately pasta seems to always be under cooked (both Sherman and Durant). Staff is always nice and keeps up with the drinks and removing finished plates.

Stopped in here with my best friend for the first time recently. Really great pizza, all you can eat. Nice salad bar. If you don't see a pizza you want, let the cook know, he'll make whatever you want. The only downside was that I enjoyed it so much that I ate way too much. Today was my first time at Pizza Inn, and I will absolutely be coming back. The food is amazing, they had a great variety and the desserts were delicious. The owner came out and was so friendly and the staff went out of their way to help one of my nieces in the game area! Way to go Pizza Inn!

Great pizza at a great price! $11.99 buffet including drink. That's cheaper than McDonald's! Place was extremely busy, but it's a new restaurant so it's to be expected. I'm sure it'll slow down and service will improve once the newness wears off. What is really cool for us old timers is that they found the original sign from the Gold Mine in the old SherDen mall, had it refurbished, and used it on the entrance to their arcade!

The pizza is always good and the staff is friendly. There are some crazy pizzas so just be aware they aren't always what you think they are. The music in the restroom is a little loud though.

I grew up going to the Pizza Inn on Texoma Parkway so I hated to see the original shut down many years ago. I heard this one opened and decided to give it a try. It has a similar feel to one on Parkway, the food and service were excellent as far as Buffett Pizza go. Better than Cici's anyday. If I'm in the area this will be my go to Pizza Spot in Sherman.

The buffet style is more like that "other place", but the food, variety, and friendly and engaging service staff make all the difference!! You guys made my day today!! Good job!!!

You are missing out if you have not gone to this Pizza Inn in Sherman TX. Buffet of delicious and wide variety of pizza, pasta and salad bar with drink. The wait staff are well groomed, friendly and attentive; and will ask you if there is a pizza flavor missing on the buffet that you prefer, then they will have it made up for you. The salad bar is cold, clean and fresh. The atmosphere feels like 1980/1990 with several big screen TV's with music selections. Also there is a mini arcade in the back for the kiddos to enjoy. And to top it off if you still have room in your stomach; there is an adorable and nostalgic decorated Blue Chip Cookie/Beth Marie Ice Cream shop next door which is operated by the same owner of the Pizza Inn.

The food here is top notch! The service is absolutely phenomenal! Anyone that wants great food and great conversation from staff! I will return as I have many times to this location! Updated menu pricing helps a lot more folks be able to enjoy this fantastic buffet!! Thanks again for the great food and memories!

Fresh with many of choices and it was 4:00 in the afternoon. This place blew me away. I'm shocked on how big the variety is. Our server, Ally, was absolutely excellent. What a gem! She gave us. Such a great greeting! We came in and was so attentive to all of our needs. The gentleman putting out the pizza was also excellent. It's obvious to me that the manager has created culture of great customer service. I highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent choices on the pizza buffet. Wonderful salad, bar and a pasta bar! The food was hot and we ordered a couple of specialty pizzas that were delivered directly to our table. All for the low price of $8.99! My family and myself will be back as often as we can get here!

Happy to have a neighborhood pizza place again, especially a buffet. This place has been packed each time we've been there so there is often a wait to get a table. The dinning area could definitely be bigger

I really like the salad bar, the pizza is good but needs to be hot not just warm, the dessert pizza is good. The warming tables are not set up in a good way so that you have difficulty reaching many of the salad bar items and the pizza also. I was told that is going to be corrected. The place is clean and bright and they have people who bring your drinks and keep them filled. The price is good and they have a senior price, kids price is also good. They will make you whatever type pizza you request then put extra on the warming tables. I gave the food a 4 only because they need better warming lights.

The crust is exactly like the 1970s thin crust, the toppings on the buffet were about normal, the salad bar was clean and well filled. Server was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Could have been more warmer of an atmosphere instead of industrial but with a buffet it made sense. The owner is present and engaged.

Clean, good service. Pizza is good. Fair price for the buffet that includes a drink. The desert is just ok. Small salad bar. The pasta has never been good, it seems to be overcooked. Pasta sauce is good. The other items on the pasta bar are not good.

Grown up cici's, a little more expensive but it feels nicer when you're taking out company with a mess of kids. With that said it's still very kid friendly. Food was pretty fresh, only complaint- anything fried on the buffet is usually rock hard. Not really an issue when it's a pizza place.

I did not like the lay out at all, salad bar is backwards and people in line for pizza are in the way for you to pay and leave. Other than that, I enjoyed the food especially Cheeseburger Pizza, the Owner or Manager was very helpful!

Well I must say I was disappointed, I was so looking forward to going. This was my first time visiting this location. I will give this new location a second chance eventually. 1. There was a hair in our cherry dessert pizza 2. No pasta on the buffet 3.most of the pizza on buffet looked like it had been there awhile. We got there at 7pm. On a good note, restaurant was clean and decorated nicely employees helpful and kept drinks filled . Staff in the backroom were rowdy.. sounded like they were having a great time.

