We had to wait a little longer than desired but was worth the wait. I’m certain they were short staffed tonight. The manager and employee worked well together and had great customer service! The manager here is absolutely a delight - you can tell he cares about his customers and job. Food came out perfect
I have been going to this Sherman Wendy’s for years. It has a great location at LoyLake and Hwy 75. The food is always good even in the middle of the afternoon. The only place i have EVER been that I have never gotten brown lettuce in my salad. The store is always clean even the bathroom.
2023 update: today my friend and I were greeted with a smile and excellent service. The lobby was very clean (at lunchtime!) and the employees were very helpful and friendly. In years past this location was a dump, but I have high hopes for their future.
I love Wendy's. A great alternative to McDonalds or Burger King. The folks that work at my Wendy's are patient and polite when I drive thru late at night. It's not a location I tend to stay at long but I know the taste and flavor will be more profound than the other burger fast food places.

Visited with our church group on Sunday after church, there were about 16 people. The young man at the counter was friendly and fast. The dining room was clean and the food was good.
Wendy's definitely has not gone out of style. They are still OG as ever!
They were busy but really nice. The kept me informed the whole time.
The service was amazing, fast drive thru. I usually like there food but was not a fan of the new nacho cheese burger. It had too much disgusting red sauce and very little cheese and these weird corn nuts that were seasons poorly. It was definitely not worth the money. The fries were very good and Connie's Jr bacon cheeburger was good as well.
Always leave pleased. Order is always correct and they never cross contaminate. I cannot have bread son they put my burger between lettuce- I love it.
Denison Tx store, 75 South at S Loy Lake Rd. Greeted by Destiny when I walked in. Friendly and efficient. Most unusual though- after taking my order, spray cleaner in hand, wiped down tables until next customer walked in. That person received a cheerful greeting as Destiny took their order. Moments later, I saw Destiny delivering food to a car waiting outside. She walked back inside still with a smile. That’s an Associate worth recognition! Well Done, Destiny!
Jasmine is awesome. The location is perfect for me and she seals the deal for me!! She is so friendly and bubbly! Highly recommend
I just wanted to give a shout out to how hard these kids are working at this location. DANIELA WAS KILLING IT! A busy Saturday inside along with online delivery orders coming in at the same time! She made sure to quickly knock these orders out calmly!
Had Dave's double for the first time. It was juicy, and delicious. Why haven't I ever ordered this before? Big bite burger with all the trimmings and crispy golden fries to go with it. Ordered a frosty to dip my fries, been doing that since I was a kid. Dave's double is a really good burger. If the service and quality stay the same I'll be back and order it again
Love this place. Always friendly, clean, and nearly perfect. Nice friendly staff that explains anything and everything. Very courteous to all of the customers. Nice music on radio playing. Clean area inside dining. Seems like all of the employees get along. Nice, clear menu that shows you everything! Don't know that I would change anything, except for maybe the ceiling tile. But, overall great!
I ate here for 2 weeks straight. Not much to say here except abuse the biggie bag. Flawless orders 4/5 (only one order they messed up) However there is no phone so couldn’t even call for a refund of the food I didn’t get. Over all good place to eat
Overall, I think this Wendy's location meets expectations. Whenever I go and I have special requests(having my food cooked up order/fresh), they meet them. The people taking the order always seem to be respectful. I would recommend this Wendy's location.
The burgers were great. Loved the fries. Employees were friendly and courteous. I have only 4 stars on the food because there was too much carbonated water in my Coke Zero. It was very hard to taste the Coke syrup. Other than that, I was happy at Wendy's.

Don't try the crabby pattie meal it is overpriced for a small plain burger and vanilla frosty with a couple pumps of pineapple syrup. My kids didn't even get the little stickers that were supposed to come in the bag when they went but when I an adult tried it on my lunch break they did 😂. I think I Should have stuck with the bacconator!!
5-11-24 Ordered at the drive thru. Even with my truck shut off, I could barely hear the girl inside. I asked for a plain egg biscuit. When I got the order, it was a plain biscuit. I went inside, and as soon as I got the manager's attention, she called out and said she knew the biscuit was going to be messed up. The girl had entered the order, removing not only the cheese from the biscuit, but the egg as well. The manager fixed the order quickly and we were on the way
The food was ok. This location has been using the same janky muffled and jacked up speaker FOREVER so my order is almost always incorrect or I have to repeat things multiple times. Also, the wait was insanely long for not even a lunch or dinner rush.
