Brought a group of 40 adults and kids and the staff was amazing. Place was clean and food delicious!! We always stop here on our way home from church camp and the manager makes us feel so welcome. Highly recommend.

This cc’s is everything I used to love about coming here as a kid. Whoever is managing this location knows what they’re doing. It’s always clean, the employees are always super nice and keeping things on the buffet stocked, and they have it looking and feeling like what it used to be. I’m not sure about other people’s experiences but My husband and I love this location.

Went to CiCi's for the first time since 2011. The buffet was clean, and well stocked. The salad had a lot of brown lettuce. We got there at 11:45 on a Saturday. By ,12:15, it was insanely crowded. There were two birthday parties, several groups of people on their lunch breaks, and kids running around. Also, the restroom needed to be cleaned.

Okay so this place isn't bad. Mark is always kind and loving. No matter how bad of a day he's having he's always going to smile and ask how I'm doing. There's only a few things I'd like them to change. First days on the buffet they've got three choices of pepperoni like Alfredo regular pepperoni and then I guess I got three meat pepperoni they should have more variety I think. Then just all pepperoni mostly sounds pretty good most the time that's normally what I get. Some of the pizza little tough. But it's okay it's always pretty well clean. There is a gentleman that is a bus's boy. When I'm there he's always rude he's always giving me a dirty look or staring at me when I'm with family. I feel like he rushes us he shakes his head when the baby starts to cry. I mean the baby is only 4 months old come on other than that everything's okay I just wish that gentleman over gentleman would be nice

It was the first time I had been to cicis in years . The food was fresh and good . The bus boy or man was the rudist I have ever seen . His demeanor was just awful. My 2 year old grandson had ran into the arcade area so my son his father went after him . The bus boy varked at him fir having a slice of pizza in his hand then starred at our table like we were just raking to long . Thus was in the middle of the day so nowhere close to closing. Not only was he rude but his appearance was even worse . He looked like he hadn't seen a shower or bath in months . Not a good appearance for a food place . You could definitely tell he hated his job . Management should care more about the employees appearance if they are working in the public area . Also I understand rules but he was just going to get his child not to stay in the room . Maybe they shouldn't mix the arcades in food business and that problem with food being taking over by the arcades wouldn't be a problem . I mean isn't food the main business or is arcades where the money is . Overall I say this place is poorly managed .
