GOODNESS GRACIOUS THAT CATFISH WAS JUST RIGHT!!! FRIED HARD AND DELICIOUS. I ENJOYED THE QUALITY TIME WITH MY FELLOW HOBNOBBER!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Came to eat, the girl at the register was nice, very patient with us as we were new here. The food was amazing, my boyfriend got the Birria torta and shrimp cocktail both were amazing, I got the tostada de ceviche and fried fish and shrimp, also fantastic, the French fries were so good as well, and the michelada was amazing as well. Bit pricey, but definitely worth it. We will definitely be coming back :)

Ohhhhh man!! Oysters were huge and delicious! The House Boil was so flavorful! Nachos were huge and tasty too! We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal food!!! We ordered: coconut shrimp, chicken strips, chicken alfredo, shrimp tacos, guacamole, and calamari! Absolutely amazing!! That coconut shrimp with Thai chili sauce was definitely the best, but I would order all of it, all over again! I cannot wait to go back!!! Don't pass up this place, you'll regret it!!!

AMAZING. At first I was sketched out because, let’s be honest, seafood has a bad rep anywhere ocean water isn’t. That being said- this place was without a doubt the best seafood joint around these parts. Up to par with one of my favorite restaurants called “the boiling crab “ in Westwood, Los Angeles., CA. I mean, EVERYTHING was good. The super shack platter was so damn good. The mussels were amazing, the tuna was delicious, the catfish, the fries even the side or steamed vegetables were like so amazing and I’ve never been to a seafood place where absolutely everything was delicious. There’s usually at least one bad dish but no, it’s all good. The owners are super kind and it’s family owned and operated. He came to our table and introduced himself and checked to see how everything was. I loved it. We found our new go-to seafood restaurant when we are in the area. We are still talking about it hours later. Absolutely recommend!

Delicious food and excellent Service, the restaurant is clean and inviting. The owners thanked us for our visit and made sure everything we ordered was perfect. We loved the seafood soup and shrimp ceviche, so good! Highly recommended!

So delicious! First time coming here for date night with the hubby and we have found our new favorite spot. We ordered the old iron post, and though a little pricey, was enough to eat for days. And beyond tastey! The bread pudding is made fresh from one of the employees and was so good. This place is a must try!

We are here for work and have tried so many places which were such a disappointment. We decided to give this place a try and OMG food was so delicious it’s crazy. So much flavor. We’re going back for lunch today :). One thing I can say that I didn’t care for was tipping when it’s a self serving place. All they do is bring you your food. You have to get everything else yourself even a to go box you have to bag it. When I tip it’s based of off of the service, and the lady at the counter isn’t welcoming at all!!! But the guy who brought our food out to us was so nice and friendly so that’s a bonus.

We really enjoy this place. Great food and people. Our favorites - guacamole with sautéed shrimp, mussels with garlics spicy sauce, birria tacos and the bread pudding is to die for. Margaritas are strong and big. Raw and roasted oysters on the half shell are very good too

INSTANT favorite. I've had boil bags from many different restaurants all over the metroplex. When I treat myself, it's always a boil bag. I went in to this dinner on my birthday expecting a bit under par since it's so far away from the city/gulf, but when I tell you this was my favorite boil bag I've ever had, I mean it without a shred of irony. The sauce immediately stuck out to me. It was butter/garlic, which isn't anything crazy, but it was AMAZING. The crab meat was tender and well-flavored, the shrimp had a nice pop, and the sides were all great. Since it was my birthday, the owner (who was so awesome!!!) brought me a slice of cheesecake to celebrate. I could immediately tell it was homemade and it was INCREDIBLE. Even the fruit sauce drizzled on top had an authentic taste and feel to it. The bag was one of the more pricier orders I've had so far, but it was SO worth every single penny. 100/10, PLEASE check this place out!! The owner uses his own recipes and makes everything from scratch and you can TELL.

This place has some amazing seafood. The service is top notch and the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate my mom's birthday with a surprise party. Highly recommend.

You have to order at a counter, but they bring the food to you. Bigger portions than I expected. I had fried calamari, seafood soup, and a salmon entree. The soup was so filling, I took the salmon home. My sister got gumbo, and fish & chips (cod). The gumbo filled her up, so she took the fish home. It was around $90 for the two of us, and all of the food was tasty. I'll be returning there, soon.