5 stars for food quality, always delicious, always hot. 5 stars for the employees as well. Always working hard, rarely makes mistakes. My issue is with their zero sugar or diet drinks. IF those options are working, they taste like carbonated garbage water. They almost never work though, and has been a problem for 2 years or more. Fix your drink machines.
The buns on our burgers were completely dried out, Wendy's used to be about freshness, a complete failure, tossed the food out, and only half eaten. Still over priced, you can get a full service meal at the same price. It's not worth the money spent.
Was given a regular drink, not diet (diabetic) missing a whole 10 piece and chose to give me the wrong dressing (allergic to Cesar)
Focusing on drive thru more than focusing on internal order. Spent 30 to 40 minutes waiting on food ordered through the app. Walk in and lobby is packed with angry customers that are waiting for them to take their order. Messed up on our order fixed it.
This use to be my favorite for fast food because when I said add extra pickles. They literally went above and beyond. I had been craving a spicy Asiago with a bunch of pickles and I have never had the need to verify my order. Well, this time around. No pickles!!! As you can see, the receipt says XT Pickles three time. How does anyone miss that? How annoying because any burger or sandwich to me. MUST have lots of pickles.
Wendys new sauces were pretty good. Chicky nuggies were nice & crisp. Burger was meh...
I drove through Wendy's just wanted a small chili and a small frosty. The employee who waited on me in a very short period made a great impression. Very attentive and nice, she gave extra crackers and napkins. The chilli was hot but, the beans were under cooked and the recipe was different. Won't want that again.
Have never gotten a drive thru order correctly
I usually go to this Wendy's every single morning because of their breakfast deals. Unfortunately when I was handed my coffee I was in a hurry and I needed to go so I took it even though it looked different from normal. I took a sip of it at work and it tasted awful... I'm not sure what the deal is today but this isn't even a little bit off it is WAY off. I don't think any effort was put into it and if your a coffee drinker you know that it needs to taste a certain way to be good. It's usually a really pleasant experience but today I would give a 1/10. I would just like my meal reaplced.... i tried calling 4 times and there was no answer and i don't have time to drive up there because I'm at work.

Went through the drive-through and ordered my food, saying please and thank you the entire time. I was very respectful to the man on the mic. When I asked for a Dr Pepper, one of the girls got on the mic and mocked the way I was saying please and thank you. You would think working in fast food, people would appreciate courtesy instead of mocking it.
The spicy chicken sandwich was free with a coupon, so that was okay. The fries are, as always, still in need of flavor
Lady at the window tripped me out.there was a lot of hand clapping and excitement at times when it didn't seem like the sociable moment and semi rude at others.didnt know if it was sarcasm or something.i honestly thought she could have been a synth.
Not anyone in the drive through but we waited about 10 minutes for our order. Since we had spent all day at the hospital we just took the bag. By the time we were back on the highway we realized we had the wrong order.
We wanted to try the new Dreamcicle flavored frosty but it was melted. We ordered a medium. It was over $3 and they were very small. I'm saying save your money because with taxes for two your talking closer to ten bucks it's a total scam.
Today I was rather displeased with the accuracy of our order. Our nuggets were not in our bag and as opposed to bringing them out to us as we were asked to wait on the side for our original order, we were asked to go back through the three deep order line. To top it off we then realize that our dipping sauces were not in the bag either. No apologies, no concern. I do not seek to be coddled or have my hand held, I only seek to get what I request and is offered by the company in a reasonable timeline. This order was a miss.
Went through drive through tonight #40037 spent $12.55. got home and the meat was pink.. tried to call the store several times but call kept getting sent to an extension (#09631) that was never available...too much money for a meal that was not edible.
If youre going to make me pay extra for sauce at least get my order right
Most tables were sticky and dirty. They messed up part of our order twice. After third attempt there was a weird cleaning like flavor to the food.. What happened to Wendy's?

Ordered, drive thru, was told to pull up to the door. A girl walked out with some of my order and told me to have a good day. I went in to get the rest of my order, they said they were out(ok if out need to refund) they found it shortly after that. while I was inside they went out to my truck and gave my husband someone else's food luckily I came out moments later and was able to give those people their order(they were super confused, so was i) I was afraid if I took their food back inside they would be sitting there all night.
food was normal, service was disheveled, staff overwhelmed, orders mixed up affecting multiple guests when only one was the issue, by continuing the mixed orders. with additional water flowing from the beverage dispenser.