Go to the Pizza Hut in haltom City and then eat at the one in Sherman. You'll go back to haltom City sorry guys just not hitting it right. $25 for two buffets and water it just ok. My waitress was hot... The food was not! 🤔🤣😅😞

I placed an order on the website, had to wait a long time for my food to be ready. The food was made with cheap ingredients, and not all of our food was fully cooked! The best we recieved were the pepperoni twists. Atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly. Maybe I will try this place again in a few months or so.

The pizza is ok, does not taste exactly the same as the original Pizza Inn (most don't anymore). My problem was with our waitress. We were pretty much ignored. The worst part was watching her take almost all of the pizza that I asked them to make. Hard to get the pizza you want when the waitress can go behind the counter and grab your pizza before its even placed on the buffet table. No apologies, she didn't even bother to have the kirchen to make another one. The guy behind the counter apologized and asked the kitchen to make another one. 2nd time, he actually made sure I got some slices. Will not return, I don't want to compete with my own waitress for pizza I specifically asked for.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to try a new pizza place since we both liked Cicis and not one out in Sherman. Heres how we felt.. First walked in they first told us to grab whatever you wanted and then you get to pay after (which weird). There is no label for the pizzas so ur grabbing who knows what, no bowls for sauce only plates... There was absolutely no room hardly to get to things, the cover was at ur face u had to bend so far to reach anything (across the table by the workers side)! We also had a server (which never happens) She went to go Refill our drinks and almost spilt it on my phone... accidents happen (thankful didn't), but need to be super careful. And there was FOUR people working and no one was doing anything except for the one girl who served us. All I can say is 4/10 for me I would prefer Cicis.

We walked in and didn't know where to go, there was not one single place to sit so we were left standing holding our plates. I was not upset really because I could see that they are short staffed. They had to send back two different pizzas because the kitchen staff did not cut them Our waiter he was good and keeping up with our drink orders and asking if we needed anything else and they advertise the stuffed crust chocolate chip pizzas for dessert didn’t have one up there they did have a variety of desserts what kind of disappointed on the selection of the pizzas they had, they really didn’t have that much of the variety

DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT HERE. This establishment has had roaches since April, and treats their employees like absolute garbage. Every time I have came I was not greeted by anyone, the bathrooms and overall entire establishment were very obviously not sanitary. Not a safe work or dinner environment whatsoever , will never be coming back

FYI, This is not a real Pizza inn! It doesn't show up as available for orders on their site. I had my doubts when I tried to call and order but only got a busy signal. I took a chance and drove there after work to order in person. The restaurant was PACKED and it was almost impossible for me to hear the young man at the register tell me that you can't order pizzas to go... Hmmm. Ok. I guess I'll get CiCi's So if you're looking for a very loud buffet this may be the place for you. If you're looking to order pizzas to take home this isn't it. Call pizza hut or papa John's. I wish I could review the food, but they didn't want to take my order. Understandable they seem to have all of the business they could handle. Durant does sell pizza though, and it's very good. Carry out is terrible, ordered on line :35 after the pickup time pizza came out but wrong sizes so we’re starting over. Paid for the order online but they’re having problems confirming payment. I would not recommend

Placed an order at 5:30 told it was going to be 25 min wait the pizza was ready but not correct so waited to get it fixed finally got my order up at 7:00 !!just to get home to see one of the pizzas is not correct

Pizza was grossly undercooked, floppy and soggy. The Italian sausage was just thrown on top, like an afterthought, cold and fell right off when we picked up a slice. They also didn’t put all of the ingredients we asked for on it. We paid over $30 for ONE, ONE large pizza. Nastiest pizza in Sherman and this was our first experience with this Pizza Inn. Not too surprising tho, this has been our experience with most restaurants in the area. Just nasty. Don’t trust the positive reviews because there is absolutely no way they’re legit. Gross!

My husband and I have eaten here several times and always had great experiences. Today, I talked my son and his SO into trying the place out and so we came around 2pm. There were only a few pizzas and desserts out and I’m pretty sure everything was leftover from lunch 2 hours before. The food was really old and gross. I couldn’t believe the difference when compared to all the other times I’ve been. Our waiter was very nice and helpful and offered us a fresh pizza. He was great. When we were checking out, I noticed a promotion on the screen. It said pay for two adult buffets and receive 2 vouchers for free kids buffet to use on your next visit. I asked the cashier if my son could get the two vouchers since he had paid for 2 adult buffets. First, she asked if they have kids and I explained they do, they just weren’t with us today. She told me she didn’t think the promotion had yet started and she would have to call the manager. I waited for the call to end and she told me that it would be to use for their next visit and then just stood there looking at me. I said, “ya, so can we get the vouchers to use at our next visit or no?” She said, “no, because…” and then turned the screen around to read the promotion and said, “ohhhh, ok, hang on.” She went to the back to get them and then when she came back she had the vouchers but said, “just so you know, we have questions and I know you do too.” I said it was pretty straight forward and I didn’t have any questions, she said she did. Nonetheless, she begrudgingly handed over the vouchers and we left feeling very weird. The promotion is plain and simple, I’m unsure where all the confusion came from and what questions she has, but hopefully management can brief their employees about promotions ahead of time in the future. She made me feel like I was asking for something that we didn’t deserve. Very weird. And that pizza was so gross it really makes me leery of coming back. I had never seen any of the workers that were there today, so idk if it’s just new staff running the place down or what, but we did not have a good experience today at all.