Food was excellent! Got it to go and the waitress who took my order was incredibly nice. If I had to complain about anything, I didn't get enough onions, but I can't blame the waitress taking my order, I didn't know how much came with it and I didn't bother to ask for extra.

The meat was super tender and tasty, but the cheese sauce wasn't my favorite. It was grainy and a little salty. I still finished the plate, though, and was stuffed. It's a little pricey, but you get your money's worth. And when I told them it was her birthday, they brought out a piece of Cheesecake for her. They said everything was made in house, even the Cheesecake, which was quite impressive!

Nice atmosphere. No service. It was self-serve. Food wasn't bad but nothing to brag about. Our average plate price at our table of 2 was $15.00. I don't drink soda, so I asked for a glass of water. I was given a tiny disposable cup. When I asked if I could get a "real" glass, I was told people steal the soda. Soda is the cheap part of the meal!! I won't be back for this very reason!!

Okay. Just okay. Visited the website, clicked "order online" thinking I could do take out, and the only option I was presented was delivery. I clicked the icon and...nothing. I had to place my order at the restaurant. The decor is tasteful, the staff is personable and the ordering process was quick and easy. The shrimp and catfish basket I ordered was fine, although the price ($15 for four shrimp and one piece of catfish) is a bit higher than other local short order seafood establishments. It tasted okay, but not really above ordinary. The steak fries that were included with the meal were only about half as thick as regular steak fries, and they were a bit..."chewy", as if they had been on the warmer for an extended period of time. Fairly good dining experience. Not spectacular, though.

The food here is just ok.The fish and chips are not the real deal at all. It has a corn meal/ flake crust ...that's not fish and chips bros! It should be battered...they should rename it. If you've had real fish and chips,then you know,this ain't it!

Nice place, good atmosphere, nice people and ok food. Price is a bit high for what you get, $30 for 2 fish fillets with fries and a small bowl of gumbo with 2 glasses of tea. The fish is good not great, the gumbo was a definite miss but we did like the thin cut fries. I will be back to try the seafood and crawfish next time because I want to like this place. If your feeling seafood this may be the place, if you want good traditional fried fish in town hit Hucks or if your feeling more Cajun the Daiquiri Factory had Fantastic gumbo and Cajun fried fish. Looking forward to coming back and trying the seafood.

Order medium rare rib eye. First attempt extra well done, second attempts seared and still frozen in the middle. Staff could care less. No resolution process in this situation. On another note the fried okra is the bomb.

You order at bar then sit where you want to so I would say order appetizers then later order your main course because all our food came at once! I got the steak and shrimp medium rare and my steak was RARE I tried to eat but I couldn’t. I did not send it back because I don’t like to do so, the rice was not hot enough but the veggies were good could have been more tender though. I’ve been a waitress before for years I do understand you have to clean but when there is a couple out trying to enjoy themselves YOU probably shouldn’t sweep around them for 10 min or MORE banging your broom against the back of our booth. I found it to be Extremely Rude. I do not recommend going here at all $80 not well spent for parents that don’t get to go out and enjoy themselves very much and on Fathers Day at that. Super Disappointed!!!!

Shrimp was tough and tasted like dirt. Rice tasted like frozen rice from Walmart and salty. The only good thing was the tea. We spent $91 and didn't even finish our food. Do not recommend this place at all!!

It’s only 91* which is not hot in TX so they shouldn’t be having issues with AC. On to the next issue; the oysters were awful. They had a brown tinge to the juice, smelled off and went in my hub’s mouth and right back out. We’ve had our fair share of oysters to eat, but these were beyond edible. It’s sad because at one point and time they were decent-when they first opened. I ordered the tuna steak with rice and veggies which I’ve had before and it was great. Nope. Not this time. It had the consistency of rubber rawhide. The taste was like a chemical flavor. We left and offered to pay for our beverages, but the manager (I assume) told us to leave. Then he smarted off and said, ‘Well if you didn’t want the meal you should’ve told me.’ Um ok, we were giving it a try because we know crap happens and bad batches of oysters can be shipped. We were trying to stay and give you business, but won’t eat something that tastes horrible. Sad this business has gone downhill like it has. Definitely won’t be back.