So I went to the redesigned Wendy's in Sherman tonight and other than putting tomato on my burger when I ordered it with NO TOMATO, the burger and fries were hot and good. The problem was the drink machine and the terrible attitude of the manager. The drink machine was out of syrup and even though I made the staff aware after trying to get a drink while waiting on the burger, they failed to fix it. I sat down and at the burger and fries and then tried the drink machine again. Still just carbonated water. I went to the counter and the employee said they were fixing it now. I asked if they could get me a drink from the machine on their side of the counter and apparently theirs was in the same condition. So, I asked for a refund on the drink. They located the manager who would not even look at me or address me and instead looked at the screen and then the employee and said, "You can't refund just a drink in a combo". OK, I'm thinking what about just pulling enough money out of the register to cover the cost of the large drink that was in the combo. I would have even been satisfied with just a simple explanation and saying if you will wait just a moment I will fix the machines and get you a drink. At this point any sugar free drink would have been fine! So disappointed! Way to go Wendy's! The re-design of the building will not overcome the sloppy and careless attitude of management.
Sat here for 15mins waiting on food! Ridiculous! And it was 4simple breakfast biscuits w cheese sausage and egg!!!! Still waiting as I make this review!
Came here the other day. Food was alright but what bothered me was their soda machine spit orange dye all over my jeans, shirt and sweater. When I told the employee their response was, "Oh, hmmm, it must be dirty. Hmmm." So, I'm drinking dirty soda with who knows what kind of bacteria and have a ruined outfit. Thanks.
Ordered Baconnator combo, was given some else's order, was able to get that fixed, so drove home just to find out on the first bite the beef wasn't even cooked.
Wendy's has truly gone done hill in food quality and service. I understand there might be a high turnover rate with employees, but I also feel the training may be lacking. The prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Nothing tastes the same as it did a few years ago, to 20 years ago. Now they charge for their sauces. I'd much prefer to go to Chick-Fil-A where they don't mind giving you 2 or more sauces to compliment your meal. I will say that the Biggie Meals are still a great value if you're looking for a quick lunch and the Frosty additions are fun.
Needs a lot of work on their people skills. Not a very welcoming place as far as the employees looking miserable at the drive thru. Food's pretty good though.
Horrible!! I spent 45 min in line, I didn't have the choice to leave due to the concrete curb.( cars in front /back) I kept my cool and when it was finally my turn to the window, I was told it would take 15 min to get my order (only order a biscuit /coffee) I LEFT LIVID!! 45 MIN IN LINE WHAT A WAIST OF EVERYONE'S TIME!!!!!
Wish they would wear hair nets on their heads & beards, no gloves, carrying a dirty mop through the kitchen while another one's making their food is just disgusting that you would think that they would also know that if they have a beard and long hair or whatever they would have to wear hair nets, but none of them wear them. Why not, nobody wants the beard hair or any hair to fall into food. Gross
My husband and I went to the drive up we ordered a Dave's #1 with no mayo with mustard . I got a hamb with no mustard tons of ketchup ! Running off the sides ! Terrible! Cold My husband ordered a no. 6 spices chicken sandwich he got nothing on it and it was dry very over cooked ! Terrible ! No sauce in the bag. Will not ever come back ! The cooks are horrible at night ! Very disappointing 😞
Today I paid almost $10 for a taco salad through the drive in. Got it home looked like the lettuce and tomatoes were 2 weeks old. Wilted and almost brown. Trashed it. Do better!!
There food has a nasty taste to it. The coloring on the chicken is not normal. Has a nasty taste to I do not recommend going or eating there. The fries has a dark coloring and did not look healthy. My brother works at Wendy's and the horror story's we have heard have been horrible.
Never got to the food. After standing in line for 35 minutes, I got to the counter. There was a biohazard (blood) on the floor. The counter person went out and cleaned it with her hands, then mopped the area. All good except then WITHOUT washing her hands proceeded to take money fron the next customer, scoop the fries into the bag and continue. I am DONE with Wendy's.