Ordered online at 4:30 for a 5:25 pick up. Arrived and no order. Lady at register went to check on it, 15 minutes later gentleman running several parts of the front asked me what I was waiting for, I told him my order again. He went to the register and printed my order out and took it to the back. It was another 35 minutes before I received my two medium pizzas. Would have walked if I had not paid online while ordering. Seemed like the two people running register, filling the buffet, and doing some cleaning were either short staffed or just not executing well. My online order was not the only one that had issues while I was there. Would like to see their processes improve.

Was looking forward to step back into the past. We had the buffet - the quality of food was good but not like years ago growing up. There was something missing in the taste of the crust and it wasn't super then plus the original pizzas were not offered. Atmosphere was great with having 70,80,90 music playing and the wait staff we had wasnt that great. Question is will we return ....Yes. I would be interested in seeing this location to offer a price for people that only desire a few pieces and drink due to health restirctions that cant eat a lot.

Back in the 80's and 90's, the buffet was bigger and tasted better. The food was not fresh and didn't taste good. The only good thing was the service, they kept our drinks coming. The staff was pleasant.

When I came to pick up my food the staff members seemed to be arguing with each other while customers waited in line to be helped. I finally got my food. It looked great, tasted okay, but let's talk about the aftermath. My stomach played a symphony that could rival a rock concert, complete with explosive effects. I haven't sprinted to the bathroom that fast since I tried my first pupusa. In conclusion, if you're in the mood for a pizza that'll turn your digestive system into a battleground and leave you questioning your life choices, this place is your go-to. Just make sure you're up for the challenge.

No pizza on the buffet, on a Friday night. We went and of course it was busy but they were only bringing out one pizza at a time which disappeared quickly with the amount of people there. Didn't even eat due to the lack of anything on the buffet. Pasta empty, no pizza, no parking. Just go to CiCi's.

I went to have lunch for the first time at Pizza Inn. It took 10 minutes for someone to get us our drink order, we had to flag them down. Go to get our pizza from the buffet and there is only one super tiny piece of pepperoni pizza. I checked three more times throughout the lunch hour, and they did not put out any pepperoni pizza. For a PIZZA Place you should have pepperoni pizza out 24/7. Supposedly, you could tell your waiter if you wanted a specific kind, but I only saw my waiter once and was never told that I would have to ask for pepperoni pizza.

Love the food, love the decor. They have one server that I have had the unfortunate luck of having twice now. If you have ever had bad service you couldn't even understand. This is the worst service I have ever had both times. 1st time she brought us our drinks and check at the same time and never returned to our table. This time we only got our drinks. I went to the waitress station and refilled our drinks myself. The other waitress that was working came over and apologized. Our waitress just gave me a look. Then when we were checking out, she had an attitude when they asked her where our ticket was. If I get her as a server again, I will not go back.

Came in today at 2pm only 3 other tables. Pizza was cold there was no traditional flavors pepperoni or deluxe. They did put out Taco and Spinach. Server came to the table to deliver drinks never returned to refill. Never cleared dirty dishes. We had just gotten our salads and she brings our ticket and ask if we need anything else and at that time we had just started so we needed nothing she never returned. Shouldn’t we have gotten our ticket toward the end and a refill? She was also sweeping the rug with debris and dirt flying everywhere by the salad bar while I was getting my salad. Noticed the other server Brandy all over her table helping and the people looked really happy. Very disappointing. When the owner lady is there it’s always superb.

Pizza Inn pizza is good but any delivery service they is TRASH!!! This restaurant is 1.2 miles from my house. Uber Eats decided they were going to drive to Durant before they stopped at my house that is 1.2 miles from my house.. WHAT? I’m not saying it’s the restaurant but uber eats is LAZY and absolutely inconsiderate of locals. We ordered our pizza at 4:30 and didn’t receive our pizzas until 6:20. Either don’t order from this place or NEVER use Uber Eats again. My pizza was ice cold. I had to basically rebake my pizza at home. Absolutely ridiculous. 0/10.. BYE. Never ordering from you or using Uber Eats again.

I ate here yesterday and I arrived very hungry and ready to eat. I grabbed a plate for my salad and filled it with everything I like. Salad was complete but there were no forks. So I start looking around…the male manager noticed this and ask me if I needed a fork. I say yes, he says…oh sorry my dishwasher is late I don’t have any….so I didn’t know what to do so I went back to a table and started at my forkless salad. A few uncomfortable moments later my waitress come over and asks if I want a plastic fork. A) I don’t don’t give 2 sheets that your dishwasher was late- be a manager and take care of no forks being on the sales floor B) why were there no plastic forks out when stainless steel forks were not available due to your dishwasher being late?????

Building is run down. Buffet price is good for the salad but the pizza quality isn't the same as what you regularly order for sure ! Staff was nice 🙂.