Incredibly slow. Had to stand at the counter for five minutes just to be acknowledged. I got a couple of looks during that five minutes, just no help, not even a Hi. The food that was supposedly ready took an extra 15 minutes.
We order from door dash alot, shouldn't be any different from going through the drive through which we have also had bad experiences with. We keep trying to give them chances but they continuously mess up the orders. My wife ordered a chicken pub sandwich and got a bare sandwich with bacon jam. There have been times where we haven't even got some of our kids food. Which we all know is a nightmare. Honestly at this point screw this particular Wendy's not that they care.
I'm only leaving this review to hopefully bring some awareness to the fact that this store needs some help and training on proper food handling and customer service. We would really like to eat there and we looked past the terrible service on one visit but went today and the service was the same. They continue to allow food to sit on the counter when the meal is not ready so it is getting cold. The same cashiers that we encountered on our previous visit barely spoke to any customers and even ignored some. We watched as a man said he would be leaving due to them not taking his order and the cashier just said bye.. Please give this team some training .
Yesterday I went to Wendy's and order my food. Once I got back home I realized my order was messed up. I called and spoke to the manager Shay, she was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. If I could give her a 5 star I would. She told me to come back and they would fix my whole order for the inconvenience. I go today to get my fixed order and there was a Hispanic manager that was so rude and acted like she didn't want to fix my order. She questioned me at the speaker and then again at the window. Very disappointed in their customer service , I just wanted to get my order fixed in a friendly manner. The manager was so worried about closing the window I had to rush to ask for ketchup while she says it's in the bag and then closes the window.
I've never been one to write a review or do any of this but after this morning im definitely going to say something now. I showed up at 10:15 am and waited in line to order some breakfast for my kid and when I finally am able to order its 10:33 am and all of a sudden they are no longer serving breakfast and refuse to take my order and after going inside to try and get some clarification im then told they are out as im watching them make more of the items im trying to order. Worst experience I've ever had and the staff was completely rude.
If you got 30 minutes to kill, check out their drive-thru for low quality food. smh
Can only give this Wendy's one star. The food was bland and packaged like no one really cared. The fries were only mildly warm. Won't be back. Paid 17 bucks for a Dave's single combo and a Dave's single burger by itself. It wasn't worth a 10th of that. 3/8/24 Well, I went back on my word and tried Wendy's again. This time I ordered a small chili. Wendy's undoubtedly is now serving up vegan chili because there was not that h e slightest trace of meat in mine. To top it off I had to pay extra for a thimble full of shredded cheese and diced onions. Wendy's will not get a single penny from me ever again.
Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was grilled instead of spicy. No extra pickles as ordered. When the manager was contacted, Her reply was I’m sorry sir. NO customer service at all!! Rude people at the window!! No one greeted us nor spoke to us the entire time at the window. Our visit was on Feb 23,2020 at 10:45 NOT HAPPY!!!
Unfortunately 😕 this location went down hill. 🤦🏻♀️They seem to be hell bent on serving staged meat on their hamburger's 🍔 even if you requested it fresh off the grill and it's over cooked, cold ,🥶 and has a nasty taste. Traditionally Dave Thomas the founder always took pride that the meat wasn't cooked until you ordered it. Even then your order came out quick, hot and fresh . There's a wait time now at this location 😞 🤷🏻♀️
Service was absolutely awful. The little girl at the counter with short blonde hair cusses like a sailor and has a too good to help you attitude.Super slow service. If you’re wanting to eat here. Be prepared to wait!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Employees that worked to night act pretty crappy ! Slamming the windows in my face at pay window and also the 2nd window because I wouldn't pull forward so they could still give me cold food is weird to me.. they always gice out cold food ... ( I have had to wait over 30mins when I was parked time before ) And the manager was also very tacky as well.. drive time isn't my problem as there wasn't but a car behind me .
I don't usually take the time to write a review, but this experience ought to be shared. I ordered a Chicken Ranch Wrap at the drive up at 8:40pm tonight. That's all I ordered. I paid for my item and pulled forward to the pickup window. I was then asked to pull around and park out front because they had to cook the chicken. I was confused because there was no one behind me in the drive-thru line, but I did as instructed. I waited for several minutes. No one brought anything out to me, so I decided I'd better go inside to see what was going on. They weren't busy at all and promptly handed me my food. When I asked why I had to pull around and walk inside instead of wait in the drive thru, I was told that the chicken was "fresh" and took "a minute to cook" and, here's the upsetting part, that the General Manager was tracking how much time customers spent at the drive up window, so I had to leave the window. Seriously?! Apparently, an arbitrary, across-the-board customer time limit at the drive up window takes precedence over proper customer service and use of logic to discern that there was no need to pull forward and park when there was one else waiting in line behind me. Incidently, the "fresh grilled chicken" in the wrap was hard, burnt and inedible. I tried eating it, but didn't make it thru half the wrap before throwing it away. Don't waste your time or money...
I have never come across such an incredibly rude worker at any establishment in my entire life. At around 5:48 PM, March 7th, I went through the drive through to get dinner for my family. The speakers were very quiet and I could barely hear what they were saying to me. I pulled up to the first window because I didn't know it was actually supposed to be the second window. After sitting for a second, the cashier gestures at me in a rude way (if that makes sense). I get to the window and I wanted to let her know that the speakers were quiet. So I tell her and she says "that's cool" in a completely monotone and degrading way. When interacting with her at the window, she was staring me down like she wanted to fight me. As I leave and tell her to have a good day, she says "bye" straight face and slams the window in my face. I was completely shocked at what just happened. I had done nothing to make this person mad at me in any way, and she thinks it's incumbent on her to make my day worse. According to the receipt, the cashiers name is Grimes, and the Host was Abigail.
Save your money- even if you have coupons, especially using the app!! Plenty of competitors in the general area where you can actually get a burger. Placed an online order via the app, a single burger, nothing else. It was placed for drive through pick up because I was not able to get out. They had no one in line and I pull up to the speaker and let the gentleman know I placed a mobile order, he proceeded to tell me they do NOT do mobile orders in the drive through, I must come inside. I tried explaining to him I could not come inside, I already placed the order online and it says to go to speaker and drive through .. he then tells me not to pull up to the window . I MUST park on the side of the building designated for mobile orders. I parked and waited over 10 minutes for 1 single patty cheese burger. During that time I counted approximately 6 vehicles enter the drive through, order, get there food and leave. After this experience, I immediately canceled my single burger order on the app and left. It has been over a year since I have had Wendy’s and thought I would try it again because I always enjoy the burgers, but based upon customer service experience and application issues (or whatever) I will never return again. I might have given it 2 stars if the guy that was talking to me at the speaker wasn’t so forceful with his voice and never once said hello, welcome, thank you, you’re welcome…anything inviting to make me feel appreciated, instead I felt like I was a burden. This band should be ashamed and this location needs some serious help.
We planned to eat inside, but the whole restaurant reeked of old grease. The cashier was friendly, but the food was not good, not normal Wendy’s standards and I’ve eaten at several in the past. Will not be back. Management definitely needs training or replaced.
I came before and that older Hispanic women has a bad attitude. This the second encounter with her . She very rude the first time the person in the car wanted a shake . She keep saying we don't have a shake over and over . Do you not know that a frosty is close to shake ? I went back last week and dropped my cardwhen i looked up her hand was telling me to pull up and when I looked they were whispering in laughing . I snatched the food left the card and went inside . I was going go off but instead I snatched my card . I won't back food isn't the best . Get rid that old Hispanic lady . They have no customers service skills.
Decent food, but don't expect to get your order correct. It's always something. Want to call to complain? Only can call corporate. The store never answers and rings twice before saying unavailable. Honestly this is ridiculous.
Went through the drive through about 9P. Menu light was off making it very hard to read. Placed our order and drove up to pay. The lady taking the money was extremely rude. Picked up the food and order was wrong. They took care of it and we're very nice. However, we asked for ketchup and didn't get any. We ate in the parking lot due to the dining room being closed. The french fries were not only cold but so stale they must have been cooked at least an hour or more earlier. Horrible experience! We will not be going back!
If you are doing door dash or uber do not take any orders from this Wendy's. My order was supposed to be ready tonight at 9:02 it was 9:47 when I got out of there. It was a normal medium size order and they wasn't busy. The girl up front couldn't figure out what she put in the bags and I will never take a order from here that don't have a 50 dollar tip
Everytime I come here to pick up orders for Uber they are very very slow and they are very rude.I'm not taking any more orders from them because they take at least 45 minutes every single time
I got a #1 today November 15 2025.n it tasted nasty.the meat tasted old n burnt lettuce tasted old like when u leave it out the Sprite tasted like chemicals..for $12 n I got that crap.yall use to be good to go to..
6/2/15 - Double check your order before you leave the drive through window. I stopped to get a salad, lemonade, and chicken sandwich for my elderly parents at 3:30pm today. Cost was just under $20. Came home with a salad, a lemonade and what I think was soup? Anyway, no receipt either. I have tried to call the store but only a voice mail came up saying “the person at extension XYZ is not available,” with no option to leave a message.
This the SLOWEST Wendys, or chain restraunt, I have ever been to. 20 min for a chicken sandwich and there was only like 2 other customers inside. Now im back a few days later because I figured it was an isolated incident. NOPE! Been waiting for 15 minutes and they havent even started putting our order on the counter. THERES NOBODY HERE !! What the HE-DoubleHockeySticks are yall doing back there?!?!?!?!?! Making the whole franchise look terrible. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! I will come back at random in approx 1 month and if yall fix whatever is wrong I will change this review accordingly.
Ordered a Ghost chicken sandwich w/o onions. That was right. But they put bacon on it. Which I did NOT order when I took it back. The MANAGER said, "That's they way it comes!" BS! I've had this sandwich many times. It has NEVER had bacon. Got a refund. Will NOT return to THIS Wendy's!
Went there on a Sunday with Grandkids. Waited 20 minutes in line and never got waited on. Finally left. 4 people in front of me complaining to staff but got ignored. Didn't complain but just left. All the staff were doing drive-thru and take outs. Totally ignoring the dine in people. Never go here...it is horrible. I finally learned why some people get aggravated and annoyed at fast food staff. Will never step foot in this one again.
So I go to Wendy's today after my child's doctor's appointment and the district manager was packing the orders and she hands me the food bags. I tell her that I would like to swap the sauces out. She tells me it's $0.54 for extra sauce and I said no. We want to swap them out then I get all the way home to find out that the $6 meals that I paid for don't even have the sandwiches in them. I tried to call the number that's on Google. It's a disconnected number. They never gave me a receipt. I'm so disgusted
My husband and I had wendys 2/9/26 we went for lunch have been sick with food poisoning every since the hambers were greasy and tasted nasty and the fries tasted like old grease
Ordered delivery and the forgot my food both times but my husband got his. I tried to call to see what was going on but the number is not valid. There is no way to contact the store unless you go in person.
Manager was incredibly, disgusting. Rude. When I asked for more sauce for 30 dollars worth of food I was allowed to get 2 bbq packets. When I asked for chocolate on my children’s frosty she said I wasn’t allowed to, didn’t even offer an up charge. I’ve been coming for decades, love the black older manager, this younger white women is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been a server for two decades I understand up charges and following corporate rules but her attitude and disrespect is going to definitely spread if she continues on o treat people the way she spoke to me. Gross. If my kids didn’t want this I would’ve just drove off. Update: waiting as asked to for fresh chicken, was brought out cold chicken nuggets and old cold fries for my kids meals. Disappointed. Would not recommend going here ever.
They now charge $0.54 per sauce "because you didn't order nuggets" yet the $8 order included fries... Left, would rather spend $15 @ Whattaburger, for better quality, free sauce, and the knowledge that staff is paid better.
Seriously? 8 mins in the drive through and they gave us cold fries and a single burger dripping in mustard instead of my baconator?! All my dad wanted was Wendy's after his operation and they effed it up all around. No napkins, no straw. It was friday at 515. There was no need for this. I wish I would have gotten the receipt so I could do a survey but that wasnt even an option. The phone number for the sherman location goes straight to vm. Smh.
If they would have told me everyone was taking break right now I would have left instead the took myoney while I had groceries in the car and told me just a minute it has been over 15 minutes since they told me to pull into the mobile order stall and social visits while on the clock 20 minutes in for fast food
Ordered ahead thru the app, confirmed payment with the app and the bank, management would not give us our food. Unfortunately it's the only Wendy's in the area, but there is a Whataburger across the highway at the same intersection.
Service was very very slow. We ordered a baked potato and a 4 piece nugget, they had us pull to the mobile order parking and it took a long time for two items. Communication was lacking between the workers and the man at the window seemed very frustrated with his coworker and yelled at her due to communication issues with food it seemed. This place needs to have the staff retrained for friendlier customer service as well as working as a team.
